Hi,
I have purchased a sony tv model no. Klv32w512d 32 inch from flipkart big billion sale on 20th september 2017 through exchange offer and the tv arrived on 23rd september 2017. The installation process was finalized on 25th september 2017. On 27th september 2017, suddenly there were vertical lines on the left side of the screen. When we complained on the customer care number [protected] where i spoke to mr. Salim who answered my call. He spoke all about policies and i was shocked to know that the executive told us that they are proceeding with the refund of the faulty tv. When i enquired about my old tv he said that they wont be returning my old tv instead they will be giving rs. 6000 flipkart voucher. I want to raise a complaint to the seniors about the issue that at one point of time they are selling a damaged and faulty electronics items and on the otherhand they are also not returning back my old tv as refund. This is clear cheating from the flipkart and they have adapted a new policy to cheat people of their hard earned money who invest into their products. I want a justice. Either the company replace the product with a new one or in case of return they should give back my old 32 inch led tv lg make.

      I received only 3 instead of the ordered and prepaid 5 numbers of the item "Fedput Green Patta Ganesh Wall Hanging Showpiece - 19 cm (Brass, Multicolor)". I just checked the box and to my surprise saw only 3 numbers. I trusted flipkart to send items as per the payment I made. But after finding that only one number of glass lamp instead of the requested 2 numbers, I thought I would check the item "Fedput Green Patta Ganesh Wall Hanging Showpiece - 19 cm (Brass, Multicolor)" and found that there were only 3 instead of 5.

      Kindly send the remaining 2 numbers of Ganesh wall hanging showpiece. Hope I may not have to escalate this issue to the higher authorities.

        Today 27 sep received the product.. Bt one shoes is defective.. I m purchase the product under 30 days exchange policy.. Bt flipkart cant exchange the product and say only refund is available. Bt i take the replacement of the product.. Bcs i puchasing in 1918rs.. And i m take refund and order again then shoes price is 4500rs... So i take replacement.. And also under 30 days exchange policy.. So plz replace the product... And take strict steps against the seller.. Bcs its one type of cheating..

          Dear sir,
          I was ordered panasonic eluga ray 700 by payment through phone pay by sbi debit card . Sir they only give me 100 rupee cash back of phone pay and don't give me 1000 cash back o[censored]sing sbi dabit card . When I querry on 21/09/2017 they told me that you are eligible for cash back and we will resolve your problem till 23/09/2017 but today at approx 11:30 I call them for enquiry about my cash they directly told me that you only get 100 rupees cash back and there is no way of paying 10% cash back of sbi debit card because u used phone pay during payment.

            I have experienced denial of my exchange mobile phone even though it is in fully working condition and display and screen are completely fine.The delivery boy rejected saying that it has physical damage which is actually very small edge coating removed.

            I have received message informing that order has been rejected due to Customer rejection.This is very false statement . I have attached images of my phone with this email. Please I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible because I am facing too much delay on this.

            I have faced very worse experiences with this agency. Already they had not delivered the same product before after which i incured loss of rs.2000 and ordered the same product again.

                I placed the order for Lenovo K8 Plus during Big Billion Days sale. And today I got notifies for auto cancellation of the same. Had they informed me at the time of purchase, I would have purchased it from Amazon. This indicates how much Flipkart cares about Customer. They try to make customer fool so that they don't buy from the competitors.

                I don't believe it took three days for them to realise that they can not serve the customer because they are out of stock.

                When I called customer care executive, he advised me to wait for the new sale to start (which he has no clue if it's going to start or not) and buy as per the new price

                          Delivery is expected by 24 but received product on 27.

                          Demo is expected on 26th but flipkart had scheduled demo on 3rd october.

                          As demo is scheduled late i requested to have demo in 1 to 2 days.

                          As. Product is already delayed and installation may take 1 more week, so i have opened product to see it's condition.

                          I received damaged product and flipkart is not resolving my issue.

                            I bought this item from flipkart and it was supposed to be installed by flipkart technicians only. The product was delivered on 24th sept 2017 and the maximum date committed was 27th sept 2017. I had followed up with customer service team to know when it will get installed when it did not get installed by 26th sept. I was assured that it will be installed by 27th positively. However, till 27th noon no one has come for installation and upon calling up the customer care i was informed that it will done by 8pm. After sometime, upon following up again i was informed that it will be surely done by 11pm. Now after sometime i receive an sms informing that it not be done today and i will be updated about the status of installation by 3rd oct 2017. First they did not honour their committed date of installation and second they could not arrange to get it done on the consecutive day and gave an extension for 1 week to update me about the status. It is very frustrating and total waste to buy a product spending so much money from flipkart when they can't deliver what they promise. Its breaking the faith of customer and taking them for granted. Neither they could get the work done within the promised schedule nor they can mitigate the failure.

                              Sir, i ordered mine note4 64 gb black and cover, my order i'd is od[protected], your system shows delivery time is 26 sep 17 not delivered, then system shows 27 step 17, again not delivered, finally i touched with ur customer executive, he told me that it is delivered by 3rd oct 17, and he wrote an complaint, but sir, due to some reason i order in ur company, but i am not satisfied with u, why i suffer i already paid full payment. What this complaint means to me, should i get compensate from ur company, if not why u show this delivery time to customer. I think u r lie with ur customer, next time i think i don't have faith in ur company, so do ur best so that ur company image is not shattered.                                 During big billion day sale, i ordered 4 products (1 refrigerator+1 wrist watch+ 2 wall stickers) under order id od[protected] on 22 sept, 2017. Until 24 sept, it shows status that it reached the nearest hub and in evening, it shows misrouted. Till 26 sept, there was same status, on making complaint on 26 sept, they said they would resolve the issue. On 27 sept, the product was cancelled by them while other product (Whirlpool refrigerator) got delivered.
                                Now they are saying that i need to put order of casio 479 enticer watch again at higher price. Why do i order it again at higher price and why they didnt reschedule it so that delivery can be delayed but not cancelled?
                                Such, type of loot is unbearable from sich a big online shopping partner.
                                I want that that product is rescheduled despite being cancelled.

                                    I ordered a telivision from flipkart on 23rd sep 2017 & after succesfully done payment by debit card flipkart shows the status of my order is that the product is delivered you on 28th sep 2017. But on 27th sep flipkart automatically cancelled my order without any reason i got the sms that your order cancelled & refund of your amount rs.42499 is is proceed, then i call flipkart customer care & she said your product is cancelled because our seller is cancelled it. & flipkart nothing do for it & she also accept this is our mistake but his company cant do anything after a humble request to her to solve the problem she said nothing she can do.

                                    Sir i beg to say that flipkart executive accept her mistake but she cant do anything i requested her alot please help me & solve this matter. I order the product from flipkart i not know the the seller i only know flipkart then why my order is cancelled before one from delivery without any perfect reason.

                                    I ordered a mobile lenovo k8 plus from flipkart on 24th sep 2017 & after succesfully done payment by debit card flipkart shows the status of my order is that the product is delivered you on 4th oct 2017. But on 27th sep flipkart automatically cancelled my order without any reason i got the sms that your order cancelled & refund of your amount rs.4318 is is proceed, till date amt not refunded. then i call flipkart customer care & she said your product is cancelled because mobile is out of stock. & flipkart nothing do for it & she also accept this is our mistake but his company cant do anything after a humble request to her to solve the problem she said nothing she can do n u order once agair for purchase this mobile...i question u...now mobile stock is available. And my ordered mobile delivery date 4 oct 2017...so why cancelled my order. Flipkart ia fraud.

                                    Your executive is accept mistake of flipkart... mobile stock is not available...then why u accept my order...why accept money from debit card...as per purchase order...and ur terms and condition...ur right is order cancellation is only n only proper reason.

                                      On 24th sep 2017 placed an order lenovo k8 plus (Order id-od[protected]. Today 27th sep 2017 at 6.48pm i received the cancellation order for which i have paid rs.8099. Refund is processed but i want that order to be deliver. I had booked that handset to one of my best friend, niw i am totally speechless infront of him. I heard the flipkart service is best service. I am requesting to please deliver that lenovo k8 plus.
                                      Kindly consider the same and do the needul...

                                        Sir i order my lenevo k8 plus on the occasion of big billion day offers on flipkart but after 3 days of order they cancel it. This type of things is not acceptable at any cost because these type of problem is totally against customers right. Sir this is totally disappointed so please sir i requested you to please file a case against flipkart and please say flipkart to place a new order for me or issue me price difference money as a compensation so i will place a new order please sir
