Bad customer service, i was speaking to a rep name nidi, she refused to help, nor was she able to transfer to supervise, also sounded like the supervise did not want to come on line. She disconnected the call, complaint "in[protected]". I had ordered a product, they did not accept the exchange, nor was i given an option, to get my new one. Extremely poor services. Order od[protected].

I have never experienced a worst customer services than this.

1. There were so many alternates & instant resolution you could have offered.
2. The call was disconnected in a unethical way.
3. I had to go through a mental trauma as i was forced to repeat myself 100 times.
4. Giant waste of my 1 hours, i was fully stressed, just because the manager did not come on the line nor was a concrete decision taken.

I need this problem resolved.

    I purchased a iphone 8 smartphone from flipkart on 14 jan 2018. While making the payment i saw an offer stating "8000 cashback for icici credit card offer, as the offer is only valid on applicable dates credit card"and i made the payment through icici credit card and i still haven't recieved the cash back. Despite sending multiple reminders to flipkart they haven't responded.

      I requested a replacement for ifb machine, no technician visited and complaint was closed stating fraudly that it has been resolved. It is very wrong and again i requested for replacement, suffering from this acute problem of inner drum.
      I paid an amount of ₹32990 and still machine is not working properly, i request you to kindly get the replacement done.
      I am unsatisfied, expecting a quality service from flipkart.
      In contrary to it if nothing is solved i am satisfied with even refund also.

        Flipkart had cashback offer on google pixel 2 xl for rs. 10000 by paying through hdfc bank debit/credit card and i am eligible for this offer as i ordered the product through hdfc bank debit card order id - od[protected] which was delivered to me on june 6th 2018

        This amount was supposed to be credited into my account by aug 30th 2018 as mentioned on their website clearly. The date's passed and the amount is still not credited. I contacted flipkart support multiple times and they are not giving me proper answer and asking me to wait more and more. Please help.

        I am attaching the snapshot where it's mentioned that cashback will be credited by aug 30th 2018

          Flipkart is fraud. I ordered a benetton hard case trolley bag worth inr 5500 and i have received a unbranded 300 bucks worth duffle bag. Customer service is very poor and does not provide any help. Back end team is still investigating, don’t know what. It’s been 10 days now already and they could only manage to reject the return raised without any reason. I do not recommend anyone to use flipkart. I need the refund asap

            I buy asus zenfone mobile but i get different colour mobile phone and used mobile. I complaint in flipkart but he say wait for 48hrs i call aftr 48hrs he says wait for 48hrs. He doing same thing every time.
            Please help to to replace it as soon as possible. I buy this for my mom to gift on brthday.

              Order no od[protected] dtd. 29/08/2018the google pixel 2 was deliver to me on 31/08/2018. It was a dead piece which after charging for 6 hours was not starting. Complained on toll free no. And they directed to google support. Google support after delaying the matter for 6 days are refusing to pick up the phone and now i am stuck up. I want to return the phone back to flipkart ad want the entire refund from flipkart, because now i do not believe in flipkart anymore. They will replace me with a more defective piece. Amazon is 1000 times better than flipkart and will advise all my freinds and relatives in face book, twitter and all means of comminuication"never buy from flipkart"

We have interacted with the customer and found that customer has not contacted the brand/not visited the authorized service center. We have informed the customer that as per the sellers return policy for this product, he needs to contact the brand or visit the authorized service center. The seller will not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

                I am really unhappy with this product and i have raised the replacement request yesterday. Today i got call from your customer service and he told me a technical person will come to verify the issue. This is really a cheep service offered by both seller of this phone as well as flipkart.

                I am a genuine customer of flipkart but such a irresponsible answer from flipkart forcing me to withdraw my account from it.

                  Whenever i order anything from flipkart, as i haven't ever complaint about its products since it is a reputed and reliable firm but sir/mam your delivery partners are not supportive enough because whenever my items reach there they call me to take it from their office (If i were able to take it from the hell long distance why would i purchase it online then?) and when i urge them to hand it over to me at my adobe they just cut the phone and cancel the order by their own, everytime. They didn't ever came to my home for delivering,

                    I had placed order (Od[protected] for the poco f1 phone on flipkart on 5th september 2018. With payment option cod, and to be delivered by 7th september. On the day of delivery, delivery agent requests to make payment other than card, as machine was not working. So i paid the amount (20999) via the flipkart website. And the amount gets promptly debited from my account.
                    However, delivery agent denies any notification of the payment, and hence asks for the amount to be paid by cash or phone payment. But the amount has already been deducted, and i'm not gonna make twice the payment.
                    Customer care informs that the payment has been made, and the updation process to the delivery agent will take a days time. But even the next day, the delivery agent is not updated about the payment, and asks for the amount to be paid. This time, customer care informs that they've raised a complaint, and it'll take 5 days to resolve it. But if the payment has been made, why should i have to wait for 5 more days to get my phone?? Why should it take so much time to notify the delivery agent that the payment has been made to the site???

                    The payment was unsuccessful in first place. Even then, the customer service was claiming that payment is successful, and product will be delivered within 5 days. Finally after checking with bank realised that payment unsuccessful, hence refund completed. Then called delivery guy and paid for it then and there.

                      I placed an order for shoe bags on flipkart. When i placed the order it said the quantity of the shoe bags in a single order was 12 bags. I needed 60 bags so ordered it in quantity of 5 (12x5=60) as the product details said it contained 12 bags. But when i received the order the bill said that there were 6 bags per order and i received a total of 30 bags only. And the amount i had to pay was of 60 bags. Double the price of what i got! Really...

                      I ordered for a xolo era mobile and i received it on 06th september in exchange of my mobile samsung j2 (Omnitech retail). As i switched it on, the mobile was hanged.in an hour almost 5 times, my mobile got hanged. I restarted, robooted, restored factory settings, uninstalled the basic apps such as wa and imo, and then restarted it again. And again it was like that.

                      I raised for a return request. So technician came and checked. He analysed the product and said, yes it is defective.

                      Now, flipkart says, only replacement is possible. I do not want a replacement. I need a refund and also my mobile which i exchanged for.

                      Or credit all the refund in flipkart money itself, so that i can order for an other mobile.

                      Customer service is very bad in flipkart. On december 06th, when i spoke to flipkart executive, he said, for same day return, refund is possible.

                      Now an other executive says, it is not possible.

                          I make a transaction for placing an order in flipkart on 7september. I amount is debited but the order is not placed. I call flipkart about this issue but they are not providing me any appropriate answer they just told me we are working on your concern wait till you get any email or text msg about this matter. I contacted bank about the transaction and they told me that transaction is done and already forwarded to the flipkart. I always use amazon for online purchases the service s of amazon was awesome now using flipkart i am thing why i use flipkart such a wrost experience.

                            We've interacted with the customer and apologized for the issue caused, however, info provided as a support was provided at the time of raising a complaint and customer wasn't interested so the case was closed in the month of April 2018 and now Sep 2018 customer is coming back asking for a replacement/refund which is out of the seller policy hence we denied and customer started using profanity, requested him to be professional & he didn't so warned him once and repeated the same since the necessary info was already provided disconnected the call by saying the disclaimer, closing the complaint.

                              I forgot my password and hence i used forgot button and then received otp on my mobile as well as email. Both are verified successfully. Then i typed my new password and clicked on submit.

                              But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                              I have tried multiple times but still, i am facing this issue since many days. There no proper support i am getting from faqs.

                                I have ordered a mi full hd smart led tv on 2nd sept which was delivered to me on 6th sept. And i have taken appointment for demo/installation of the same on 7th sept. And taken half day leave from my office for that but your engineer for installation neither reached at home nor even call me. When i have called to your customer care executive regarding the issue. The customer care executive told me to wait till 12th sept. However the instructions has given by flipkart to install the tv within 48 hrs after delivery and the same will be completed on 8th sept.
                                I have planned installation of tv on weekends. I can't taken further leave from my office for that purpose.
                                If installation of tv will not done by 8th sept i am forced to return the tv.
                                You are requested to please look into the matter and arrange to install the tv by 8th sept.

                                  I had ordered for huda liquid lipstick (Heartbreaker) for 149/- but when i received the parcel i realised that i have been delivered a very different & an extremely bad colour.

                                  Since there is no return policy for lipsticks my money has got wasted.

                                  Tried all possible ways to contact customer care executives, but in vain.

                                  Very disappointed with flipkart because of this. Why isn't there a good customer support to sort our grievances like amazon??!!!

                                      On 30/08/18 i purchased a bosch front load washing machine, model - wab16060in after carefully going through the product features mentioned on their website for this model. Wherein it is mentioned that the machine will work even when the water pressure is low ie "0.3 bar" technically the description means that it will work if the base of overhead tank is at a distance of 10ft (Which is totally misleading) from the tap/inlet for machine. On 3rd sep the bosch service engineer came for installation. Out right he said that this model at least needs 0.6 bar water pressure, he said only a few models of bosch work on 0.3 bar pressure and the information on flipkart site was not right, he asked me to return the machine. Immediately on the same day i called flipkart, gave them all the details, asked for a return and refund as the machine was not touched, today is 7th, first they asked for 4 days, this was absolute harassment as i had to now wash the family's clothes by hand, including heavy uniforms.. What was supposed to be a easy shopping experience has become a nightmare, yesterday someone from their customer care called and pleaded for 48 hrs and sent me a mail that the issue will be resolved by 8/09/18 4:30 pm. Today shamelessly the sent me an sms saying that they needed time till 10/09/18. According to my bill details, my return period gets over by 13/09/18. Till date they call me only to tell that they need more time. I totally regret the moment i made the purchase, even if they give me double the amount i paid for the machine i will not forgive them.. Their customer service standards are worse than the local kirana store, they have no respect for the customer and this kind of harassment is faced by many customers if you look into the verified purchase critical reviews on their site for similar products. Iam unable to purchase a washing machine as they are neither arranging for a return pickup nor are they refunding my money. I'am disgusted that such a company exists and this experience will haunt me for the rest of my life.

                                      Firstly when the service engineer informed that the product would not work with low water pressure, neither the engineer nor i disturbed the original packing, i informed flipkart within minutes, even though they registered my complaint, i called up their customer care every day, i had sent mails updating all the technical details, as to why the product description was mis guiding.after a delay of about 8 days, when they called me, i explained them patiently again.. and why they should accept the return and refund the amt paid. They heard me out patiently every time i called them..that was one thing i really appreciate. they never interrupted, my disappointment is the resolution dept. in my opinion it should not take more than 24hrs and genuine complaints should be immediately resolved.

                                      By the way the distance between the base of my overhead over tank on my terrace and the water inlet for the machine is 13 feet which counts as 0.33 bar water pressure.

                                      Today is 9th...have not received the call from them yet, 10 days gone..since i made them the payment...their looking into the issue is perhaps still going on...friends, neighbours and relatives are wondering "why is she being put through this harassment at no fault of hers?? it is very embarassing...i have no sane explaination

                                      on 12th FLIPKART resolved my complaint, return was accepted and a refund was initiated.
