On 25th march 2018, sunday, i placed an order for i phone 6 on flipkart. Today the package got delivered and instead of receiving the i phone, i got two soaps. The payment was already made with online payment. This was very disgusting and untrustworthy, something i had never expected from flipkart. At 9.30 pm, i called the customer care call but was dissatisfied with the response and reply. Please refund my money as soon as possible and take your package containing the soaps so as to avoid me making worse opinions of flipkart. The order no. Is od[protected].

    I ordered a asus laptop from flipkart on 8 March & received the product on 11 March. But when I used the laptop on the first day it got hanged & was hanged until the laptop's battery got completely discharged. I requested replacement of laptop on 12 March & the wish master came with the replacement on 16 March but he refused to pick up the old laptop & provide replacement because when he was matching the serial no. mentioned on the back of product with the serial no.mentioned on the order receipt, both the no.s were not matching(last 3 digits of serial no. were missing on laptop). Hence, I again contacted Flipkart to solve my problem & provide me the replacement. I have mailed & called them many times but every time the gave me a new date to resolve my issue. I am frustrated now and want my money back. Their customer support is ridiculous, the don't try to understand our problem & solve it.They only give false hope that our issue will get resolved.       Dear Flipkart,

      “A month back(16th Feb) I have ordered from our renowned flip kart Oppo f3 plus mobile, or I should say a defect piece of mobile which was having multiple issues like :
      a dent on the rare side ; the phone was heating too much while calling and while putting on charge, I Can’t add/merge calls, voice is echoing while call is put on hold, Battery issue. I requested and raised the issue a couple of time expecting promptness and assurance that it will be taken seriously and will get resolved soon, but I have got a cancellation of my request stating “we are unable to reach out to you (for which I have shared my alternative number)”. And every time reaching out to the customer care for the concern they have assured me with a technician visit, which never happened, though I have got few calls from technician in the odd hours and cancelling the request if asked him to come in working hours(its happed 3 time). From last one month I am into raising the request and Flipkart is into cancelling that request with a massage that “we will reach out to you”. And I am still here again with that defected phone and a raised request”

      And It surprised me that intimating them that if the problem will not be solved I do have nothing but to go for social media but again the solution I have got is “Please be assured, our team will get in touch with you shortly.”

      Genuinely I didn’t have expected this to a brand like Flipkart, Giving a fancy tagline to attract the costumer will not help but the service, which is defiantly lacking.

      I expect the concern will be taken into notice seriously, at-least this deserve to be sorted out after this much of follow-up.

      Now Flipkart people refusing to refund my amount.

      I didn't get any response or any call from flipkart today mng they send me n SMS :

      Return Update: Sorry, the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for OPPO F3... from your order with order ID OD[protected]. Please check your email for more details.

      This is the solution they gave after 1 month.
      Please take a action n those #fakekart people

        I order redmi note 5 pro from flipkart at wed, mar 28th '18 11:59 am through an debit card payment option and i got email, msg from them the order has been placed and payment is received by them and payment has been deducted but at wed, 28th mar 5:22 pm i got an msg that product is cancel this type is fraud is done by this company. I talk to there senior sushil and he said this is not my responsibility and seller is responsible for this.

          Hi, my name is navin govil. I want to raise a complain against flipkart that they already made a ruthless mistake to disguise their customer by showing wrong information over the internet. They show that product' s sale will start at 12 noon but that product has been out of stock at or before 12 noon. I recently checked that sale was about to start at 12 noon but as soon as i tried to buy then one again a message is shown that product is sold out at 11.59 am. Wtf. These things are happening till last week.

          Now today once again i tried to buy it and coincidentally i purchased it and i also got a message that i got it by tomorrow as my order has been shipped. After 10 min of getting shipping message, i got an another message i. E "we have accept your cancellation request" even though i did not cancel it.

          Why they do that silly things with their customers.

          So i want to take a legal action against them. Please help me.

            My order number is od[protected]. I ordered a mobile infinix hot s3 (64 gb memory, 4 gb ram) mrp 10999, on 22nd march and product was delivered to me on 23 rd march 2018. I picked the delivery and was very excited about the phone because mobile has 20 mega pxl front camera and 13 mega pxl rear camera. When i clicked the selfie, image quality was poor and its seems not to be captured by a 20 mega pxl camera phone and also the rear camera quality was also poor. On zooming the picture it got blurred and i was very dispointed so i requested for refund. They denied my request saying that we have only 10 days replacement policy and we are sorry we can not refund your money back. I also talked their senior consultant and he also told me that we can not refund your money back. I asked them in which condition they can refund the money, they told me that if the mobile is not in their stock then we will take back mobile otherwise not. Even i asked them to replace it and provide me other mobile phone and i will pay the extra charges, on this point even they denied my request. My money got wasted and i will not be able to buy other phone because i have spent all the money which i have saved for buying the mobile. I was cheated by flipkart.

              I have purchased an ac and while installation, the technician found it defective so i have requested for a return and since two weeks have passed my return request have not been accepted and each time flipkart postpone the technician visit by giving any lame excuse. This is happening from last 3-4 times and continuously i am reporting flipkart about it, but instead of providing the permanent solution they just schedule next visit of the technician.

                Hi,
                I have ordered OPPO F3 (Gold, 64 GB) on 26-Mar-2018 from Flipkart.com with Exchange of Moto G2, which supposed to delivered on 27-Mar-2018..
                So on 26-Mar-2018 I have format my mobile and erase all the important data from my Moto G2 but when I checked the status on Flipkart site
                on 27-Mar-2018 it is showing "Shipment has been cancelled by you" Where I did'nt cancelled the order. When I contacted the customer care, Customer care executive was saying like Seller has rejected the order due to price difference(Giving more exchange rate for the Moto G2 i.e. Rs. 3900).
                And now they are not delivering the order and refunding the amount. but I dont want the refund..I want the mobile.

                  I'd ordered for milton pacific 1000 ml bottles pack of 2 (12 pieces) in colour green.. But today i got milton pet class 1000 pack of 1 (6 pieces) instead of that... And while receiving of this i'd paid rs.482 for the green one because package was sealed at reciving time.. But actually the price was 270 which was given under the package... So, i'm very disappointed with this order!!

                    During the flash sale on 28 march 18 of redmi note 5 pro mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

                    I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

                    This is complete cheating of customers.

                    thousands of buyers being fooled by this company.

                    proof of this scam can be found on their facebook page where it shows out of stock even before sale starts.
                    scammers need legal action taken against these scammers for cheap marketing.

                      I ordered Voltas 1.5 Ton Air-conditioner 5 star rating model No is. 185JY ( white color which is mentioned in the Bill ) from Flipkart. I paid Rs. 25999 by bajafinserv on 24 March 2018 at 12.35. PM.
                      I received wrong product: Voltas 1.5 Ton Air-conditioner 5 star rating model No is 185 EY(R) (red color different Model ) on 28.03.2018
                      I requested Flipkart customer care they said they will not replace the product. I got offer price when i place the order. When I place the order, product got confirmed by Flipkart. Now without my knowledge how they can send different item. Before place the order they should intimate product is out of stock. Now Flipkart is not accept for replacement. I want same product which I had order. Flipkart is responsible for this issue. I am not satisfied.

                        1. Technician Came to me checked the Phone,
                        2. Downloaded one App (CPU-Z) to Checked the Heating Problem,
                        3. Recorded 48.2 degree, while charging at 40% of Battery.
                        4. Taken Snap Shots, Report the Same to flipkart Higher Authorities.
                        5. I recieved the sms saying Service Completed.

                        Now he Question is How is my Problem Solved ?
                        Hence How You people Says Issue is Solved...

                        Condition of the Handset is Very New. 1st app downloaded is (CPU-Z)
                        What will happen when I Start Using It.

                        One More thing is I heard there only 10 days Refund Policy...
                        To go thru with the Procedure 10 days are gone. Now.

                        facing same issue. mobile mujhe replace karna hai to mobile achha work kar raha hai ya nhi, ye dicide karne ka hak mera hona chahiye. ab technician decide karega kya k mobile achha hai ya nhi. mera battery ka issue hai and technician ka kahna hai ki battery agar 20 min me 15 percent low hoga tabhi defective hai. mere phone ka battery 10 percent drain hua and iss hisab se poora 100 percent drain hone me 3 hr. 20 min lagega. ye defect nhi to aur kya hai.

                            I am not happy with the flipkart services. It seems to be totally fake service provider. I have today purchase redmi note 5 pro it is added in to my cart and when i try to continue for payment it stopped for some second and the product become out of stock. I don't know if there is any product added into your cart how it is out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart. But after adding into the cart. Go for out of stock is totally rubbish. A person need some time to add payment as well as i have not get time to add payment in a few second it is going to be out of stock. I am totally disappointed. Card become out of stock is not good. I waste my full day time with adding this into cart and after a few second it become empty. Now i think never go with flipkart any more.

                              Hi I made an order in flipkart of combo shoe and I got delivery too.But it was not satisfied as my exceptation. I returned the product twice but same problem coming further. So please make necessary action to give me the product.My order no : OD[protected].                                 I purchased mobile handset from flipkart, yu - the phone delivered was dead and now, when i registered a complaint, they requested for the technical visit, now the visit was scheduled on monday 26th mar'2018. They rescheduled it for tuesday 27th mar'2018. But i don't continue this phone because very first day i face difficulty to operate this how its possible it will be continue in one year.

                                Now, after looking at the status, i complained it again, they have no answers for the same. They are not able to resolve the issue, they are just wasting the time. Mobile is such important product which you purchase...
                                I just want my valuable money back.

                                  I have ordered lenovo hw01 smart band with heart rate monitor through flipkart on 06th march 2018, the band works good for 7 days later that it got dead. So that i returned the band on 14th march 2018. After a day the flipkart executive came and picked up damaged in same time he delivered a new band. The new band also did the same that is works good for 7 days later that it got dead. Now i don't have chance to return the product as it has only 10 days replacement promise. Even lenovo authorized service centers also not responding for this damage. Now im blank for what to do for it.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that replacement product has been done from seller end. Later, customer contacted us again issue with replacement product also. So as per our records replacement product has been delivered on March 15, 2018 so as per seller's 10 days replacement policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Requested customer to contact brand authorized service for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
                                  Seriously earlier I was Big fan of flipkart But in my last purchase I own Voltas AC and from the starting after installation it is not working. Till date I did not get any Response from flipkart not even not from installation team.

                                    I cannot login my flipkart account, when i contacted to Customer care, they said we have blocked your account.The reason said dat you irregular payment used and when i asked about which order... They didn't replied abt which particular order.The payment i have paid, i have all the transactions id and proof of the payment all i have.But they are not saying about order id and they blocked my account. I can prove all the payments paid by me are successful transaction therefore how can they block my account?When i asked the details abt irregular payment of the order in email, no one is replying. When contacted to Customer care about didn't received reply, they are telling me you have fraud payement.

                                      I ordered 2 microtek stabiliser from flipkart. They delivered one only and app status shows they have deliver both of them. I am following up from last 15 days but only thing i am getting is a new date. They have agreed that part is missing but they are not delivering the missing stabiliser. Complete harassment of customer. I have paid in advance neither they are refunding money in my account. Please don't buy anything from flipkart
