I am Rajagopal Thulasidasan from Bangalore. I am sharing this horrific and unforgettable incident with FLIPKART. Everyone please be aware.
I placed an order for Philips IN-SPA4040B/94 Bluetooth Laptop/Desktop 5.1 Speakers through my Flipkart mobile application on 13th November 2017 at 12:02AM. I made this purchase using my ICICI Credit Card for amount worth Rs. 5, 865/-

The so called product was delivered today 16th November 2017 at my residence, through Flipkart's logistics company EKART LOGISTICS - FMPP[protected].
My mother received the package while I was at work. I reached home and had dinner by 8:30PM and together with my family I started unpacking the box. The outer was bubble packing, the next layer was a brown paper pack with flipkart branding and then appeared the Philips product box which looked heavily damaged from outside. The Philips box had been tampered and resealed using transparent masking tape. When i opened the box there was one very dirty looking thermocol packing with lots of mud and dust over it, when I lifted the thermocol layer I was shocked to see newspaper stuffed into the box. I pulled out the whole lot of paper and I found a huge concrete interlocking brick and one another piece of red brick.
This was horrifying. I have had several transactions with Flipkart for the past few years and this is the first time I've experienced such a dreadful situation.
I have attached the images and a video while unboxing the product.
Kindly help me get my full refund or I have to get the product that Flipkart has promised.
Sincerely,
Rajagopal
