Flipkart cancel my oder

मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से लेनोवो k8plus आर्डर किया था offer time mai rs.8199 में 24/9/2017 को और फ्लिपकार्ट ने बिना कुछ बताये[protected] को आर्डर cancel कर दी. Flipkaet ko koi bhi rights nahi hye order cancel karne ke. Koi term and conditione bhi nahi hye. Oder karne ke bad stock mai hote huye oder kiya tha fir bhi apane cancel kar diya flipkar.com have no right to cancel order. Provid product on same price or place new order on same price. Other wise i was complent again flipkart.com on consumer forum or grahak seva kendra. Register mobile no [protected] or contac no-[protected] flipkart oder no-od[protected]

    I bought a tv from flipkart during the big billion day. 23.09.2017.. It was an exchange, on 23rd they took my samsung led tv 5series excellent condition... Only reason i exchanged because i wanted a smart tv. So i ordered a onida tv.

    The day tv came i switched it on and it was stuck on onida screen within 30mins i asked for replacement... They god a wired policy that an onida technical will come home first and if he approves then only it will be exchanged, this reason itself is like coning customer.. Still i accepted that. They said 27th september they will arrange for a replacement... As onida technical was supposed to come and update flipkart.. But it's been since 23rd till 27th no technical came to check from onida.. And i must have called more than 11times but they keep on saying sorry now they said that i will be updated by 3rd october.. This like pathetic and fooling the customer, i am without a tv they took my money and my old tv and now they are not even doing anything..
    I want to register a official complaint and i am ready for doing a far as they have robbed me... And they are selling faulty products to customers and have taken my old tv as well... Please help

    Replacement has been provided to customer hence closing the complaint from our end.
    Nothing has been done ...they call and say sorry and say will try to resolve ASAP but no updates and nothing has been done...and on their website at my profile tab the complain automatically gets closed by them stating it's resolved..but it's a lie nothing has been resolved.

      As mentioned in the below mail the order was supposed to be delivered on 27th Sep2017, I haven't received the product till now while checking the order tracking details the delivery is been postponed to 2nd Oct 2017 where as I get a message from your end stating [Your Flipkart order will be delivered by Blue Dart on 27-SEP-17.Amount payable is Rs 6999.Track on http://bluedart.in/?[protected]] this is clearly a misleading information such kind of response is not been expected from Flipkart. where as your competitor Amazon are much more prompt in their services.
      Attached is the snapshot for your reference, Request you to make it convenient to deliver the product by 2days or cancel my order.

        Dear sir/mam,
        I have booked mobile lenevo k8 plus (Fine gold 32gb) @ 8098/- on flip cart on 24th sept 2017 and got confirmation of booking through sms and delivery expected by 5th oct 2017 mentioned in sms.
        Now flipcart denied to give this product and says your order has been cancelled by the seller. I have called customer care also but they also failed to give proper solution. I just want my item which i ordered within time limit (1-2 days adjustable). Any how i want my product at the same rate.
        Now this product price is 10999/-
        Its cheating from flipcart need to provide the product which i have given order thats it. I have attached screenshot of sms. Please find the attachment and do the needful

            Received moto c plus on 22 sept 2017, as we switched on, phone was rebooting on it's own. We registered a complain on the flipkart website on 23rd sept, the customer care called on 24th sept asked us to follow a technical format which we followed as per their instructions however the issue continued hence we registered the complaint on 25th for the replacement but they told us their technician will visit and do the necessary, 26th sept technician came did the factory reset. Once switched off it started rebooting again and again. We were assured by the customer care of replacement if it didn't work further after the technician does his job but the request for replacement is getting rejected on the flipkart site, after calling the customer care, there was a negative response. Please arrange for the replacement on priority or refund the money with interest. Thank you

              I have ordered lenovo k8 plus 3gb version during flipkart big billion day sale. The item showed in stock, done payment, order confirmed.
              Later after 3 days, with out further notice seller just cancelled my order stating out of stock. Later when i called customer care, flipkart executive replies stating its seller wish to cancel the order.
              I have sold my old mobile thinking getting a newer one. Just because of flipkart i have to pay an extra amount and get a new mobile at higher cost.

                I have purchased a sony tv model no. Klv32w512d 32 inch from flipkart big billion sale on 20th september 2017 through exchange offer and the tv arrived on 23rd september 2017. The installation process was finalized on 25th september 2017. On 27th september 2017, suddenly there were vertical lines on the left side of the screen. When we complained on the customer care number [protected] where i spoke to mr. Salim who answered my call. He spoke all about policies and i was shocked to know that the executive told us that they are proceeding with the refund of the faulty tv. When i enquired about my old tv he said that they wont be returning my old tv instead they will be giving rs. 6000 flipkart voucher. I want to raise a complaint to the seniors about the issue that at one point of time they are selling a damaged and faulty electronics items and on the otherhand they are also not returning back my old tv as refund. This is clear cheating from the flipkart and they have adapted a new policy to cheat people of their hard earned money who invest into their products. I want a justice. Either the company replace the product with a new one or in case of return they should give back my old 32 inch led tv lg make.

                    I received only 3 instead of the ordered and prepaid 5 numbers of the item "Fedput Green Patta Ganesh Wall Hanging Showpiece - 19 cm (Brass, Multicolor)". I just checked the box and to my surprise saw only 3 numbers. I trusted flipkart to send items as per the payment I made. But after finding that only one number of glass lamp instead of the requested 2 numbers, I thought I would check the item "Fedput Green Patta Ganesh Wall Hanging Showpiece - 19 cm (Brass, Multicolor)" and found that there were only 3 instead of 5.

                    Kindly send the remaining 2 numbers of Ganesh wall hanging showpiece. Hope I may not have to escalate this issue to the higher authorities.

                      Today 27 sep received the product.. Bt one shoes is defective.. I m purchase the product under 30 days exchange policy.. Bt flipkart cant exchange the product and say only refund is available. Bt i take the replacement of the product.. Bcs i puchasing in 1918rs.. And i m take refund and order again then shoes price is 4500rs... So i take replacement.. And also under 30 days exchange policy.. So plz replace the product...                         I was ordered panasonic eluga ray 700 by payment through phone pay by sbi debit card . Sir they only give me 100 rupee cash back of phone pay and don't give me 1000 cash back o[censored]sing sbi dabit card . When I querry on 21/09/2017 they told me that you are eligible for cash back and we will resolve your problem till 23/09/2017 but today at approx 11:30 I call them for enquiry about my cash they directly told me that you only get 100 rupees cash back and there is no way of paying 10% cash back of sbi debit card because u used phone pay during payment.

                          I have experienced denial of my exchange mobile phone even though it is in fully working condition and display and screen are completely fine.The delivery boy rejected saying that it has physical damage which is actually very small edge coating removed.

                          I have received message informing that order has been rejected due to Customer rejection.This is very false statement . I have attached images of my phone with this email. Please I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible because I am facing too much delay on this.

                              I placed the order for Lenovo K8 Plus during Big Billion Days sale. And today I got notifies for auto cancellation of the same. Had they informed me at the time of purchase, I would have purchased it from Amazon. This indicates how much Flipkart cares about Customer. They try to make customer fool so that they don't buy from the competitors.

                              I don't believe it took three days for them to realise that they can not serve the customer because they are out of stock.

                              When I called customer care executive, he advised me to wait for the new sale to start (which he has no clue if it's going to start or not) and buy as per the new price

                                    Cheated on big billion sale... Flipkart cancel my 3 order of lenovo k8 plus.. (Or stock not available). When product is not in stock. How can u take order for that and there no mention or order limit of product... So u canell my orderd product... And i paid for all that product.. I[censored] dont have sufficient stock.. Show, sold out tag... I am going to clam fir (Consumer forum for that.. Cheat). When product not available so why they sid big billian sle... Its not sale its cheat.. Fraud... They also take payment from 3 mobile and hold for 4 days...

                                      Hi, this is jinisha from kerala. Currently lives in bangalore. I ordered a mobile phone lenovo k8 plus with a offer price of 8999/-, (2000/- off) on 24th september 2017, the order id is od[protected] but today (27th september, 2017) i received an e-mail notifying me that the order has been cancelled. How can you just cancel the order without my knowledge?? When you don't have sufficient stock then why did you put it in your offer list and instock. Is this flipkarts customer loyality? If i knew this before i would not trust flipkart.. Flipkart cheated on me.. I want this phone with the offer price. I just hope this will be resolved soon. My email id is - [protected]@gmail.com...

                                        Delivery is expected by 24 but received product on 27.

                                        Demo is expected on 26th but flipkart had scheduled demo on 3rd october.

                                        As demo is scheduled late i requested to have demo in 1 to 2 days.

                                        As. Product is already delayed and installation may take 1 more week, so i have opened product to see it's condition.

                                        I received damaged product and flipkart is not resolving my issue.
