The order is placed for mi a1 via flipkart done on 7 th dec. The cover i order at the same time is delivered (2 days prior), which i have no use now.
The order shows 'processing' all time. No change or updates is not given. The customer care reply is vague.
I have paid full amount. It is not the money i want it is the product in time. I expected delivery earlier so that i can make use of functions which my earlier phone doesn't have. The trouble caused by delay causing to loose my money.
Seller name is truenet commerce. And i am a victim

    Order from - flipkart internet priv bangalore kar

    Ordered a samsung 32"full hd tv from"flipkart internet priv bangalore kar" on 25/11/2017 got it installed on 29/11/2017.

    It started giving issues with screen since, it went off couple of times and i was concerned since, it was an expensive product. It looked fake. I contacted flipkart who promised that, it will be picked up for a refund (Also showed on the app that, return approved). Soon after that, i noticed they rejected the return. I than, again called flipkart so, i was informed do not worry it will be picked since, we're here to cover you as merchant who shipped you rejected the return but, we as a brand knows how to take care of our customers.

    Till date, this is not resolved. They had sent a engineer from samsung today at my home to check. I did tell him about the screen problem. Guess what, i was told its a feature of it??. How can a screen be shut - sounds fishy. He than, asked me to speak to flipkart for a refund.

    I have been calling flipkart more than 3-4 times everyday but, now it seems like they're just ignoring the issue and forcing me to keep the unit = (Please help

      I have a complaint about the xiaomi mi in ear earphones sold by flipkart for rs 599. The product seems to be duplicate, since the original mi product come with a kevlar cable and looks more steady and has good build quality. The earphones sold by flipkart has none of the above feautures. I have ordered the product recently and received the duplicate one. I had been no refund option. My flipkart product id was od[protected]. I look forward for an immediate solution to this issue

        Like many others i too am facing same issue. Placed order on 8th it was supposed to be delivered today i. E 12th dec 2017. But the product is still in processing. Called flipkart two days in a row got the generic response. Filed complaint against the seller. And flipkart said it will resolve the issue by 14th dec... Let's see what happens. There must be a solid reason behind this i guess.

          I ordered a asus i7 laptop on 8th dec 2017 and today i. E. 12th dec 2017 they said it is cancelled without my concern. This action taken by them wasted my time and money as well. This was very unfair of them. If something is not done regarding this then customers will get reduced. I just want to say that, the same order must be set on the track with same price and same delivery address. Or else i am going to register a complaint in consumer forum for this action by flipkart.

            I tried to place a order tonight and i was redirected to the login screen. I entered my login details but it showed "login unsuccessful. Retry in a minute". I tried using my desktop but the same problem arose.
            I am using flipkart since last 4years or so and this is the first time this kind of thing is happening. Kindly help me access my account as soon as possible.

              Since they have damaged my shipment and are forcing me to cancel and reorder my product. since i bought it in discount at a price of 59990 but it is now priced 99990 . so, this is simply impossible for me to pay 40000 extra money for the same profuct. so please look into this matter . i have also talked to customer care of flipkart all the time they are saying the same thing that i have to cancel my order.but i don't want to do that and i have also paid full amount.

              Customer raised a complaint for order cancellation, we interacted with the customer and apologies for the inconvenience caused and informed because the shipment was damaged in transit that's why the order was cancelled. We informed customer to place a fresh order and we'll provide the difference amount of Rs 4000/-. Closing the complaint from our end.

                  I ordered a product on 8th December and paid for the product through netbanking. The product was in stock and the order status was confirmed and the delivery date was for 9th December as a one day delivery promise.

                  Since then I have been constantly tracking the order status and today on 12th December Flipkart has cancelled the order stating that the product is un-deliverable in Gurgaon where most of the sellers have their warehouses.

                  The seller's name is OmniTechRetail. Flipkart has initiated a refund and have given me a date for 22nd as the refund date. I'd like the authorities to take some strict action against the company as they are providing false promises. I have registered a consumer complaint and waiting for their response.

                    Order the product on dec 7th, paid through credit card and the estimated date of delivery was dec 9th. I did not receive the product on 9th dec and when contacted the customer care, i was promised to get the resolution to my problem by dec 12th. On 12th morning the flipkart customer care calls and says that they are extremely sorry for the delay and the product will be delivered by 14th dec. When i reach home and see the order status, it is saying it has been cancelled and amount will be refunded by 21st dec.

                    "agar paisa paisa hi khelna tha toh pehle hi bol dethe... I wouldn't have visited your website to buy the product."

                    First of all if the product is not available then you should not take the order. Secondly dont promise a fake delivery date and if at all you promise dont extend it if the product is not available. If at all extended try to deliver the product instead of cancelling it at your own to maintain your customer complaint resolution time. Its been a total mental torture and waste of time for me to answer your customer care calls in between the office hours and check the order status in vain.

                    Ps: xiaomi india - please choose a better seller for your premium products atleast.

                      This is to certify that on 19th of October 2017 an amount of 18990.00 and 21990.00 was debited from my account without my consent.The bank claims that the amount which is missing was due to some unknown shopping done on Flipkart as u can see in the picture of the passbook attached.
                      This shopping was not done by me..I want details of that transactions which happened on the 19th of October and actions to be taken immediately.
                      I hope that FILPKART will not this complaint for granted.We have registered a FIR at the local police station at Supaul.
                      The transactions done on 19th of October with my account was totally a fraudulent activity .The shopping was done on flipkart on that day.If there is any technical problem, refund the amount in the account.We are very unsatisfied and restless after this.If this goes on happening the company is setting a very bad brand name among the cosumers.

                        Sir,
                        Last friday (08/12/17) i had placed the order for an asus i7 laptop (Order id od[protected] and flipkart had confirmed the order. The delivery was scheduled on 12th december and today on 12th they gave a message saying that the order was cancelled and the refund will be processed soon.

                        Is there no value for your customers time and money?

                        What right do you have to suddenly cancel the order, even so you should have the minimum decency as to tell the reason for it's cancellation.

                        If such incidents increases the people's trust on flipkart will be gone!

                        The only thing i want is to get the order back on track, the product must be delivered at the same cost as before to the same address.

                        Kindly waiting for some action to be taken from flipkart?

                          I have ordered a "pixel 2 64gb kinda blue" product in flipkart during the recent sale on 7th december 2017.

                          Order id - od[protected]

                          Original selling price - rs.61000
                          Promotion discount - rs.11001
                          Discount for using credit card - rs.10000
                          Final price - rs.39999
                          Order date & time - 07/12/2017 12:42am

                          I have lost sleep to buy the phone before it runs out of stock. The expected delivery date for the order was 09/12/2017 but there was no update in the order status. So i decided to enquire with flipkart customer care regarding the status and they promised to give an update by 12/12/2017. They called me again on 12/12/2017 saying they did not have any update from the seller and prompted me to cancel the order. They said they cannot reimburse the discounted amount if i bought the phone again at the original cost. So i disagreed to cancel my order and insisted on waiting it out. They sent me another email on 12/12/2017 saying that they will get it resolved by 13/12/2017 4:00pm. Later on 12/12/2017 they cancelled my order without my consent and refunded the rs.39999/- not any compensation for the deal they promised, which the transaction was based on.

                          I can settle for a different color of the phone at a discount price since they are in stock in the flipkart website. But this insensitive behavior by their customer care is wrong and i require help getting it resolved.

                            I purchased honor 8 lite, just 2 month only completed but my mobile center corner side dim light came, i gave service center they not tell properly answer, very poor customer service, they told mobile corner damaged, but i bought time also same thing there, 2 days before only this type happened.
                            Now i feel very sad, i never purchased flipkart. Thank you for your customer services.

                              I have ordered Mi A1 64 gb, black on 8th dec 2017, order id-OD[protected]. It's 12.12.2017 today still not received my product actual expected delivery date is 11.12.2017 .
                              On Flipkart maximum product(mobile handset) is sell by truenet seller, it is worst seller, still flipkart allow them to sell their product. When i contact customer care they are not given seller contact number or mail id and they didn't tell the sufficient reasons i received mails from flipkart in one mail they wrote me we are escalating the issue to concern department we will get back to you with a update on 13.12.2017 in another mail they wrote we will get back to you with an a update on 13.12.2017. Still they didn't tell the delivery date of my product as per the reviews in these cases flipkart offers lowest prices in the festival times and after that they will not delivered the product within the time and when we are asking about their mistake just they cancelled our order. for this reason customer will loss the emi processing charges.

                              Worst Service Provide by flipkart cause knowing the performance/service of seller still permit them to sell their product...

                                I hv ordered my phone on 8th december and delivery date was expected by 11th of december i. E yesterday.
                                But till now it is still in processing state and wen i called customer care of flipkart yesterday,, ans is no data available our expert team ll reach to you by 15th of december

                                They are telling person ll contact us n give delivery date by 15th

                                Worst seller and worst experience speaking to flipkart.

                                  Same story happened with me ordered mia1 on 8th dec 17 and from day two i found no updates from flipkart for the delivery. Started then contacting flipkart all are customer care responding in standard format like "we're working with the seller to fix this and please be assured that we're looking into this and will get back to you with an update by december 13, 2017.
                                  What can i do now? Unfortunately my mobile has stolen and looking for this mobile.

There is no response from flipkart team.                                       This is regarding order number: od[protected]
                                      The order was placed on fri, dec 8th 2017. When the order is tracked, the website is showing
                                      Tue, 12th dec 2:37 pm bangalore undelivered due to shipment damaged

                                      The order status still shows as delay in delivery but when i called flipkart support, they are saying that the money will be refunded within 8 to 10 days. This is unacceptable. Since this product is still in-stock, why is the flipkart support saying they will cancel the order?
                                      Shipment damage is an error caused by flipkart and has nothing to do with the customer. Since the price of the laptop is now rs. 1, 09, 990 which is more than the ordered price (Rs. 69, 990) how can the customer re-order the same laptop at the original price?
                                      Why does the customer have to pay the price for flipkart's mistake?
                                      Who is responsible for such a mistake?
                                      I request flipkart to take responsibility for their mistake and deliver the ordered product. I do not wish to receive a refund. I want the product to be delivered.

                                      I think this is a scam by flipkart/retailnet (Seller). I found similar complaint on this forum. I think same product cancelled and having the same reason is not mere co-incidence.

                                      Solution : interacted with the customer conveyed the apology due to in transit shipment damaged condition unable to process customer consignment, refund initiated and completed so closing

                                        I have a similar story to other posted complaints. I placed an order for a mia1 handset on[protected]. Today is the third day that the seller has been "processing" the order. I mean come on, i have had a chance at being a warehouse supervisor, and situations like this will never arise unless due to gross negligence. I contacted flipkart twice regarding the issue and they have no further details to provide other than that the product will be delivered on time. This is completely unacceptable behaviour. I have decided to wait for 1 more day. If there is no change in the status of the order i will cancel and never bring my business to flipkart.
