Hi,

I am totally disappointed with your service, you people are not seeing at all customer satisfaction.
I called 5 time yesterday and you people put me on hold saying that connecting to senior person and after waiting for around 15 min you people are disconnecting the call.
Previously also regarding my order i face the same issue.
Is this is a right way to support your customer???
This is totally disgusting your height of ignorance with respect to customer.

My issue was simple i. E a part of my led panasonic was missing so i just want to make it resolve fast before 6th of october but your team have created this issue so complex that now i want to escalate this in big level. What you want me to do should i post similar thing to social media websites of should i register a case against your company.
The service given by your support team was worst, yesterday one of your team member said that i will receive a call from your senior lead in 1 hr, but till now your 1 hr is not over.

Kindly tell me what you prefer me to do??
I want my led back before 6th of october, so kindly do the needful.

    My mesleep f analog clock 30 cm id no. Od[protected].
    I wish to inform you that the clock has been received in a damaged condition on 26th september 2017. On opening the consignment, twe shocked to find the clock damaged with so many glass pieces. We kept the consignment in tact with the invoice. This is our first bad experience in flipkart.
    .
    I request you to collect the consignment and replace the same or please return my amount by way crediting the same to my account immediately.

    I request you to kindly be cautious while despatching the materials by properly packed with thermacoal and instructions like handle with care.

      Wish master is unable delivering the same as per my continent time that is after 6.30 pm. Delivery date was 25-9-17. Product is not delivered yet. I am not getting satisfactory reply from your toll free number.

      I have purchased for gifting my wife on her birthday on 25-9-17. I trusted n flipkart and purchased during mega sale instated of buying from shop.

      Now, purpose is defeated. I could not gift to my wife and i have to spent money to purchase other gift for her. I strongly demand for compensation for delay or else i have no way but to take up the matter with higher management.

        Purchased an iphone 7 from you guys, and received it yesterday. The phone was okay and i started using it. The moment i connected it with my itunes, the iphone got disabled. On contacting the authorised apple service centre, they are asking me to pay an amount of rs 2000 for software update. The point is why should i pay this amount after buying a new iphone. This is really not done. I don't have a refund option for my product on your website. On contacting the customer care, a call back was arranged but no one was there at the other end to interact with. This is the first time i have ordered an electronic device from flipkart and the customer support seems pathetic.

            I have made online payment of 13999 for ifb 38l microwave convection oven during bbd scheme by flipkart during 21-24sep 2017. Flip kart order status shows item arrived at nearest hub to my location in surat and delivery status shows delivered by 24th sep 2017! But till date 27th september 2017 no one deliver the package and no proper answer from flipkart and their team. Please resolve my issue.

                I was ordered donald duck soft toys - 32 cm from samayratoys. But the product is not at all value for money its price shown as 1499 and this product is not at all worth this much amount and also not like as shown online
                And height is when i was trying to return the same. It was not allowing me to return because they are saying return is not available for this product. Even i have checked "products are not eligible for returns?" on the flipkart and my product is nowhere mention in this sectioni have also attached product

                  I ordered a jbl flip 3 during your coveted big billion sale @4500. My order got canceled after 3 days. Who is supposed to pay the extra 3500 now (Current price is 7999)?
                  When you can't deliver the products at promised discounted rates, then why market big billion in such a huge manner?
                  The reason given by your executive (Neeraj) was that the seller doesn't have stock left. How come they (Reatilnet) are selling the product at 7999 then?

                      My shipment order was od[protected]. Due to some reason i didn't want to receive it and asked the delivery boy who called to return it. He yelled at me over phone and asked me why do i order if i don't have money. I have the recording. He works under e-kart.
                      I will go to the e-kart office and talk to the manager. But i don't know if they are going to take the proper action against him or not.
                      I want the authorities to fire him and e-kart should start training his boys. There are a lot of complaints against e-kart delivery boys. Or maybe flipkart should select other courie companies.

                          Want to raise the concerns and grievences am facing in shopping with
                          Flipkart.. I can't believe this will be such a troublesome exp in simply
                          Ordering product.. To detail down..
                          Have ordered the dell laptop on 22nd sept, friday.. Order id: od[protected]
                          The product is out for delivery since 24th sept and still am without the
                          Product.. Neither one has the courtesy to update me regarding the status and
                          Whats holding up for not getting delivered.. Have repeatedly drop the mails
                          And raised multiple times complaint, but nothing is helping out..
                          Even ur customer executives are irresponsible creatures seating over there
                          Who dont how to resolve the prob.. Even ur manager is not able to help.. Hes
                          Also just kind of providing tentative timeline.. Such a foolish grp of
                          People is sitting down there!!
                          Moreover, i[censored] guys cant handle huge load.. Then u shud stop "days" and all..
                          Dont be just around to fool people..
                          Such a shameless manager!.. Who dont have any shame in getting the order
                          Cancelled.. More willing to do so.
                          Seriously am not sure whats going on with flip kart to keep such
                          Irrational/unlogical/helpless creatures out there.. Sorry to use such
                          Words, but honestly am going lot of trauma from flipkart end.
                          Instead of providing the resolution, these guys are only causing lot of trouble and harassment.

                          Finally after 14 attempts and with lot of argument, i finally able to contact manager, but he also being a puppet uttering the same words, doesnt like manager is talking. Even after delay, he wish me to ask to wait for another day.
                          Wow!! After much urging he gave me gift card lol and thru that i need to buy from flipkart, which i dont want to shop with such worse ecommerce anymore.. Ready to pay extra to some other website but not to deal with this and urging people too.

                          A very dismal /unprofessionalism attitude.. U guys need to learn!

                          Am hoping for the formiddable action to be taken..

                            Disagreeable experience from flipkart.

                            I ordered 3 items from flipkart by 20th and 21st of this month (September) and i received 2 items from your side. The third item is canon eos 1300 d dslr camera with free motorola headset and that is not delivered or even not attempted to do so. You cancelled that order (Od[protected] unfairly from your side. When i called the customer care your representative telling me that that is because of mismatch f pin code which i given in address. The other 2 items delivered to me on same address and pin code. Now i simply doubts that you were offering something that you cannot satisfy at a price on big billion day. I believe that, you were cheating me! Cheating from one of the best companies in retail industry!! Actually what happened is you denied me a chance purchasing the same camera from amazone which was on offer on same days as of big billion day.

                              I am from hyderabad.

                              I have ordered a red mi note 4 (64gb) mobile on 21-sep-2017 during big billion days sale.

                              My order no is od[protected].

                              The item was supposed to be delivered on 22-sep-2017, but was delayed.

                              Thereafter i am daily calling the customer support and trying to raise this complaint.
                              My incident id is

                              So far i have been promised the delivery at various dates as listed below (And mails attached for each promised delivery dates).
                              None of the promised delivery date was kept by flipkart.

                              1. The item was legitimately supposed to be delivered on 22-sep-2017.
                              2. Then i get a next promise date at 23-sep-2017 (Mail attached).
                              3. Then again i get the next promise date of 24-sep-2017 (Mail attached).
                              4. Then i get a new promise date of 25-sep-2017.
                              5. Thereafter it was again a new date of 26-sep-2017 and still not delivered (Mail attached).
                              6. Latest date promised is now 27-sep-2017 (Mail attached) and i have no hope in it.

                              I wonder if they can't keep the promise of the delivery date then why they call it promise date?

                              Flipkart have failed miserably on the multiple occasions to delivery the item by the date it committed.

                              Is there a single reason to why a customer should not approach the consumer forum after this kind of lackluster approach?

                                Dear great flipkart!

                                With a heavy heart, i have to admit, you failed in every way to prove that you are the best e-commerce website in india. Yes, your big billion sale was amazing, that attracted me too!

                                I ordered two products, redmi note 4 for inr 10, 999/- which was delivered on time, that is amazing! (I know the tricks of delivery status! Give later dates to the customer and deliver early! Happy customer!)

                                Second product which i ordered is vu 140cm (55 inches) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv, the model number that you have is ltdn55xt780xwau3d_hdr, amazing this model number is not available anywhere! Not even in vu website, they have ltdn55xt780xwau3d but not the one which is mentioned earlier. What i am curious about is, when this model is ultra hd (Uhd), then why hdr in the model number?!

                                I got attracted to your offer for inr 49, 999 and extended warranty for inr 3025, which i have paid upfront through my bajaj finserv card. No, the wrong assumption, of course, i can afford to pay at one go, but why pay when i have zero interest facility.

                                It was ordered on 21st september 2017 and your system said it shall be delivered by 24th september 2017 between 0800 to 2000 hrs. I kept on waiting for the whole day as it was sunday and excited as it was a gift to my parents for their marriage anniversary on 25th september. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive. I had a strong belief that flipkart can never deliver late than the said time. This time, you proved me absolutely wrong!

                                The product did not arrive on 24th at all, on top of it, your amazing advanced sms technology send an sms on 25th that product should be delivered on 24th! Superb!

                                Being pissed off and annoyed, as now i have no idea what to gift my parents at last moment, i stood in a party like an unemployed adult who cannot afford anything on this planet.

                                Yes, deliveries can be late, understood. B

                                Scene 2:
                                September 25th, 2017: called customer care, they have no clue what is going on this planet (Called 4 times in a day to get the latest update)
                                September 26th, 2017: called at 2339 hrs, your csr was unable to find any information regarding this order and hung up
                                September 27th, 2017: called again at 0018 hrs, put on hold for more than 15 minutes and call disconnected as there is no answer available
                                September 27th, 2017: called again, this csr has no idea what is happening on this planet with the product ordered, lied and lied and lied about product details and order placed. After 15 minutes of hold and convincing his 'supervisor' - mr govind mishra, the call was transferred to him. Again he has no clue, just like any typical call centre, the staff has no rights to look into anything! Your security guard has probably more rights and authority than your customer service staff!

                                Ultimately, no resolution. I have not asked to give me leverage to make payment, it was upfront. They why such unprofessional behaviour? No matter what you do so far now, you lost finally lost a loyal customer who ordered more than 200 products on flipkart till date. Yes, deliveries can be late, understood. What annoys customer is, no courtesy call to inform the customer that it has been delayed. No follow-up, no customer service at all, forget customer delight.

                                I have mentioned everything in detail amazingly so that you can understand, as your pier lever staff failed to do so. Another reason, i am in a mood to bring this as the legal matter and to make it public as well. This can definitely be well documented for future references.

                                  I have ordered one sen heiser cx 213 wired headphone on 21st september.

                                  On 21st september. The item had been shipped by ekart logistics tracking id fmpc[protected]. The item was delivered to the hub nearest to me also. They did nt even call me even though i have given two contact numbers and adress with pincode and nearest land mark too.. They returned that item on the same day itself saying that street is missing in your adress. Returned without atleast giving me one day to collect it myself. They got it on 25th and 26th i went there for product.. I really want this one as i ordered it with extreme passion.. Please make some steps to give that item back to me.. Plss

                                    I ordered redmi note 4 on 22/9/2017 and paid rs 9899/- by debit card. Order no od[protected]. The order was brought in an open sealed condition on 24/9/2017. Hence not taken. Then when contacted customer they promised to give a fresh product by 26th sept, 2017. Now they are giving mail that i should cancel the product. Why should i? When there is no fault of mine. This is cheating and fraud. They are giving multiple answers. They even send message that reattempt will be made but nothing so far, just ridiculous. How can they say that customer satisfaction is top priority. Corrupt company. Why cant u give a freesh product

                                      I ordered a mobile phone on 21st sept and paid the amount by debit card, and now flipkart has cancelled that order on their own even though i didn't wanted to cancel it. They stated the reason that order is delayed due to delay in delivery but i was ready to wait as many days as they want. People ordered the same redmi note 4 mobile on the last day of the sale (While i ordered it on the first day) are getting their delivery.
                                      This is very disappointing and frustrating for me.
                                      Even though they are ready to refund me i don't want any refund, i want my product i ordered.

                                        I have cancelled the order in the app but i didn't received a confirming mail on the cancellation of my order and i haven't received the refund of the product.
