I have purchased Asus Zenfone Max pro 1 on 1st June.Handset was not working properly since starting & I'm complaining since last 10 to 12 days but till now there is no response from the flipkart team.Im calling daily for 2 to 3 times on customer support & getting the same answer that "your query will be solved within 24 hours" but till today my handset is not replaced as per their 10 days replacement policy on the online portal. Very pathetic service from flipkart & mentally harassment from the online shopping giant(Flipkart).

Dear Concern,
Flipkart is really making false statement as per their commitments.They promised the issue will be resolved in 3 days & still my issue is opened due to false updation by the seller.You can just see the follow-up is since last 20 days & my tech visit of ticketid 8F2327013FLPKRY-5917485 cancelled without any reason.I called to customer care executives in the morning after waiting 6 days but they replied it was cancelled fro the seller end & we can't attend your query, can raise only new request.
Flipkart is only to make profits by giving flash sales but at the time of service they are just harassing the customer.They have 10 days replacement warranty but it's totally to make fool to the customers.Seller is updated false updation for the 2nd time but customer is suffering since last 20 days & flipkart is just taking new complaints to get followups with them.
Team pls guide us where i can put the complain against these fake online Flipkart service.
Messages from the seller are attached & tech visit was cancelled due to no reason.

Again Tech visit is cancelled due to wrong update of Mobile & Address by the Flipkart team.Again customer is suffering due to the poor support from the flipkart.
Please resolve the issue on priority as an exception case, they are again guiding for the process of 10 days which will be dismissed by them for 3rd time in month due to there own self made processes.
Here is the followup since last 25 days but no results.

    When I was ordering a Samsung keypad phone it was given that i[censored] pay with axis bank card u will get 5% discount on it and when i paid the amount with card it was not showing the discount amount and now I req to deduct the amount from the amount paid

      I am customer of your product karbon boom as first i have paid the money directly from credit card but after ward i have given cash on delivery but from my account the money has been eliminated from my account and also taken cash on delivery i have given the complaint before also to bank as well as flipkart they have accepted the fault that the money has been eliminated and they'll refund till now my money is not added to my account so i request to you take a strike action

      Yesterday i recieved a msg that my product was delievered but i havent received it till now.Even i havnt signed but there is a statement as "signed by x" how is it possible?Hoping to resolve my issue ASAP.
      This is regarding return order for Redminote5 pro which was found dead on arrival

        Its been more than a month i am being tossed up between hdfc bank and flipkart for my refund which is still not given. Wrote several mails to flipkart and bank but still no update bank is saying merchant didn't process the refund and merchant saying they have already refunded.

        This is a mental trauma chasing bank and merchant regularly request you to please get the issue closed with a compensation on mental trauma i suffered chasing bank and merchant.

            Hi i have order a 2 rings the cost is 414 . i don't know weather i choice item are successfully order or not .
            but in my bank account the amount is deducted but still we are not any items which i have tried to order
            even once i spoke with customer care also they told wait one day but after that i am trying call to customer care it's always says executives are busy

                Hi,
                Placed an order for snickers chocolate in 4 quantities. But 2 quantities are missing and other 2 packets received in damaged, open sealed and melted condition.

                From last few days i am trying to connect with flipkart for resolution but i was unable to connect.

                Today when finally i reached to them they didn't provide me satisfactory resolution.

                How could it possible to keep the product which is not in consumable condition at all. What about the missing item?

                  I had ordered an Apple Watch from a Flipkart Assured seller on the 16th of June. Upon receiving the product on the 17th, the box was tampered and inside was a counterfeit Apple Watch with all accessories missing. I had called their customer support and they had issued a replacement for the said product. I received the replacement on the 20th of June. The box was again tampered and this time it contained another counterfeit watch with all accessories missing. I asked for a return and my money to be refunded. But they just wont process my return. Every time I call their customer care, they tell me that their back end team will contact me. But no one contacts back. I worked very hard for the money and now even after facing such harassment they still won't give my money back. It is causing me mental anguish and this whole process is affecting me greatly.

                  I want my money refunded. Whether it's their seller who sold me the wrong product or whether the product was stolen and replaced by some one during transportation has nothing to do with the customer who purchased it. And nor should I have to face such harassment to get my money back even after multiple counterfeit tampered products were delivered. Please help me out.

                  I don't know what else to do. I am having a break down because of such harassment.

                      Now every order is cancelled by seller amount deducted from my account not return to my card.Only $10 return on one card.Please note that i am using international card for shopping.Almost one month completed and my refund is pending with you.When i contact my bank they asking Authorization is pending from Merchant flip kart.Please resolved my issue as soon as possible.

                        I have ordered a product from flipkart with order id - od[protected].
                        June 14 was delivery date. But product not yet delivered till 20th june.in between i have contacted their customer service three times. They assured deivery time by 21. And on 20th service executive from flipkart call me to cancel the product.
                        They have wasted my one week time and such an irresponsible and careless behaviour from flipkart. I have now cancelled the order as they asked me to do.

                                I have ordered a mobile phone on 13th june 2018 (Order id: od[protected]
                                And the expected delivery was by 15th june 2018.
                                It seems that the delivery executive has lost the phone and there is no information about that.., and now they are asking to place a fresher order.
                                The phone is on high demand and flipkart is releasing it in a flash sale on every wednesday at 12 noon and even at 12 noon it is showing out of stock. I placed that order after so many attempts and struggles, and now they are asking to make fresh order.. If the item is lost., it is their responsibility to make sure that it is delivered properly... But their executive response is very lethargic... I am unable to make fresh order

                                  I have bought a band watch on may 29th which was not working properly. I asked for a replacement. But they have not provided it with illogical reason that they couldn't reach me, almost 3 times. They even given the status of my order in the website as 'returned' or 'return cancelled' for each of the replacement order. Then they called me and said they will provide a refund for the product once they collect it on 14th june. But no one came. When i called the customer service, they said they will call me on or before 20th june. But now, they sending me mails that they can't reach to me to my number. I had given them another one. For that they send another mail telling that they can't reach that one too. Please give a solution for this.

Accordingly i had given my option for return the same after following your system/procedure since long.                                       Dear sir/madam

                                      This is regarding micromax canvas 6 (Champagne, 32 gb) ordered from flipkart on 06 june 18 with order no. Od[protected].
                                      We received the order on 07 june 18, and mobile was over heating from very first day of its receiving.
                                      Then we raised our query to your website, also complained against fake visit done by the technical person.
                                      Then, we continuously followed you regarding over heating of the phone and till 15 june 18, your customer care executive told us to wait for 24-48 hrs each and every time, and then your executive told us to visit micromax canvas service centre.
                                      Micromax service care person told us that they can only repair that phone and can not replace that.
                                      Who wants to repair a brand new phone???
                                      And now after this whole process, we shared the whole story with your executive today and he replied that it is out of the policy now.

                                      So, we have complaint against you in consumer forum with complain id - 784268, and we want either replacement of refund.

                                      my phone has been replaced and the new one has not only over heating issue, it has some more issue like - a) it gets switched off by itself any time(even when the battery is fully charged), b)its charger gets heating during charging within 15 minutes.
                                      Now i have a strong feeling that seller has only defective mobile of this brand.
                                      continuously chasing flipkart with this issue and only getting fake updates from their so called trusted technicians.
                                      now flipkart is sending same technician 4th time against whom we already raised our complain for preparing fake reports.
                                      Not getting any solution - more than one month has been passed.

                                        I have ordered a mobile phone (Redmi 5a) worth rs. 6999 (Paid instantly through netbanking, order id - od[protected] in flipkart on 14/06/2018 for my personal use. I have been eagerly waiting for the product so that i am tracking the product regularly. It was shown that the product would be delivered by 16/06/2018. As 16/06/18 was a holiday due to eid and my delivery address was office address, i informed the authority not to deliver the same on that date nor deliver it on monday as it is also my off day in office.in spite of that they generate the delivery date on monday and the delivery boy called me to receive the product. I gently refused and did request him to deliver it on the next day i. E tuesday. On 18/06/2018 there was no update of the product so i called them about the update. They replied the delivery date is rescheduled on or before 21/06/2018. But today's morning i came to know that without my consent flipkart cancelled the order and processing the refund. I didn't apply for cancellation. On the other hand when i am going to repurchase, it shows that the product is out of stock and only available in flash sale on 21/06/2018 at 12:00 pm. I do not want the rush of flash sale so i ordered the phone on lust week.

                                        1. Rapid action taken by flipkart authority in this matter with utmost importance.
                                        2. Want to get this product within 21/06/18 as per the schedule.
