Dear great flipkart!
With a heavy heart, i have to admit, you failed in every way to prove that you are the best e-commerce website in india. Yes, your big billion sale was amazing, that attracted me too!
I ordered two products, redmi note 4 for inr 10, 999/- which was delivered on time, that is amazing! (I know the tricks of delivery status! Give later dates to the customer and deliver early! Happy customer!)
Second product which i ordered is vu 140cm (55 inches) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv, the model number that you have is ltdn55xt780xwau3d_hdr, amazing this model number is not available anywhere! Not even in vu website, they have ltdn55xt780xwau3d but not the one which is mentioned earlier. What i am curious about is, when this model is ultra hd (Uhd), then why hdr in the model number?!
I got attracted to your offer for inr 49, 999 and extended warranty for inr 3025, which i have paid upfront through my bajaj finserv card. No, the wrong assumption, of course, i can afford to pay at one go, but why pay when i have zero interest facility.
It was ordered on 21st september 2017 and your system said it shall be delivered by 24th september 2017 between 0800 to 2000 hrs. I kept on waiting for the whole day as it was sunday and excited as it was a gift to my parents for their marriage anniversary on 25th september. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive. I had a strong belief that flipkart can never deliver late than the said time. This time, you proved me absolutely wrong!
The product did not arrive on 24th at all, on top of it, your amazing advanced sms technology send an sms on 25th that product should be delivered on 24th! Superb!
Being pissed off and annoyed, as now i have no idea what to gift my parents at last moment, i stood in a party like an unemployed adult who cannot afford anything on this planet.
Yes, deliveries can be late, understood. B
Scene 2:
September 25th, 2017: called customer care, they have no clue what is going on this planet (Called 4 times in a day to get the latest update)
September 26th, 2017: called at 2339 hrs, your csr was unable to find any information regarding this order and hung up
September 27th, 2017: called again at 0018 hrs, put on hold for more than 15 minutes and call disconnected as there is no answer available
September 27th, 2017: called again, this csr has no idea what is happening on this planet with the product ordered, lied and lied and lied about product details and order placed. After 15 minutes of hold and convincing his 'supervisor' - mr govind mishra, the call was transferred to him. Again he has no clue, just like any typical call centre, the staff has no rights to look into anything! Your security guard has probably more rights and authority than your customer service staff!
Ultimately, no resolution. I have not asked to give me leverage to make payment, it was upfront. They why such unprofessional behaviour? No matter what you do so far now, you lost finally lost a loyal customer who ordered more than 200 products on flipkart till date. Yes, deliveries can be late, understood. What annoys customer is, no courtesy call to inform the customer that it has been delayed. No follow-up, no customer service at all, forget customer delight.
I have mentioned everything in detail amazingly so that you can understand, as your pier lever staff failed to do so. Another reason, i am in a mood to bring this as the legal matter and to make it public as well. This can definitely be well documented for future references.
