I bought this item from flipkart and it was supposed to be installed by flipkart technicians only. The product was delivered on 24th sept 2017 and the maximum date committed was 27th sept 2017. I had followed up with customer service team to know when it will get installed when it did not get installed by 26th sept. I was assured that it will be installed by 27th positively. However, till 27th noon no one has come for installation and upon calling up the customer care i was informed that it will done by 8pm. After sometime, upon following up again i was informed that it will be surely done by 11pm. Now after sometime i receive an sms informing that it not be done today and i will be updated about the status of installation by 3rd oct 2017. First they did not honour their committed date of installation and second they could not arrange to get it done on the consecutive day and gave an extension for 1 week to update me about the status. It is very frustrating and total waste to buy a product spending so much money from flipkart when they can't deliver what they promise. Its breaking the faith of customer and taking them for granted. Neither they could get the work done within the promised schedule nor they can mitigate the failure.

    Sir, i ordered mine note4 64 gb black and cover, my order i'd is od[protected], your system shows delivery time is 26 sep 17 not delivered, then system shows 27 step 17, again not delivered, finally i touched with ur customer executive, he told me that it is delivered by 3rd oct 17, and he wrote an complaint, but sir, due to some reason i order in ur company, but i am not satisfied with u, why i suffer i already paid full payment. What this complaint means to me, should i get compensate from ur company, if not why u show this delivery time to customer. I think u r lie with ur customer, next time i think i don't have faith in ur company, so do ur best so that ur company image is not shattered.       During big billion day sale, i ordered 4 products (1 refrigerator+1 wrist watch+ 2 wall stickers) under order id od[protected] on 22 sept, 2017. Until 24 sept, it shows status that it reached the nearest hub and in evening, it shows misrouted. Till 26 sept, there was same status, on making complaint on 26 sept, they said they would resolve the issue. On 27 sept, the product was cancelled by them while other product (Whirlpool refrigerator) got delivered.
      Now they are saying that i need to put order of casio 479 enticer watch again at higher price. Why do i order it again at higher price and why they didnt reschedule it so that delivery can be delayed but not cancelled?
      Such, type of loot is unbearable from sich a big online shopping partner.
      I want that that product is rescheduled despite being cancelled.

        Hi, this is sonali dey from kharagpur. I ordered a mobile phone lenovo k8 plus with a offer price of 8999/-, (2000/- off) on 24th september 2017, the order id is od[protected]. But today (27th september, 2017) i received an e-mail notifying me that the order has been cancelled. This is so irritating. How can you just cancel the order. May be there is shortage of stock but cancellation of order is not the way out. When you don't have sufficient stock then why did you put it in your offer list.           I ordered a telivision from flipkart on 23rd sep 2017 & after succesfully done payment by debit card flipkart shows the status of my order is that the product is delivered you on 28th sep 2017. But on 27th sep flipkart automatically cancelled my order without any reason i got the sms that your order cancelled & refund of your amount rs.42499 is is proceed, then i call flipkart customer care & she said your product is cancelled because our seller is cancelled it. & flipkart nothing do for it & she also accept this is our mistake but his company cant do anything after a humble request to her to solve the problem she said nothing she can do.

          Sir i beg to say that flipkart executive accept her mistake but she cant do anything i requested her alot please help me & solve this matter. I order the product from flipkart i not know the the seller i only know flipkart then why my order is cancelled before one from delivery without any perfect reason.

            On 24th sep 2017 placed an order lenovo k8 plus (Order id-od[protected]. Today 27th sep 2017 at 6.48pm i received the cancellation order for which i have paid rs.8099. Refund is processed but i want that order to be deliver. I had booked that handset to one of my best friend, niw i am totally speechless infront of him. I heard the flipkart service is best service. I am requesting to please deliver that lenovo k8 plus.
            Kindly consider the same and do the needul...

This type of things is not acceptable at any cost because these type of problem is totally against customers right.                 I had returned a product and it was collected by flipkart. They said that they had refunded the amount and gave me neft utr number as "nft[protected]gn00177xxxxxxx" and reference number "[protected]_206". I had checked my account statements, but amount was not refunded. Then i raised complaint in sbi; got to knoe that the neft utr number provided by flipkart is not in correct format. Flipkart doesn't respond now

                  Hi. My order no is od[protected]. I booked lenovo k8 plus in big billion days on 24th september. And i was supposed to receive it on 4th october. But today on 27th i received message that my order has been cancelled. Immediately i called flipkart customer care, they told me that seller cancelled it due to no stock available. But at the time of booking it was available. If i would be knowing, i could buy from any other source. Pls help in this issue. This is a case of fraud by flipkart. Many people like me have faced same issue with flipkart.

                    I have ordered a couple of product.in that one order got cancelled becoz of out of stock. And again now they r telling tat one more product muscletech l-carnitine also going to get cancelled bcoz of address mismatch. If other product is getting delivered to mentioned address correctly how tis particular person is giving this faking reason. Will flipkart won't keep the words to deliver the product. I have never seen this much worst, kind of faking the people. Whether can i able to lodge a complaint in consumer court. By wat way i will get justice for this

                      I placed the order lenovo k8 plus (Fine gold, 32gb) on 24 sep successfully while flipkart big billion days sale was going on. Now after 03 days on 27 sept, i am getting an email that your order has been cancelled as order is not available with the vendor & my money has been refunded. Is it some kind of joke which is happening? Why was it showing available on the website in first place if vendor could not cater to the number of order received? Why was it not cancelled on the same day when vendor received the request & why after 3 days when the sale over? Why will i order it on the higher price now? I want my order at the same price or else i will escalate it to the higher level.

                        On wed, 24th sep 2017 i ordered a mobile lenovo k8 plus (Fine gold, 32 gb). The order had been placed and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But today 27th sep the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as breach of contract! Thanks and regards sanket tatiya

                          I have ordered (0d[protected] lenova k8 plus on big billion day (24th sep 2017) and seller has been cancelled the order after 3 days without any intimation to me and they started refund process. Now flipkart executive is asking order newly without big billion day offers. They silently keeping my money for 3 days and they were telling it as big billion day sales... Big billion sale is happening only for name sake and popularity... It clear case of cheating and happened to many friends

                                This is really disgusting and fraud which you had done to me in the name of big billion sale, as i had ordered the below lenovo k8 plus 32gb phone on 24th sept and the order has been successfully placed and the expected delivery i am getting on tracking would be friday 29th sept’17.

                                However today on 27th sept’17 i got a message that my order has been cancelled by the seller, which is really a fraud done by flipkart and their sellers.

                                I am really disappointed about this type of service from flipkart since i am keeping faith on the company and being the strong promoter of flipkart,

                                From today i come to know how you cheated people and keep your business on.

                                Do something if you can else ultimately its customers to take your business up and your doing this to your customers.

                                  I had ordered fastrack watch... I opened it.. The watch was missing.. I want my amount back any how.. I clicked the video & photo also with the delivery boy.. Please get back to me.. I will do the police complaint if you don't respond to me.. Please note it carefully.. I will viral this video which i have.. I was telling delivery boy to refund my money.. He is deined... Our work is delivered to product.. Thank god.. He was there when we opened it... Please i updated my bank details also... Want my amount back anyhow...

                                  The customer complaint about missing product inside the box. We had interacted with the customer and return is processed for refund and return is on hold. Once delivery status changed to delivery and return will get approved and customer will receive the refund withing 1 business days. Hence closing the complaint.

                                    My footwears has not been delivered and a ekart executive miss call me and disturbs me too and didnt delievered my footwears from past 2 weeks a, he constantly drops msg that we can not reach your destination...
                                    I m so irritated, i personally call one of the executive of e kart by the name umesh. As he one day came, saying madam mein lana bhool gya, kal launga, what is the this,... Then after next day i called him and he said aaj ho jaunga deliver... Pathetic, m next day i recieved sorry your has been cancelled...
                                    So stupidity what is this why arent they deliverinng my footwears... I have to call again again month have been passed..

                                      I have ordered for htc e9+ od[protected] and received just earphones and charger in it. When i call customercare they don't seem to care about it and i don't know where and how to escalate this as i have lost 20k and noone from flipkart care!!!

                                      If someone can please resolve it or show me a way to get my issue resolved i would be more than thankfull

                                        Hi i am joshua from shirpur maharashtra.. I wanted to inform. U about the porr service of the people handling your bliedart services hwre as they have no manners to. Talk to customers. My sister had sent me a bday gift from delhi and i. Think she might hav given the wrong contact no but the given address was right. I get a call in the evening stating that hello im from bluedart pls come and collect your parcel from here. I said y should i its a reason they call it home delivery. The person on the phone in a consending tone says apne galat no. Diya uthana chiye aapko aapko galti he. Like wtf am i owing something to him hes giving ke dat attitude as if he is giving me d gift. I hav been ordering several. Things of flipkart and everytime this has happened dey r jot able to fimd the house which is definitely im shirpur everytime i get a call saying plss come to the office and pick up ur parcel.. I didnt have thia problem before as i was in pune and the team there was brilliant in their service even if i didnt receive the call they came to the address or didnt give me attitude. I would request u to kindly look into the matter as people of these kind tend to downgrade the companys name and fame which takes quites several years to build up
