I ordered two samsung galaxy on nxt mobiles on 24 sep 17 during big billion days offer. Order was placed, payment was completed, expected delivery will be on 05 oct. On 25 sep morning, my order was cancelled automatically without prior any information. There was offer in amazon, snapdeal and everywhere. Mrp of the phone was 17, 900/- and i got the booking at 11, 610/- for each phone. How can you cancel the order after successfull payment and after offer period is over. I[censored] didn't have stock, i would have ordered from amazon where it was available in same rate. Now also it's available with you but rate has increased. It shows u don't want to give the offered rate but u have taken the amount which will be refunded after few days, by the time you will gain huge interest from the whole country. I talked to ur customer care executive many times but they told to give a fresh order in new rates, then who will pay my extra amount of rs. 12580 (Rs 6290 for each phone). Now i want the same order in same rate otherwise i will go to consumer court, already i complaint to consumer forum and the complaint no is 442521. I have all the order records and screenshot for reference. Looking forward for a favourable solution from your side.
