    I ordered a phone on 14th nov and i was assured by the customer service executive that i will get it by 17-18th although the delivery date is between 19th-22nd. I haven't got the product till now and i have a 11 am morning flight tomorrow. I live in a hostel so no one would be able to collect the product after i'm gone. I called up the customer service this evening and they gave me # excuses and fake apologies.
    I needed that product before a leave. I am totally stuck with no clue about what should i do.
    The product has reach ahmedabad and they aren't even courteous enough to get it delivered to me at gandhinagar on priority basis.

      I ordered a pair of lee cooper shoe on 04/11/17 and i received the courier by 09/11/07 and the shoe which i got received was big and i search for the small size but unfortunately there was no small size at that time and i cancelled the order and the executive took the shoe return and i got a message from flip kart saying that your return accepted and refund processed and the refund will be done by 17/11/17 but yet i didn't received the amount. So please do the the needful at the earliest.

      We had interacted with the customer apologized for the issue, informed that the refund is been completed from our end, customer stated the funds are not credited, informed to raise a chargeback and wait for banks response, she agreed, also sent her the an email with complete refund details. Hence closing the case.

        We have refunded as the idle cooker is not as per details and you have replaced with the same item which we are not asked for.

        Please replace the same and provide us with regular idle stand for 30 nos every time we are facing the problem with you

        Kindly arrange to replace the item with the required one

        At first instance you have showed 30 idles in the cooker but never told about button idles and other shapes.
        Kindly look into the matter and send the replacement with regular idle maker stand.

            I ordered a samsung galaxy s7 phone (Order no. Od[protected] on date 8th of november in exchange of my motorola 3rd generation phone. As my assured delivery date was 11th of november, i completely formatted my phone, removed all sim cards and memory card and waited for the delivery. On 11th of november i received a mail that there will be a 1 day delay in delivery. On 12th of november when i called to the customer support they said my delivery date has been changed to 16th of november. I patiently waited for 16th of november but in morning i received a mail by flipkart support that my phone won't be delivered due to logistical challenges and that i need to order a new phone and they wanted to talk to me regarding this matter. Today 18th nov till now neither i have received any phone call regarding the matter nor any reply for my mail. Its 3rd day today since i replied to their mail. I called numerous times regarding the matter but i got no help from the customer care. Since 11th nov i was using a bar phone and now i am literally fed up with the service and customer executive response. I actually don't understand the term f assured used by the flipkart. I don't feel any assurance regarding their service. Reordering the device won't solve my problem as i ordered it on a special offer. I am facing lot of trouble due to your service.

                ​hello sir, madam

                I ordered the mob tempered screen glass for htc desire 510 last week. Yesterday i received the package at the reception and it was brought as damaged it was not pack properly and careful just they put it into the cardboard box which can crush easily. When i open the package i found the box seems to be crushed and i open the box and found another small box which is fold into half which cause the tempered glass damaged. I am very disappointed. I trust flipkart and now i lost faith in flipkart.

                Is there any chance to replace the product without paying again. If you are willing to replace or send the product again without paying you again please wrap it careful and put in the plastic strong box which would not crush easy.

                  I booked my sofa order on 23 sept.2017 and given delivery date 25-oct-2017 its was not delivered in time after talking long time (One month)
                  I register my complaint so many time but no proper answer from customs services team every time telling us await for 24hrs out team is working on it.
                  I already mailed and informed that i cancelled my order due to not timely delivery
                  I bought to give someone as gift in weeding its over more than one month this is not correct type of business

                      I had purchased a washing machine as a diwali gift for my sister’s family. It was an online purchase from flipkart. The order was placed through https://www.flipkart.com for a samsung 6.5 kg fully automatic top load washing machine silver (Wa65m4100hy/tl) (Along with its stand and one-year extended warranty) on 16/10/2017. I had paid the full amount of the item, rs 17, 574, through my credit card to complete the purchase.in return, flipkart was to deliver the washing machine within 10 days and perform a free installation with a demonstration within the next 5 days. The machine was delivered on 26/10/2017, but we requested a slight delay in the installation as the required electrical fitting was not in place at my sister’s house. Flipkart gave us 03/11/2017 as the new date of installation and promised to contact us on phone before arriving. But no one came on the given date. On complaining about it, flipkart merely extended the installation date to 10/11/2017. My sister took a one-day leave from her job and stayed home to oversee the installation; however, on 10/11/2017, too, no technician came for the installation, nor did we receive any phone call from flipkart or samsung dealers. On contacting flipkart again on phone, i was informed that they had tried to call us on the phone and that the call was not answered. This is untrue. My sister’s family or i have not received any call from flipkart or their local partners on any of the numbers given to them. Following this, i complained again on phone and, in response, flipkart only set a new installation date to 13/11/2017. I requested them to come on a weekend, but no one came and instead they extended the installation date to 16/11/2017. This date passed too and nothing happened again. My family has wasted a lot of time waiting for the installers to arrive and do their job. On writing a new complaint to flipkart on 17/11/2017, i received the following reply from them: “we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 20 nov, 1:00 pm.”
                      Moreover, the complaint details on flipkart’s mobile app ‘my orders’ shows inaccurate information regarding the issue: they have marked every date i have reached out to them for the explanation as “issue resolved, ” whereas they have only “extended” the installation date. Also, there is no record in the complaint history on their website of the november 16 extension and my flipkart account help page in current issues section; it says “you do not have any recent issues”. Therefore, in my last two correspondences with flipkart, done on (12/11/2017 and 17/11/2017), i explicitly requested a cancellation of the order and a full refund. Flipkart has only responded by promising a new installation deadline.

                      Flipkart has taken me and my family for a ride with this unfortunate purchase for nearly three weeks now; as of today, the issue remains unresolved. My family’s excitement of making a special diwali gift to my sister has been ruined by flipkart’s shockingly unprofessional response to us. I need to cancel this order and receive a full refund now. For evidence, i am attaching all purchase related photos and documents. I urgently need help from the consumer forum.

                      My sister informed this morning that there were two calls from the technician this week on weekdays, inquiring about coming for the installation. Both the times she had asked them to come on the weekend of Nov. 18-19. She also suggested them to call in advance and fix the day and time which suits both. No one has yet contacted since then though.

                        I tried to log in to my flipkart account but couldn't log in to my accoun and it says its inactive. I tried with my gmail account and phone number but both the account says inactive. I don't have any other way to log in and i need my account to be activated since i love to do online shopping and i do only on flipkart since its a trustworthy app so it would be nice if its been activated

                          This is in connection with the online purchase of sebamedbaby soap on flipkart on 10/11/2017. The cost of the product pan india is 260 to 280for 100gm soap but in your flipkart site, the cost was shown as 4 thousand for 2 set of soaps and discount of rs. 2800 was given and the actual price paid by us is 1200 for 2 soaps

                          I am a regular visitor in flipkart site but it is very disappointing that a giant in e commerce is looting the people by this type of indigenous act.

                          Pl advice us on this or we have to go to consumer court and even to advertise in the market about this type of dealings by flipkart

                            Dear flipkart,
                            I purchased l'oreal paris expert absolut repair lipidium instant reconstructing shampoo 250 with invoice date 12/11/2017 from seller 'gs traders, gwalior through flipkart.
                            My order i'd is 'od[protected]'.
                            The product i got is fake, i got it at first look by poor quality of plastic bottle and cap. On scanning it's barcode, it is showing some other shampoo of loreal.
                            I repeatedly called flipkart customer care, and they gave blunt reply that they won't be able to do anything as product is in 'no return' category.
                            They even won't take any action on the seller.
                            Is it fair to sell fake products under no return category?
                            I don't want this product and want my money back.

                              I ordered redmi note 4 on 16.10.17, order id-od[protected]. It reached on 07.11.17 & package was found torn. I didn't receive it. The seller has rejected the return. The order was cancelled, my refund status shows, "refund after 6 days after pickup is completed". Why pickup clause is added when i didn't receive it? If india post doesn't complete the pickup, how will i get refund? Please escalate my case.

                                I have made 2 transaction on 12nov 1st transaction was failed but the amount was deducted and for 2nd transaction flipkart have taken the oppo f3 plus back due to disagree of exchange mobile. The amount for both transaction was same on same date. I have received 1 refund but not received the 2nd refund amount. As per bank the amount is pending towards flipkart. But flipkart is not refunding the amount, they only tell you will get refund in next 48-72 hours. But till know i have not got refund.

                                Amazon had the best services then flipkart, so don't buy anything from flipkart and go for amazon.

Usko maine chalu kiya to uska mouse pad kam nhi kr rha tha, m customer care par call kiya to mujhe bataya gya ki technician inspection krega uska bad decision liya jayga. Aj 17.11.2017 ho gya h lekin koi b solution mujhe nhi diya gya jb call krta hu to bas 3 din k andar problem resolve kiya jayaga lekin 3 din k bad bhi n koi information diya jata h n koi contact krta h, jab m khud call krta hu to fir mujhe 3 din ka time diya jata h ase ase krk mujhe20din se paresan kiya ja rha h, aj tak n technician aya n refund diya gya, itna roodly bat kiya jata h customer care k dwara m bhot paresan ho gya hu koi responsiblity nhi le raha mera exam chhut gya mera career barbad ho gya inki ghatiya service ki wajah se mujhe samjh m nhi a rha h m kya kru, ab akhiri m mujhe bola gya ki ab apko refund nhi hoga q ki hmari policy 10 day ki hoti h jabki mai usi din complain kr diya tha... Plz help me nd suggest me what i do against flipkart

                                      We, placed an order, numbered od[protected] dated 15/11/2017 billion capture+ (Mystic black, 64gb) black handset mobile of rs.11699/- expected to be delivered on 17/11/2017. However, while writing that request till now i have not received any update on the delivery of the ordered.

                                      However, when i have discussed with one your executive at the customer care, i am surprised to know that the aforesaid handset as ordered by me has been delivered to someone else. Moreover, that person requested me to re-order the set and get the refund of the previous order.

                                      After getting such answer from your executive i was shocked and surprised that how could such an un-professional conduct can be made by flipkart, which i believe, before such incidence, is customer friendly and loyal.
                                      Sir, i am sorry to say that such a behaviour totally unethical and not as per the reputation of flipkart.

                                      The phone was actually purchased for some special occasion and any unwanted delay in its delivery would totally defeat the purpose of such order.

                                      At last i hereby request you to please look into the matter and please delivered the aforesaid handset, at the earliest, at the mentioned address and if the same could not be delivered the same can be considered as an deficiency of service and i am forced, for non fulling of promise, to file the case before the competent authority for mental harassment and agony.

                                      The aforesaid request is written without prejudice to my any other legal rights, as available.

                                      Hoping to here positive and fast response on the aforesaid matter.

                                        I have booked canon 1300d dslr thrice from flipkart when the product was carrying a motorola pulse headphone freebie and all the 3 times they cancelled it.
