7 times i have raised the return request and every time it is getting cancelled without even contacting me. Spoke with Flipkart executives multiple times every time they are saying some or the other reason like server error, wrong reason. etc... In all these requests the wish master didn't even contacted me once for the pick up of item.
Every time i spoke with Flipkart executive they will just place return request and assures me that it will be picked up this time, which is not happening.

      Basis ad on flipkart, i had placed an order of brother color printer i was shipped a black and white laser printer of same company, now flip cart is just saying from last 4-5 days that by 17th i would get as per my order. I just spoke with delivery team member and the model they confirm is again black laser printer.
      I need my order irrespective of issues from flipkart as they published ad on their platform. I never thought that flipkart shall be partnering with its seller in cheating.

      Dear Flipkart India head
      Your immediate attention is drawn on following urgent points:
      a. On 7th JUL 2018 @ 10:16 AM after going thru your advertisement on your web page, I placed an order for Brother Brother?? DCP-2520D Multi-function Printer color laser.
      b. 100% advance payment was done for the same while placing order and I received a parcel on 11th JUL 2018.
      c. While opening the above parcel I found that I have been sent a laser black brother MFP, which was not my order and I immediately raised the issue with flipkart thru the cell.
      d. I was promised that my product shall be delivered to me thru a replacement by 17th July 2018 and I have to wait though I have paid money.
      e. Since 11th JULY till 16th JULY every day I called flipkart team over phone and explained that please see I get the right product as per my order only.
      f. On 17th JULY 2018 I received another parcel and earlier one was picked back.
      g. It was shocking while I opened the parcel as I found an old and used box of canon brand with QUAKR tape in torn condition with top sealed and I did not open it further.
      h. I again spoke with customer care which was useless as even after speaking for an hour neither cse nor supervisor Mr. Rizwan as he told me his name give me some answer.
      i. I have undergone lot of mental pressure, trauma and harassment by flipkart and I allege that it looks like flipkart is hand in gloves with seller for cheating and doing fraud with customers.
      It is therefore requested that:
      1. Immediately I am given the product ordered.
      2. Though any money can’t replace the agony, mental tension, trauma and harassment due to act of flipkart, I feel fit that an amount of 25, 000.00 would be adequate to compensate the same, which may please be remitted to me per return failing which I shall be free to explore all available avenues for remedial action.

      Trust me I am sure flipkart in connivance with its seller, trying to cheat as someone from flipkart called me and tried to convince either to take refund or order something else, i have told clearly that i need what i ordered along with compensation for mental harassment, mental agony, trauma i have undergone due to flipkart and its people.

        I have ordered a Asus Zenfone Max Pro m1 on 6/07/2018 at 4:04 pm on flash sale . I also got an confirmation that my order has been placed and at 6:38 pm got another one saying that my product has been shipped to Bhiwandi Sort Centre but when i checked my order details opening my portal on Flipkart it says that the order has been cancelled, but when i tracked the order by the website provided in the message it didn't showed any such thing.
        I have waited for a long time to order this phone and it is not at all pleased with the inconvenience. Please help me to resolve my issue and kindly try to provide me with the same before the next flash sale as I urgently need it.           I purchased a Samsung Air conditioner from flipkart on 19th June 2018 with order id – OD[protected], but the product I received was different from what I ordered. I requested for a replacement. The next replacement product I received on 10th July 2018. On 11th July 2018 the Samsung technician came to install the product but as they opened the product they found one power cord was missing, which I need to purchase at the cost of Rs 1000. I informed Flipkart about the issue and they proceed for the refund. As per their policy they schedule a technician visit by their partner Jeeves Ltd to confirm the product before the refund is processed. I received an SMS from Jeeves that the technician visit is scheduled on 15th July 2018, but the seller cancelled the refund on 13th July with the fake update that my issue was resolved by troubleshooting. I informed the incident to flipkart and again a new return request was created. Again a technician visit was scheduled on 17th July 2018, but again the seller cancelled the refund with a fake update that my issue was resolved by troubleshooting on 16 July 2018. Again I informed Flipkart about this fake update. Flipkart has 10 days return policy and if they cancel everytime then the return period will cross and they won’t take back the product.

          Finally after waiting over a month I got my money refunded. Next time I will avoid Flipkart to purchase as they donot have a good support to solve the case. None of the technician visited to check the issue of the missing cord. but finally Flipkart were ready to process for the refund. If they would have done that why so late why not in first place?? Definitely avoid omnitechretail

              Dear Flipkart Officials,
              It is very disappointing that Flipkart is unable to deliver the Asus ZenFone 5Z request even after paying the payment in advance. It is very surprising that they have cancelled the request without having any consent with customer and now they don’t have any justification. Such scenario and dealing with customer, it is losing the confidence and trust of online products.
              As of now I was recommending to people to go for online shopping but as per recent experience with Flipkart and their dealing its totally destroying repo and trust of online products. So it is requested to Flipkart officials to look into such scenario which hurting us and losing our trust to go for online purchasing with Flipkart.

                  I ordered KV PGT COMPUTER SCIENCE BOOK WHICH COSTs Rs216 on 9th of July .. also paid Rs 58 delivery charges.. it was scheduled to deliver my order on 14th of July.But it did arrived I called customer care several times they told there is some problem it will be delivered by 16th of July. It came on 16th July. But I was socked it was class 11english book. Cost Rs 60. This is the flipkart fool people. I have my train on 19th of July . I called customer care to arrange before that.. but he deny. I have no option except cancelling. I have my exam on 29th July. Who is responsible for this flipkart. Never trust them

                    I purchased a micromax mobile from flipcart on 30 Jun 2017. In May 2018 the software shown problem and authorized service center denied service as they can't access the software. On enquiring with flipcart they directed me to micromax.
                    Micromax told it is a counterfiet product after checking the invoice, mobile serial number, product packet and IMEI numbers.

                    Supplier tells give to an outside shop for service and they will pay for it. That means they knows the product is not original.

                    After informing this to flip cart till 4 days back they call me daily asking 24 hours more to solve the issue. I raised my doubt regarding the warranty, they told once complaint was initiated in warranty period, there is no issue of expiring warranty.

                    Today they called me and telling the warranty is already expired and can't do anything

                      I recently purchase voltas 1.5 Ton 3star inverter AC. It delivered with on 12/07/2018 and they have given 16/07/2018 for installation. But no one is came yet to installation .I have wasted my day in waiting. And flipkart mentioned condition to be not installed with local service provider since if there is any damaged parts inside box warrenty would not be claimed.

                        For last 10-11 months my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
                        Then i used forgot button and then received code.
                        Entered the code successfully.
                        After that it was asking please set a new password.
                        Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
                        That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                              I bought a dell laptop on flipkart from a seller.It is a Linux OS laptop I ordered and I’m unable to install software.I couldn’t use it now and so raised a return request and it is rejected by seller.WTF!                                 I placed order, tracking no Tracking id-FMPC[protected]

                                  I ordered ac on Sat, Jun 16th '18 Order ID
                                  OD[protected] and it delivered 3 day late of confirmed delivery date. There are some issue with cooling so register complaint about it on 2nd of july 2018 .then tech visit guy confirmed the isuee and said we will exchange your product . After that 2 week passed but i didn't get any response. I mailed the company but no response. I am very angry about that. Its been 1 month i am fed up whith these calls and mails i did past days .very irresponsible of company . I need my money back . What will i do with ac season is gone . completely waste of money .i dont want that replacement. Just need my money back.you people mantaly harassed me.so please don't give me more tension.

                                    I had purchased a kids dress bella moda from flipkart. The delivery guy who came from Ekart had first swiped my card and said that his machine is not working so please pay money. so i had to pay Rs. 575/- as cash, but unfortunately my bank had debited the money from my card as well. So instead of 575/- i paid 1150/-. When i raised a complaint with them they asked me for few days to get it sorted but that few days were more than 10 days. At last the flipkart agent called me and said that they have checked with Ekart and there is no such payment been made by my card. Despite me telling them that i can produce the bank statement, the agent is not accepting it and says that its not needed as there is not payment received from there end.! That's too stupid!
                                    Instead kept on saying like a recorded machine that raise a dispute form with your bank. why should i do that? when the amount is clearly reflecting under the debit column. Please help me to get the money from them.

                                      I had purchased a kids dress bella moda from flipkart. So i had paid twice to him one with the card, for which he didn't give me any receipt of transaction been cancelled. Now these Flipkart agents are very sharp they don't agree with it, that the payment has been gone twice. Neither they are giving me anything as proof. I told them that i can share my bank statement on which the flipkart agent says that it won't work please raise a dispute form with your bank. Now the question is first the flipkart should give me in written that they didnt receive any payment, whereas they are just letting me know verbally. what i should do?

                                        Dear Flipkart,

                                        I had ordered the above table 13th May 2018 and is still not delivered to me.On the 11th July 18 i get a message and email and email that my order is delivered and also the installation is complete without me getting any kind of delivery of the product.

                                        The seller Hometown was earlier trying to deliver at a different address and not the address where i have asked for delivery. I have asked for delivery at my B 402, New Shivam CHS, Kulupwadi, Borivali east, Mumbai 400066 address whereas they are trying to deliver the same at a Thane City address. I have got a call thrice from them and have explained them that they are going at a different address but it doesn't seem to get resolved.

                                        I have called Flipkart customer care also a few times earlier and have been assured that this will be resolved but its still not done even after nearly 2 months.The executives are just trained to say sorry but were never able to solve the issue. I have wasted enough time on calls with you and that is really frustrating.

                                        This is sheer harassment and deficiency in service on your part. You can see the number of times i have called and am fed up now. Have had a similar experience earlier through you but its repeated now for this product. INFACT YOU'LL HAVE GONE ONE STEP FURTHER THIS TIME BY CHEATING AND SAYING THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY DELIVERY.

                                        Have ordered so many things from you but somewhere you guys need to mess it up.

                                        Please cancel the order and refund the money as you are unable to deliver the product and i have been patient enough which you can hopefully see. Also you need to compensate for the harassment and time wasted trying to chase you';; for my product delivery.

                                        Please resolve this immediately else will escalate this issue further to the media as this is sheer harassment which needs to be highlighted.
