The technician came and unboxed the product and found broken glass and damaged other metal parts. He has put a tag of 'd'. As the box is big in size, it is causing inconvenience at my home. Please expedite the pickup process. Mr. Indranil maulik from your end tried to contact me. The call rang only once and before i receive the call, it got disconnected. His mobile number is not accepting the call back as well as reply message. Then how is it possible to communicate between you and me? Suppose i'm driving a car, is it possible to pick up the call? You should improve the communication process with the customer with call back option.

    Flipkart does not issue legal invoices which are useful for availing gst input tax credit. They are collecting crores of rupees from customers in the name of gst but not depositing them with government.

    As per an estimate last year flipkart has collected more than thousand crore rupees from customers as gst but nobody knows how much they have deposited with the government since they are not giving proper invoices where customer's gst no. Should be printed on invoice whenever asked by the customer.

    They are supposed to
    1. Collect gst from us,
    - they are doing very efficiently

    2. Deposit it with government
    - there is no way we can find out how much they deposit as they are not issuing valid gst invoices even when they are explicitly asked.

    3. Entitle us to get gst input tax credit by uploading invoice details to gst website

    - they just don't do it.

    All above things amazon.in is doing perfectly. Then why flipkart cant do this, even after more then one year is passed of introduction of the gst in india.

    They work in very opaque manner. When we ask them, they say "we are not selling the goods, we are just a platform, actual sales is done by our vendors.

    When i asked them to give me vendor's contact details for an item purchased by me, for correction in the invoice, they blatantly refused.

    As per gst laws in india, what they are doing is unfair, unethical and illegal by not helping us to get gst input tax credit.

    Government of india must look in to this as this is anti-national, since they/their vendors are embezzeling crores of rupees of government's gst revenue.

    I am boycotting flipkart, till they start doing business legally bt ussuing valud gst invoices

    We don't have to lose anything as we have lots of alternatives for our purchase.

    I request all of you to do the same and teach this comoany a lesson.

    I have been using flipkart for a year or so but recently all the product that are sold at flipkart are out of stock for location IMPHAL(795001). I did’t experience this type of problem in the past. Almost all the product are out of stock for pin number 795001. Kindly look into this matter ASAP
    On Flipkart delivery charge is very high from other online marketing sites..
    Your showing your products are chip price in market, but cheat with everyone taking highly delivery charge.
    Take a proper delivery charge & stop bad offers on products.

      Please look into the matter soon.

      The refunds from amazon are very timely and they provide refunds after 30-50 mins of time.
      But flipkart is showing me refund completed on status page but haven't got my money!

          I placed order od[protected] on 11th august for various items.

          I made payment for these products via phonepe for rs 4, 356. Phone pe deducted rs 4, 232 from my wife's sbi account.

          From order od[protected], 4 items were either cancelled or returned.
          1. Skoll bellies for women (Black) - cancelled on 11 august
          2. S&v copper bottle 1000 ml bottle (Pack of 1, brown) - returned on 17th august
          3. Women marks women evening/party, casual, formal, sports beige pu sling bag - cancelled on 12 august
          4. Lakme blush and glow peach extracts gel face wash (50 g) - cancelled on 12 august.

          For all these 4 items, refund was approved by seller but not refund reflects on phonepe till date

          I repeatedly made complaints to flipkart for all 4 products refund missing, but no resolution till date. The only aim that flipkart is to keep down the phone.

          Atleast 20 hours wasted on phone but these guys have no aim to help. One thing is for sure that i will never buy again from flipkart.

            I am unable to find any service center in mumbai my product isin warranty.

              I am from Una, himachal pardesh.My brother odered a watch as a gift for rakshabandhan.It is to be delivered by 20th August. On 19th afternoon the delivery boy called and confirms the address and said that he will be coming by the evening and asked us to pick the parcel from somewhere else than the prescribed adress and made excuses like we do not go door to door to deliver if you want rhan pick it from me or i will deliver it whenever i will feel like doing so. Since it was sunday so we agreed to help him a littel but he did not that day and mark the parcel delivered. When i called him he amke lot of excuse and said he will be coming on 20th August that is on monday a working day. He is calling near about 6 pm and asked to pick the delivery but only my mother was at home she told him that she can't come si please deliver th parcel to prescribed address but he talked rudely to her and with no sense of respect for for the customer and to his duty as well. This is the 2nd time i m facing the same problem with flipcart delivery services.Its true that the product i odered is good but your delivery services keeps on disrespecting your customers than it will surely lessen people's interest from shopping through your site. Please make it clear it clear to your delivery boys that the customer order for on door delivery so its their duty to do so.

                Hi,

                On 26th aug 2017 i paid for a flipkart first subscription (Invoice number #[protected] which was valid until 27th aug 2018.

                On 31st july i received an email from flipkart informing me that my flipkart first membership has expired even though there was nearly a month remaining. This was done without any prior notification or providing an alternate. On 15th aug flipkart introduced a new programme flipkart plus.

                On contacting customer service about the issue i was informed that they cannot do anything since the new programme has already been implemented and they can only take feedback.

                Interacted with the cusotmer on [protected] about this service discontinued concern, informed this service has been cancelled, however cusotmer told why there was no intimation to the customer before the cancellation, informed the customer there was a sudden changes happened on the services that was the reason you didn't get notified before the cancellation, he said will not dealing with Flipkart anymore, hence closing the case.

                  I purchase classic plus model of eureka forbs. But item is not seel pack and accessories is missing. I want refund but the not resolve my issue. When I do request of refund again and again rejected. The service is not batter then past. Many time I purchase product and product was good but these time I want refund bcaz product model is old and accessories is missing. And I want different model.

                    I had ordered a phone (Google Pixel 2 XL) on 13th May 2018 and applied HDFC Credit Card offer with Rs. 10, 000 cashback after 90 days. But however the cashback has not been credited to my card and Flipkart's customer care team has not been able to give me an explanation for the same.

                    My account has been blocked by Flipkart in parallel and the reason given is "unfair use of the offers under our Token of Apologies policy". I have been making several attempts to understand the real concern and address it. But Flipkart has sued me without looking into this matter what so ever.

                    So in that case can i also ask the company to shut down its operation for making unfair use of customer's trust.?
                    Every single time I called Flipkart customer care the call would be escalated to 3-4 level of seniors and then the call is cut abruptly saying "the concerned team will get back to you in 24-48 hours".
                    Till date its been more than 2 months I haven't received even a single RELEVANT mail or a call back from the concerned team in order to resolve my issue.

                    I have been a customer of Flipkart for the last 5 years and have never received any intimation or problem with any fraud. Month after I ordered an expensive phone with Rs. 10, 000 cashback the account is blocked and cashback is not given.
                    I am forced to perceive this as a cheap trick by Flipkart to hold possession if what belongs to the customer.

                    My account was blocked on charges of getting Rs. 500 as compensation for a faulty charger. The money awarded by them is still in my wallet. But in my case Flipkart has cheated me and held possession of Rs. 10, 000.
                    What is the penalty for this.?

                    Just because Flipkart is a Online Shopping Mart giant, Can no action be taken against them.?

                    I have also given Flipkart the liberty to prove me guilty and I shall accept their decision with due respect. But without looking into the issue, blocking the account and not crediting the cashback is not justifiable by any law despite the customer having made several attempts to resolve the concern.

                    I believe this forum would be able to address my concern and help create a platform where Flipkart will reach out to me with an open mind to understand the real concern.

                      My mobile without any damage... Some gum got stuck little old. For that they are telling it is not eligible for exchange and mobil got damage. It is working properly, screen is also not got damaged. Then for what purpose flipkart is giving exchange offer and why are they expecting new mobile for exchange offer. I will never buy a product from flipkart and i will tell all my colleague not to buy any product from flipkart as much as i can possible, if this issue is not been resolved

                            Sir i purchased vu premium smart 80cm (32 inch) hd ready led smart tv with order id od[protected]. Item delivered on time but installation engineer still not come i am awaiting for installation & demo engineer. The jeeves company reschedule the appointment three times.

                              I havent got any delivery for the product but i got delivery message for the same. As well i already had asked not to deliver on sunday as it is my office address then too it was deliver on sunday at 9.57 pm. Which is wrong. I need the product by today anyhow as it was supposed to be a bdae gift which i wont be able to get done today. Iwant the peoduct any how. I dont have any contact no for ekart delovery sytems also where ican ca and answer. I want my product within 2 hours in my hand.

                                Heating issue in the device and technician visited to us but not satisfied with the resolution given to us we are still facing the issue. The technican doesnot provided the proper solution. I want replacement for my product or get my money refunded back.
                                The product i used is doesnot worth the money and thats why i am submiiting this complaint. Please contact me as soon as possible.

                                We got only one product but we pay full amount..one product missing

                                  I complained to flipkart when the product came, it's charger was getting heated. They send an engineer to check who said it's okay and happens with every mi phone will be good within a month but if the problem continues please get to the store and get it replaced. Now the problem ia still there but the company says its a physical damage and is irreplaceable. What should i do?

                                    I purchased google pixel 2 xl phone during the big shopping day sale on flipkart. They had mentioned that there would be 10% cashback if you use hdfc debit or credit card. Below is the offer link

                                    The update provided by Flipkart is that the cashback was not applied to this order and they could not give any reason for the same. The operator kept of giving me a standard line, the offer was not applied to this order. I asked him why? He gave me the same line.

                                    That means even though I ordered the product during the Sale days, and the cashback offer was very much on, Flipkart do not want to pay me my cashback even though I used the HDFC card.

                                    I want to know that legal actions I can take against this

                                    Customer raised a complaint about the cashback offer. We have interacted with the customer and provided the information as 10% instant discount using HDFC bank card offer was valid only for the selected product and "Google Pixel 2 XL (Just Black, 64 GB)" is excluded from the offer. Hence, closing the case from end.

                                      Hello,

                                      I ordered a samsung on max mobile device through flipkart.com on 18th aug 2019 in the morning for rs.12, 560 including the rs.70 for express delivery within 24 hours the next day on 19th august 2018. Waited all day at home in lieu that the mobile phone shall be delivered within the guaranteed time. There was no update, neither any tracking number provided from flipkart and when i saw there were no delivery or response i contacted the customer care where it was informed me that they don't have any information of the package and it's a mistake of the seller. I thought flipkart a medium as a seller and is the platform to regulate/maintain selling and buying with their guaranteed assurance on deliveries. The customer care department executive told me on/by 22nd of august i am supposed to get an email as resolution whether i will receive my package or not and asked me several times whether if i intend to cancel the order. When i asked that if the money got deducted from my bank account instantly, will your company reverse transfer it back in my account... They said it is not our company resolution and shall be informed when they will do that. I didn't cancel my order understanding the policies through their faq that the money shall be withhold in their account which i can't transfer back to my bank account but to purchase products from their website amounting the same.

                                      I asked the representative to transfer my call to a senior supervisor who after a discussion assured me that the product will be delivered on 20th august 2018 as he has updated the same with the seller and courier partner.
                                      He was supposed to send me a text after the call ends with the complaint number which i asked for which till now has not arrived.
                                      Instead by force they had sent me an sms mentioning that "we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 22 aug, 9.00 p. M. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679" which was supposed to be resolved and the manager assured me that the mobile phone will be sent to my door step by 20th august 2018 (All voice files can be retrieved as proof).

                                      I would request the authorities to look into the concern where many customers/consumers are been deprived of their services they should be getting and it's an harassment and deep physiological torture & agony for the one who are waiting for the product which they require urgently and ordered for so with their hard earned money.
