My name is kolhapurwala mo. Aazam
I have recently purchased honor 7a mobile from flipkart.
I found that battery of the phone is reduced within 4 to 5 hours of continuous usage.
The battery of my phone is continuously reducing even in stand by mode. And it lasts only for few hours of 100 % charging.
The issue was started from the 1st day of my usage.
The battery performance is not good as it seems to decay within a very short time.
Please solve this issue in my phone or replace it with onother one as its only one month of purchasing this phone.
So i would like to claim the warrenty for the same.

Pl tell me what to do and waiting for your reply as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    Where is my order?
    It was supposed to be delivered by 27th june.
    However no trace of it.
    When will i receive it?

    It is a water purifier. Never did it happen that flipkart have failed in the delivery. Why is it happening now? When will i receive it? Update me as soon as possible with the status of the order.

    Do not give me a chance to give a worst feedback about you.

    Please don't open the package when you receive it. Flipkart may deliver cheaper products (product itself is different). If you open the package, that't it. It cannot be returned as per their policy.

      An order was placed with you on 21.06.2018 from delhi - for godrej semi auto - matictop loaded washing machine - od no[protected] the order has not been executed by you. The reason the washing machine under exchange scheme. Lid was slightly damaged. Moreover your scheme details don"t provides any details.in practice you play a different game. You have advised that you were not available, does not carry any wight-age. The person who has come to deliver the machine has taken my signature on delivery papers. I am a senior citizen i remains at home. Do-not try to cover up your fault by putting up the reason on us. The net amt to be adjusted was only rs.300/- your supplier was not ready to listen any thing. If such is the attitude you should not give such greed to public and offer exchange offer.
      We have placed an other order for the same product with you on 27.06.2018 od no[protected] why our refund amt has not been adjusted with this amt. The order has been cancelled by you not by us and the delay in payment is another fault on you part.

        I have ordered a fitness band i didn't got it on date and when i called the delivery guy he is saying some lame excuses. I was supposed to get it on wednesday 27th june and when i called him that afternoon he is saying he had finished all his delivery and when he called me my phone was switch off but i was in my home from 12:30pm onwards but i didn't get any call so i kindly request to take proper action on my delivery

        I want a refund on my delivered product ; i have received a fitness watch on 28th june but the quality of my product is so low so i want a refund on my product as quick as possible and try to add a refunding option on your flipkart site which is easily accessible to customers so i request you take necessary action on my compliant and try to improve your service

            Dear sir,
            I purchased a pair of shoe from flipkart on. When i opened its packing, i found that it is used before. I requested on flipkart to pick it back many times but pick up boy refuse to pick as it is used. I am requested for a pick up on the same day i received it. I want some solution in this matter because it is unfair with a customer. I called customer care also many times, they always says that pickup boy will definately pick your item today, but no pickup has intiated.

              Order od[protected].
              I recently ordered haier 7kg front load fully automatic washing machine.
              But washing machine damage on lift side and lift top. So i want replacement of this product. But in flipkart.com its showing only return / refund option. When i ordered this product on 22nd june there is a replacement option available in the flipkart.com, still this product available, my area pincode 515001. So please accept replacement option on this product.
              If it is not possible as per below screen shots of your flipkart.com policies i will go for legal action. So kindly accept my replacement request.

                # the ekart delivery boys.in the morning i woke up and i got a phone call from ekart delivery. He said hello sir. I'm like hello he said we got your delivery sir come here. I'm like hey dude i'm paying delivery charge so you come. He's like sir if you want your delivery come either i'll put it to me only. I'm like hey behave your self. You don't know how to talk with a customer. He is like don't waste my time. Let me one thing they'll brow money from us then give satisfaction to us. Im seriously # the delivery boys. Train them that how to talk with a customer. And why do they assign like these people. And one thing i think im only one guy who paid delivery charge and gone to take his own delivery i gone 5 km to take my delivery. # the hole delivery team

                          flipkart misroute (same city misrouted)

                          I ordered a mobile from flipkart and have to shipped in 2days and it has been 7days and they are playing with me "misroute (Same city misrouted)" and saying to wait for another 2 business days or 24 hours.
                          I got my previous items to the same address within time but for this order they are saying pincode is wrong and telling to wait 24hrs and the shipment will be delivered and till now my order is not getting shipped. Please help me...

                          I had ordered a redmi note 5 gold colour 4gb + 64 gb combination phone under exchange policy of flipkart on june 22, 2018 against order id: od[protected]. When flipkart personnel came to deliver on june 23, he denied to pick up old phone and deliver new phone without stating any reason and payment was already made in advance to flipkart. It was stated by the personnel that his boss does not like this model of phone which was to be exchanged for new phone whose details was already shared with flipkart team while placing the order, so he denied. It again happened on june 23, june 25 and june 26 with different personnel of flipkart with same reason.in the meantime i had registered a complaint with flipkart through its mobile application and through twitter on june 23 itslef stating my concern. The complaint was acknowledged by flipkart for both the means of complaint. Timeline for resolution was provided as june 26. Upon regular follow ups from flipkart executive i received a call from flipkart executive on june 26 and was assured that this complain has been escalated to senior authority and will get resolved in 24 - 48 hrs ie by june 28.
                          But to my surprise on june 27 morning, my order was cancelled without intimating me and no consent was taken from me. On one hand flipkart cancelled the order and on other side they are assuring me to resolve the issue by june 28. Due to all this drama

                          1. It has resulted in unfair trade practise
                          2. Order got delayed and at the end cancelled abrubtly.
                          3. Mental harrassement from flipkart
                          4. The time and money wasted on follow ups, calls, mesgs
                          5. It caused me a lot of mental agaony.

                          Please note i have all the proofs in terms recordings and messages from flipkart team.

Yesterday your representative called but his voice was not audible so he told he will call again to discuss the issue, but I never received a call back. I wonder he might be very busy resolving my issue that he forgot to call back after giving "ASSURANCE". I must say flipkart, you are misusing the word "ASSURANCE".

                            This is with reference to the order placed on 21st june for a voltas AC through Debit Card EMI option. I received payment confirmation from ICICI Bank but no update from flipcart.
                            When I approached flipcard customer care, I was told it will be updated in 8 hours.
                            Next day on 22nd when I contacted flipcart, I was assured that my issue will be resolved by by 25thjune 5.30pm and I will receive a call from them.
                            When I didnt receive any call from flipcart, I again approached customer care, I asked them to arrange my refund and my call was transferred to Mr Rahul in flipcart he gave me a complaint number IN[protected] & said that you will get your refund by 26th june.
                            On 26th june too I didnt get any support or call from flipcart, I again contacted flipcart and again I was told that it will be resolved on 26th june by the end of day.Though, Day was already over as it was 7 pm in the evening. I wrote mails and writren complaints too through help centre but the most painful thing is no one from flipcard thought to respond to me regarding issue.
                            Just now, on 27th june, again I contacted customer care, he (Mr Vivek) also repeated same 2 lines, we have received your complaint and it will be resolved in next 2 days.
                            When I asked him to transfer my call to his senior he refused .He kept my call on hold for few minutes and then said it will take 24 to 48 hrs to resolve. When I asked him to give me official email id of flipcart to raise my issue, He declined by saying that no such email id exist.
                            Its been a real menture torture and suffering . I am neither getting my refund nor able to purchase AC from some other alternatives.
                            The most painful thing is flipcart's Irresponsible and unprofessional way of dealing with customer and poor issue resolving ability which has completely exhauated me.
                            I dont know to whom shall I approach, so I decided to write to you one last time, I request you to kindly arrange my refund in 24 hours.
                            If it doesnt get resolved I would be compelled to take legal action against you.

                              My mame is Manish and I have recently ordered a mobile (Lenovo k8 note venom black) with Order ID. OD[protected] and got it delivered by 13th may 2018 I paid the cash on delivery(Rs.11, 695) and when came home and unboxed it the brand box has its SEAL OPEN and even had a weird SCREEN COVER on the mobile and when I started using the mobile it's OVER HEATING too. I had my return policy till 23rd may I have placed return requests for many times before my complete of policy date I have even told them that my return policy wolud end tomorrow please help me but no use regard this all issues I have made a return request for many times with selecting different options so that they could understand my problem but everytime their executives call me I kept explaining each and everyone one very clearly and in detail about my problem many times to many executives but they have done nothing more than talking saying that all of my requests have been cancelled and no concerned help was provided to me FLIPKART made me mentally suffer a lot I just need my help and I even want my money back and don't feel like shopping on Flipkart again

                                I have purchased flipkart smart buy products (Earphones, trimmer) in the month of march, 2018. At that time flipkart offered 50% discount on kotak mahindra card and those promised to be debited that cashback on or before april 15th, 2018. But still not yet received.
                                I called in the 1st week of may to ask about the status they replied system is showing on may 10th your cashback will be credited.
                                They added 250rs gift card to myaccount and said to give my back details. I have forwarded and still not yet received.They cancelled the giftcard amount and till now havnt got any cashback.flipkart is cheating like anything and also closed the 'complaint as Resolved'

                                  I am very upset with your service.. I have not got my refund regarding which in one of your ekart office (Mysore) pos machine was not working properly and the money was credited twice.. Then the amount is still not yet refunded.. The incident took place on december 9th 2017. Product was jade heels beige colour (Order id:od[protected] which was ₹505 (Credited was ₹1010 total). Please kindly at least now refund the money. This is a request🙏😊.

                                    I ordered whirlpool refrigerator using debit card 24 jun 2018. I cancelled the order 25 jun 2018 and i got message regarding cancellation and refund amount completed with reference number. I go through the bank with reference number but they said no amount is credited. Till now no amount is credited. I called back to flipkart service they again said same thing refund is completed from seller side and they give reference number again again but no use. Im so worrying. I need my amount back.

                                    I had bought a Panasonic a4 phone in ₹790 but when it came for delivery the delivery boy asked me for ₹8390.

                                    It is the second time I am facing such a terrible service with Flipkart the delivery date was past over and no one even bothered to give me a call and after 20 days the order gets terminated saying no one picked up the call.I never expected such a horrible service
                                    I doesn't ordered an redmi phone but i got an message that i had ordered and the company had received amount from me and the product will be delivered on tomorrow

                                      मैंने दिनांक 05.05.2018 को फ्लिपकार्ट से लेनोवो जेड 2 प्लस फ़ोन ख़रीदा था। लेकिन वो फ़ोन बिलकुल बेकार था।. वो एक बार भी चालु नहीं हुआ। और ऊपर से वो फोन पुराना भी था लेकिन इन्होने मुझसे पैसे new के लिए थे। अब फ्लिपकार्ट इसे वापिस नहीं ले रहा है, मुझे 2 महीने होने को आये है। लेकिन फ्लिपकार्ट के तरफ से कोई अच्छा रिस्पॉन्स नहीं आया है। मैं तो फ़ोन कर कर के थक गया हूँ. बस हर बार एक ही बात बोलते है. परेशानी के लिए हम शर्मिंदा है। हमारी टीम आपसे कांटेक्ट करेगी छे दिन के अंदर। बस हर बार यही होता है . फ्लिपकार्ट मेरा पैसे 2 महीने से इस्तेमाल कर रही है। मै किसी विक्रेता को नहीं जनता मै सिर्फ फ्लिपकार्ट को जनता था इसीलिए इसके नाम को देख कर ही सामान लिया था। ये तो सीधा धोखाधड़ी है। मै चाहता हु मुझे मेरा पैसा और उसके साथ साथ मुझे मुआवजा भी चाहिए। मुझे इतने दिन हो गए परेशान होते होते। और जो भी भाई या बहन इस कंप्लेंट को पढ़ रहा है। मैं सबको यही सलाह दूंगा इस साइट से भूल कर भी कोई २०-५० रुपए से ऊपर का सामान ना ले क्योकि यहां किसी भी कस्टमर की कोई सुनवाई नहीं है। मै खुद भुगत रहा हूँ. जिस दिन मेरा ये ईसू सॉल्व हो गया। मै उसी दिन इस घटिया साइट से अपना अकाउंट डिलीट कर दूंगा। फोर्ड कंपनी नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे।
