This is my third attempt to place my refund on this product. I ordered size 8 zeb boots but received size 7. Apparently its a fraud.

Perhaps due to flipkart careless or negligence after sales service, no delivery boy came up to take the parcel back.

I have mentioned all the possible details of my address and alternate contact# and thats your duty to provide such details to the people whom you deploy to receive the product back.

Please process the request asap before i have to escalate or raise a complaint.

    I have ordered a TV from Flipkart on 22nd sep 2017 worth rs 45000
    They are not providing any demo and installation of that TV even after scheduled time.

    Also they are not replying to any of mails and calls.

    There is no update about the Insatllation.

    Total wastage of my money.Worst service in the world.Never buy any product from flipkart.

      Order ids' - od[protected] order cancelled and refund not provided yet.
      Order placed on aug-26 and cancelled on the same day. Waiting for refund since then.

      Order id - od[protected] - faulty product delivered and waiting for refund.
      Order placed on aug-26 and product was delivered on 2nd sep. Product was broken when it was delivered. We have been waiting for new product to be delivered or refund since then

      Cost of both these order id is more than 51k and we have been following up for refund since aug26. Everytime i call the customer care i was given the same reply stating it will be processed in 2 days. It's been one month we are following up with you without proper response. I can atleast try to accept the delay in delivering the replacement product but for the cancelled order does it take one month to refund money. Do you even plan to return my money?
      This is the worst customer care experience i had so far. I dont think i would ever order anything with flipkart again.

        I had placed a pre-paid order for 'lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb)' on flipkart on thu, sep 21st '17 2:18 pm while big billion days.

        - initially the delivery date given to me was mon, sep 25th '17.

        - the last update on the app regarding the shipment was on sat, 23rd sep at 11:21 am. After this there was no update.

        - i called up a couple of times and everyone gave me the same information that the product is in shipment and will be delivered by promised date.

        - on my third call to them i asked for an escalation on 25th september when the product did not reach me. They confirmed that they had logged a complaint and this would be resolved by 28th september.

        - on 26th september i received an email from flipkart saying that the issue has been escalated and the product will be delivered to me by 29th september.

        - even now i am not able to track the shipment, nor anyone in flipkart is able to.

        - on 27th september i received a call from flipkart's backend team and the advisor on call confirmed that they cannot track the shipment and do not have any communication with their courier partner regarding the same. She requested me to cancel the order and place a new order as they cannot guaranty delivery of the product as they themselves are not sure if the product is in transit or not.

        - to this when i asked what about the discounts which were applied to my previous order she simply said they won't be applicable to the new order as the discounts were specifically during the sale.

        - when i asked her about any policy they have to serve the customer in such case she simply said there is no policy as such for this scenario. If you want you can wait or cancel the order.

        I am not sure which type of cutomer service is this.

        I want a resolution for this as soon as possible. Please is someone can at flipkart can help!

        Not expecting any response/help from flipkart, but then lets see! Miracles do happen ;)

        Dear Flipkart Team, My order id is OD[protected]. I have ordered for 2 mobiles and payment made through Bajaj Finserv. The order has been accepted and approved by Flipkart. Bajaj has already send emi details and emi will be starting and amount also blocked from my Bajaj Emi card limit.
        The mobiles has suppose to deliver today. The order showing under processing but it not happen. i called customer care they told we will escalate and concern team will call.

        After that 1 person called from Flipkart escalation Team he told you have to cancel the order since it not yet authorise. i ask him who has to authorise, he telling same thing u have to cancel and rebook. i clearly told i have made payment and got emi details. the payment has been received by flipkart or seller. Then he telling seller authorisation pending. I ordered on 24th. flipkart cant do anything u must cancel. i told u give credit coupon for equalent amount difference. since i bought for Big Billion day due to discounts.         kindly look into this and process my order and confirm.

        if you want i have call recording also.
        Same case here also...i ordered Lenovo p2 on 21st sept..nd exactly same thing happened with me..

          I have purchased a vu 127 cm (50 inch) ultra hd tv under order id od[protected] supposed to be delivered at kvaidianathan 302, suhaag residency, s g palya, lrde, c v raman nagar, bangaqlore 560093 on 26.9.2017.

          I received a message through my friend who had booked the order for me, that it will be delayed by 2 days and will be delivered on 28.9.2017.

          I am yet to know the fate of my tv.

            Flipkart cancel my order of lenovo k8 plus.. (Or stock not available). When product is not in stock. How can u take order for that and there no mention or order limit of product...               I have ordered a headset.. This the whole scenario happened with me

              1) the delivery man told me to come to another landmark which is far from my home. Unlike when i called flipkart.. They just taken my complaint and no action has been taken against my complaint.

              2) unfortunately, i went to another locality. After receiving the product from the delivery person... It is totally damaged

Which company send message at that time (6:30 pm) and after sending message instant he call me says above. Before 6 or 7 days i order this product but i didn't get yet.                   First of all thank you for punctual delivery and product is absolutely in great condition, i have ordered morphy richards oven and i received it on 26th sept 2017 but i did not got any starter kit with oven, it was mentioned that product will come along with starter kit, i called to customer service i spoke with lady called nikita she told me person who will come for demo will give you starter kit, i had call with guy too he already late for demo and he said we wont give any starter kit.

                      Hello,

                      I had a really bad experience even worst with flipkart. I really want to share my experience this time with all.

                      I order a lenovo k8 plus from flipkart on 7th sep'17. I received my product succesfully after some days and what i found that the product is not working properly. So, i filled a complaint about the same and request to change my product or refund it. After some days on 18th sep 2017, i again order the same product from flipkart. But after a week only, what i found again is very disgusting and unacceptable thing. The product is still not working properly. I again filled a compaint for the same. Today, a so-called test-engineer visit my place for inspecting the product and he does not even bother the condition of the product. He just enter and reset the device. That's all what he is capable of doing. He doesnot bother to wait untill the phone start again and left the place within 4 minutes. Now, customer care of flipkart told me that we cannot refund your money back for this and you have to visit the lenovo customer care centre. This is highly rediculous thing from flipkart and lenovo also. I am very disappoiting and highly frustrated about this whole scenario.

                        I have purchased panasonic p55 max mobile on flipkart on 23 sep 17 for rs 6750/-. The product is not at all good, it is assured by flipkart. When i lodged a complaint to refund the money, they are not at all responding to my emails. So please beware of flipkart who does not cares it customer. It would have been better if i had gone to mobile outlets. I blindly purchased from flipkart. Please purchase from outlet stores instead of flipkart.

                          My order id is od[protected]... Refund id is 99551045.. I cancelled my fastrack 3089sl05 watch order on 21st september 2017. Your refund last date given was 27th september 2017 but i haven't yet received my refund payment in my bank account. You send mail to me that you refunded on 25th september 2017. I checked my bank account and contacted to bank but they didn't get any such type of refund payment from you. So please kindly see in my problem and refund as soon as possible.

                              Hope you are doing good!

                              I would like to share my concern's regarding my recent order.

                              I have ordered a television from your website against order number od[protected] on 21st september 2017 & got the expected date of delivery 28th september 2017 - 29th september 2017 & found below concerns.

                              1) i have checked the online status of my courier which is showing product is out for delivery.

                              2) i haven't received a call from the courier guy / company regarding my product.

                              3) when i called the concern office in solan - mr. Varun has informed we have the parcel but we can't deliver the same as we don't serve this destination. - he was very rude on the call - as per his words ""hum nahi denge aapko parcel chahiye to le jao varna rhne do". I was really shocked to hear this line as we can't expect the same for the product so called flipkart assurance product.

                              4) below is the courier guy's number.

                              I would request you to please look into the matter & deliver the product to my home address which i have chosen at the time of payment by tomorrow - 29th september 2017.

                              We can't expect such kind of services / response from a well known brand ' flipkart '

                                  I have given order of redimi note 4 mobile at 21/09/2017 at rs 9899. Order accepted, shipped, sent through courier but it is misrouted by courier. Flipkart authority has cancelled the order at 28/09/2017 without my opinion and initiated refund issue. When i called them, they told me that they could not resent product and told me to reorder. But now the price of product has increased to rs 12999. Now i require another extra 3100 rupees. Now i demand either the product or the extra amount rupees 3100 so that i can reorder the product.                                   We have communicated and inform customer that order has been cancelled by seller and not able to fulfill same offer but also told about new offer but customer not cooperative. Needed only same offer. Hence, closing from our end.

                                  You may close from your end.But I am not closing.I am very very angry on you.If you don't rectify your mistake, stop your business.
                                  I have contacted flipkart customer care newly(total 3 time) at 2 nd October.They told me to give fresh order.Now the matter is of Rs 3100.When I ordered at 21 september, at that time there was two offer.When they chancelled my order at 28 september there was no offer.Now there is no offer.Courier mirouted the product.So it is completely their fault.Due to their fault, now I have suffer of Rs 3100.Earlier I have received one misrouted product also.I think it is their(flipkart) cheating plan to give offer and canceled the order after the offer period.
                                  So sir I want justice.I want my product at offer price(Rs 9899) not in current price (Rs12999).

                                    Ordered one item on[protected] with orderid:[protected] which is having delivery date as[protected]. When i spoke with customer care, they are saying that item cannot be delivered on this date. Based on the committed date by flipkart i had made some plan. Now i am going to face a huge financial loss due to this dealy. Who will take this responsible now.
                                    Please let me know what action can be taken care this time to get it asap

                                      I have placed a order of mac book air laptop in exchange offer. First delivery attempt was done on 26th sept and that time i found in flipkart data base my old laptop serial no is updated for 2 digit where as it should be 10 digit. When i talked with customer care that person had said we will arrange my delivery again. On 28th sept 12.40 pm i received sms as again my product will be delivery to me with out contact details. When i called to customer care about this then i came to know product is cancelled and in return he is saying we can’t do anything as there logistics person has cancelled. Really flipkart is useless they think refund the money matter will be over. Before saying this you should you are giving the product freely.

                                      It was mistake from your end . Without informing me you had cancelled my order . For this process I had paid extra Rs 2000 to my bank . Rs 460 for processing EMI + 3% interest for pre closing EMI loan. When you know error was from your end and even u didn’t take action .

                                        I hereby want to register a complaint against this product which we ordered on 26 march 2017 with order id: od[protected]. This product is completely against the expectations set at the time of purchase. We had to get the inner filter changed only after 2 months paying rs 400/-. Apart from this first disappointment, there is a bigger one now. We called the sales representative today (Within six months of purchase) and he says that the product is gone. He asks for rs 3500/- to get it repaired.

                                        As we have not even completed six months with the product, we want to get it replaced as soon as possible.

                                        Please do the needful.

                                        The customer complaint about the warranty issue in the product. We had interacted with the customer and asked customer show the invoice copy to claim the warranty. If service center denies for service get us the service denial letter from service center. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
