Hi,
I have purchased redmi note 5 pro mobile phone on 16th may 2018. I got delivery on 18th may 2018. But the product was faulty.

I raised the replacement request on same day against the product. Flipkart accepted and initiated the replacement on 20th may 2018.

But it hardly take maximum 2 days to reach product at my place.

But today is the expected date to deliver the product its been almost 5 days after the order. (Dispatched from same city - deliver to same city) and i know it will not going to deliver it today too.
Ekart mis ruted the product 2 times in the same city. (Address and pincode is correct)

Whenever i call customer care on this they will just say wait for two more days. This is ridiculous.

The product always get misrouted from in the same city.

My question to flipkart is what if you cancel the product delivery after the 10 days at that time my 10 days replacement policy will get over and i have to bear the defective piece?

P. S. There is no address issue, i have ordered the other product on the same delivery location before.

P. S if ekart logistic do not know about the nearest hub then ""lake view hub is nearest hub to my place.

    I want reactivate my flipcart account. Mistaken i lost my account. I want return my last order but i can't return because i lost my account.       Hi i have purchased "samsung galaxy on nxt (Gold, 64 gb)" because flipkart was offering free cost emi for 6 months but now customer representative of flipkart is denying to provide free cost emi to me. I asked them for a solution but they simply denyed saying that this is not possible. There must be a solution for a problem.

        I had bought sony ps4 pro 1 tb on january this year. I purchased it online from flipkart.com. Now my console has stopped working and when i approached the service centre, they say the warranty will not be honored as the dealer "micromini" is not an authorised dealer. Raised a concern with sony india and they also said the same. The mrp on the box is for rs. 32700/- now i am unable to claim the warranty, even though flipkart assured that their invoice is enough to claim the warranty. The dealer is also unable to reach and sony india refuses to help.

          I purchased moto e 4 plus phone from flipkart. I am facing weak signal and signal flactuation issue in phone. It came to know after taking with motorola customer care centre that these phone model has some technical issue and they are working on it to update software to resolve the issue. I also talked with flipkart customer centre and got replied that you are already late, you should contact to us within 10 days after receiving the phone. Why flipkart is selling such type of phone which already had some technical issue and why they are making fool to customers. If phone has technical issue then why motorola or flipkart are not recalling the product. Pls. Suggest should i go to consumer court for the same.

          The company show the resolved complaint... but actually they are even do not contact with me that what is problem I have... Totally frod work are done by flipkart.. Please help me... For alive my problem otherwise I'll go to the local consumer court and I complain about your frod work any surely I'll send you the legally notice for cheating with Coustmer. There is not a single step were taken by flipkart to resolve my problem and I got frustrated with this site.

              I bought a mi tv 55 inches from flipkart, while installation i had to buy a tv wall mount stand worth rs 499/- from there official installation provider jeeves. But the tvwas having some issues with the screen so i requested from replacement, unfortunately replaced product was also having the same issue so now the are providing the refund to me for the tv but not for the wall mount stand which is now totally useless for me, when i called their customer care they said they can not do anything about it.

              This is totally loot from them as what will a person do with the stand without the tv? It was their fault as the tv was damaged and even the replaced one was having the same issue then why should consumer suffer any loss?

                I got my new television delivered on 17th may 2018, as per product description it should have been installed within 48 hours of delivery.

                I have contacted their installation partner (Jeves) on multiple times, every time i call jeves they tell me that an engineer is allocated for installation and he will call you, but i didn't receive any call.

                I decided to raise this with flipkart and i am also getting same replies every time from them."sir, we have escalated your request it will be installed soon, please be patient".

                It has been over 7 days since the product is delivered and so far i have not received any call or update regarding my installation.

                I've been following up with customer support team for many days.

                It has been 20 DAYS and my TV is not yet installed, your product page says guaranteed installation within 48 hours.

                Daily I am talking to flipkart executive and explaining same thing again and again.I've even dropped email to [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com

                Please can someone help me.

                I think, the way this is going I will miss watching FIFA world cup as I missed Champions league final, IPL final and FA cup final.

                  As a purchased honor 10 which i have prebooked on 18th may
                  They said the thw product will be delivered so i thought that i'll get but they haven't packed product till.. I called everyday because i have to go outside the country on same so i requested them to send it on time they said we'll send it on time.. But now when i called them on 25th they said the haven't shipped it..
                  They are totally playing with their customer
                  Now they are saying that wait till 27th may.. They will do something
                  On other hand i have booked another same mobile from my friend's mobile the product on time, it will be delivered by tomorrow..

                    I ordered a stand blender of italia brand for rs.2499/- from flip-kart on 21st may, morning and paid the amount by debit card in the night of the same day around 11 p. M. On the same day i. E 21st may, 18.. Order id: od[protected]. The payment was successful as evident from the massage i received in my mobile. My bank was allahabad bank, chandkheda branch, ahmedabad-382424.. But due to your company. S software problem, matter was not shown paid to the courier. However your staff confirmed that the payment has been received. I have mailed four times and talked over phone twice,. Still the courier refused to make deliver the product today, ie. 24th may. 2018. How you will solve the problem.

                          Fassured is not quality checked, when I'm searching in online there are so many complaints already there for fassured, Flipkart has to really make quality checks then they can assure.

                          Product is not looking like what is mentioned in specification and brand. Asked for replacement pickup wishmaster not taken since MRP tag missing how can I provide things which are not come with product.

                          Fassured should ensure the quality, and brand customer care telling it's seller mistake and Flipkart is medium of sales. We not looking for seller Flipkart assurance we are looking for, I have ordered 30+ orders in non fassured product delivered is better than fassured product. No quality checks assured.

                          Thanks team for your support. Finally issue really resolved. Only after posting in your site Flipkart really started hearing what customer is explaining, before that they are rude do what ever you want. Fassured cannot be quality complaint and even I asked what is escalation for quality complaint in Fassured no answer. Oy your forum post help me to hear our pathetic experience. But as a patron I want to make a feedback that if Flipkart badging Fassured product there should be proper quality checks and if in case any issues there should be additional care and support to be provided, but here the support was totally ignored. And response is Fassured product which will be delivered with MRP tag, etc etc.. so why I have received wrong product without any documents inside it.? why you unrespectfully telling go and sue in court or send me unboxing video. the sadest scenario this is first time my family members unboxed since they are eager to see product but whole sad experience. This pathetic experience ruined my weekends and hours of phone calls and the call disconnected abruptly after mentioning that this callwill be connected to senior team lead, with statement Flipkart is medium/channel of sales, seller is Fassured and everything will be right, here I didn't receive right product or documents, what is escalation for.fassured with zero quality? they are not ready to hear the complaint properly and simply I understand your wrong product delivery but we can't help in this. Still I am not relived from the pathetic experience and not doing any login to see offers due to this terribly panic experience of my money lost for 15 days. Also no support or assistance for proper escalation for customer who has not received proper product which was ordered. We can see there are bunch similar cases Fassured with no product I side package, guys time to hear true and loyal customer to hear complaint and escalation and guidance to customer instead of disconnecting calls and do what ever what even sue in court. My question still not answered, if the product is not delivered to me inside the sealed package of Flipkart how can I return the MRP tagged or label or even if product is not available. So sad on Customer support. in my journey of probably 5 to 6years of return customer this is not good experience I had. even some cases I haven't returned couples which is not as per.specification since those are low value, but in this case I have so.much expectations to present a gift but terribly went wrong. Thanks again after a deep struggle someone heard customer voice only after posting it in Social media

                          Flipkart telling fssured is quality checked then why received different product with no MRP tag? where is quality check seal here, if the product itself different how there is assurance in it to take action. they are talking about return policy need MRP tag..how can I return whichever is not received while receiving in package. Simply disconnection of call and making incident resolved so pathetic experience.
                          still no answer for how fassured is delivered with different item in Titan Box how to initiate investigation on this?

                          if there is no policy to start incident on this why fakely publishing fassured.?

                          Just read another incident Apple watch box with no watch inside it? still no action on fassured policy to honour customers.

But they saying fassured is quality checked but how i received such bad item, all my call are disconnected in middle and already 10days going on.

                          As asked by Flipkart customer support whether box is preopened I investigated throughly and my unboxing video also shows that box was not in completely sealed this seems box is already opened and repacked with Transparent tape sticked across, this seems some tampered product is delivered to me.

On 23 may flipkart showed the status of the phone was still not packed and not shipped. Today 24th may i again checked but still showing the same then i talked with customer care they said we can't do anything we send your complaint to our senior team they will work and the result will come out on 27 may but your mobile will not confirm when will delivered. I also asked to refund the amount they said it will take 7-8 business days. I am totally stuck in this situation its bad experience because my ₹29999 amount stuck in flipkart now i am not able to another phone. Please look into this matter and take a serious action. I will also lodge a written complaint in consumer court tomorrow.

                                  Again encountered troubles to make payment after adding the Redmi note 5 pro my basket. Out of Stock. But Product is still reamain in my cart.. Its not fair at all.Once we added a product in basket, we must be able to make payment soon. Its Frustrating. very bad Service. Even no response from Flipakrt for my complaint mail even after 24 hours.. Unsatisfied...

My phone hangs up and account is logged out automatically..its a suit from Biba.. I want to return it.. I have heard from my colleague that flipkart is the best site for shop so I also tried it once and what happened to me..seriously this is the worst thing ever happened to me in my life.. I don't understand how they can deactivate an account which is only 2 days old... Please help me so that I can place a Return Of my order...

                                        I brought a new watched through flipkart.but that is mention on invoice your warrant period 1year.but when we gone to fastrack service center then saying warrant period only 6 month.after that i have called to flipkart customer care department.afterword he saying that your watched is not warrant due to physical problem, i do not understand my watched is not damaged only machine do not work because since he heat and then little blast.think god i have wear this watch that time.last customer executive that said that as per your reason its your mistake i do not refund and replace on it.
