In filpkart offer 5%phonepay and 10%sbi offer is there i am getting only phonepay offer is credited 10%debit card offer not credit.
I'm using sbi bedit card. I will so many time call customer care he is telling u pay the money upi.
But im not using upi i am pay bedit card and i am send the proof also pls check

      We ordered a refrigerator from flipkart. The order included an exchange of old fridge. The charges includes delivery of new fridge, pick up charges of the old equipment.

      The delivery guy came alone and said that he cannot transport the fridge to our home which was located in the first floor. He threatened us that if we don't provide additional help he would leave the fridge in the ground floor and leave. Further, the delivery guy demand rs500 for lifting it even after providing additonal help thus making us pay both the person rs500 each additional to get the fridge delivered in our home

      On calling customer care, we were said that they will not be able to help us on this since our address does not mention first floor.

      How could flipkart be so careless and the fact that they send off with one person to deliver a huge fridge does not make rational sense.

          Need replacement as it has 2 years warranty.

          Initially the bulb is working fine, but after some days one bulb went off. The bulb can be made ready when replacement reach us.

            The delivery boy just came to my place. He checked my laptop with serial number, charger, but my laptop is not in working. So he declined the replacement old laptop with new hp laptop as per order# od[protected].

            At the time placing the order online, in exchange offer there was only asked about serial number, model number & version of laptop. There were nothing like laptop is working or non working like other website. If it is like that please share that data/screenshot with me. When i try to explain him that this was not mentioned while ordering new laptop, but he declined as it is technical issue? Is it customer's fault? Then why should i suffer? I want my laptop with this offer, as i already paid, and facing too much issues.

            Kindly reply on the same trail email and also share your email id, so that the chain email will be in same page.

                I placed order on big billion sale start 21st sep 2017 12am
                Now today dt 25th sep 2017 i got call from flipkart stated ur order is cancelled due to order untraceable, we cancel this order and gives refund, now sale is over and product is out of stock
                Why my order is cancelled? Why return
                This is huge loss
                1) now sale is over so no 10% cashback
                2) product is out of stock
                3) flipkart earphone price also increased from 350 to 700
                All these happened without my fault
                It's flipkart responsibility when seller is cheater or courier untraceable
                Don't make ur customer permanantly bye bye from flipkart and go with amazon
                Find out some solution on this issue which created by you no customer fault
                Think about it and save ur customer to shop in future from flipkart.
                Sir please think once again and tell me in all matter what is my mistake
                Is there is not my mistake than why this flipkart team give me that extra money which i loss due to sale is over. I wish u understand my concern and find out some solution

                Both Flipkart and eKart are probably involved in scam. They cancelled my order too giving me an excuse that my package has got untraceable. Those scammers made me lose that nice opportunity to purchase a mobile phone at a very discounted price. Such scammers should be taken to consumer court.

                            I tried to order moto e4 plus using my sbi debit card on 25/9/17. But after providing all my details and atm pin, an error message came saying, "an error has occurred". After that the item was still in my cart and payment success or failure page was not even reached. But my amount got deducted from the sbi account.                               I ordered xiaomi mi a1 during the flash sale at 12 noon on saturday 23rd sept during the big billion day offer on which i got rs.1500 discount (Sbi card offer).
                              Transaction number (Sbi txn #[[#]]#sbipg ks[protected]flipkart mumbai). The money has been deducted and my order is not confirmed yet.
                              Moreover, money hasn't been refunded and also the sale is over. That means i wont be getting the discount now.

                              I have contacted sbi and they told that the transaction number has not been updated in there records and it takes 45 days to check all the details. But i need the mobile now as it has become integral part of our living.

                              I cancelled my order of other phone (Mi max 2) to go with mi a1 after getting to know about the sale on saturday.

                              Now, both the flipkart and sbi are claiming it is not their issue. And my money got stuck and now i cannot purchase a new mobile. Even in the case i get the refund from sbi after 45 days i won't be getting the discount flipkart has promised and literally i had to keep all my work aside and book the mobile at exactly 12pm.

                                I had ordered two refrigerators from your website with order id od[protected] on 20th sept. And od[protected] on 21stsept. Which were scheduled to be delivered on 23rd and 25thof sept. Respectively. On 23rd, when the product was not even processed, i called your customer care to know the progress of the order and i was informed that the order is delayed and they don’t have any information regarding it and have taken my complaint and the progress of which would be updated to me by 25th sept. On 25th, as my other product was to be delivered, i again called your customer care to know its progress, i was again informed the same that the order is delayed at seller’s end and my complaint is taken up and i would be updated about it by 27th sept. Moreover, your representatives informed me firstly that i would receive a call back from your side by 6 p. M. On 25th, which i didn’t received and after communicating again i was told that i would be updated by 9 p. M. On 25thand that too got passed without getting any response from your side. On again calling you for the 4th time in the same day, your representative put my call on hold for more than 9 minutes after which the call was cut abruptly without any information. After again contacting your customer care at 9.25 p. M. I was informed that the order has been processed and still not shipped, which was already known from your website, i was made to wait for almost 72 hours to update me that the order has still not been shipped and informed me that a mail has been sent to me at 9.19 p. M. Stating your team needs to have more time to resolve the issue and i must wait till 9 p. M. On 26thsept and after continuous follow up your customer care representative informed me that i would receive the product by today evening positively, the recording of which i am having on record.

                                For the second order, you guys still don’t have any update and on asking i receive the reply that we are working on it with our logistics team and will update you by 27th sept 3 p. M.

                                I was told that because of sale my order got delayed. Sir, if you and your team cannot handle the volumes of order during sale then why you guys organize these so called sales.

                                Later on getting deeper into the issue, your representative told me that may be the seller might have limited stock and because of huge number of orders at one time the stock would have finished and the product is getting late because of product being out of stock. Sir, i am a technical graduate and do possess a little bit of technical knowledge and do know that the company like flipkart would, for sure, be working on real time basis and the stock sold would be updated as and when orders are made.

                                I ordered refrigerators through your company as i needed the product on urgent basis and thinking that it would be delivered by the date promised. One refrigerator was for my grandparents and they are facing so much problem. My grandparents had advised me not to get into the trap of this online thing and i should buy it traditionally from the local market, had i known that your attitude would be so bad towards customer service and you would make their advice true, i would have better purchased the product from the local dealer, as i would have got it by evening on the same date of purchase.

                                Really disappointed and frustrated with such a callous attitude and approach towards customer service and satisfaction from flipkart and your customer support. If you guys cannot provide the product on the date it is scheduled, why you even provide the option for getting it scheduled. For your team t. A. T. And time deadline are least important and as i have already paid for the product you can delay it for the time you want to. Your rival company, amazon provides so smooth delivery and support and always keep thing in the defined time frame. I didn’t ordered from there just because being an indian i must possess that loyalty towards an indian company before moving to some company that’s outsider in our country.

                                Please provide me the date within which my product would be delivered to me as i am tired of calling you guys every day several times. I really hope you guys would take my feedback positively because if you won’t change the customers would surely move to other alternatives because with the service provided and seeing your attitude i am really sure that i won’t be coming back to your company to again face such a crap and worse service attitude.

                                  I have ordered two mobiles lenovo k8 plus and samsung galaxy on nxt and the orders no. Are od[protected] & od[protected] and my expected date is 26. Sep.17, when i track my orders, it is in balugaon area from 24. Sep and there is no movement at all, whereas my location is at barbil and it is in opposite direction of balugaon, when i ask my orders to flipkart they said order will be reach on 26. Sep, before that they said you will get your orders on before 26. Sep, but the distance from balugaon to barbil is near about 500km as it is quite difficult to reach my destination.
                                  The same incident has occurred with my friends that the items placed since long period the canceled automatically without prior information and knowledge.
                                  If the above matter will happen to me then i will definitely go to consumer court to reslolve the issue as soon as possible.
                                  Before that i have already purchased several mobiles from flipkart and i got that within 4-5 days in barbil location from same seller but i face the problems in offer time.

                                    My name is shaminder kumar and i have ordered the above said product on 21 sept 2017 and received confirmation message from flipkart that the product has been packed with order id od[protected] and the product is on the way to you. But today i. E[protected] i checked the status and found the product has been returned then i contacted customer care and they told the order has been cancelled without any confirmation. I am feeling cheated. Kindly make some arrangements to deliver my order to me.

                                      This was the worst experience that ex employees are also not been getting proper response then how come the normal customer will be treated good by flipkart. Yesterday i got sms about my shipment, person came without pos machine. I requested him to get the machine or please give me the hub address i will go, he flipkart has not given us the pos machine as we are the 3rd party vendor. Now this is the biggest surprise i got when i call customer care, this people are saying its company policy & we will decide whether to provide the pos or not.

                                      Guys i was the employee for flipkart & had worded for more than 2 years. But trust me, now i am realising that when my delivery boys use to tell me such issue, i use to neglate them, but today flipkart has proved that my boys were correct & flipkart is wrong.
