It is almost 10 days no one from ifb came for installation demo and when ever contact i have told they will come every time and on all sudden my complains closed.

But it is still pending for installation. Now i decided to return the products.

    We would like to inform you that your request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
    This Product sold by ANMOLARTNFRAMES on flipcart is marked more than the listed MRP of the product. The product costs for 550 rs and is being sold for 575rs. I fail to understand why anyone didnt review this. This reduces confidence and trust for me as a buyer. Very disappointed!

      I have purchased bosch 290l frost free double door fridge at a discounted price during their mega sale. The payment was made and i was delivery date was given. The product was not delivered at its prescribed time and i was kept updated when it will be delivered. On 3rd october i received a message that order is canceled and i immediately called flipkart customer care and they told me that they cannot do anything and seller can cancel the order.
      I told them that i spent almost 10 days waiting for the product and they keep me updating the arrival date and suddenly they can cancel the order. Customer care person told me he cannot do anything in this regards and his team will take action. I bought the product in emi and spend lots of time in selecting the product, placing an order and waiting for the arrival. I really feel cheated.

        I had ordered hp 4675 printer on 21st september with exchange and bajaj finserv emi option. On 24th got a sms that product was out for delivery. I didn't receive the product on that day and raised a complaint on this. Then rescheduled with next day and complaint was open with maximum date of 28th. I was waited till 29th but the product was not got delivered and got a sms that product was cancelled by the seller. I got a call on october 2 from the flipkart and they informed that product got cancelled by the seller as the contact number was not reachable. My question here is how come seller cancel the order with the reason of mobile not reachable that too even after 5 days of out for delivery. Many time i had raised complaint between 24th to 29th september.

        Please check on this and do the needful.

          My name is sumit ohal, i purchased online item from flipkart, i paid them cash on delivery. When i check the item it was very thin & size was small. So on same day i gave request for return& refund. I got msg from flipkart that my return item will be picked up on 28/09/2017 but it not pick up for them so i called in customer service so he said me that he has taken the return as well as refund request for item so it, 'll pick up on
          4/10/2017. I got escalated complaint msg from flipkart on same day but when, i called in flipkart customer care on 4/10/2017. Now they are saying that because technical issues my refund & return request has been cancelled & now they are saying that this item is not in refund policy u, 'll get exchange but not refund.

            Flipkart has cancelled my 14 items in below orders which were pre-paid. No body even asked me or informed me. Most of these items were available and under shipment by vendors.

            Surprisingly, all these items were cancelled at 4.12 am on 29th sep 17 and it was mentioned that "i cancelled all these orders"

            When i called customer care they told me i did it and if i need these product i will need to order again. Omg. I spend so much time to search and order and these people put me in such a mess. It is a trauma.

              I am not satisfied with the moto c plus phone which was delivered by flipcart on 3.10.17 for some reasons - (1) the handset was not in a short plastic packet, which is unusual. As every handset is covered with a plastic packet inside the box. (2) the seal on the screw is leveled as the letter ‘s’. It should be ‘m’ as it is moto handset. (3) the back cover looks is rough and like an ordinary cover, where other moto c plus backcovers are silky. (4) the handset looks like an old repaired set where other moto c plus sets are shining. (5) the screen guard which is on the screen given by company is not well stucked. Some air bubbles and dust show its ugliness. For these reasons i request u to investigate the matter and give me a new same handset exchanging this. I am also going to lodge a complaint against this. My order id is – od[protected]

                That engineer visited my house but he didn't understand the problem he didn't find out the trobul shoot he simply said my house electrical wiring is causing for that problem it's a bullsheet analysis we used some more android mobile no one divice didn't have that problem am trying to recharge my mobile in my friends home but no results same problem occurred lake of knowledge he given that report am a regular customer to flipkart previously am purchaged lot of products from flipkart but never happened like this now am feeling very bad about flipkart customer service it's not a matter of 10000 bucks if that phone blasted due to over heating who responsible for my life please try understand customer problem take your divic and refund my amount as early as possible otherwise am putting complent on consumer court this time i loose my confidence on flipkart once you think about flipkart brand image you don't sell this type of low quality and manufacturing default products

                We had interacted with the customer and he says that I am not satisfied with tech visit and your technician says that issue in my home wiring is not proper because of that mobile is heating up and this not a resolution and I need the service from flipkart I am not going to visit any authorized service center and I will file case in consumer court. Informed the customer we are sorry to know that issue in the device and as per our technician no issue in the device and asked customer to visit the authorized service center for further assistance and customer disconnected the call. Hence closing the complaint.

                  It is to inform that i had ordered dell inspire 3162, 11 inch laptop amounting rs.25562 through credit card on 21st september 2017 with order id - od[protected]. On 28th september 2017 i had received a package from flipkart. On opening the package i'm totally disappointed because inside i found prestige nonstick cookware, it costs about 2000 rupees only.. So i didn't fully opened it.. Immediately i had informed to flipkart customer care. So far no action is initiated in this matter by flipkart.. Kindly look into this matter as i had lost 25000 rupees.

                        So I called them with the software problem on the dell laptop, they said they will replace it. I told them that to go till inside and start the laptop, I put an ID and Password which is the username. I informed them that I do not know how to remove that, so send a technician from your side. THey agreed that the technician will visit my house by 29th Sept and he never came (I have proof for everything). Then my replaced laptop which was the new one came through eKart delivery. They disgareed to give me the replaced piece as there was a username. I told them the story and they just acted like #### ### and did not give me my replacement piece. Flipkart customer service did not help at all and now my laptop deal has been shifted to 6 th oct. I have been dealing with this #### nonsense since 15 days now. I AM FED UP. I am putting a court case against Flipkart and Ekart. I have the names of the customer service people whom I had conversations with. I am very serious now. Flipkart is just stealing money from customers. I cannot believe.

                        Also, flipkart stop being so scared and drop me inbox messages here. If you have the guts to deal with a court case against this nonsense, call the customer. ORDER ID - OD[protected]

                          Thank you for your kind reply.
                          I would like to clarify my side that the orders which i have placed is for my personal use only.. All the products are used by blood relatives only. All of them are surrounded by my village and doesn't have a knowledge on online purchasing so i just helped them by ordering via my flipkart account and not for reselling anything.
                          What ever i say its true and as you know there many way to order online but my behavior is genuine and you can trust me.
                          I don't know how I can prove you.
                          Hope you understand my situation and concern.

                            the product is in defective and doesnt respond to any movements. the band is useless since it has a defect on not displaying information on it.
                            I requested for a refund but the flipkart executives are so careless that they despite of mentioning on the app, the pickup address was put wrong, Uma was the first executive who assured that refund would be applied. but she without asking entered the pickup address which i did not wished for. i called the customer care 10 times then Nirmala spoke with me and promised me that once she cancels the refund request she will be able to change the pickup location. after asking her 5 times about the refund request being taken again, she promised it would. but the request could not be completed. she left me in the back to square one. where i started. the portal again shows refund cancelled, i spoke with the senior executive regarding this issue Mr. Pratap with Incident ID IN[protected] where he assured that i will be getting a refund against the defective product received. he was not at all helpful, despite of facing difficulty due to the repeated negligence of the the customer care team, senior did not care to raise a refund request. highly irresponsive support team. i have the entire conversation recordings with me. i shall be mailing you and the entire online blog websites to expose how Flipkart customer support team works.
                            you guys are unable to take one simple request to refund me on a defective product which has to be picked up from Delhi.

                              Dear all,
                              I think this is the right time to show you guys how the lower management of flipkart works. I don't think so that the persons sitting at top level does not knows about this major loophole. This is the right time to shake you guys up.
                              The call center really sucks. I called your customer service and every time they told me different stories. I am left with no option but to write an email to you and to my utter surprise, i had placed an order of samsung galaxy j5 original battery on 14 september`17 and i got that on time. After 2-3 days i place a request to replace it as it was not working properly and whenever i try to charge my phone. It was not getting charged fully and when the battery reaches at 40-50% my phone gets switch off automatically.

                              After replacement, again i’m facing the same issue and i have also contacted samsung service center to know if there was some problem with my phone or not. After checking my phone they have clearly told me that battery is not an original and it is local battery. Now my replacement time is already gone, so please take this on priority basis and assist me with the further course of action.

                              Hi All,

                              This case has not been closed yet, Flip-kart people is clearly lying neither they called me nor they sent me an e-mail. In future i will not use flip-kart at all and also not suggest anyone to do any business with flip-kart.

                                Inspite of registering complaint (complaint No IN[protected] & IN[protected]the grevieance is not redressed and instead the product is cancelled sighting wrong reason of logistic issue.The customer care handing is really pathetic and unresponsive.Strict action should be take against the company for its wrongful doings.

                                  Vide order id od[protected] i purchased 4 products on 22nd sep 2017 out of which one is syska x110 11000 mah power bank but instead of this product the supplier delivered a lower version syska power boost 100 10000mah.
                                  I immediately informed the flipkart on their customer support link about it but nothing was done.
                                  Today i send a msg to flipkart on facebook and they called me and told me that syska x110 11000 mah power bank is not available in stock so i should take refund.
                                  It clearly indicates that flipkart sells more pcs. Then what is available in their stock and expects their customers to accept lower grade products in same price. If customers make complaints, they offer refund but definitely not all the customers are making complaints and thus flipkart is selling lower grade products and cheating with the customers.
                                  I have clearly informed the flipkart people that i will not accept refund and only will accept replacement of the product with what i have purchased.
                                  Surprisingly when i told them that i can wait ffor 7-8 days for replacement of the product they are not ready.
                                  When i asked them that when the product was not available in their stock why did they sold it to me, they are saying it was available at that time but not available now.

                                  Customer raised a complaint for defective product issue we informed customer to take the refund because the product is not in stock but customer not agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.

                                    My last complain which was not resolved by flipkart but it was marked as resolved, i have shared all details there

                                    I have earned rs 3500 from affiliates and it was approved by flipkart,

                                    But i am continuously mailing them to transfer the fund from last 4 months, but they are not transferring it, every time they say that it will be transferred by this months end, and now they have stopped responding to my mails also.

                                      My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not log in flipkart app.
                                      I am unable to open my flipkart account,
                                      when i enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"

                                        I have ordered one kent water purifier ace mineral for rs 10729 and payment made on 20.09.2017 (Order id od[protected] during their big billion days offer. I have received a confirmation message that my order has been shipped and will be delivered on 24.09.2017. But i have received a message on 27.09.17 that my order has been cancelled by the seller and refund will be given within 7 days. More over i opt for their no cost emi and that too processed at 14% interest. Similar offer were available at amazon and if i order from them this will not be happened. I have similar experience earlier also. I have lodged complaint through their app and customer care but nothing heard till date. This is indeed cheating and their response is of very low standard. I also ordered a chimney from amazon during this offer and it delivered well before my expectation. Many people known to me cheated like this by flipkart during their big billion day offer.
