I bought this nokia 2 phone a week ago. The time i switched on the phone, it started malfunctioning. I asked for a replacement or return. They sent a tech guy and he just checked the phn temperature and siad he would file the request about the same. Butwhen i checked the next day, thereturn was canceled. The technician who visited put the remark that the issue is resolved. But what he had said to me is that he would put the remark as the phone is heating and hanging issue is there. This is misleading. I just want to return this product and want to get a different one.
I have been using flipkart for my online purchase but looking into this attitude of the seller or flipkart now i will never ever shop on this and will never recommmend anyone to go for flipkart. You guys sucks.
I also work for us tech support and know the in and out. The flipkart gaent was trying to make fool out of me and was guiding me to troubleshoot the issue. You even do not have skilled agents. I will also take this to high level if this device is not returned in 2 to 4 days.

    Hi,

    I have brought Letv max2 mobile in flipkart at 15k in August month 2017.After 2 months mobile started heating, from last week onwards mobile restarting every few mins. after approaching service center they informed motherboard damage and not able to update OS, Mobile will not function as need, Company stopped manufacturing motherboard nothing to do now it's not charge since few days and their was no guarantee and warranty for the product.i lost hard earned money 15k.please help me

      I am using Bajaj Finserv EMI Card and tomorrow on dated[protected] on my register mobile number call from[protected] and said that he is from Bajaj Fin and your all loan is clear and i want to send you NOC for your account and then he ask for OTP and i gave him then after some time on my mobile i got the massage that successfully purchase transactions of rs. 22, 990/- and same amount for two time will be on my Bajaj fin card.

      I request you to that this last both of transactions are not done by me and please cancel the loan process.

        Dear Sachin Bansal Sir,

        I had given order of refrigerator on 15 april and order id is OD[protected]. In exchange of my old refrigerator which is in working condition, as asked by flipkart at time of booking and i have selected as working condition.

        But my product is not getting delivered by flipkart as old refrigerator pickup person is not accepting replacement.

        Now delivery dept is not delivering product and customer care is forcing me to cancel order and not providing me solutions. Till now almost i had received 5 calls and each call had wasted my 30 to 40 mins and not providing solution.

        This kind of behavior is mental harassment to customer that even after paying money i had to go through such difficulties. I think i had lost my money and flipkart is not deliverying product.

        Your customer care is giving wrong reasons and deniny from commitment done to customer. Exchange product is in working condition but flipkart staff is manipulating with customer order to do cheap marketing.

          I have ordered carrier ac 1.5 ton on 24th feb 2018 which was delivered on 28th feb 2018. Flipkart agency installation done installation works on 3rd march 2018. My ac was not working on 15th march 2018 - called installation guy who asked me to file compliant to carrier. I lodged compliant to carrier on 16th march and technician visited home. Carrier technician just informed ' uncertified company installation' is issue and left. I lodged complaint on flipkart on 20th mar 2018 and till now my compliant not fixed.

          Almost 4 to 5 persons visited home and went back blaming each other. But real issue with flipkart bcoz of sending poor quality defective ac unit and installation done by uncertified agency. My whole trust on flipkart went worst when getting calls daily and poor commitment to fix which never worked till date.

          Paying money for nothing and i paid 1500 for installation crew for worst actions.

          I need my work to be done by replacing good ac unit at earliest. Need prompt one commitment from flipkart on this.

              On 13 of april my sony 1 tb external hardrive was delivered to me and after opening my package i found that my product given by flipkart was a defective product, so after that i have requested flipkart to replace my product with the current one, and so they have accepted my request of changing my product.
              And now when my product was to be delivered to me, the delivery boy founded that my product id is not matching with my earlier product i. E. Od[protected].
              So dear sir/madam it would be better if you can send my product without any kind of mistakes which had happened earlier

                Today i add redmi note 5 pro in my cart in flash sale but could not get it in time due to payment by card as its not possible to make payment by card in less than a second. That is totally wrong. Its really bad that flipkart sold item to others by taking it from someone else cart.

                    I purchased ipro power bank 13000 mah two months ago through the flipkart. Now it was not working. I want to replace the power bank or repair it. I have warranty card. I am very disappointed with flipkart order id :od[protected]

                      Launching new Honor 9 lite mobile in flash sale. The original price is rupees 10, 999 as in Honor official website but in flip kart advertising it shows as rupees 13, 999 and extra discount of 3000 and reduced the total price to 10, 999 only. Why doing this kind of fake advertising done by the flip kart? If it continues it will be shame on flip kart.

                          I am over all dissatisfied with the Flipkart behaviour or services because
                          i buy one product from Flipkart but due to the bad quality i returned that
                          product refund come back to me and everthing was fine but after 2 / 3
                          months when i am trying to buy something from Flipkart, the application is
                          not allowing me to login to the application. After contacting to Flipkart i
                          got to know due to cancelling that order they block my ID.. 😂😂

                          I am still thinking, is this could be the reason for blocking the IDs? Flipkart, if you cant manage your quality better shut off the business but dont do such negative things because its a digital world and if brand image will be spoiled once you wouldn't get another chance for any kind of recovery.

                          If you cant unblock my ID then with the immediate effect delete my account and release my Number n email address from your database because it belongs to me and i have full authority to push you to release my details it from ur database.

                              At dated 18/2/18 I ordered a sd card of rupees 879/-by online payment by state bank of india, but no any order received by flipkart.
                              I complained to SBI Bank about this deduction, after complained sbi says that they had payment to marchent/flipkart of rs 879/- at dated 18/2/18.
                              I submitted screen shot of resolved complained of sbi.
                              So Plz return my ruppes of 879/- as soon as possible.

                                I have ordered a lenovo k8 plus phone via flipkart on 3rd april and i received the pone next day which was a screen cracked one. I contacted flipkart and they replaced it with a new phone. After receiving the replacement phone, i dint find any physical damage in that. The same day after setting up the phone i checked the warranty of the phone which was just 133 days remaining and i shocked to know that flipkart sells the refurbished/used phones as new one. Raised a complaint again and got a return for that. Just want to bring this to the crowd.

                                  The ad of MACH 3 showing price ₹125 but when i tried to buy it shows the selling price is ₹ 179 MRP is ₹ 180. I would like to know that why are you misleading us by showing take Ads. Remove you Ad or update you system.. Don't make us fool

                                    Last month i. E on march 18 2018 i ordered micromax 1.5 ton ac through flipkart. It was delivered on 29 march and assured date of installation was on or before 2nd april. They didn't install till today i. E on 17 april. I don, t know when they are going to install. I called flipkart many times regarding installation each and every time they said it will be done with in 24-48 hours but that didn't happen. I asked them can i get it installed from outside they said no and said that warranty gets void. And moreover it is paid installation. Flipkart keep on saying that your item gets installed in this date that date. I they are saying that i have cancelled the slot. At intial days i asked for return they said it can't be done. I was frustated with flipkart service and they are taking no proper respone in installation service. I already informed that if don't provide service properly i will domplain in consumer forum but still they are doing same drama.
                                    I need compensation i. E double the amount i paid to them.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have bought a carrier 1 ton split ac from flipkart a month ago. From the very beginning the ac was defective, i raised a request for an exchange. Anyhow the service engineer convinced me that the ac is working fine. After that the exchange period of 10 days expired at flipkart. From then i have raised couple of request for service but every time the service person comes an say me it's working. I find it very disappointed as the cooling is not as expected. I need the product to be replaced. Please help me, next step is iam going to lodge a complaint at consumers court for fraud selling of defective product.

                                        In last redmi note 5 pro sale on date 13.04.2018 i succeed to grab mobile in cart but when i tried to do payment it went out of stock. I mean how is this possible that flipkart allow others to get mobile which i added in cart. It shows flipkart is not that great in flash sale either.
                                        This is really disappointing and should be treated hardly.
