I had ordered two refrigerators from your website with order id od[protected] on 20th sept. And od[protected] on 21stsept. Which were scheduled to be delivered on 23rd and 25thof sept. Respectively. On 23rd, when the product was not even processed, i called your customer care to know the progress of the order and i was informed that the order is delayed and they don’t have any information regarding it and have taken my complaint and the progress of which would be updated to me by 25th sept. On 25th, as my other product was to be delivered, i again called your customer care to know its progress, i was again informed the same that the order is delayed at seller’s end and my complaint is taken up and i would be updated about it by 27th sept. Moreover, your representatives informed me firstly that i would receive a call back from your side by 6 p. M. On 25th, which i didn’t received and after communicating again i was told that i would be updated by 9 p. M. On 25thand that too got passed without getting any response from your side. On again calling you for the 4th time in the same day, your representative put my call on hold for more than 9 minutes after which the call was cut abruptly without any information. After again contacting your customer care at 9.25 p. M. I was informed that the order has been processed and still not shipped, which was already known from your website, i was made to wait for almost 72 hours to update me that the order has still not been shipped and informed me that a mail has been sent to me at 9.19 p. M. Stating your team needs to have more time to resolve the issue and i must wait till 9 p. M. On 26thsept and after continuous follow up your customer care representative informed me that i would receive the product by today evening positively, the recording of which i am having on record.
For the second order, you guys still don’t have any update and on asking i receive the reply that we are working on it with our logistics team and will update you by 27th sept 3 p. M.
I was told that because of sale my order got delayed. Sir, if you and your team cannot handle the volumes of order during sale then why you guys organize these so called sales.
Later on getting deeper into the issue, your representative told me that may be the seller might have limited stock and because of huge number of orders at one time the stock would have finished and the product is getting late because of product being out of stock. Sir, i am a technical graduate and do possess a little bit of technical knowledge and do know that the company like flipkart would, for sure, be working on real time basis and the stock sold would be updated as and when orders are made.
I ordered refrigerators through your company as i needed the product on urgent basis and thinking that it would be delivered by the date promised. One refrigerator was for my grandparents and they are facing so much problem. My grandparents had advised me not to get into the trap of this online thing and i should buy it traditionally from the local market, had i known that your attitude would be so bad towards customer service and you would make their advice true, i would have better purchased the product from the local dealer, as i would have got it by evening on the same date of purchase.
Really disappointed and frustrated with such a callous attitude and approach towards customer service and satisfaction from flipkart and your customer support. If you guys cannot provide the product on the date it is scheduled, why you even provide the option for getting it scheduled. For your team t. A. T. And time deadline are least important and as i have already paid for the product you can delay it for the time you want to. Your rival company, amazon provides so smooth delivery and support and always keep thing in the defined time frame. I didn’t ordered from there just because being an indian i must possess that loyalty towards an indian company before moving to some company that’s outsider in our country.
Please provide me the date within which my product would be delivered to me as i am tired of calling you guys every day several times. I really hope you guys would take my feedback positively because if you won’t change the customers would surely move to other alternatives because with the service provided and seeing your attitude i am really sure that i won’t be coming back to your company to again face such a crap and worse service attitude.
