I bought a power bank in the month of august 2017 and because of the low product quality, i had to replace it and i received the replacement in the month of nov.
Even the replacement has the same issues., i contacted flipkart and flipkart smartbuy customer service who asked me to visit the service center in hyderabad and get it checked so that if required replacement will be made.
As per their instructions i went to the service center which was 24 - 28 kms away from my location and got it checked. The service center guys gave me an acknowledgement receipt with instructions saying that someone will come and collect the power bank., and if stock is available, product will be replaced or else refund will be made.
I came back home and the next day reached to smart buy customer service to check when i can expect the pick up.
And now they say that the product is out of warranty.
After providing a verbal confirmation over a recorded conversation and providing with an acknowledgement about the same., they provide such lame excuses.
There was no superior available to speak about the same and as well as to my surprise there was no one i could speak to.
I was told that i'd be receiving a call from them which i haven't received

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer has raised the issue with regards to the defective product so interacted with the customer and escalated to the relevant team and informed customer to visit Authorize service center customer is not ready to visit hence closing the complaint from our end
I ordered jee mains preparation guide on 19th march and today 21st March it has to delivered but your delivery boy haven't came to our home and reported you that we were lacking of cash so he didn't delivered the book.This is so bad of you . So plz take care to not repeat it again
