I had been waiting for the jeeves person to call me for installation since 2 days and then i escalated the matter to customer care then a person from jeeves called and fixed an appointment on thursday evening for installation, two technicians...

I have been trying to buy redmi note 5 pro on flash sales since it was available in flikart (One month). Now im choosing a second option. Changing the brand to some other companies and also not from flipkart.
I feel very bad on you flipkart people, today also i tried hard from 11. 30 am with the help of 4 users.

I ordered a book titled "india and pakistan, why can't be friend" by husain haqqani via flipkart on 26th february, 2018 and it was delivered on 7th march, 2018. Order no, i was away on business for next 12 days, so i could not open the package, i opened the package on 19th march 2018. I bought a product from flipkart at good discount. Then they cancelled my order and deactivated my flipkart account with non-sense policy (Token of apalogy program) they have which is unacceptable. After that i received the carpet i ordered in which i got only 2 instead of 3. As they blocked my account i am unable to replace or return the order od[protected]. I am not able to book redmi 5a. I am trying to book the product since 1 and half months but as soon as i login the product gets out of stock. It is very irritating either increase the time to book the product or increase the number of product so that i can book.
Please help me with the matter and resolve it asap

I order zoom box speaker box.
But i got missing product two time i have raise complain against flipkart he told me your amount is refund within four working days.

But now already take 15 days still my money is not refunded.

He always give excuse always good me back end team will call you i never get any call from flipkart.

While making payment the order got failed but the money was deducted
Again i made a transaction the money got deducted and the transaction was successful..

The the money was been deducted for 2 times for buying 1 product.

I have contacted flipkart giving all the issue they are saying we have received just one successful transaction...

I tried ordering redmi note 5 pro in today's sale (21st march).. I used my central bank netbanking facility for the payment of the product.. The payment was for rs13999/-.. Meanwhile in the payment process it showed "your payment has failed".. Even then my account was debited.. Kindly look into this matter and initiate my refund at the earliest.. Nor the product was ordered nor the amount is credited....

Today i ordered 1 Redmi note 5 pro 6gb Gold model from flash sale.
But now i am seeing that my order is cancelled.
Not only that it is showing that ORDER CANCELLED BY YOU.
After ordering i didn't open my Flipkart account.
Please deliver my product Flipkart.

If you don't want to give products you can notify early. You can't cancel my order without asking me....

Isse phle bhi ek baar complain kiya thea but koi solve nahi hua, , , details--Dear sir hamne 26 february ko ek cloudwalker led tv50 inch liya thea jo hame 5 feb ko mila jab installation ke liye engineer aaye tho vo led tv ko install karte samay unhone dekha ki led internal damge ho gya thea jike liye hamne ek filpkart me replacement ka order kiya hame schedule date diya gaya ki tech visit hoga, installation hoga, uske baad 20 feb ko cancelled...

Anyways, my experience buying Coolpad has been a traumatic. I now feel buying COOLPAD mobile from FLIPKART was my biggest mistake and should have gone for REDMI or some other better brand.

I wanted to highlight following issues :

1. I purchased the handset last year from Flipkart in July'17 and the instrument with in a months' had technical issues. The speaker phone was not...

My product was to be delivered 3 days earlier and still i have not received. I have also contacted the courier service customer care number but there number is switch off even i call up the delivery man even he didn't pick up the call. I purchased a syska power bank through flipcart on 24-oct-18 - order no-od[protected]. I got and using upto 16-feb-18 then it is out of order. Regarding this i lodge a complain to flip cart authorities but till day nothing has been done from them. As per supply it is under warranty but till day no action. I ordered redmi note 5 pro from flipkart on 21/03/2018 12:20 pm. They asked for otp for confirmation i submit the otp. Next it show page unable or some like error. I got a sms from my bank punjab national bank that 13999 has been debited from my account. But flipkart says that no order has been placed, order has failed. Then still did not refunded my money....

I purchased and added 1300 gift card balance to flipkart wallet for shopping. But after adding gift cards they blocked mine account saying that i used unfair means. They used unfair means by blocking my account after adding balance. I want mine balance back. Please help me regarding this. Mine blocked account details are:
