I have ordered this product with same belief, i will receive it as i have received my previous orders.
This time being waited for so long and getting a cancel and refund message without any of my consent is one of the terrible experience, shows how the services of team flipkart after being owned majorily by foreign company, is going down.
Please explain if this will be future course so i permanently disconnect with flipkart. Or i will get the product.

    Complain over toll free no.
    But no good response. After enquiry about 5/10 minutes no solution. One mi 55 “ tv received on gift and installed at our house from flipcart person. Wanted better synchronisation of sound. But after taking all data like booking mobile no / order id and refused to solve problem only because booking time mail id. Which i have not. Because tv gifted by my friend.
    That means flipkart product we can’t gift to someone.

      I order in flipkart for vivo v9 my order no :- od[protected] i received my product on 25 may at 4.30 pm within 1 hr plced the order for refund. After that they told me for technicians visiting he (Naveen) came after wasting 2 hr and discussion with sr. Technician (Durgesh) he told me this not working or this is not available in this mobile. Camra is not working upto the mark. And my request has been canceled
      Again i put a request for same thing happened but excutive written in the feed back form not happy but again request canceled.
      I think now a day flipkart believe in cheating or they forget customers satisfaction first.
      Try to maintain lability for the customers.
      I attached all the documents in this mail.
      Watting for reply as soon as possible

        the delivery boy is not accepting the replacement

        You are cheating the customers, you send me a broken phone and your delivering boy is not ready to replace the item, still he have the new phone. Flipkart accepted the replacement and send a new phone, but your delivery boy is not accepting my old phone.
        He is saying that it is not during their service. But i got the broken phone when arrived. I hope you will resolve this problem.

        I purchased a ipro powerbank from flipkart of 130000 mah and the powerbank suddenly stopped working.. Since the product is recoverable under one year warranty.. I contacted flipkart but no proper help was done.. I want my product to be exchnaged since i have purchased it from flipkart i need flipkart to help me exchange my product... And near my locality there are no service centers near to me..

          My brother in law, Jeevan John who is working in Kuwait, ordered a Li-Ning Windstorm 690 badminton racquet of Rs.6464/-. The product received by me at Palai, Kerala. I paid the full amount but we got Li-Ning Windstorm 680 of Rs.6023/-. I didn’t check the bat (because the order wasn’t placed by me) and I have sent it to Kuwait. Flipkart cheated us. Please do refund the balance amount 441/-.

          Customer complain was he order got a different model product which was delivered in the month of April, but since he is contacting us post return policy period of 10 days, so politely denied as per terms and conditions, customer agreed and closed the complain from our end.

            I am calling to flipkart customer care from last 6 hours but they r not giving or receiving call and if they receive call they r giving wrong details. I called then once and they called that their item will be delivered by 6 o clock but after that i am trying to call them but call is not connected bcz it looks like they have started do not disturb with my call but i called them only once before 6 o clock... I also asked that i will go and collect from ur office... Please tell me ur address but they didn't give their address... They r really fake and trying to make fool and not fulfill their promise..

                On 03/05/18 i have ordered asus zenfone max pro m1. With the exchange of my old asusmax (Od[protected]. And complete d all the test from flipkart app. And my old device was in good condition also. After waiting for 10 days on 14/5/18. The product suppose to deliver to my address and my old phone was rejected by ekart delivery person for no reason. And also raised the issue with the customer care they also blankly saying to cancel the order and reorder agian if im doing so i will not get the same offer again. Im disappointed with the service of flipkart i have waited. The offer are showing in their site are not more than fake offers to attract customers. Kindly take the action against this issue...

                  Hi,

                  I had ordered soundlogic beb004 bluetooth headset with mic earphones, it was worst in quality. So i decided to return this product, when i submit return request, the response came as flipkart will pickup this product by 26-may-2018 and on portal also it was saying the same. Even i got a call from flipkart executive for details of address to pickup product. Still pickup is pending. When i call to customer care, they are saying to ship this product, it is simply ridiculous behavior. If you portal is saying they will pickup then how will i ship the product..?? Need resolution over this asap

                    I registered my email to notify me on 24th may to buy asus zenfone max pro m1. On 27th i got mail that today at 12:00 pm there is sale. Later we realised that it is the mail to be sent on 24th may. Is this the service you are providing? On 24th may also the items are sold in few minutes. How can that be possible? I request you to take the action immediately.

                      My product has not yet been delivered to me, because when the courier boy came, i was not at home. But when i call him back, he says he will give it today, he will give it tomorrow. Same thing he has been speaking for three days.. But he has not yet delivered.. But its status is showing delivered.. Please do something..

                        Dear sir,

                        I had ordered for a mobile phone redmi 5a on 15th may 2018 & on the same date i had paid for this. The system was showing expected delivery on 18th may 2018 but till date i have not received my order.
                        After waiting a sufficient time i had lodge my complaint to customer care where the executive told me that the issue has been get escalated & delivery will be get done by 24th may or 25th may 2018. After this i had received a call from a flipcart logistics on 24th may 2018 in evening & the person asked the location of delivery & told me that the order will be delivered in next day i. E. 25th may 2018.
                        Now on 26th may, i received a call from flipkart customer care that we are not able to deliver your order & suggested me to get the cancelled my order.

                        Now i am unable to understand, as per tracking if the material had been shipped then why the flipkart is not able the deliver the product.

                        I request you to look into this & get my order delivered soon.

                          Cannot log into my flipkart account. The compny say that i place a heigh amount of returns but i creat only one return request. I request to return my nike shoes which is larger in size and i can not place a return request they block my flipkart account and iam no longer able to log in.                             I have ordered a laptop with order id od[protected] and i have cancelled my order on the same day i. E., 13th of may 2018 with my american card express credit card. Till now i have not received the refund back to my credit card. I have been calling multiple times to flipkart custimer care and they are assuring me of call back from senior guy. But i did not receive any.

                            I want flipkart to urgently look in to my issue and provide me an update.

                            Some Flipkart lady called me on 6th June and promised to call me back on 8th June evening with an update if issue is not resolved. But no call from Flipkart. Running out of patience. Pathetic customer service.

                              I ordered thid pre order from flipkart in exchange offer with my lenovo k4 note.
                              There is color issue only on outer frame of phone, which is negligible.
                              Phone's battery, display, speaker are working at it's best, back cover is in company condition.
                              Hence your # executive denied and cancelled my order.
                              I can prove it it was your executive's fault.
                              How can i avail get the offer an my order.?
                              It's really disappointing.
                              I will ever never suggest a single person to visit your site and app again.
                              Service are bundled on it's highest peak.
                              Please don't do this kind of cheating with customers.
                              It's super weird.
                              Now i want to and i will complaint in consumer forum for this type of misbehaving and behavior.

                                Hi,

                                Order id: od[protected]

                                In the product description of this item, it was specifically mentioned that this specific item comes in smaller size and that i will have to order a size higher than my usual size. Because this, i ordered size 10 and got the same delivered yesterday.

                                When i tried, the size was too big and hence want to return it.

                                Now, please understand that i have taken just one shoe from the box and tried it on. Upon realising its too big i had kept it back in the box. The whole packaging and the original invoice is intact.

                                However, the return pickup executive said there has to be a price tag with this product. I have not received any price tag and i have searched my whole house at least 5 times.

                                The product was delivered on 25.05.2018 and i had raised the return on the very same day.

                                Now the flipkart team has straight fowardly denied to pick and refund due to a price tag which was not in the package delivered. I have tried twice to reason with them but they have a formatted response saying its not possible.

                                Please help with returning the product

Without getting any call or msg from delivery boy how will i respond.. One of your executive said it will be delivered today for sure and other is saying it won't delivered today itself are you people playing with me.. Need to respond correctly to the customers..                                     Dear concerned

                                    I bought a micromax air conditioner from ur online portal and it was a faulty one, it has been over a month now that no resolution is provided to resolve this issue, the call center guys are not reachable at all at any given point of time and ur team keeps on giving new dates everytime to resolve an issue which takes barely half an hour.

                                    Requesting you to kindly look into this as its been over a month with lots of sleepless nights (Thnx to u guys) as no solution provided yet.
                                    Neither i can repair on my own nor u guys are willing to fix this so pls guide what should i do.
                                    Hoping this mail will help me in getting things move faster.

                                      When i got call from your end then your support team member misbehave with me.

                                      I am really very disappointed. He don't know how to behave with customer. He talked very rudely.

                                      When i asked to please transfer this call to your senior then they hold my phone more than 25 minutes then they disconnected my phone.

                                      Why you are appointing this type of people?
                                      They are giving very bad impression to the flipkart.
