Dear sir
I placed my order on filipcart for redmi note 4 which received by 25/09/2017. While putting the sim in sim card slot that could not read and attached photo also below than placed complainant to replacement. They have given new device against first by 27/09/2017. But this is also defective with mic voice not coming properly than talked again to them that got replied have to service center. They are selling defective models with defective new device why consumer should go service center.
I should get ok model. If mobile is used than acceptable to service center but new brand does not make sense.
Please help me to my cash refund.

It is not small amount Rs. 10999 paid by me. Filipcart is saying go to service center in reply on this forum.

I have also bought RedmiNote4 from flipkart on 21/09/2017 which is defective. I have submitted return request but Flipkart is not doing anything. I remind them everyday on twitter but they tell me we are working on it and nothing happens

Why should go to service center with new brand product. I need cash back because can not trust at your brand .
With new product at least should go one year just explaining more it is not small amount Rs.10999. for me .

It is request to here forum please help me to cash refund.
I hope that will get solution soon.

    First of all huge fan of Flipkart but I've ordered a pair of shoes in big billion day sale from Flipkart. It was shipped but didn't reach at my place and now status Is showing return accepted despite of I didn't return it. Now I just want my order delivered. That's it. Thanks.

      We received the product moto c plus from flipkart on 26/09/2017 after making payment of rs. 5438/- online through debit card. When we tried to switch it on, we realized that it is not starting and thought that it is a defective piece and requested for replacement from flipkart. They sent a technician to us and he told us that it has connectivity issues with mtnl and airtel wifi. This should have been informed while ordering the product. This phone is useless for us as we use only mtnl wifi. All other mobiles at our home are connected to mtnl wifi and working well. Also when we complained again we were asked not to use mtnl wifi connection. Mtnl is a government dept. And is used by a good number of people, so how can it be declared faulty for non functioning of a small device moto c plus. We can not stop using the mtnl wifi. Representative of flipkart states that our money can not refunded.
      Hence i requested to the concerned authorities of consumer complaints to take necessary action to refund the money.

        My order no. Is od[protected] and had placed it on 22nd september 2017 and the delivery date mentioned while placing the order was 28th september 2017. I didn't get delivery on 28th, so i called at customer care they through their usual lines sorry for the inconvenience and all those mugged up scripts. Flipkart care people must learn some manners then take the calls illiterate, filthy people. Again i emailed and contacted to # flipkart because o[censored]ndelivery of my product but no positive response again extended for 2-4 days for delivery.
        And ekart the courier service amazing, i received message from flipkart that pravin jogi ([protected]) agent will be coming to with product on 28th september when i called this courier boy he said he will be coming by evening and when i called in the evening he said he doesn't have the product and name is also not mentioned in the list again 4 days delay.# off flipkart and ekart both are crooks. Now again got a new message on 30th september that we will try to deliver your product at 1st of october.
        Flipkart had no potential to do online business, just close your domain you # you had ruined my festival of dusherra you mother#er, you will have to pay for this mind it
        I will raise this complaint to the ministry of commerce and it just wait and watch
        .

          Order no. Od[protected] was on door for delivery. As it was a cod order an amount of 224 was to be paid. The delivery man was given 220 rs in currency notes and 4 rs in currency coins. He refused to take indian currency 1 re - 4 coins, and asked me to bring 5 rs coin instead reason being that 1 re coins are not acceptable. I requested him to give me in written that the currency is not being taken by flipkart. On asking the reasons of denial he started using unacceptable language.

            I purchased iphone 7 on flipkart company by 24 sept 2017 whose dilever date was on 26 september but this product did not receive till now. Company said that your address is not found while more product has buy on online trough flipkart and amazone.
            That means flipkart company is telling lie because reason behind it price of iphone 7 is giving only 39999 on flipkart while market price is 47000. Company are making either foolish or misdirect to the innocent people.
            Company would want to give such advertise for famous your comapny

            i got call from flipkart company on 30 sept 17 in evening .he said that i[censored] would purchase iphone 7 on flipkart in future then we will deposit difference amount in your account .
            as i booked iphone price 39999 on 24 sept 2017 and now the price is 47500 today then the rest amount will deposit in my account . i told u send mail me to written .but there is no response coming from flipkart company.
            that means company continuously making foolish.
            sir please help me this is very big issue for the customer because online purchasing is continuously increasing.

              I had ordered vu tv online from flipkart. It arrived late i understand due to big billion sale but the installation and delivery they took 3 days even after delivering late. This is pathetic service from flipkart and i will never order from flipkart again. You have lost a loyal customer. I dont understand flipkart saying we cant do anything why the hell are you providing goods then. I will recommend amazon to all henceforth.

                    Dear cxos/ heads,

                    I would like to bring to your notice the illegal use of t&cs by flipkart for marketing, increasing sales, and misleading consumers into buying your products. While your company boasts on social media about the trump over amazon in the festive season sale, the means used to achieve this are mendacious and unscrupulous.

                    Although, my experience deals with just a mobile exchange offer which went terribly wrong (Thanks to your deceitful marketing), the whole idea of writing this email is to highlight the dishonest tactics used to the cxo of flipkart and later on to the social media users.

                    I bought a mobile in your so claimed 'festive' mobile exchange offer which warrants the old mobile to fit in the t&cs highlighted on the exchange offer. The t&cs on the mobile talk about a function device with intact screen and an imei verification. This does not mention anything about 'dents', 'cracks' or any other physical damage. Basis of this, i order my phone which reaches me after more than a week and to my surprise the exchange is denied sighting 2 scrathes on the side panel. Although my phone is fully functional with no scratches of dents anywhere on the phone, i am denied the exchange.in order to exchange my phone, i had deleted all data, apps and formatted the phone. I sit on my couch here writing this email on my laptop, with a non-functional phone laying besides me as i was denied the phone exchange due to flipkart's dishonest marketing. When i call customer service, they blatantly lie about the t&cs and refuse to get any seniors on the call. Eventually after waiting a long time on the call i get a senior executive named payal who reads the t&cs on the website which are surprisingly worded differently than the t&cs on the mobile app. The t&cs on the website have an additional line 'the screen/body should not have any cracks/dent and screen should not be coming out.' which is missing on the mobile app.

                    As a consumer, how am i responsible in ordering an mobile phone using your mobile app without reading your t&cs on the website. If i have to read the t&cs on the website, why do you have a mobile app???

                    I have taken screesnhots of the entire t&cs on the mobile and web and attaching the same for your reference. I shall wait for a day to get a justification on this before i post these on social media. Hoping there is some honesty left with you guys that seems to be lost in trying to be a bigger brand than amazon that has excellent customer service, crisp branding and integrity in its functions as compared to flipkart.

                      I have ordered redmi note 4 (Order id: od[protected] on 21 sep 2017, and after that i have booked lenovo k8 plus, so i want to cancel my redmi note 4, after cancellation from flipkart app, status was cancelled, but when i have checked again order status, redmi note 4 is still processing, i have raised this issue with flipkart executive, but they are trying to say that, your order will be cancel 2 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours, but still i didn't get any resolution. I have logged one complaint (In[protected] for this issue on 27 sep, and tat was 29 sep 12:30 pm. But still i didn't get any resolution, today i have checked this issue with executive (Ritu), she has raised one more complaint (In[protected], and she told that previous complaint was not complaint, it was information. I am very frustrated with the resolution provided by executive and they are not taking my issue seriously. After so many follow up till 22 sep, i still didn't get any resolution.

                      Steps Taken by company: Only they have called me and ensure that your issue will be resolve in next 24 hours. but issue still not resolved. Email Details: they have just provide Complaint Details, but they didn't do any thing to resolve this issue. Instruction: Executives didn't have sufficient knowledge to resolve these type of issues and operation team is not involve for supporting to their executive and didn't do workaround/solution from back end. i am very very disappointing with the way, Flipkart is doing with their customers.

                      Still my problem didn't resolved, still i am unable to cancel my order, they have only talked to me, and raised (IN[protected] incident, customer care executive are not well trained for this type of issue, and their senior executive are not entertained this problem, after following this issue since 22 sep 2017, my order is still in processing. and not able to cancel my item.

                        But i want the product at any cost, becoz i have paid the money for that particular product

                          Crazy things happening in flipkart and in every call your agents giving me different answers and blaming each other.
                          My order od[protected] given on 24th sep with a delivery promised before 29th sep.
                          29th sep, i received an email and sms that it will be delivered before 7pm. I took a leave from office.
                          2pm on 29th sep. I got another sms and email that it will not be delivered today and delivered on 4th oct ie 5 days from the date promised
                          I asked call back multiple times and received 4th oct as the delivery date.
                          Then i asked me to connect to escalation department. I had a long call with priyanka. She concluded that all of the above information is wrong and the product is out for delivery. She gave a commitment that it will reach me before 7pm on 29th september
                          It did not happened. Today ie 30th september, i called again. The agents are back to 4th october date. Swetha from escalation department team says she cannot do anything about it as it a different team and i have to wait till 4th october.
                          Attached is a screenshot taken from your portal. It shows the tv has reached bhiwandi on 27th sep. Since 29th sep 3:49 pm it is out for delivery.

                          Does it takes 21 hours to reach my house from bhiwandi?
                          Why are your agents saying so many lies? Why are there so many sources of information and why are you so helpless?
                          If you cannot handle the workload of events like billion day then stop it. Dont haressing the customers

                            In the big billion sale they showcased lot of product but they are not delivering the items after such a long time. Now they want me to cancel the order and rebook a new one which is priced too high right now. I want the product to be delivered asap. This is huge loss as the offer was available on both amazon n flipkart but i chose fkipkaet in good spirit n now they are not in a mood to deliver the product and asking me to reorder with a higher price. I order braun 9-in 1 grooming kit and apple ipad 2017.

                              I raised a complaint as my order got delayed, and asked for a callback. Complaint id : in[protected].

                              I got a message i will be contacted on 29th sept, next day i got another message with below message

                              "we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 30 sep, 8:00 pm."

                              But today 30th sept my order got auto cancelled.

                                I bought a mp3 player on[protected]. But now mp3 player is not working because due to its switch is not working. I have used this item only one time after that it's not working. I am totally disappointed because you have delivered me a defected item.                                 You can go the Flipkart app/website and then go into my orders section, select the order which was not working and place replacement or a return according to your wish

                                  Flipkart is worst company ever they offer in less rate once customer buy product through any wallet eg phone pay ect filpkart instruct bluedart to cancelled oreder. The trick is first they give offer plus wallet offer those who go with wallet option he trap becoz u buy at 549 in offer but they cancelled the order then money will be deposit in wallet not in cash after some day same product price is high logicaly they save offer rate wala product plus they earn delivery charges becoz if money deposited in wallet at any cost we have to buy through wallet

                                      I have made the payment through sbi credit card but not received the 10% discount. At the time of order i opted cod option when order get booked under cod, a second option was highlighted related to payment and the msg written just upon on payment button i. E. "please make the payment through sbi debit/credit card and get instant discounts. So i have made the payment but not received the discount, and after two days i received the order.
                                      I just wanted to know why flipkart not able to deliver as committent?. When i raised the complaint for the same, and that day i got the call from your executive he was told that your payment is reflecting but they unable to trace that from which card i made the payment.. And the last resolution i got"sorry, if your have any proof pls share." msg from ur executive... Its very shocking resolution i ever received in my life. It was my very pathetic experience with flipkart and the resolution provide by u. Why flipkart card giving payment options when order booked under cash on delivery?. If given then why fake msg highlighting related to offer if flipkart not able to aur failed give the discount.

                                        I plaved order of syska powerboost 100 10000mah power bank on 23/9/17 in bigbillions day and its expect delievery date is 28/7/17 but it is not delivered till now and in my order section it shows the out of deliver area mismatch pincode, but i filled correct pincode and address and i also checked my pincode before i placed my order. Now whrn i am talking to customer care executive they told that you need to place fresh order but why i should place again? There is no my mistake and i bought it around 699 rupees i sale and now its price above 800 rs so they cheat me so kindly take nevessary step and please deliever my order as fast.. If i did not get proper solution then i would like to go for consumer forum for legal complaints and formalities..
