M-flipkart internet pr deducted from january 2017 till date every month

It started with:
January 2017 - rs.897.88

Then:
April 2017 - rs.931.97

Then:
October 2017 - rs. 1004.09

Now:
May 2018 - rs.1095.31

Every month the amount is increasing. It is very annoying that the money is debited without the customer knowledge.

I ordered an iPhone 7 mobile by end of June 2018, and they sold me a mobile manufactured in Dec 2016. They Sold me old stock which is not acceptable. And the invoice states there is a return policy, I've not even opened the box as soon as I saw the manufacturing date on the box I'm very much distressed. But they are not accepting to take return or replacement. Please help invoice is legal.

    I had bought a mixergrinder from flipkart 12 days ago. But it was damaged so i asked for replacement. The product was replaced but the replaced product was damaged too. Then the product was returned. And we were informed that we will get the refund after 2-3 days seller gets the product. But they have been delaying it and not provided it till date.

      I received a flipkart e gift voucher on 29th december 2017 worth rs 2000. All these days and months it was fine, on 14th of june 2018 the sender probably updated the pin and in the process ended up adding it to their flipkart wallet. Now, i have contacted flipkart regarding the same through facebook, flipkart website and even twitter to get my 2000 back, as we all know gifts once received cant be taken back. But they wont transfer the amount from the sender to my account, i am the actual owner of the e gift card, since i was the receiver of the e gift voucher, and it was just a system glitch of the flipkart app on mobile which enabled the sender to use the e gift voucher after so many months to his or her wallet, so rightfully i should get back the money, as in the terms and conditions its nowhere written that the e gift vouchers are a property of the sender always, and its never of the receiver. If such is the case, then someday flipkart will even tell me to give back the products that i purchased with e gift vouchers, because i am the receiver and not the rightful owner of the amount as per their statement. I want to know why dont you give me back the 2000? All these months it was with me, suddenly due to your app the sender gets it back to wallet, then you should transfer it back to me, is not it? I have been shopping from other leading e commerce sites, but never have i ever seen such a scam where the sender can use the e gift voucher anytime anywhere, with the help of flipkart app. So flipkart in a way is encouraging these kind of scams done by others. I waited for 15 days for a resolution and then their representative named deepak called up and told me they will not give me the money back, as its the sender's not mine. Incident in[protected] then why on earth do you call it e gift voucher flipkart? Do you understand the meaning of gifting anyone anything? Can you or your ceo kalyan krishnamurthy or the bansals, go and give someone a gift and then months later go back to the receiver's house and snatch away the gift saying you are still the owner of the item as you purchased it with your money and gave the gift? What kind of logic is this? And where is this clause written on your e gv terms and conditions? When you are openly supporting e gift card fraud usage by sender, without giving money back to receiver, then why do you keep the facility of e gift card? Just because this is done online, you guys can do anything, right? If this was a physical gift, could you take it back? Ask your superiors, ask your ceo, ask your owner, what is the meaning of gifting? You can easily transfer the amount of 2k which is wrongfully obtained by the sender due to flipkart app glitch to my "receiver's" wallet, as i am the rightful owner of the 2k, i received the card, i received the pin, but i cant use it. Wow! What a scam. Kudos to your team.
      I will be following this issue up and taking it further on social media platforms flipkart. I have 2 accounts on flipkart, if you go through the incident number, i have mentioned two numbers, with one number you will see how many orders i have placed every month, i have chosen to be your loyal customer for so many years, placing orders every week minimum once. This is not expected from you, you cant reward me with such loyalty programme, this is not about 2000, but about the emotional bonding we have with any shopping malls or stores. I have been shopping with flipkart for several years now, and very very regular, going by my purchase history. You could always have given me back the money, previously i always got help from your facebook team for any order issue. This time your services just disgusted me and am upset beyond words. I will see what i can do to spread the story your loyalty programme to me online.

        Description: i have bought a phone with buyback guarantee option on 11th august 2017. The buyback guarantee is valid till 17th aug 2018.
        Now when i want to claim the buyback guarantee option in flipkart website, i find no option there to redeem it.
        I am following up this matter with flipkart since 8th june 2018 with no resolution until now. The only answer i got is "there is a technical glitch & we are following it up with our technical team & pl wait for next 2 day until we resolve this"

        I request a faster resolution to this as my buyback grantee is soon going to expire. I am enclosing screenshot of buying page showing no "buyback guarantee claim" option as promised while buying the phone.

          Received mipro 5a defective front camera, on 8th, complaint raised and asked for replacement within 10 days, till now not done, got fed up with Ur calls and tech visit, and no proper response from Flipkart, it's been so many days, I want replacement as soon as possible, do the needful as early as possible, order no 0d2125122,

            I have returned the product but waiting for refund since 20 days. Everytime i call the customer care, i get the same response that "concerned team is looking into the matter and i should get a resolution by so and so date". And they keep extending the dates. I have got 5 dates till now and it kind of makes me feel that i am fighting a court case (Date pe date!).

            Guys, if you can't deliver a flawless product, atleast replace it soon or refund. Amazon is much better in terms of customer service.

            You have already lost some of the customers including me and my entire family because of this incident.

            When i asked for the replacement of the bed, the customer service executive said that i will have to return the bed and then i get a new one after 14 days. Are you guys insane? Should i sleep on floor for 2 weeks even after paying the money? Sooner or later you should realize that your such faulty policies which is designed to trouble the customer will ultimately lead to customer churning to other e-com companies.

              On 3rd may we have ordered one product bajaj juicer that was cancelled by you. We have paid 5099/ against that product. Despite many calls and reminders, you people are hard of hearing, instead of refunding, you are keeping our money indirectly and no responses on emails and calls now. Earlier there is verbal commitment of refunding on calls, now we are not able to connect even. Shame on these guys!! My order id is od[protected].
              Will you please take strict action against co and refund our money? This is my hard earned money as i am getting 10k on monthly basis. These people making us fool by not reverting on calls now. They have made us irritated and frustrated and july starts and no update till date.

                I placed an order on 22nd of july (Asus laptop, inr13990) which i paid through my debit card and my product was supposed to be delivered by 26th of july and on that particular day my product was misrouted on same city as i told customer care they told me to wait for 2 business days and i did so rescheduling my tickets i waited till 28th and yesterday same thing happened as my product got misrouted again in same city, and i am suppose to wait for two more days, this is limit of and eventually my order will be cancelled for sure, and i have to beg for my refund. Courier services have not provided any kind of status since hours and what if i wait two more days and my order gets cancelled.

                  I was a frequent buyer in flipkart, and have ordered a carrom board, i agreed that i had ordered a smaller size instead of bigger one, and spoken to 4 people including supervisors saying they can only replace, what can i do with another one when product itself is not o[censored]se?? What kind of policy which states that only a damage or defective can be replaced?

                  I’m fine to get an exchange but no option for that as well, i did invest a lot of money buying products there but customer service and policies are totally unfair. I want a refund

                    I had a very bad experience from your Flipcart Online..
                    13th May'18 I Ordered Sumeet Mixer Grinder and I got the product on 20th in a Damaged Condition,
                    After that I requested for Replacement and its been Replaced also on 26th May'18..

                    Nominally its been used and its stopped working within 1 weeks time,
                    After that I was planning to approch the Bangalore service centre for Free service cos its in warranty period,
                    Only 1 service centre was available in Bangalore when I checked in google its " Ambika Steel Centre",
                    He is the only Authorised service centre in Bangalore and I approched the service centre & I was shocked,
                    Service centre people said that " Online Purchased Items will not cover the 1 year Warranty",

                    And I called Sumeet Head office in Chennai also, They are saying that we are not supplying any product to Flipcart,
                    What you got the product is Fake Product by some other vendor and its not comes under warranty of Our's,
                    Already Sumeet company is filed case against that fake vendor its in the court..He explained me.

                    Am asking how Flipcart such a big brand is doing fraud to the Customers ???
                    This is the way to do the Business & Cheating to the customers ?? Really am worried again to Buy the products from Flipcart,
                    Am requesting you to please sought out this issue and do the needfull as earliest,

                    Customer complain was he received the defective product also stating that the product is fake one, so apologized and escalate the concern to seller team, we received the update as customer will have to contact brand number mentioned on the product, so informed same to customer and closed the complaint from our end.

                      A friend had placed an order for moto g5 plus through me but was delivered moto g5 instead. I received the delivery and paid the cod amount after confirming moto g5 plus on the bill. The same was delivered to a friend after 3 days, and he opened the packet and was shocked to see moto g5 instead and called me. Now he blames me for the fraud of flipkart. I cannot believe a company who prides on customer satisfaction can do something like this. The invoice number on the product is fabs[protected] dated 18.06.18 and the order id is od[protected].

                        I do not understand that why you people are giving cod options if money has to be paid online only???

                          Flipkart cheated on us as no product was provided to me i have ordered lg g6 screen guard unbreakable and they gave me only the cover of it and after complaining they didn't reverted a single time just gave me dates and dates. After 20 days they told me that we have provided the screen guard to you and you are lying to us so i decided to lodge a complaint towards flipkart. This company should be closed they are here to cheat the customers they dont value customers. This was my first and last transaction wit flipkart i will never ever do any transaction from them.

                              I have recently purchased honor 7a mobile from flipkart.
                              I found that battery of the phone is reduced within 4 to 5 hours of continuous usage.
                              The battery of my phone is continuously reducing even in stand by mode. And it lasts only for few hours of 100 % charging.
                              The issue was started from the 1st day of my usage.
                              The battery performance is not good as it seems to decay within a very short time.
                              Please solve this issue in my phone or replace it with onother one as its only one month of purchasing this phone.
                              So i would like to claim the warrenty for the same.

                              Pl tell me what to do and waiting for your reply as soon as possible.

                                Hi,

                                Where is my order?
                                It was supposed to be delivered by 27th june.
                                However no trace of it.
                                When will i receive it?

                                It is a water purifier. Never did it happen that flipkart have failed in the delivery. Why is it happening now? When will i receive it? Update me as soon as possible with the status of the order.

                                Do not give me a chance to give a worst feedback about you.

                                Please don't open the package when you receive it. Flipkart may deliver cheaper products (product itself is different). If you open the package, that't it. It cannot be returned as per their policy.

                                  An order was placed with you on 21.06.2018 from delhi - for godrej semi auto - matictop loaded washing machine - od no[protected] the order has not been executed by you. The reason the washing machine under exchange scheme. Lid was slightly damaged. Moreover your scheme details don"t provides any details.in practice you play a different game. You have advised that you were not available, does not carry any wight-age. The person who has come to deliver the machine has taken my signature on delivery papers. I am a senior citizen i remains at home. Do-not try to cover up your fault by putting up the reason on us. The net amt to be adjusted was only rs.300/- your supplier was not ready to listen any thing. If such is the attitude you should not give such greed to public and offer exchange offer.
                                  We have placed an other order for the same product with you on 27.06.2018 od no[protected] why our refund amt has not been adjusted with this amt. The order has been cancelled by you not by us and the delay in payment is another fault on you part.

                                    I have ordered a fitness band i didn't got it on date and when i called the delivery guy he is saying some lame excuses. I was supposed to get it on wednesday 27th june and when i called him that afternoon he is saying he had finished all his delivery and when he called me my phone was switch off but i was in my home from 12:30pm onwards but i didn't get any call so i kindly request to take proper action on my delivery

                                    I want a refund on my delivered product ; i have received a fitness watch on 28th june but the quality of my product is so low so i want a refund on my product as quick as possible and try to add a refunding option on your flipkart site which is easily accessible to customers so i request you take necessary action on my compliant and try to improve your service
