Camera not work. I want to replace or refundable of this product.
Purchase date 28 sep, verification date 3 sep, now 9 day over out of 10 days replacement.
My previous phone dead. So I have no choice, I order new phone.
It will be helpful if you either replace this motorola phone with ordered phone sumsang on 6 or replace moto phone with same new phone. But do it as quickly as possible.

    My mobile no.is [protected] & email id is lokesh.chadi.[protected]@gmail.com. Flipkart is continiously harrasing me by mails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill whereas I tried to open my account for last 2 months which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. Now tell me without opening the acount how can I pay?? I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. Now how can they harass the customers like this way?? Now flipkart is telling that they will go legal. Is it a joke?? They blocked my account they aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id? I mailed them several times but they didn't replied for that...

      I have bought a mi note 5 pro on 26th august 2018 on your flipkart. When started to charge the mobile i came to know that the charger is defective. I reported complaint to flipkart and on 1st september 2018 they assured me that i would get a gift card worth rs 400 to buy a new one, which will reflect in next 24 to 48 hours. But the gift card worth rs 400 have not been received till date today is 05 september 2018. I really surprised how could they do like this.

        I have bought nokia login last year in november 2012 and have never used since its a smart phone age and i bought key pad phone just as a back up. The speakers are defective and i read the reviews every one has complained whoever bought. I called flip kart they asked me to contact service center and they said we don't entertain key pad phones and flipkart is only selling these defective pieces. They asked me to contact flipkart only, i have called thrice every time after taking fresh details and service center address they have not reverted. I will share this with all competitors of flipkart and will take legal action. Hopeless organisation cheating customers

        We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the inconvenience, informed we shall create a return request for the product. Customer wanted to create returnon 17th September as customer is unavailable at the location. Hence agreed for the same and closed the case for the time being and will reopen and do the needful once customer gets back to us on 17th September 2018.

        No this is not sorted as just now I have received the call that it cannot be done and I need to get it repair on my own. This is not acceptable. Flipkart will have to refund the amount

          But i received a different model which is 15 bs542tu.
          Seller rejected my return request.
          Flipkart doesnt give me a good response.
          My return request is still pending.
          Every time i contact flipkart, they are saying that there team is working on it.
          But i didnt get any response.

            On 31st Aug i have ordered thomson TV order ID, od[protected] i was received display defect item and i placed a request for replacement post too many escalation on the next day on 1st sep the guy came and uninstalled the TV. Till now its been more than 5 days i havent received the replacement product, when i booked new order with same tv and same seller its showing will be deliver on the next day but for an replacement it is taking 8 days i have sent too many mails to ceo desk and chairman and cs and i have spoke to more than 3 managers in customer care there is no single resolution, Being prievelage customer, flipkart peoples making the customer to frustate and harrasing, customer care is very very worst they are talking like a parrot and there is no single ownership from the manager worst then ever. taking money from the customer but not giving resolution and not making customer happy

              Dear Sir/Madam

              While i booking an order YU mobile on 21.08.2018 at 01.16 PM, i have make payment by net banking for this (Bank Statement and Reply from Bank enclosed).

              After this not completed order, i am again make an order on the basis of COD on 21.08.2018. and second order was received on the date 23.08.2018 and paid by debit card to instacart. (bank Statement enclosed)

              From the date of 21.08.2018 i make the request for refund of amount for order not successfully made i.e paid by net banking on customer care number [protected]. and replies received as follows.

              Call 1 Reply - It will take 8 Working Days for refund.

              Call 2 Reply - Please call to your Bank for Refund.

              Call 3 Reply - it will take 4 more days for resolve.

              Call 4 reply - Amount not reflect in our account so please contact your bank.

              Call 5 Reply - we email to you for non receipt of amount in our account.

              But till now i am to getting any satisfactory reply from your side. So i am again requesting to you please refund my amount (Rs.5499) as soon as possible/if you not getting the amount in your account then please provide me confirmation letter that the amount is not received in your account for the purpose of Bank.

                On 4th September 2018, I placed an order on Flipkart. I made payment of Rs 10, 990 through Internet Banking of State Bank of India. Money deducted from my account but the order was not successfully placed. Then after a few minutes, I called customer care service and ask about the order, they said that money has received by Flipkart but order not placed successfully and seller will return your money within 8 hours but I didn't get any refund by the seller/Flipkart.

                  I have placed the order of MI LED TV on saturday dated 1st Sept 2018 .Post placing the order and making payment i have changed the address .I immediately called customer care number and they confirmed that it will be changed within 24 hrs.

                  Today 5th Sept 2018 I got call from logistics team for delivery where they confirmed that old address is reflecting and if we get a email from flipkart customer care we will deliver on new address.

                  The customer care executive (Pooja/Rahul ) and their assistant manager Prayag Singh told me that the Ekart logistics has misguided you that the address can't be changed.

                  Now because of all this issues I have been forced to cancel the product.

                  Need immediate intervention as the company should look forward to provide solution and ease the hassles for customer rather increasing the same.

                  I have proof of recording where the Ekart logistics is ok to deliver basis email but the customer care is creating issue (Names mentioned) due to which I will be forced to cancel the order.

                  Need solution in terms of delivery of product on new address.Also, to highlight I have placed address change request on Saturday 1st sep 2018 and it is showing denied today 5th Sept 2018 post call.

                      Hi i have bought a mobile honor 9 lite (Glacier grey, 32 gb) on emi bajay card which is expected delivery of 30th august 2018 but as i have noticed its returned back by courier and flipkart executive told me sir cancel the order and regenerate the order.

                      Now again i have booked same mobile from flipkart on same address but again same issue is happened and again flipkart employee told to cancel the order and regenerate the same. Now its going to panic for us and completely harassment for us.

                      wrongly update on this solution.
                      I m suffering from worst service that one online store can provide.i had ordered the red chief shoes according to the discount u have provided on specific day, but the delivered shoes was duplicate.i requested for refund also but no action was taken from your side.please look at the matter resolve it.otherwise you will see in consumer court.
                      I have forgot my password and am trying to reset password then getting message "account does not exist" And when going to crate new account then giving message as a " account already exists".
                      Please suggest.
                      I cannot log in to my account using my password.. nor can I reset my password ...no matter how many OTPs I received from my e mail and mobile number.are successfully entered...I simply cannot change my password

                          I ordered a watch on 16th august, thursday and it was expected to be delivered by 19th august, sunday, but no delivery was attempted and they didn't even bothered to reschedule the delivery and cancelled my order without any notification. When i got to know about my order, i contacted them regarding my refund, they again made a promise to refund my payment within 8 days but now it has been 16 days but no response from them till now. I want my refund very urgently.

                            I purchased (REDMI) MI NOTE 5 PRO at 14, 999 rupees only through flipkart, I have a confirmation massage .

                            I checked my order on flipkart at 4th September night it got cancelled, I was shocked how is this possible I even not called for cancellation .

                            So never Believe on Flipkart till it give your product in your hand .

                            this is not the first time when they did this type of things when you order your product and if they single piece of that and at the same time while your payment if somebody purchased they cancel your product after taking your request too, and even not informing you about that. The say due to the bulk order this order is cancelled
                            And How it can be cancelled by seller ?

                              I have purchased microwave oven on no cost emi for 12 months also it was mentioned 5% discount on icici credit card. But after purchased amount is not converted to emi nor got discount, also support executive informed that it can't be done. You have to pay complete amount to bank at once. If this is case than i want to return the product.

                                  I got my samsung galaxy s7 today. The box seems like a used one, when i took the phone it covered with cheap plastic bag.in box accessories are missing like headset, usb to micro usb adapter, sim ejector tool. But the seal is there, but there are scretches on screen and home button. I order a new phone but the one i got seems to be a used one. So flipkart take necessary action to solve this issue.

                                    I had ordered a watch od[protected] on 22 nd august, i received damaged after 6 days, i called to customer care for replacement, after some days replacement came to deliver product but they refused to deliver because of some tag was not available, i had not received any tag from the seller, how can i provide it, my request for return is cacelled itself also customer care executives not helpful, they are sure about their flipkart assured items, if i have not received any tag and the product was delivered damaged, what is the meaning of tag? No help from flipkart, never buy anything from flipkart, the service is very worst.

                                    This is the second time i requested return for the watch, first time it was rejected due to mrp tag at time of delivery, i requested it mentioning tag is not available second time after 5 days, today wishmaster came to pickup and deliver the product but the same thing happenned, he asked for mrp tag, i said i already mentioned in request that tag was not delivered with damaged product but he again refused to deliver and pickup the item..

                                    Shame on you and your business, Worst service ever experienced, it took almost 20 days to resolve the problem and still its pending, never ever expected this from flipkart.
                                    Why there is no communication between flipkart and wish master ? it was clearly mentioned that tag was not delivered and its not available, how can one refuse to deliver ?

                                      I can’t login to flipkart account. I sign out my account from flipkart then i have entered my mobile number and forgot password then otp send to my number after entering otp it shows me to enter new password after entering new password it is unable to login and asking me to contact customer care and i am trying to contact customer care numbers but all the numbers are invalid
