I bought a phone from flipkart on 30th april and delivered to me on 3rd may. It was faulty so I lodged a complaint request for replacement on then they rejected it 6 times saying issue can be troubleshooted. Then after these many rejected request when they finally accepted on 12th may it then they cancelled on 14th may saying they were unable to contact, after then when I tried to contact them on 18th may they got me on hold for 30 min and hanged up. After then when I again on same date and tried to make contact they were not returning my calls. Now I have keep this faulty product even after paying it's full worth.​

    As per order id-OD[protected] I have ordered an Infininx Note 4 smart phone by paid 5699.00 from my account .a delivery boy was attend to deliver this as per tracking ID-FMPP[protected] on dated 17.05.2018 whether the date was seen in my messege and in status at flipkart site on 23.05.18. In absence of me the delivery boy was reject to deliver the order to my wife.and also said that the amount would be returned to me within 17.05.18.But all are in vain.After I has called to ccc for re attend the order and the customer care assure me to re attend.but this also faild on dated 18.05.18.again I called to customer care and known that this couldn't be deliver again I was harass by Flipcart.I would like to return my order or returm my paid amount with compensation otherwise I go to Ombudsmen or consumer redressal forum for higher judgment.

      I ordered Adidas shoes on 7th May 2018 and on 09 May 2018 I returned it because of size.Since then I am waiting my refund to be credited to my account and your executive during chating and on phone always asking time to resolve issue and on many occasions they asked me to approach bank and debit card customer care but my bank confirmed that refund not credited to my debit card and same I informed to your customer care executive but they always making excuses.

      I request you to look into this and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        I have ordered a phone on 18 Apr 2018 which was cancelled on 26 Apr due to the negligence of Flipkartand selected cash on delivery mode but later paid through "pay now" option provided by Flipkart which was debited from my bank account but transaction was unsuccessful at Flipkart.

        Then I called Flipkart and they said the Sellar had received the amount so I can collect the order and need not pay but later when the delivery arrived the Flipkart said no they don't received the amount. I raised the complain to my bank and they said the amount was received by Flipkart.

        On 28 Apr Flipkart said they received the amount but not able pay through the same source and asked for my bank details and I provided the same.Again they reach me saying they are not able to refund the amount in said bank and asked for alternate bank details. Just making excuses till now from issue resolving on 24th Apr to 5 th May to 8th may then 9th then 14th then 18th now 19th May.

        Till now they are proceeding the refund don't know how. Whenever I tried to reach them they escalate the issue again n again and just extend the date of resolution.

        Just troubling the customer by unfair trade practices and exploiting them. Till now they are not able to refund my amount.

          I have been trying to login into my flipkart account with my old password but wasn't able. So i have used 'forgot password' link. I have entered both the otps received which were accepted. After that i have entered new password but i am getting the message 'unable to update password' despite of trying several times. Kindly resolve the same.

                I bought a cloudwalker tv from flipkart the on 2 months of 2018

                The is hardly used, we only used to see movies using the tv.

                We went out for vacation are of our door locked and we returned home opened the door, switched on the tv there inside the tv screen not on the outside

                Guess a manufacturing defect to airlock tv got cracked from inside complaint gave, till now no action was taken.

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered a new laptop with exchange of my old laptop. (Hp - i5, 8 gb ram, 640 gb hdd) - 5 years old laptop.

                  But after analyse, the delivery person (Wishmaster) (Kilokari hub) denied to deliver the new laptop due to some silly rubber was coming out on the display lcd border of my old laptop.

                  It's not fair enough to reject the delivery of my product due to this silly reason, i have already paid 58000 to flipkart & only getting 12000 discount for exchange of my old lappy (Original cost of my old laptop : 50000).

                  Please do the needful. Really never expect such experience from flipkart.

                    I regret to inform you that my subject order is still undelivered to our address which was booked from 'Gati KWE' (GR/Docket no. :[protected] dtd. 08/05/2018) and our Complaint no. : 33519671 to Gati KWE.

                    I have contacted several times to Flipkart's and Gati KWE's customer care but nobody is giving the final date of delivery of my consignment.

                    Here, I would like to bring my concern about the condition of material and when will it be delivered?

                    I am very disappointed by the service of Flipkart that it is not seems at par the service quality as they claim.

                      I recently receive Moto g5s on 14th May. I am facing many problems in that phone like overheating and suddenly gone the networks of both sims. Another problem is charging issue, it is very slow.
                      It is just four days old and getting so much problems.

                        I dinesh jarwal, purchsae samsung j3 pro by prepaid but order was cancelled by flipkart. After conversation with flipkart executive, i again purchase same model by prepaid which was again cancelled. Ans sent message that amount will be credited after 8 days. Again calling with flipkart executive, i again order redmi note 5 on prepaid which was again cancelled after two day. My another order of vivo y53 prepaid order was cancelled. Total 04 not prepaid are cancelled and message has given that amount will be credited with in 8 days. They use my amount for thier bussiness. As they cancell my order consecutevely. This shows how they doing bussiness by my money. This also stresed and disturb me mantally. Also due to lack of money i cant purchase mobile from anywhere as they block my amount.

                            My order num: od[protected]. The product came to deliver but while taking back the old phone. The delivery guy informed it is physical damage in screen. But there is no any physical damage it was scratch.

                            But the pick up guy inform it is damage. He spoke one of the helpline number. The lady informed very clearly if is display is working take the old product. But the delivery guy disconnected the call. He called again to helpline informed it is display issue, the lady informed not to pick. He left.

                            Why this kind of response. I am customer of flip kart from ling see my history the products i have purchased, who folks are made me to loose hope. Now i trying to reach the helpline customer care number not able to speak any one. So i am going to take this in high escalation.

                              Can you please tell me.. How much time it will take to resolve my problem.. I have to return a bag of lino Perros only 2 days are left to return it

                                On 08-may-2018 i orderd four products through flipkart worth 4791 rs, the order failed due some king of error but my bank account was debited with 4791 rs. I called flipkart's cc asking about my refund and they told me you have wait 8 bussiness days. The 8 bussiness days is over and till this day (May 18) i didnt recieved any refund or message from flipkart. Please look forward to this problem and kindly take necessary actions.

                                    I purchased acer predator helios 300 (Od[protected] on sale during 13 may 2018 to 16 may 2018 on flipkart sold by seller retailnet. Payment paid through net banking method.
                                    It got damaged when it reached nearest hub. Now i did some researched and discovered that many customers are facing the same problem. After reading some reviews of the packaging of the product it was clear that they were poorly packed.
                                    Many customers are facing same problem regarding the same product with particular seller. The price of the laptop is around 70, 000rs to 80, 000 rupees on average. It only shows on thing that products are not carefully packed or poorly packed. Please i humbly request you to look into this problem and hopefully come up with some solution.

                                    My refund is accepted but the money is going to be credited in 6 business days.
                                    When you guys can take money from us instantly then why don't you refund it that way or in 24 hours.
                                    This is a clear example of how the seller is using our money for a week or two.

                                      My order no is od[protected]. I ordered a bigger blocks pack but instead i got a much smaller bulding block pack. The same is priced at rs150 in retail market but you charged me rs 550. This is nothing but cheating n duping. Further when iam trying to lodge a complaint it is taking longer periods. May b u r making this to avoid from complaining
