I ordered Voltas 1.5 Ton Air-conditioner 5 star rating model No is. 185JY ( white color which is mentioned in the Bill ) from Flipkart. I paid Rs. 25999 by bajafinserv on 24 March 2018 at 12.35. PM.
I received wrong product: Voltas 1.5 Ton Air-conditioner 5 star rating model No is 185 EY(R) (red color different Model ) on 28.03.2018
I requested Flipkart customer care they said they will not replace the product. I got offer price when i place the order. When I place the order, product got confirmed by Flipkart. Now without my knowledge how they can send different item. Before place the order they should intimate product is out of stock. Now Flipkart is not accept for replacement. I want same product which I had order. Flipkart is responsible for this issue. I am not satisfied.

Indoor unit is not packed properly. Packing was opened condition. I asked delivery person, he is not responding me.
I request Flipkart to replace wrong product which I received.
I want Voltas 1.5 Ton Air-conditioner 5 star rating model No is. 185JY with brand new packed condition
This issue have led me to become intensely anxious and thus I am not able to focus on the regular activities.
I attached all the documents related to this product.
I want replacement in which I place the order (PINCODE: 620015)

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to delivered product is defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that replacement has been done from seller end also customer confirmed delivery. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
