A terribly bad shopping experience with flipkart!
I think, i've thrown rs 8549 in water.
I ordered a moto e4 plus mobile phone on flipkart during the big billion day offer. The shipment was delivered on 27 the september, 2017. On opening the shipment box, i am astonished at seeing that the mobile phone is not there, even the other components like charge, cable etc are also missing. Only the brand package of moto is found inside the shipment box..
I requested the courier boy to open and demonstrate the product, but he refused to do so. He told me that i couldn't open it in the office of courier. I opened the package outside of the courier office and got disappointed.
. The seal of moto company was also not there. The shipment box of flipkart wasn't property sealed. One side of the package was re-sealad with cello tape. The malpractice was done so accurately, that nobody will be able to detect it at a glance. I think, it was opened by someone else before delivery and the unit was stolen.
When i opened the package, i got only the charger cable, and the paper based manual,
The main unit, and headphone were missing from the package.
I have captured a number of snapshots from different angles, and a full video when i unboxed it. I wanted to share my first time experience with my friends via facebook and twitter. But i am totally disappointed now.
At this point of time i request flipkart to investigate the issue thoroughly, and give me a full compensation against the loss which i have incurred.

It is a very serious issue, so please look through the matter, and get back with a proper response.
