I am order on flipkart 24/9/17 lenovo k8 plus rs 8999
Order i'd : od[protected]
But 2 days after seller cancel the order but till amount is not refunded. Only phonepe wallet amount refund rs 1705 on 27/09/17.
Balance amount rs 7222 not refunded my account.
I am so many times complaint but flipkart not correct ans and no slow the problem.

Pls slow the problem and tell me todayall amount refund and give me interest and waste my time pls give me amount.

    Sir i have booked a mobile about 7 days back (Lenovo k8 plus) during flipkart sale days (Booked on 24 sep 17) as i have done a payment through debit card of rs 8099.00, as flipkart does not mention at any place that if phone is not deliver on time they will cancel the order they have taken the money & kept with them for 7 days after 7 days they have told me that ur order is cancel due to phone not avilable. Why u r refering a sale when u have no products. I have talked to mr sudherashan who told me that i m flipkat's manager. Now they r giving my money back but why these offers are given and why these orders have taken if they do not have phone.

      On 21st sep 2017 i have ordered acer gaming laptop helios g3-572 from flipkart on big billion day offer for rs 74, 990/- order # od[protected] which was actually advertised for rs.59, 990 through out by flipkart. At the time of booking the price was changed to rs 74, 990/- so i booked for rs 74, 990/- and paid full amount through internet banking. On 26th sep 2017, i got the info on track orders that my shipment is "undelivered due to shipment damaged". When i contacted customer care i was informed that my delivery will be done by 29th sep 2017. But on 29th sep 2017, i received a call at 6.05 pm from flipkart customer care saying that the shipment was damaged and the product is out of stock now. So there is no option other than cancelling the order and the order got cancelled from their end. At that time when i checked the flipkart the product was out of stock as mentioned by them so i agreed for cancellation. But after 2 hours when i checked the same product was seen to be on flipkart. From that it is to be clearly make out that flipkart and retailnet seller is making fools of their customers understanding the demand of the product. Also they are asking 10 days time for the refund. I request you to take action for this fraud and provide me with the laptop which i have ordered.

        We are pleased order on 19th august 2017 of silverwala 999 pure silver astavinayak ganesha darshan photo frame (14*12) showpiece - 1.5 cm my order no. Od[protected] the above order item is received in damaged condition, seller not send proper packing so my item is damaged after i have requested for same day for replace then seller sent wrong product very small pack so i have rejected, sellercalled me and ask next item is not available and will be available after 4 to 5 month, then i have requested for refund, filpcart customer care says now your 10 days replacement is over,
        Please let me if flipcart is not sent correct product & they also have not in stock so what is my mistake... Please replace another or please suggest us what to do... Such a wrost service from flipcart, one supervisor spoke with me in wrost language. Even i am requiting to replace the product. Such a wrost service which i never ever seen in my life..

          I need this product at any cost, that's wrong and cheating !

            I am unable to reach any of the customer care officer so i am writing these letter. Some month back i have purchased sennheiser cx-213 earphones. But now one side is not working and other side is also in a bad condition. You have given me 2 year warranty. Kindly help me to get it replaced. I always prefer flipkart over all for its services. But first i am getting disappointed as i am not able to approach the company.

              It is extremely sad to learn that both my orders had been sold to me without conditions legitimately visible on the site. If so much so as a scratch was an issue for a product exchange. Flipkart had to be more elaborate in their t&cs. I had to cancel the order for the laptop and i made do with that fact.

              When i called their customer service regarding the issue i asked the executive that my second product won't be affected in this case. She agreed, assured that my weighing scale delivery is on schedule. I believe the company has the call recording. Why should i reorder? Sale season, no sale season, courier, seller issues have been a constant in 4/5 orders for me. It is dissatisfying to know further that the company is least bothered to help customers in their problems. Putting it on the policies is a convenient excuse. Why can't cancellations be reworked on if the consumer is not wrong at all?

              I have been facing random cancellations from flipkart consistently and nothing has really changed. What is the point of giving the company a feedback? Ill-informed, ill-managed customer relations have been a part of my flipkart shopping experience through and through.

                Scheduled delivery date i. E. 27 has been postponed, it compelled us for tracking on 29/09 ; the tracked order was out for delivery at 1147 hrs and at 1731 hrs., we called twice at flipkart and was assured the delivery by 1900 hrs followed again by the receiver to wait for the guaranteed delivery. We wasted whole day for the order to arrive but at 10:10 p. M on the same day we received a sms saying that our shipment was undelivered. Today again the whole exercise has been repeated in tracking, calling flipkart, ecom express but all our efforts have not yielded any results so far and the consignment is still mysteriously undelivered at 1800 hrs. Dated 30/09/17. This whole episode depicts and proves negligence, deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of flipkart and its agents. Suitable compensation for the mental agonies faced by us, (Failure to deliver as per promise) is desired from flipkart. Along-with delivery of our consignment immediately.

                  And asking to order again after cancellation procedure.

                    But i got different product with flipkart box. I raised a complaint against this particular issue. I contacted flipkart customer care many times about this issue, they said that they will check and call back with in 2 or 3 business days. After that particular time they are repeating the i have to wait more days. So i kindly request you to refund my money. And i got a mail from flipkart will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account. Because o[censored]nusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This is caused i cancelled that order because wrong item was ordered. I already attached photo of item which i ordered and which i got from flipkart along with this mail. So kindly refund my money otherwise at least replace the item.

                        I ordered power bank and i got[protected] as a delivery date.
                        That day i called to the delivery boy and he told that he will come by 6:30pm but he didn't came.
                        By tomorrow i got a message like your product was delivered at 1:24am on[protected].
                        It was impossible to deliver a product by early morning 1:24 am.

                          I placed my order on filipcart for redmi note 4 which received by 25/09/2017. While putting the sim in sim card slot that could not read and attached photo also below than placed complainant to replacement. They have given new device against first by 27/09/2017. But this is also defective with mic voice not coming properly than talked again to them that got replied have to service center. They are selling defective models with defective new device why consumer should go service center.
                          I should get ok model. If mobile is used than acceptable to service center but new brand does not make sense.
                          Please help me to my cash refund.

                          Why should go to service center with new brand product. I need cash back because can not trust at your brand .
                          With new product at least should go one year just explaining more it is not small amount Rs.10999. for me .

                              We received the product moto c plus from flipkart on 26/09/2017 after making payment of rs. 5438/- online through debit card. When we tried to switch it on, we realized that it is not starting and thought that it is a defective piece and requested for replacement from flipkart. They sent a technician to us and he told us that it has connectivity issues with mtnl and airtel wifi. This should have been informed while ordering the product. This phone is useless for us as we use only mtnl wifi. All other mobiles at our home are connected to mtnl wifi and working well. Also when we complained again we were asked not to use mtnl wifi connection. Mtnl is a government dept. And is used by a good number of people, so how can it be declared faulty for non functioning of a small device moto c plus. We can not stop using the mtnl wifi. Representative of flipkart states that our money can not refunded.
                              Hence i requested to the concerned authorities of consumer complaints to take necessary action to refund the money.

                                My order no. Is od[protected] and had placed it on 22nd september 2017 and the delivery date mentioned while placing the order was 28th september 2017. I didn't get delivery on 28th, so i called at customer care they through their usual lines sorry for the inconvenience and all those mugged up scripts. Flipkart care people must learn some manners then take the calls illiterate, filthy people. Again i emailed and contacted to # flipkart because o[censored]ndelivery of my product but no positive response again extended for 2-4 days for delivery.
                                And ekart the courier service amazing, i received message from flipkart that pravin jogi ([protected]) agent will be coming to with product on 28th september when i called this courier boy he said he will be coming by evening and when i called in the evening he said he doesn't have the product and name is also not mentioned in the list again 4 days delay.# off flipkart and ekart both are crooks. Now again got a new message on 30th september that we will try to deliver your product at 1st of october.
                                Flipkart had no potential to do online business, just close your domain you # you had ruined my festival of dusherra you mother#er, you will have to pay for this mind it
                                I will raise this complaint to the ministry of commerce and it just wait and watch

                                  Order no. Od[protected] was on door for delivery. As it was a cod order an amount of 224 was to be paid. The delivery man was given 220 rs in currency notes and 4 rs in currency coins. He refused to take indian currency 1 re - 4 coins, and asked me to bring 5 rs coin instead reason being that 1 re coins are not acceptable. I requested him to give me in written that the currency is not being taken by flipkart. On asking the reasons of denial he started using unacceptable language.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I purchased iphone 7 on flipkart company by 24 sept 2017 whose dilever date was on 26 september but this product did not receive till now. Company said that your address is not found while more product has buy on online trough flipkart and amazone.
                                    That means flipkart company is telling lie because reason behind it price of iphone 7 is giving only 39999 on flipkart while market price is 47000. Company are making either foolish or misdirect to the innocent people.
                                    Company would want to give such advertise for famous your comapny
                                    Kindly request to you please provide either iphone 7..

                                    Dear sir,
                                    i got call from flipkart company on 30 sept 17 in evening .he said that i[censored] would purchase iphone 7 on flipkart in future then we will deposit difference amount in your account .
                                    as i booked iphone price 39999 on 24 sept 2017 and now the price is 47500 today then the rest amount will deposit in my account . i told u send mail me to written .but there is no response coming from flipkart company.
                                    that means company continuously making foolish.
                                    sir please help me this is very big issue for the customer because online purchasing is continuously increasing.

                                      I had ordered vu tv online from flipkart. It arrived late i understand due to big billion sale but the installation and delivery they took 3 days even after delivering late. This is pathetic service from flipkart and i will never order from flipkart again. You have lost a loyal customer. I dont understand flipkart saying we cant do anything why the hell are you providing goods then. I will recommend amazon to all henceforth.

                                        My order Milton lunch box 750 ml blue color but ricived 400ml white color. Next replacement in ricived second time damage lunch box 400ml orange. I have refund request but ecart(Flipkart) not pickup lunch box why?
