I ordered 3 pair of Flip-kart Smart Buy Wired Metal Headset With Mic headset
on 13th Nov its need to delivery by 14 Nov but today is 16th it is not delivered

on 14th Nov it got out for delivery but there is no update on it
the flip-kart customer care saying we taken a complaint you will receive by 18th Nov
what is the use of taking complaint and postponing by delivery...

Respected sir, I had bought samsung galaxy S7 in your website flipkart. One month before from now, I ordered my mobile at september 27th 2017 and i recieved mobile in my hand at 2nd October 2017. After getting mobile I use mobile only 17 days after that In my mobile there is an display issue(vertical line)& i came to know and overheating issue also after that I went to nearer service centre and gave my mobile and asked regarding this...

I had ordered matress OD[protected] on 22.09 and paid through SBI card .Not delivered but suddenly mailed me product has been delivered on 13.10.called Flipkart customer service several times for getting the product but now they process refund request along with return the product. When I have not received the product how will I return that. Pls help.

I want to cancel my replacement order which has order id[protected] as soon as possible. I want replacement to be done soon and my refund as earlier as it can be done. As i ordered hoodies which are not at all fitting my size and i ordered for replacement but the size of mine is not available so i want to cancel my replacement order to buy new one....

Initial del. Date was 26th oct but not delivered. We asked for cancellation but denied and delivery rescheduled to 16th nov with a promise that if not delivered then money will be refunded. Now the delivery is rescheduled to 29th nov. We want our money to be refunded....

As i requested return, pick up boy came and didn't received product.

Next time when i made return refused it and freezed account.

Some one help, and suggest something.

Sir i order led tv.. That come defective and broken piece. I believed in flipkart that product broken may be during transport.. But 24 october se lekar 17 nov tk koi sunvai ni hui.. Daily customer care vale khte h tv kl replace ho jayega.. But unhone av tk kuch ni kiya.. Pls help me registered flipkart nu [protected]..

I recently brought honor 9i mobile phone. I facing lots of problem in this phone. I heard my voice back during call. Phone hang very much. It hang continously for 10 like it's dead. Even i want to start disere applications but it open different applications. So pls give me replacement. I complain in customer care national india. I already complaint in flipkart for 4 times but your customers care officer told me to visit service center....

I'm booked xolo era 3x mobile 28 octuber and my delivery day 2 November.. I complaint to customer service 8th November for replacement my product. but customer care say always to me wait for the next tech visit then after your mobile replace but today is 18th Nov not resolved my problem by flipkart. Sir or mam. I purchased moto e4 plus on aug12th 2017. Since then i have been facing software issues. I have downloaded numerous call recording apps and yet it fails to deliver its purpose &the phone hangs & switches off at times. I wanna exchange or return back the product and get full payment that i have made. Please do the needful. Your products are defective. Stop fooling customers by fake products and stupid ads you make....

I bought i phone 6 imei no [protected] from flipkart and it was defected product. There were issue with phone as well as year phones and flipkart is rejecting to take responsiblity not only many other costumer are facing the same issue. With in 20 days of purchase i had to visit service centre and the repaired the screen and camera of phone but now alsoi am facing issue....

I order cycle on oct 14th, 2017. They promised to deliver by oct 27th. From then it got delayed for 3 times. It's been one month, till now the product hasn't got delivered. Today again i received a mail with an expected delivery date as nov 25th. I called to customer care to cancel the order, but they are not able to cancel my order.
I promised my cousin to buy cycle for his birthday....

I have booked LG TV (OD[protected] from flipkart and received the product in damage condition then applied for the replacement of the product and still not received the product from past one month and giving deadline but not meet any deadline. now today they are telling me that the replacement of the product has been cancelled and you need to apply for the replcement of the product again....

The received product was the first copy of my ordered product it is not original product. I call to flipkart customer care regarding this matter and i request to return this product and refund my amount bt after two days i found they block my flipkart account....

I had been ordered back cover.its material quality is totally bad and it's price should be in market nearly 20 to 30 rupees.which they sold me for 290rupees and it is totally unfit to my mobile.flipkart not giving my refunds they giving me only replacement option.i want action against them....

Flipkart cheat with me gave me cheap meteriel not refundig me i m going to consumercourt.they sent me trolley which was damaged nd cheap metriel i made replacement .but flipkart told me we ll refund u.now i asked them y r u not refunding.they r saying sorry we cant.plz call me i ll ll eleborate u my whole incident what flipkart did wid me.i m totally discetifeid with ur service.i have done shoping wid amazone as well but they r much better...
