I have payed an amount of Rs 9598 from my SBI account to Flipkart via phonepay on big billion day. The amount was debited from my SBI account and payment was recieved by flipkart(as shown in phone pay trasaction history) but order was not placed and I did not get any transaction ID from Flipkart.
Neither phonepay customer care nor Flipkart customer care are responding to my call.

    MY registered mobile number with flipkart is [protected]. 
    I recently bought Haier 6 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine with order ID OD[protected]. 

    I received the product on 7:40 Pm on 21 September, now when i opened the box in front of the E-kart wish master it had water droplet all over the top lead and in the drum and various other part of the washing machine. So at 7:45 Pm i placed a replacement request as in my opinion the product was used. 

    When i checked it closely it didn't had the front stickers and top instruction template as well and apart from that various scratch marks are clearly visible on the product. 

    So after calling to CUSTOMER CARE, a technician visit which is mandatory for replacement was arranged on or before 25 of September. 

    23 of September a person from Haier came to see the washing machine and inspected it and told me yes this is a used product and i'll pass my recommendation/approval to flipkart. 

    Well i contacted CUSTOMER CARE on the same day about the tentative delivery date and to my surprise they told me that tech visit is not yet done and it'll be completed on or before 25 september, then who was the person who came today on 23 of september i asked, to this i got a reply that it was installation and demo. 

    I mean why on earth i'll install a product for which i requested a replacement!!! 

    I called the person who came from haier, he told me that it was a tech visit and not installation. 

    I checked my status today and my replacement request was rejected ...why i don't know. 
    I called CUSTOMER CARE and asked about it and they told me that they have no update from tech visit and hence they rejected the replacement request. 

    I mean what kind of service is this!! If tech visit didn't happened then one can plan a new one, how could they directly rejected my replacement request without knowing about the product. 

    I raised the replacement request again on 25 September and was waiting for tech visit.

    Today on 26 Sept i got a feed back call from haier regarding the installation demo, I told them that I didn't took the demo and installation as i requested for replacement and enquired about my latest service request for tech visit.

    Now haier told me that service request which is raised by flipkart is for part repair, so if there is any part damaged or not working we can help if it is used you talk to your seller not us. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW!!

    First they delivered a used product to me now this ###### service...this is how flipkart treat customers!!! 

    All above this the Haier people are telling me that they passed there approval to you, and you guys are telling me no update from technician!! 

    It's been 6 days since i got the product and still i don't see a date of getting the new replaced product all i have is bunch of promises!! 

    THIS IS MENTAL HARASSMENT WHICH THEY ARE CAUSING ME...I'LL ME MOVING TO CONSUMER COURT IF I DO NOT GET MY PRODUCT!!

      pick up done but cancelled after the approval for refund

      My phone is picked up by the pick up boy and now why the status is showing pickup cancelled in the flipkart app. If the refund was approved and i was supposed to receive the refund then how it got cancelled by ekart without my concent.       I placed a order on 21st sep, i made a payment also my debit card
      And today evening mens 26th sep i got a message that my order been cancelled, how you people will make a cancel without confirming with customer, on the 26th sep around 5.30pm, i make a call to customer help line number, i confirmed with them that they told that the order not been cancelled it will delivered on 29th sep, again i make a call on the evening 8.45 pm, they told me that order been cancelled, you people only don't have an idea about the product, changing the words, if the product is out of order then y u want deduct the amount from my debit card then why u want to keep offer on online, is you thinking that customers are buffers,
      I don't want any refund, i want the product with in the delivery time,

          One product from my order number od[protected] has been mistakenly canceled by one of your customer executives. I told him to cancel the only one product of order number od[protected] that is the createin which was on cod and deliver the remaining two products of order no. Od[protected] for which i had already made the payment online. But your executive canceled two products one which i told him to cancel (The on creatine) and another one for which i already made payment online (Muscletech whey protein).
          Neither i want the refund nor i want to order it again because i bought it through flipkart sale at discounted price and now it will cost me more money. Deliver me both the product fir which i had paid already at that same price.

            The most important peculiarity of lg stylus2 is its sensitive cover.
            But the flip cover received from cover hub, bahadurpura, hyderabad does not have sensitivity and hence the tranparent portion of the cover is useless. Also the cover presses on screen making unwanted calls.

              I have placed order (23rd september'2017) a redmi note 4 phone. Order no was od[protected],. But when i received order (26th september'2017, approx 8:00 pm and open box, i saw it was blank. Product and accessories was missing in it. Same i called that courier boy & he says that is not our responsibility.. So talk to filpkart about this issue, so i want to say give me my phone otherwise i will do fir against your flipkart company in police in fraud case. So resolve this problem as soon as possible.

When they ae not able to commit their business ethic, why flipkart has to enter into online business and what is the difference between chinese company and indian flipkart online business. Flipkart is spoiling india image in online business and why no one taking action against such a company. Once again flipkart proving always amazon is best company in online and mnc company followed the ethic in business but not indian company. It is shame on india company industry.

                  I have ordered the product online with out seen its physical performance and not satisfied with this product or this company swipe because they unable to match between what they showcase and what they given, so please provide me sollution either refund or another company's product in replacement nothing as.

                    Hello,
                    I had ordered mi note4 and was supposed to give minote3 as byeback. Flipcart software asked us to through certain online tests to understand it's valuation, all the tests were passed. But even on clearing all the tests, during the actual exchange, my cell phone was rejected.

                    The point is, either flipcart tests are useless or they don't care for their customers.

                    Most importantly, when i called to inform this to customer care, they blankly said to reorder but keeping in mind that we wont get discount that was valid when i had placed the basic order.

                    I am sorry to know that the discount schemes they show are just to attract people and not really helpful. This is sad way to attract customers.

                    For my no fault, my days wasted, i am not getting the same offer for which i preferred flipcart over other online retailers. It would have been far better if i would preferred to bye through a more genuine seller than flipkart.

                    Flipcart is nothing but an attractive disappointment!!!

                    I hope more and more customers understand this and don't waste their time money energy on this!

                        I ordered a mobile redmi note 4 on 21 september paid online payment. Everything went normal and i got confirmation message. But after 5 days the order got automatically canceled, without any prior notice or reason. I called customer support and they told me curior problem canceled the order, but didn't provide any satisfactory reason and now telling me to order again. When i ordered its price was 9898 but now it is 12999, which is too much for me to pay. They told refunded my money 5th oct, means 15 days later... But i dont want money i want the mobile...                           On 22nd september 2017 i ordered a hp 51- be012tu laptop through big billion sale. Its offer price was rs 20639. The order had been placed and i had received confirmation message regarding the same. But today on 26 september at 4.25 pm i have received a message from flipkart stating that my order has been cancelled and amount will be refunded, i called flipkart customer care they said, it has been cancelled due to the product being out of stock. My question from flipkart team, if it was out of stock why was i even allowed to place the order. If product was not available why u keep booking open. Or it is just a strategy to make people fool in the name of big billion sale.
                          I[censored] are not keeping you inventory proper that is not our fault.
                          My order id is - od[protected].

                          This should be purely considered as breach of contract. You guys are just playing with costumers: time, money and emotions as well.

                          If it the product was not available with the seller today (26 September 2017)at 4.25 pm then how did this come again in stock.
                          I have ordered the same laptop just now .. (26 September 2017) at 11.15 pm. Same seller - RetailNet ..
                          Price is 27490.
                          I have attached the screenshot image of my new order.
                          You should have mail me that your order is being delayed. 7 hours is not a big deal. I can wait for seven hours and even for more. Moreover to this I had not given my consent for the cancellation of my order.
                          The product which was not available today at 4.25 pm and due to which my order was canceled, it would come back in stock again at 11 pm. How??? Please explain..
                          Hence this proves that the seller is making fool out of the customer and is cheating with the customer.
                          Please reooen previous order and deliver tge product i don't need my money back i need my product.

                            I had ordered redmi note 4 on 21st september during the flipkarts big billion sale, it was said that it would be delivered on 22nd september. But it was postponed to 27th september but on 25th i got an message that it was cancelled by them. I feel cheated as i was sure that the delivery would be successful, and as the date of cancellation was past the offer date i can't even get the offer or the price as of that day.                                   I ordered a all in 1 desktop on 21 september, everything went normal and i got confirmation message. But after 5 days the order got automatically canceled, without any prior notice or reason.                                     It is sad to report about item delivery purchased during big billion sale. Order id od[protected] through flipkart. Ordered three pair of socks however recieved two pair and one single black socks. Sold by vasu store, 3840, mandir street pahari dheeraj, near sadar bazar, new delhi-110006. I request please blacklist such sellers because of which trustworthy flipkart is getting bad name. Also if anything can be done regarding my order. Thanx

                                      I ordered whirlpool 340 l frost free double door refrigerator on 21st-sep-2017 (Big billion day sale). But now flipkart saying they

                                      Cannot deliver this product and asking me to place new order with higher price. But i asked them to deliver the product with same

                                      Price. But they are not accepting for it and asking me to pay more or cancel the order. Due to this order, i missed the sale

                                      Period and offer with amazon. Kindly help me on this and let me know how to file complaint against flipkart. I thought flipkart
