I placed a order for MOTO E4 Plus from flipkart.com, the phone is overheating then i immediately place a request for replacement, with out any updates from flipkart, after sending, sending so many mails one fine morning on 26th september, techinician came to home and check the mobile and informed me there is manufacturer defect he oberserved and left the place...
after next day when i check the status on the flipkart.com, technician visited .. job completed, and rejected the replacement too... WHAT Thing is going on i didn't understand.still now its the same status.
Please dont sent me the messages a "we will revert back on this" or "we have received your query, we are working on it..." i see this type of messages but no use from the company, they won't respond on emails, or on website... call to customer say whatever they want, don't even understand whether the customer understand or not.
As per me, right now am outside of India, for me there is no option to call the toll free number, the persons who receiving the phone they are not that much well educated as the persons in flipkart.com to speak in English or hindi. They want to sell and make money from telugu, tamil, kanada, ... etc people. but they want them to talk with these people only with these two languages.
here one thing i want to complaint against Flipkart.com... they want to sell the goods or products to all over the country to get money, there is nothing wrong in it, its good. it doesn't mean All Indians know english or hindi, In this case i send a gift to my wife, she don't know hindi or english, These (Well educated) flipkart guys called them say something before they understand or respond they disconnected the call(looks like very busy persons than the president of America) and update the status on site whatever they understand... Its a basic common sense, if they are delivering the product to Andhra pradesh, atleast they can talk in telugu or for remote locations like tamilnadu, they can talk with them in tamil .. like that. they wants money from all over, but they wont talk with them in their language. otherwise in their homepage they can put the warning message as only the persons who can speak English or Hindi can only purchase from us...

Updated by Naveen Basava I placed an order with order no: od[protected], i received the phone moto e4 plus on 17th september, actually am sending to my wife (Now am not in india). With in one day after opened box and they observed that the phone is overheating... With in less than 30 hours (19th sep) i request for replacement.
She stops using the phone and they kept the phone on the box back, just waiting for the executive for return.
Still now there is no update or feedback from the company. Today is 25th september (Already passed 8 days), as per the flipkart.com, they are saying 10 day replacement, it looks they simply want to waste the time up to 10 days and later they will say it wont cover... I dont know this was the strategy they are playing on the customers...

Updated by Naveen Basava Atleast give us one contact number we can contact them directly... this toll free we cant reach from outside india, that means from outside india we can't send gifts or buy to our beloved persons????
This emails are totally useless, we dont know what was going on, when ever we message we are just receiving the message just revert on it... revert on it... and have to wait for week or more...

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, Informed customer that as per the TV update there was no issue found, if at all customer facing any issues, requested to get in touch with the ASC.
They are asking me to cancel the order but i didn't lets see them in consumer court
