Hi,

I bought an acer predator helios 300 core i7 model on flipkart as part of the big billion sale. Order id : od[protected]. It was sold at 59, 990. I bought the same and was assured that it would be delivered by sep 28. Seeing there was no movement on the package from the warehouse i contacted flipkart and was told that it will arrive within oct 3.

Come oct 2, my order tracking shows that the shipment has been damaged and since it was the first time i noticed such a status i google'd the term and found a similar complaint for the exact same product. Here is the ordeal that the other customer went through.

Now what are the odds that both the products worth over 1 lac got damaged while shipping. Does flipkart really expect us to believe this bs?

I believe that flipkart oversold the product and to save face constructed this otherwise believable story. And conveniently for them the product is now out of stock.

Now i understand that errors can happen and you might have oversold it. But the right thing to do would have been to inform the customer, not try to deceive them just to save face.

I have lost all faith in flipkart and that probably was my last order.

You guys should probably compensate me for holding my money for so many days. I had to use my credit card :/

I found another customer who faced the same issue. Now that's three laptops that have shipment damaged ?

    Hi,

    It is with deep pain & repent that i an writing this mail to you. This is with reference to my order id: od[protected] where i had ordered nikon d5300 camera and 70-300mm lens during big billion sale.

    I ordered throught flipkart on 22nd sep 2017, where it was displaying that both the items would get delivered to me in 2-3 days.

    First of all, i need to wait for 10 days or so to get lens delivered to me. Second, it has a problem with focus, it is always clicking blurred images no matter what. And, third, the rotation on the lens is so loose that everytime i fear that zoom part would get separated from the lens.

    Even, with the camera's live/viewfinder mode lid, sometimes it is switching the view b/w modes properly and sometimes it gets stuck on one mode and toggles only after two/three triggers.

    I ordered with my heart for the occassion of dusherra however, my ocassion got screwed because of you. I didn't knew that i was actually burying my money into sand and that too with flipkart where you say customer satisfaction is a priority - rubbish i must say now. You should remove this & stop cheating people.

    When i tried calling your customer care, most of the times, call didn't get connected and when connected, your executive was so stubborn & rude in disconnecting call in between without even listening properly to my concerns. They insisted on only rephrasing on policy & policy's terms whereas, on the other hand, amazon multinational e-commerce is so soft & helpful in listeining to customer concerns.

    I am so astonished to see that such a billion dollar indian company is, even, not bothering to listen to customer concerns and are not willing to refund money whereas, for a normal middle class customer 40, 000 would cost each penny in painful way.

    I work in a multinational it company and know, by which means, customer should be treated as i also work for international clients. Hard to beleive how you are treating indian customers. With so much issues at this point, i don't even think of replacing or maybe ordering again with you. I don't want to replace my product with you anymore. It don't matter to me how you will do or is it in policy or not. I only know that my money has been blocked with a product which is of no use to me. I want you to pick up product and refund my money.

    If that is not done, then i would raise my voice in consumer forum.

      This is to inform you that i ordered (Order id od[protected] maybelline baby lips and maybelline colossal kajal on 23/9/2017. I have recieved the packet on 27/09/2017. I have opened the packet and surprised to see that the product was completely fake. I found myself cheated very badly by the online giant. I have also contacted to cstumer service and wrote email to the concern department. It has been 3 days and i still not recieved any response on the same. It is my humble request that i m a loyal filpkart customer from last 4-5 years. So again request u to resolve my issue asam.

        I called on your toll free number asked you guys to email me the invoice for both the orders you guys asked me to wait for 24hrs i waited but i haven't received the invoice instead i got the orders. You guys really need to work on your customer service. I[censored] fail to send me invoice i will cancel both the orders. M really disappointed with the service that you provide. You advisors dnt even know how to talk to a customer. This is the worst e-commerce company coz whenever i placed orders i have always faced customer service issues and the products what you sell that's all faulty. I should get the invoice by tomorrow or else i will cancel the order and i want the replacement of the order id od[protected].

          Flipkart delivered a duplicate product (L'oreal paris professionnel liss unlimited masque conditioner) and not ready to replace or refund because of non-availability of the box in which the product is delivered although the refund request has been made the same day when the product got delivered. I have all other details like order id, order dates, invoice but they are not sufficient for them.

          Wonder why flipkart let the seller sell its product even though there are many complaints saying "duplicate product"

          I personally feel their business partners (Be it fraud) are way above flipkart's customers.

          Its not about money its about how flipkart behave hypocritically.

            During the big billion days offer on flipkart, i ordered a product namely mudshi tempered glass guard for honor 4x on 21st september 2017 and i recieved the product on 27th september 2017. The order id for the product is od[protected].
            But the product i recieved is damaged. The product was crack from one edge which is a major problem. I want to replace the product but i am unable to find any option through which i can proceed to replace the product. The product details mentioned that it can be replaced but after the product is delivered, i am unable to find any such option.
            I hope you will understand the difficulty faced by me and urgency of the situation and help me out with this issue. Looking forward for a positive approach. I will be ever thankful to you.

              I got message answer all 4 questions realated to flipkart and win and i won mobile phone i got tracking id but i could not link to my account. Please look into the issue. First they asked who is the owner of flipkart where was it founded which year what is the slogan for big billion day.                   I am unhappy with the product quality and stability due to the below reasons;

                    I have placed an order on 21 sep. Order i'd od[protected]. Which is expected delivery on 25 to 27 sep... Always i received a message regarding out for delivery, but there is no calls by courier agent, also i have mentioned a home address but they don't deliver, now product is returned and not be reinstated by flipkart... I have mailed regarding my product since 27 sep.. But flipkart reply me rest assure sir i have reinstated your product and will be delivered on 4 oct... But on 30 sep i received a message that your product is cancelled... Now you have buy a fresh product... But there is no offer which i have get earlier... How irresponsible they are...                         Dear Flupkart team,

                        I recently placed an order for a split type AC (Voltas) on September 20' 2017. We received the item on September 26, but I am sorry to tell you that the unit is not working perfectly and I am really disappointed with it. The AC was installed by professionals sent by your team, but the cooling is not efficient.
                        I have already spoken with your team as well as the person who came for the installation. But I was not given any satisfactory solution by them. On my part, I have carried out all the steps as prescribed by the person who came for AC installation.

                        Further please note that on again calling them for assistant on this matter, they are not ready to come and check the problem.

                        I would therefore request you to kindly look into this matter or else get the unit replaced as soon as possible.

                          I buy a earphone from flipkart. I got the product but it is defective so i replace than replaced product is also defective. Then i m trying to refund my money they doesn't responses these couriers service also very worst i complaint to may times on c. S. Helpline they me fool for saying 2 days but they doesn't work for it
                          Please do something for this take big action on them. I am calling there costumer care about 12-13 times they said within 2 days refund will happen after pickup of defective product but on one comes for pickup... And when they comes for pickup they said that this problem done by flipkart i can't help for it...

                            I gave ordered 13 bedsheets (Order id: od[protected] which was delivered btw sept 24th and 30th). The first one was delivered at our home while the second one had to be fetched from a place 2km away (Which was okay as it was given as the location for delivery). But for the rest we had to go to angamaly which is nearly 10km away from our home and not at all chosen as the delivery location. Online shopping is meant to be delivered at the chosen point and this delivery had bought a lot of inconvenience. Really upset with the delivery..

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I purchased a mobile from flipcart portal for gifting purpose.

                                  I ordered a mobile (Coolpad note 5 royal gold 32 gb, order no od[protected] on 23 sept & i received my delivery on 27th sept. I made my payment through card.
                                  When i opened the mobile, i found that the sensor of this mobile are not working. There is option for sensor but the software is not there that why its not working.
                                  Am also an engineer, i checked it properly but not working.
                                  On 27th, i sent a request for returned/replacement. Flipcart give me a time slot for discussion on 28th.
                                  I cleared all my issue to the caller but he is not agree on my points & he is force me that all are right on mobile with out checking any thing.
                                  Without agree, he gave me the another date 30rd sept for discussion. On 30rd they call me, i hold the call more than 10 min but no one ready to talk to me.
                                  Now again they give me the date 1st oct.

                                  Mobile description clearly mentioned the availability of sensor but not working in the product.
                                  I request, please arrange to return the product asap. My 100% unsatisfied with this product.
                                  Am agree to buy another mobile/product against this purchase.
                                  Please do the needful on priority.

                                    I had ordered a casio g shock watch. Order is approved but they are not processing it. My first delivery date was 27 september. Now they change it to 3 oct. Still it doesn't show me where my order reach. I talk to them they told me that its seller's reason we'll try over best and blah blah. Help me. I already made the payment. And they all are saying repeated lines

                                    O didn't receive any calls from them. Somehow I call them they are still not giving exact solution. All they say we have your complaint on our priority list we will call you. And then nothing.

                                      I had placed an order on 24.09.17 for micromax 32 inch tv in which 3 offers were available: a promotional offer, an exchange offer, and sbi card instant discount offer. The first two offers were applied and i paid through sbi debit card for availing the sbi card offer of rs 1500 instant discount but the sbi card offer was not made available to me whereas i was meeting all the conditions given in the offer. I had even contacted customer care also before making payment and i was assured that the discount of 1500 will be made available to me after making the payment. However, the full amount was debited and the rs 1500 discount was not given. I requested flipkart through email to provide the discount/cash back to me as promised by the customer care executive on 24.09.17, while making payment to flipkart.

                                      I have sent several emails and also contacted customer care but no relevant reply has been received. Only auto generated resposes are being recieved with no relevance to the complaint.

                                      Are the offers advertised only for luring the prospective customers and not actually providing them to the customers? This clearly amounts to trade malpractices. I should be refunded rs 1500 against using the sbi debit card as it was advertised on the product.

                                      The customer complaint about cash back not received issue. We had interacted with the customer and explained about cash back T&C in detail. The customer agreed hence closing the complaint.

                                        I had on line purchased luggages from american tourister
                                        Order id[protected]
                                        And[protected]
                                        Promised to be delivered on "03 oct"
                                        Despite my conversation with the courier and apprising him of my absence till the promised date which was 03 oct the delivery has been cancelled by the courier.
                                        Worse when i spoke
                                        With customer care and subsequently with some senior manager ms. Pooja i am told its fate accomplie and place a new order.
                                        This is breech of contract and forgery as i had availed tbe sale and the rates have now fluctuated.
                                        Secondly how can the order be cancelled without my consent. The feedback from customer is not obliging but mandatory.
                                        This is appalling and unprofessional and if this is your "billion day" sale trust me you @ flipkart have chosen the wrong person.
                                        Please facilitate the delivery by tomorrow else i would not hesitate legal action.
