Flipkart tried their best to make the customer suffer more and that the problem is left unsettled. Flipkart has cleverly made the customer fool in the name of tackling the problem. I had processed an order number od[protected] which was done on 03 my 2018 under the flash sale. When this order was ordered, flipkart was exchanging the old mobile phone in it and giving 1000 rupees more in the value of the old phone. For this reason, the price of this phone was quite impressive. And because the phone was coming for the first time its price was also kept low. This phone was being promoted on flipkart long before it was launched and i was quite eager to take it. I was eagerly waiting for 3 may 2018 and i wanted to take this phone as soon as it was launched. But as soon as the phone came on flipkart, it sold out in a few seconds and after that i tried to get it for several hours. After several hours of effort, this phone came in my flipkart bag and i got all the offers related to it. Like no cost emi, exchanged price and smart protection all offers were successfully availed at the time of placing of the orders. On may 12, 2018, i received the call of delivery boy and he told me that your packet has come, please take it. I told your delivery boy that the address given to the packet which is my office address should come and give the product.

Your delivery boy said that he does not want to pay parking, so this packet has to be collected by me only from the on road parking. When i went down i said to him that you should have delivered only at the mentioned address and you cannot force the customer to take delivery on elsewhere. Even i don’t want any argument but unfortunately i had an argument with your delivery staff on the same. Perhaps your delivery staff did not pay the parking t because of this parking attend was kept asking him to remove bike again and again. Due to this, delivery boy was willing to complete delivery soon.

The matter was not serious until that time and i came to the issue and asked about the product from delivery boy. Delivery boy only asked me exchanged mobile and nothing else.

I gave him the phone and as soon as he was checking the phone, after a few seconds, phone slipped from his hand. As soon as the phone dropped down, some dents were appearing on it and a little out of the volume key was visible. As soon as he picked up the phone from the road, he thought it would be difficult to exchange. He then asked for some more things such as a charger, headset and original box.

But i knew about the exchange process and all these things are not necessary in flipkart's exchange policy. Still i wanted to give him the original box as it was available with me and the rest of the things i did not have. When i told him about the exchange policy, he again examined the phone.

Then he started to say that the scratch on screen is high and i said it has a screen guard on it

And i can remove it now, you will not get a single scratch on the screen. That scratchy screen guard still placed on the phone. All these things which are not part of the exchange policy, maybe he sought so that the delivery could be stopped for any reason. Because it’s clear it was a delivery boy’s mistake and to cover that he was tasking for these things. As i said that i was aware of the process, it was not possible for him to fool the customer. Then he politely asked me to order the new phone as it will not be possible for him to exchange the product as of now. An heated argument started with your delivery boy and few people came to spot and advised him to resolved the issue. I have some people as witness who have seen the entire drama and it can be used as a proof of incident. Finally he fled from the spot by handing me the old phone. Some camera of third. Some third-party cameras might also have been covering the incident; this may include a bank's camera. If possible i may provide you more proof of incident but eyewitnesses for sure. As incident occurs in open so i am looking for more proof to support my case. Straight away incident was reported on flipkart helpline but i was shocked because he refused to register a complaint. Aafter that i had spoken to the next level and explained him all the things finally after a log chat flipkart has taken a complaint and on the same call i was assured by flipkart my order will not be cancelled and it will be reattempt for delivery. I was also assured by flipkart on the same call on 12th may 2018 afternoon order will not be cancelled until appropriate resolution will provided. But i was surprised flipkart hasn't taken any action on the complaint but they cancelled the product and dispatch the same to the seller on 14th may 2018 around 2 am. I have many call recorded conversations with me to support the case. Many deadlines missed by the flipkart to resolve the issue. Since then i am contacting regularly to flipkart at my own and every time a new deadline comes from flipkart. I request you to provide me appropriate solutions. Otherwise i have to take a legal route. As you desired i am attaching exchanged product images without removing scratch guard. First you go through all the recorded calls you may feel that justice is not done with the customer.
I have a lot to write but many things i will disclose after your response. But i have come to understand that this is not all that easy because you are a big company. The way your customer care changes your statement, it seems that you have no credibility. Sometimes the ant also defeats the elephant. You are the elephant. I know it.
I also realize that you have a large legal team that will suppress the voice o[censored]s. But i will fight the battle of my right till the end because the fight is now between truth and lies.

Customer raised a complaint stating that prexo order was cancelled as exchange mobile damaged by flipkart delivery staff, we contacted customer and informed that delivered has been cancelled due to prexo order has been damaged and has received the confirmation from Courier service provider end Wish Master has not Damaged the product, hence closing the case from our end.

    Hi, i have ordered a voltas air conditioner from flipkart. Delivery date was 23rd may 2018.
    We were waiting for our order. It informed to us that order is being delivered by gati courier services. Suddenly on 23rd may when i track my order, it is showing that your order has been undelivered bcoz concerned person not available. This is completely wrong. They didn't even attempt to deliver my order.. If this kind of service provided by flipkart then in near future i will never ever going to trust this e commerce website.. This type of behaviour is totally unacceptable. We have complained on gati. Complaint reference no. Is 33553499

      Return approved for items in your flipkart order - od[protected].
      Flipkart doing frauds with their customer.
      They couier a uncompleted product. Now they said we are not responsible for missing part and ship the product directly by customer to seller because no shippment available. If there is no shippment then how its possible for deliver the product to customer from seller. They are just making fraud with there customer.
      And there customer care nd senior level staff behave very rude with me.
      Flipkart is today no. 1fruad company.
      I will file a legal action against such fake nd fraud company.

        Product: acer predator helios 300, core i5 7th gen
        I ordered this laptop on 15th may during the offer day for ₹60, 490. The delivery date was on 22nd may that is yesterday. But on 21 may i received this update saying that my shipment is undelivered due to damage. I tried contacting 3-4 customer support people on flipkart and even one supervisor but they all say "sorry" and it won't be delivered.
        Then i decided to make a complaint, and to my surprise a lot of people are facing the exact same issue with the same laptop. I'm trying to contact flipkart through consumer complaints and twitter also but no proper response.
        They all say that i have to cancel and reorder. But the offer is no more and now the price is ₹84, 990. Now the delivery date is over, i'm receiving an update that my product is shipped back to bangalore (My location is pune) and moreover the laptop is out of stock now.
        I have seen a real lot of complaints with the same issue. It is clear that you are duping us. This product was one of the most advertised during the offer days but this turns out to be a dupe.
        I need answers (And the laptop) immediately!!

          I cannot log into my flipkart account. The compny say that i place a heigh amount of returns but i creat only one return request. I request to return my nike shoes which is larger in size and i can not place a return request they block my flipkart account and iam no longer able to log in. And they sad that reply to our email that we have send to your registered email but i not receive any email. That is all they have done and fraud with me...

            I have purchase marq tv from flipkart and same was delivered on 20th may 2018. As per flipkart installation should have been done by 21st may 2018 but there technicians has neither visited site nor done any installation till today and on top of that they are publishing fake message in name of mine that i am asking for rescheduling the installation. Also when message of installation came they gave me number of engineer which was never reachable. From last 2days my issue is not getting sorted and only response getting from flipkart is back end team is working on it. Due to this my dish installation is also on hold and yet no positive feedback from there end. Request you to support on this matter.

              Hello, i have ordered an air conditioner of samsung 1 ton from the e-commerce website called flipkart. They've first of all accepted my order assured me that it will be delivered to my address provided. Then the next day i received a mail from flipkart saying my order was cancelled so then i've called the customer support the next day, when i called them they said that i have myself requested the cancellation for my order.               Then, i told them i haven't asked them for cancellation but they didn't heard me at all, at last there was only one option left. Coming here

              You've told me that I myself asked to cancel my order which in life never did and putting me on hold for actually more than a 15 minutes explains that. I called you today aswell but i ended up myself being on hold for nearly a 20 minutes. Lets see what you do according to your saying Ab har wish hogi puri. I don't give heads up for that.

                I ordered Samsung AC on 1 May i got delivery on 14 May already delayed as expected delivery date was 8 May. Then we got wrong indoor unit. As technician came next day i recognized it as indoor unit is of 1 ton and the model number is also different.
                We ordered for 1.5 ton model number AR18NV5HL.
                But we got different product.
                Technicians came for installation packwd the item for replacement and expalined the defect with customer care.
                I already made a request for replacement on 15 May. but flipkart approved it on 20 May, again delayed, now pick up needs to be done ther are delaying again.
                I am not understanding why you guys are delaying this much. Summer is at peak. Just for approval they took 5 days again for pick up they are taking lot of days.
                What we wil do with the ac if the summer goes off.
                Kindly deliver the product this week only.
                I already told them we are suffering a. Lot. My mother is having cancer she had gone through radiotherapy we need ac on urgent basis.
                Flipkart is delaying a lot.
                If you guys not able to delivey the right product on time then return it.
                Why end user is suffering.
                We waited a lot and still waiting.
                Deliver the product fast otherwise return it we will buy it from the store as we need it urgently and you guys are not understanding our problem.

                As per flipkart prescribed date the pick up of item to be done by 25 May, but there is no information regarding the pick up, and no pick up is done yet. We already waited a lot . If flipkart don't follow their time line. Then what we will do now. What we will do with the ac if it is delivered after 5 June. Already summer had passed. Already my mother is suffering as she had cancer because of you guys. Our money got stuck with you. Atleast refund our amount so that we can buy the ac from the nearby store.
                We want to return the product and wanted our refund.
                We can't take this anymore. Everday i am following customer care and they told me to wait wait wait.
                We want the refund that's it.

                      I have purchased flipkart smart buy products (Earphones, trimmer) in the month of march, 2018. At that time flipkart offered 50% discount on kotak mahindra card and those promised to be debited that cashback on or before april 15th, 2018. But still not yet received.
                      I called in the 1st week of may to ask about the status they replied system is showing on may 10th your cashback will be credited.
                      But didnt credited.. I complained about the issue they said by may14th your problem will be solved.
                      I asked on may14th they said they are looking into the issue and asked 3 more days to resolve. They assured by 17th may get solved.
                      On 17th may i got message that apologize for delay and asked one more extra day to resolve i. E on 18th may.
                      I again asked on 18th.. They prolonged to 23rd may.. Again i asked on 23rd again they prolonged to 24th.. The same happens and continues. Im having all data and screenshots too. Is this the different of cheating customers??

                      Hai,
                      They just said the seller posted the amount asked to check with the concerned bank and closed the complaint.. but still not yet got my cashback and flipkart is cheating customers like anything by giving fake offers. I want cancel my smart buy product orders and please refund my amount. Im not happy satisfied with those products and all.

                        This complaint is in regards to the poor support received from flipkart.
                        My refund money was transferred to phonepe and now i am not using the contact no. Registered with it so, unable to withdraw the money. Also contacted the phonepe as per them its fault of flipkart.

                        Flipkart refused to refund the money.

                        The other big concern is with the support executive named isha whom i called 22/05 around 4:40p. M she was very rude and kept me on hold several times coming with no solution to it.

                          I am writing this to register my utter disappointment with flipkart.com on purchasing an ac (Order#: od[protected], and therefore would like to raise this matter at this forum.

                          You see, this ac was delivered on 15 may, 2018 and at the time of delivery itself i noticed the mismatch in serial number mentioned on the bill and the ac box. The then i asked the delivery person for the reason of this mismatch, and he pointed me to flipkart customer care. I logged my complaint with them on the same day. Apparently, followed with their support team staff over the telephone; every time their executive promised me a response date and time, stood failed to revert by that and finally after regress struggle, on the 20 may, 2018 they decided to replace this ac. If at all they were to replace this ac, then why they made me wait till 20 may, 2018? It was a matter of 1 minute job to validate the serial number, instead, they made me suffer for 5 long days in such a hot dazzling summer. I requested their executives to provide me a resolution little earlier due to my over-crippled scheduled instance, in response, their executives stated that they have escalated this matter which was a clear bluff.

                          Furthermore, to add more insult to my injury, they further delayed the replacement for another 5 days and asked me to wait till 24 may, 2018. It clearly shows their executives didn't at all listen to what i said.

                          I am highly perturbed with their insensible response, and i regret with my purchase from the flipkart. They have harassed me, wasted my time, energy and made me suffer unnecessarily. Therefore, i would like to open the law suit and take legitimate action as per the indian law of constitution and amendments and would seek a compensation for the trouble and mental agony that they have caused to me.

                            I ordered a skagen watch from flipkart on 29 the april which i recieved ln 1st may and when i opened the box. It was empty. Luckily i had made a video recording of. It. Since then i have been trying to. Talk to flipkart customer service but they are not helping me. They even rejected my refund request and nothing has happened till now here is the proof

                                This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory delivery tat by your company. I bought one order reference number od[protected] on 13 th may, which is still not delivered your staff member assured to delivery of the packet within tat but failed to fulfill his promise and it's enormously delayed,, not only has the order not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past three years. But this time it was a big letdown.

                                Dear Mr Kalyan

                                This is to draw your attention to unsatisfactory product delivery from your
                                company
                                company. I bought one product referering order I'd number
                                OD[protected] which is delivered diffrent as it's seems on your
                                portal.
                                I had tried multiple time to contact your service team but my issue is not
                                resolved for refund or replacement referring to statement saying that the
                                same has been rejected by sellers.

                                I have few concerns and need resolution on immediate basis

                                The Product I received it's short in size as a double bed as it was
                                mentioned in your portal because this size of double bed of matress which
                                is delivered is no where in used by families generally.

                                feature was given that it's an orthopaedic support material to help spine
                                and back, but it's not like that generally the brands are using an
                                orthopaedic matress it's quite loose and can cause problem to spine.

                                The matress I bought only because of the reason that there was a branding
                                of Flipkart.

                                As it was branded or co-branded from Flipkart, I was having trust on your
                                brand that if any problem comes there shouldn't be any issue to replace,
                                refund, change as it's Flipkart assured.

                                There was no pop-up or notice given that it's not replaceable or cannot
                                further Consider for return if any issues persists.

                                The Product still I kept unused with originally as it was delivered without
                                any things change.

                                I request there is been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of
                                your company to resolve the issue . I regret to say that I am literally
                                disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time.

                                I never complained about any of your services during the past three years.
                                But this time it was a big letdown. Please respond and to resolve the same
                                to avoid any leagal proceedings which will cost more than if the things
                                will not resolved on initial level.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to unforeseen logistics issues. Also, requested customer to place a fresh order and revert with the new order ID, so that the seller shall provide the price difference to customer wallet account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                  I have ordered samsung washing machine on may 2 and received damaged product. Raised return and replacement is delayed with out any notics. Today it's 22nd may and item not replaced. Flipkart not ready to refund as well. No response from flipkart on the order. Extending the resolution date is the only thing flipkart does right now. Spend 12849 rupees for this purchase and no update in replacement or refund. Order id od[protected]

                                    I orderd evereday slow juicer and when i recieved it was damaged and accesory was missig and when i requested for replacement they cancelled it i need my product to be replaced other wise i am gonna file complaint against you in consumer court

                                    What kind of bad service is these i have paid total ammount then also i deleiverd damaged product and accesory also missing. 3 times i have requested for replacement but no responce from flipkart

                                      Ordered pigeon gas stove from flipkart which was delivered on 11th may but it was defective nope started emitting flames andone of the burner stopped working hence complain to flipkart and asked for refund but since than no on has turn up to pick the product neither my money has been refunded. But everyday i m getting mail and call and msg that person will come pick the product but still no resolution.
