I have purchased one google home product on 16th may 2018. As a part of purchase i was supposed to get free unlimited subscriptions of gaana and saavn music portals. However this is not yet provided and flipkart is giving various cock and bull stories when i raised the issue with them. Flipkart order id is od[protected], my contact no is [protected]...

Please stop providing service against the amount received by you through fraud transaction and refund me the same. Caller said he is calling on behalf of axis bank, lake gardens branch and he can unlock my sons account with axis bank, which was locked on 1/6/18. My son pursuing...

I asked for the replacement of battery but couldn't
So ordered for micromax battery and received on 01-june-2018 but this is not supported to my mobile.
Therefore i request to arrange refund it urgently.

I placed an online-order with flipkart, for "3 no. S of epson original refill ink t6641" (For rs. 600.00) and "2 no. S of all colors t6641-b, t6642-c, t6643-m, t6644-y (For rs. 1332.00) in a"single order"no. Od[protected] on[protected] at 10:11 pm.

However, suppliers (Ramdev computers, vasai-401208 and technic world, new delhi-110002) have supplied me with only 1 (One) no. Of both these items respectively; and further,...

I ordered 'apple iphone 7 (Black, 32 gb) from flipkart (Seller supercomnet fssai no[protected] on 13th may 2018 for rs.37098 post discounts and exchange using my hdfc debit card on no cost emi. I cancelled my order on 15th may 2018 and i got email confirmation from flipkart on the same stating that i will receive my refund by 23rd may but i did not get the refund yet.

The air conditioner brand :ifb which i got recently like less than a month is not functioning properly. To be very exact the cooling is not that effective as it was in the initial few days. Since it has been just less than a month don't know why it has happened. So i expect to send any professional mechanic to have a look on the conditioner. Would be greatly appreciated if you could fix this issue as soon as possible. Kindly reach us soon....

I had place an order with flipkart on 15-may-2018, which was expected to delivery on 26-may-2018. Which was rescheduled for 01-jun-2018 on 28-may-2018 by flipkart. The whole delivery schedule shown in my account is false. It show that customer had provided no response and on that ground they cancelled my product. But i had been contacted by flipkart delivery team only once on 31-may-2018, on that day i was not able to received my product....

Ac brought from flipkart with promise of installation (Complaint no - in[protected] mr ridham.
But even after a week ac was delivered the installation is pending. Requested customer care of flipkart for installation again and again but every time i was promised that it will be done and they didn't do it.
May pls resolve the same at earliest...

27th may 2018 : phone got delivered to me which was delayed by 1 day from their promised date.

27th may 2018 - 29th may 2018 : used mobile and found that there is an battery issue (From 100% drains to 70% in just 2 hrs with no use)
29th may 2018 (Evening) : raised a replacement request against the product by giving all the required details.

In website it is showing as cancelled but the amount is still getting deducted from my bank account and is active. They have not cancelled the emi conversion. The customer care is not helping me to resolve the issue....

Od[protected] samsung split ac has been delivered damaged by flipkart. The seller name "consulting rooms pvt ltd - omni tech retail. More than 20 calls to flipkart customer care has been raised and each time they assign samsung technician rather than contacting the seller.
It is evident that flipkart is protecting the seller due to its god know own policies rather than the buyer.

Whenever i try to reset password i am getting message as "unable to process request. Please retry". Also can not create a new account because the number is already in the database. Recently i added couple of items to the cart. But because of the reason i cannot login, i am not able to purchase those. Please help with this.

I have ordered redmi note 5 pro in a flash sale by flipkart on 30th may, 2018.

Its shipped from the same city as mine on 30th may, 2018 and they promised to deliver by 31st may, 2018.
Even after three days and lot of calls to customer care of flipkart, their response is to wait for another 5 days.

Some one called me and asked me to give the flipcart msg.. It was fake call so plz complain to police i have the recording also and the no. Was [protected] from bihar. It was not a first call they are always using new no. And manipulate the customers. I want to complain on flipcart also because they are not maintaining our security. Flipcart are regularly providing our personal details to them or they are not able maintain our personal detail...
