I got used phone (Moto g5 plus (Fine gold, 32 gb), from seller:
Vision star, second time after replacement, also got used product and flipkart is not taking any action for such issues, flipkart is selling used product with brand new cost, cheating the customers. Customer care created incident in[protected]. But no resolution. I have decided not to by any products from flipkart from next time and going to suggest to my friends also.

    9i have ordered woodland sandals of same category of different payment methods one is a cod and other is already paid. During the flipkart big billion data offers i have not received the updates of the product. They gave me a delivery date and it was already expired and there was in the delay to deliver the the product and (I am happy with the delivery date its not a problem to me).|i got a message from the flipkart site regarding the contact number of the flipkart executive and finally got a message stating that the product is returned after multiple deliveries (I havenot received any call from anyone to deliver the product). When i called the executive he says that the server is down from past 4 days. Please solve this concern and deliver the product... If anything please contact [protected].

      And i have courier my product. They will reject my product without confirmation.

      I need my courier charge and replace mobile i want complaint regards this to flipkart customer but no one give resolution. Kindly do the need full.

      I have attached my courier bill also.

      I am not get any update on this complaint. I need to know why they are reject my replacement mobile
      Till i am not get update.

      I am not using my mobile for 10 days..

        I had ordered 1 no of dual usb drive 3.0 from flipkart on 25th september 2017. The portal was showing the same for rs 999/- less 23% off, amounting to rs 768/- after discount. I have paid an additional of rs 70 against transportation. I received the same in packed condition on 28th september'2017. After opening the outer covering of delivery package i realized that the mrp on the product has been covered with the help of black marker. After checking it minutely i realized that the mrp of same is rs 749/- as printed on the packet and not rs 999/ what they claimed and showed on the portal.
        This is loot what they are doing with the customer and misguiding them on the portal so that they buy their product. I have also registered a complaint with flipkart today morning at 11.00 am. Please help.

          I ordered hp laptop of smoke grey colour.
          There is a video of hp laptop on product page which shows the colour of latop black glass finish colour... So i ordered laptop. I thought that this was actual product video. But the product that i received is different colour from laptop that is showing on video. So i request please resolve my issue and send me the laptop as shown in video oon product page.

They provide me expected delivery details friday 29th sep-17, although i have been received message from flipkart that is said "your order has been cancelled" but i can't do anything to cancel my order. They automatically cancel my order without any kind of reason. I really interest to bought this product. They must immediately give a explanation for this. My side i don't cancel this order. Order cancellation report received only via mobile message not email

                  I have ordered samsung galaxy on next, its tempered glass & back cover on 21 sep 17 in the offer period of 21-24 sep. Which was a offer period declared by flipkart, order get approved & material was supposed to be delivered on 24 sep, but i could not received the material, then i contacted to the flipkart customer care executives several times on 24, 25, 26 sept, they gave me assurance to wait till 26 sep. But un-fortunately my order get auto cancelled on 26 sep. When i contacted with customer care executive, they simply said sorry, they can’t help in this matter. I have requested to talk with the seniors to resolve the issue, but they simple denied, when i again requested to forward my call to seniors, they simple keep me on hold & after 8-10 minutes, call was getting ended.
                  So i request you to ressolve the issue & get my materials with the same price tag as per order.

                        I've been purchasing fifa pc game every year from your flipkart. This time, for purchasing fifa 18 pc i went through the details. There they have provided very wrong details of it from where to download. It's suppose to be downloaded from origin and not from steam but there had been clearly mentioned to be downloaded from steam. It's an utter wrong information so i feel confused to buy your product. Therefore, kindly correct it and sell the product else don't sell. I need proper reply for it since customer care not responding for more than couple of days.

                                  I recive item from flipkart on 23 sep which are faulty and damaged product with order id od[protected].
                                  When i complain it the support team give 5 days to resolve your issue. But now they say i can't help with this matter.. You can't be returned any product back with related to this account and they locked my account.
                                  I think that flipkart is a trustabale site.

                                  Flipkart cs support untill locked my account and say unusually a no of return my system detected so you can't return your product now..they sent me this type of email..and till today 1 oct 2017 problem not resolved support team very poor service and they have cheated their valuble customer ..

                                    I bought this product hardly one month before and am facing a lot of difficulties. This product is damaged and i would lika replacement. The phone flickers time to time, selects switches and apps on its own, gets hung, it is nothing like a brand new phone of 10, 000 rupees.                                       I ordered a mobile on big billion day sale, but unfortunately flipkart delivered a defective product. I raised a return request for the same on 25 th sep, there is no proper response from them and taking so many days just to contact customer. They are duping customers by attracting for a sale with their marketing style and then delivering defective product. Though they reduced the return policy to 10 days, still they don't stick to their policy. Request to check and replace me defective free product.
                                      Always be aware, never buy products from flipkart esp electronics in sale.

                                        I, tuhin subhra mondal have received a moto m mobile phone from flipkart on 21st september, 2017 where it has been mentioned in the specification that this is volte supported but after getting this seen that it is not, i have understood that i have been misguided by the online shopping website. I have requested to refund the item because i am not satisfied with the fraudulent business practice, but the technical team and customer service of this online shopping website is continuously trying to manipulate me and they are delaying the process because as per flipkart's refund policy the refund would be done within 10days after receiving the item. Now they have approved only replace but not refund. But i am not satisfied with this because i couldn't believe that they would give me a volte enabled moto m phone. I am extremely facing problem because of the delay and i need immediate solution against this malpractice of flipkart. I shall be highly obliged if you would take some necessary steps against this. I am attaching supporting documents.

                                        The flipkart's customer service executive is continuously trying to close the problem by providing me wrong information about VOLTE and LTE over mail and phone. I am attaching some screenshots regarding this and if I would get an opportunity to upload voice recording of conversation between me and flipkart's customer service executive then it will also be a great proof of the cheating of flipkart.
