Received moto c plus on 22 sept 2017, as we switched on, phone was rebooting on it's own. We registered a complain on the flipkart website on 23rd sept, the customer care called on 24th sept asked us to follow a technical format which we followed as per their instructions however the issue continued hence we registered the complaint on 25th for the replacement but they told us their technician will visit and do the necessary, 26th sept technician came did the factory reset. Once switched off it started rebooting again and again. We were assured by the customer care of replacement if it didn't work further after the technician does his job but the request for replacement is getting rejected on the flipkart site, after calling the customer care, there was a negative response. Please arrange for the replacement on priority or refund the money with interest. Thank you
