I ordered for shrih mini hand held vacuum cleaner. But to my disappointment i received a different product named jingyu mini fan. I received this on[protected]. Finding that the item sent was wrong, i immediately returned the product online with a request to replace it.. My order no. Is od[protected] and the return item no. Is[protected]. But even after 3 days the item wrongly supplied has not yet been collected back. Please arrange for immediate collection the item with me and to supply the correct item immediately. I paid rs. 3159 for this.

    Shipment of items in order od[protected] by flipkart.com

    Hi team,
    Why there is so much delay when the product is already out for delivery? You need one week to deliver in bangalore when the product has already arrived at bangalore. Atleast update me what is current status.in the app, my orders page, the tracker is stuck for more than 2 days.. Please help.. My expectations were collapsed because of your delay.

      Hi, i placed an order 0d[protected] on 21st sept after paying online and got confirmation that i will receive my order latest by 25th sept. Today is 28th sept and still i have not received my order. I called to customer care also but they are also not sure when i will get my order.
      Kindly, check and suggest what i need to do. I have not expected this type of service from flipkart. I will never buy any product from flipkart neither i will suggest anyone to buy from flipkart.

        I ordered ifb tl-rdw 6.5kg top loading washing machine on 21st sep 2017 to kadiri (Pin: 515561). It was in transit till 25th sep and marked as out for delivery on 26th sep 1:09 pm and provided delivery boy number. Waited till 8:00 pm and i didn't receive the product. But the tracking status updated as no response from customer at 9:53 pm. I was shocked to see that since i didn't get any call from ekart logistics (Courier partner). I contacted flipkart about this 27th sep morning 7:10am and they told me that since 27th sep is the delivery assurance date they asked me to wait till 7:00 pm. Meanwhile i called flipkart for 7 times till 2 :00 pm to know the reason behind wrong tracking status update, but no proper response from customer care. Again at 2:43 pm it was marked as out for delivery and i was waiting somebody will call me. Since i didn't get any call i tried to reach out the delivery boy on given number. I couldn't able to reach him atleast once. I called flipkart cc after 7:00pm regarding the assured delivery to my surprise they are threatening me that wait till oct 3rd else cancel the order. I told i will wait till tomorrow to know what's the issue. Finally as i expected today morning 6:30 am, i got to see the same incorrect tracking status update as "no response from customer". No person has called me are came to home but updated as no response. I called on 28th sep regarding this issue. This time response from cc executive was much worse. Only one thing i got as reply that there is no use with argument. If ekart delivers you will receive the product, if not order will be cancelled. We can't do anything. It was horrible experience with flipkart. There's no doubt flipkart's era is coming to an end. It's the high time founders focus on the core issue than busy in accumulating the money. Anyway fingers crossed that whether i will receive a product or not. Provided so called godmen at flipkart/ekart show some mercy on me.

        We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, but due to some logistics issues, it got delayed and could not deliver the shipment and had to cancel the same. Request customer to place a fresh order and will try our best to get that delivered. Closing the case.

          I had ordered iphone 6s 32 gb from flipkart on big billion days order number od[protected]. With exchange of old phone iphone 5s (Which was purchased from flipkart) it costed me 27099 inr. But due to blue spot on the screen the phone was not replaced. I requested them if they can not take replacement, they can atleast help me with giving me the scheme price of 30999 inr, which i was happy to pay.
          But they said the seller has no scheme of that sort. For me the seller is flipkart them selves and not the seller who is selling on behalf of flipkart.
          Flipkart personnel themselves canceled my order and sent me a reply that "we would like to inform you that we have processed your cancellation request for the following items in the order with order id od[protected]."it was never my request to cancel the order. Instead of getting support from flipkart in handling the order, they themselves canceled the order on my behalf, which as per my understanding is incorrect.

          We have interacted with the customer and customer informed the that the WM denied exchange product as there is a blue sport on the display. and customer requested the Apple iPhone 6s (Gold, 32 GB) in the same offer price sop that he can place the order and apologized for the issue and denied the request as we could not do the same. Hence closing the case.

            Today 27 sep received the product.. Bt one shoes is defective.. I m purchase the product under 30 days exchange policy.. Bt flipkart cant exchange the product and say only refund is available. Bt i take the replacement of the product.. Bcs i puchasing in 1918rs.. And i m take refund and order again then shoes price is 4500rs... So i take replacement.. And also under 30 days exchange policy.. So plz replace the product... And take strict steps against the seller.. Bcs its one type of cheating..28 sep also call in flipkart bt they only talk about refund... And exchange is not available... Bt product is under 30 days exchange policy.. Take legal steps on seller and flipkart.. Bcs they not provide services they says..

                We have purchased a iphone7 with the order id: od[protected]. The mobile that was sent to us was not correct one and making lots of noise and when we called the flipkart customer care. First the representative said that electronics goods will not be refunded and we have to take the iphone to nearby apple center and if there is issue then we have to call up for refund. And by the time we call up it will be 10 days. And the second reason he gave was you should have complained yesterday itself. Please can you process a refund as the day interest will accrue on my card.

                we have contacting them but everyone is giving different replies. One says that we will send the person to collect the phone and another rep says we cant. Till 10 days as per the exchange policy they were goofing up around and now when we are calling from our number they are not even picking up the phone. What kind of service is this. Will never ever buy anything from Flipkart.
                They gave me a faulty iphone 6 + as well with water defect and for that i had to pay apple 26 k to get it replaced, pleae dont buy anything from flipkart !

                    Cancelled: lenovo k8 plus (Fine g...in your order with order id od[protected] has been cancelled. The amount you have paid for the above product (S) will be refunded. We will notify you via email and sms when the refund is processed. Please check your email for more details.

                        Flipkart — lenovo k8 plus auto cancelled by flipkart

                        Hi. This is prashanth reddy. My order no is od[protected]. I booked lenovo k8 plus in big billion days on 24th september. And i was supposed to receive it on 4th october. But today on 27th i received message that my order has been cancelled. Immediately i called flipkart customer care, they told me that seller cancelled it due to no stock available. But at the time of booking it was available. If i would be knowing, i could buy from any other source. Pls help in this issue. This is a case of fraud by flipkart. Many people like me have faced same issue with flipkart. I want the same item on same damn price tag i have ordered. Else i will move to consumer forum. Lets break them. How many times they use the same technical glitch tantrum. Every big billion sale we people are wasting our time and spending hours checking the deals. I want my time back. Flipkart... U r completely screwed.

                          I have ordered lenovo k8 plus mobile (Order id-od[protected] and i got message on 28 sept night that courier partner was unable to deliver so we cancelled your order. When i called to customer care then he told delivery is not available in that mentioned area so it got cancelled. I am asking if delivery was not available then why it is accepting that pin code on website and why courier partner did not call to mentioned mobile number.

                          I want my mobile back and take that same money. I don't know how you will do it but please do it.

                            मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से लेनोवो k8plus आर्डर किया था offer time mai rs.8199 में 24/9/2017 को और फ्लिपकार्ट ने बिना कुछ बताये[protected] को आर्डर cancel कर दी. Flipkaet ko koi bhi rights nahi hye order cancel karne ke. Koi term and conditione bhi nahi hye. Oder karne ke bad stock mai hote huye oder kiya tha fir bhi apane cancel kar diya flipkar.com have no right to cancel order. Provid product on same price or place new order on same price. Other wise i was complent again flipkart.com on consumer forum or grahak seva kendra. Register mobile no [protected] or contac no-[protected] flipkart oder no-od[protected]

                              I bought a tv from flipkart during the big billion day. 23.09.2017.. It was an exchange, on 23rd they took my samsung led tv 5series excellent condition... Only reason i exchanged because i wanted a smart tv. So i ordered a onida tv.
                              Order id:od[protected]
                              The day tv came i switched it on and it was stuck on onida screen within 30mins i asked for replacement... They god a wired policy that an onida technical will come home first and if he approves then only it will be exchanged, this reason itself is like coning customer.. Still i accepted that. They said 27th september they will arrange for a replacement... As onida technical was supposed to come and update flipkart.. But it's been since 23rd till 27th no technical came to check from onida.. And i must have called more than 11times but they keep on saying sorry now they said that i will be updated by 3rd october.. This like pathetic and fooling the customer, i am without a tv they took my money and my old tv and now they are not even doing anything..
                              I want to register a official complaint and i am ready for doing a far as they have robbed me... And they are selling faulty products to customers and have taken my old tv as well... Please help

                              Replacement has been provided to customer hence closing the complaint from our end.
                              Nothing has been done ...they call and say sorry and say will try to resolve ASAP but no updates and nothing has been done...and on their website at my profile tab the complain automatically gets closed by them stating it's resolved..but it's a lie nothing has been resolved.

                                As mentioned in the below mail the order was supposed to be delivered on 27th Sep2017, I haven't received the product till now while checking the order tracking details the delivery is been postponed to 2nd Oct 2017 where as I get a message from your end stating [Your Flipkart order will be delivered by Blue Dart on 27-SEP-17.Amount payable is Rs 6999.Track on http://bluedart.in/?[protected]] this is clearly a misleading information such kind of response is not been expected from Flipkart. where as your competitor Amazon are much more prompt in their services.
                                Attached is the snapshot for your reference, Request you to make it convenient to deliver the product by 2days or cancel my order.

                                  Dear sir/mam,
                                  I have booked mobile lenevo k8 plus (Fine gold 32gb) @ 8098/- on flip cart on 24th sept 2017 and got confirmation of booking through sms and delivery expected by 5th oct 2017 mentioned in sms.
                                  Now flipcart denied to give this product and says your order has been cancelled by the seller. I have called customer care also but they also failed to give proper solution. I just want my item which i ordered within time limit (1-2 days adjustable). Any how i want my product at the same rate.
                                  Now this product price is 10999/-

                                    I have oder lenovo k8 plus venom black the venom black is oder by mistak but i want fine gold colour i call flipkart costumer care

                                      Received moto c plus on 22 sept 2017, as we switched on, phone was rebooting on it's own. We registered a complain on the flipkart website on 23rd sept, the customer care called on 24th sept asked us to follow a technical format which we followed as per their instructions however the issue continued hence we registered the complaint on 25th for the replacement but they told us their technician will visit and do the necessary, 26th sept technician came did the factory reset. Once switched off it started rebooting again and again. We were assured by the customer care of replacement if it didn't work further after the technician does his job but the request for replacement is getting rejected on the flipkart site, after calling the customer care, there was a negative response. Please arrange for the replacement on priority or refund the money with interest. Thank you

                                        I have ordered lenovo k8 plus 3gb version during flipkart big billion day sale. The item showed in stock, done payment, order confirmed.
                                        Later after 3 days, with out further notice seller just cancelled my order stating out of stock. Later when i called customer care, flipkart executive replies stating its seller wish to cancel the order.
                                        I have sold my old mobile thinking getting a newer one. Just because of flipkart i have to pay an extra amount and get a new mobile at higher cost.
