Hi, i ordered the car re fresheners from flipkart but however i got received the products as damaged and requested them to take it back. However on 18th may 2018 they picked the product back from me and promised the refund of the product within 48 hours. But today is 30th may 2018 as i'm writing this draft can assure you that i have still not received my refund yet.
Please escalate this issue on priority.
So, that other citizens do not face such issues in future.

    And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

    Last few months my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

    Then i used forgot button and then received code.

    Entered the code successfully.
    After that it was asking please set a new password.

    Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

    That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      I had purchased ifb 23l convection microwave oven from flipkart for rs 7918/-
      Order id-od[protected]
      Seller:- omnitechretail

      Series of events
      1-placed an order on 16th may 2018
      2-received my product on time.
      3- ifb techinician visits for installation and demo and declares product to be defective
      4- i place a replacement request saying product recieved is defective on 20th may 2018
      5- my replacement request gets cancelled without my prior information.
      6- i placed another replacement request on 22nd may 2018 and i was informed that there will be another technician visit at 24th may 2018 to check the product
      7- no visit by technician on 24th may, on calling flipkart, i was told technician will visit on 29th instead.
      8- no visit by technician on 29th may as well
      9- today on 30th may i recieve an email from flipkart team that they will contact me within 4 hours but its been more than 8 hrs and i havent recieved any intimation

      Grief caused :- the purpose for which product was required has already lapsed. Moreover i have to undergo stress and wastage of my time in talking to flipkart customer multiple times.

      My appeal
      Require working model of my microwave oven at the earliest.
      Compensation for time wastage and unnecessary stress caused to me by flipkart and its seller omnitechretail.

      I also request compensation for breach of trust and condition by seller :- it promised 10 days replacement but its already crossed 10 days

        order not placed for redmi note 5 pro mobile but the amount was deducted

        Hi,
        I tried placing my order for redmi note 5 pro mobile. I filled all the card details and also entered the otp after which i got a message that the order was not placed but my money was deducted.
        Can you please get my money back.
        As i don't see the unsuccessful transaction anywhere.
        There should be some option where in the unsuccessful transaction are capture in the application. We can't let our huge money...

        Today (30 may 2018) i tried to ordering redmi note 5 pro they sent me otp i inserted the otp after that a page comes and says payment failed and unable to order. My order is unsuccessful but payment is deducted from my account and still 14999 is debited from my bank account i made this payment using state bank of india debit card... I want my money refund as early as possible... I contacted flipkart and flipkart people told me that your amount should be refunded in 8 business days but i want my money back very early

          Hi
          I have ordered a bed from flipkart on 18 and money was deducted on same day. But i have not got any order number then i called them on 19 about the issue as i wanted to cancel my order. Then they are saying wait for 24 hrs our concern team will call you. But i haven't recieved any call mail or msg from them regarding that. And still i have not get my order i'd. It is been 10 days now but i haven't recieved a single call or mail from them regarding my issue. I have called them atleast 10 yes but they keep saying wait for more 24 hrs. Now i want to lodge a complaint against them. As they don't have any proper answer and they are disconnecting my call everytime without solving it.

              I ordered a book which was of english language, but received a hindi version of the same. I ordered for a replacement on the very same day. I received a confirmation message. I was waiting for a replacement. No replacement was. Done on the said date. When i contacted i was said that the replacement policy is over. I have all the confirmation messages with me in hand.

                my account debited 14999 on unsuccessful order

                I ordered redmi note 5 pro mobile on 30th may 12 noon from flipkart mobile app.. Its sent me otp i inserted otp also after that it showed unable to order... My order was unsuccessful but still from my account 14999 rs is debited from karanataka bank... Flipkart people told the amount not received by them its failed due to an error... But my bank details says its debited to flipkart itself.. So whom refund my ammount???...

                Unable to login to flipkart neither on website nor on mobile app. Can someone assist on that. I have tried by otp and multiple times, can you please advice why its not working.
                Entered the code successfully.

                  This is to update you that i have purchased a samsung 6.2kg fully automatic top loading washing machine from flipkart which was delivered on 23/05/2018 & has not been installed till 30/05/2018. Infact i have recd an sms from flipkart stating that the installation has been completed on 25th where as the product is lying untouched at my residence, no one has come for the installation and there is a fake update to customers.

                  They are now not willing to take the product back as well.

                        Seller from flipkart cancelled my orders which i brought in discount offers he said it's price error but they didn't known the value of customer time
                        First they give some offers and discounts on products then customer attract towards them after that they cancelled all orders and giving silly reason in which seller cancelled your order, seller dont have that much product, and all prices error which is disgusting

                        They have packed and approved and it was shipped and came to near my flipkart store but they have cancelled the order i want that product\
                        Please solve this as soon as possible

                          I can't login with my account in flipkart.
                          I clicked forget option for my password, but it says (Unable to process your request, please retry). The problem persists for long time.
                          New account creation is also in problem.
                          Please check my account to login as soon as possible. I cant order anything without that accont. Or please say the way how to delete that account.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I gave laptop for repair couple of weeks back to errorkart. Errorkart repaired the laptop gave 3 months of warranty and charged rs.3700/- but within a week laptop facing the same issue again they took laptop again for repair and said graphics card was gone. They we need replace complete motherboard. They said motherboard cost rs.8500/- and we will debit rs.3700/- from rs.8500/- if not they will refund rs.3700/-.
                            Past one week no updation from errorkart, whenever i call keep on telling some stupid story and i am fed up. They gave my laptop back without replacing mother board and finally they did not refunded my rs.3700/-.

                            Errorkart people are big cheaters. Please do justice

                              This is to inform you that it has been a year after the approval of my refund & has not been received by me yet. I had sent mail to customer support so many times but still its pending. I don't know what's the matter for not returning my amount.

                                I ordered a lg 43lh576t tv from flipkart on 4-may-2018 and received it on 10-may-2018. Delivery status on flipkart was updated only on 15-may-2018 after several complaints. As this item's unpacking is sponsored and recommended by flipkart, it was unpacked only on 16-may-2018 by lg service man. Flipkart failed to provide unpacking and installation services within the 48 hours of delivery as is claimed by it. After unpacking, service man found tv to be defective as there was no display. Then, i raised a refund request for this as no replacement was available by seller at that time. While refund request was in progress, several tech and uninstallation visits were scheduled even though installation was never done. During unistallation visit by jeeves service person (Flipkart service partner), i was given choice of either refund or replacement because by that time replacement was available by the seller. So, i chose to get replacement. Due to this, flipkart cancelled all the process of refund and started replacement process. Annoyingly, a tech as well as uninstallation visits were again scheduled without any reason. This time on 29-may-2018, again, the jeeves service man asked for uninstallation and i told him there was no need as tv was never installed and i was waiting for tv to be picked up by flipkart's logistic partner. But unexpectedly, flipkart cancelled my replacement request without any reason. And now, again after several complaints, they have for the third time, started the process again. Again, there is a tech and uninstallation visits scheduled without any reason. After delivery of a defective tv on 10-may-2018, i am still waiting for tv to be picked up by flipkart. It is becoming a never ending process of replacement. Their customer care persons are not understanding my problem and everytime they are just starting a new process of replacement. Very very disappointing service by flipkart.

                                Pick up date has already crossed. After 1.5 months, I am still waiting for the defective TV delivered by Flipkart to get replaced. I am loosing patience on Flipkart.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  Myself Shivraj I ordered 'Vu 80cm (32 inch) Full HD LED TV' on 'Wed, May 16th '18 8:25 PM' for Total Amount ₹13, 049 through Debit card from Flipkart with Order ID OD[protected] for my brother Vikram because I have Hdfc bank debit card and there was card offer on Flipkart at that time

                                  Item has been shipped by Gati Courier[protected] on 17th May

                                  Expected delivery was on 23rd but still today 29th my item did not got delivered to my brother

                                  On 23rd which was expected delivery date Gati Courier refused doorstep delivery saying I did not paid for doorstep delivery so they will not

                                  As my order was prepaid so immediately I came to know that I already paid everything and this is unreal excuse so I called Gati courier customer care[protected] and Flipkart customer care[protected] and told them above issue with Gati complaint no.[protected] and Flipkart Customer Service Incident: IN[protected]

                                  Regarding this I got callback from Gati on 25th May and from Flipkart on 26th May and I was told by both that they will resolve issue in few days

                                  From 23rd Till today 29th May I called Flipkart and Gati many times and asked why still my item not getting delivered? so they said we got your issue we are working on it and each time they said 2-3 days more and it has got postponed many times but still no delivery

                                  My request is that please look into this issue and tell Flipkart or Gati to deliver my item

                                  Also please carefully note below things...

                                  As I ordered it on offer day with Hdfc and other offers so I got it with ₹2950 worth of discount so refund of order amount ₹13049 or cancelling is not a best solution in this case

                                  Because after that I have to reorder it at normal price without ₹2950 discount and the inconvenience I faced during this order will be other thing

                                  Same day same complain I posted on consumerhelpline.gov.in after that and this, Flipkart followed my issue with serious priority and made Gati to deliver my order, On 4th June My Brother got delivery of above TV, Thanks!

                                  Today 2 June it is showing Out for delivery since morning but no call from courier or delivery done it is 4:40pm, I called Flipkart and Gati both said wait till end of day it will get delivered, I asked about number of delivery person so Gati gave me a number of ex employee who left job one year ago...I then asked Gati what is this? so they said number is correct & that is the number they have in the system...this is so bad!

                                  Same day same complain I posted on consumerhelpline.gov.in also after that and this, Flipkart followed my issue with serious priority and made Gati to deliver my order, On 4th June My Brother got delivery of above TV, Thanks!

                                    This is the worst experience I have ever had with an Online Shopping company Flipkart.

                                    On 19th May, I had returned the Ladies sandals and I was told that within 2 business days I will get the refund of 529 rs.

                                    Today is 29th May and after talking to 7-8 agents in your so called Customer Helpdesk I have been told to wait for some more days to resolve the issue.

                                    Moreover, when I asked the agent to transfer me to Supervisor, I was kept on hold for almost 30 min. with the standard response that the supervisors are busy on other calls.

                                    I really want to thank Flipkart for giving me such a Pathetic customer service which I will not forget.
