I haven't ordered anything on 22 september. But there's an order confirmation in my account. Is this because someone else is using my account? The order confirmation is on my sms which i saw today (25th september) there's no email confirmation. How should i proceed?
I hope to get this resolved soon. Kindly respond as soon as possible and resolve this problem.

On site there is a logo inside the bag which is missing and also the quality is not upto the mark. Product recieved is look alike product. I want replacement with original product.

      I booked my phone moto c+ on[protected] on big billion day offer with exchange offer. Exchange price as well as all the necessary input was done by auto test run on flipkart app. Today on[protected] while receiving my order the delivery boy (Wish master) said that imei no. Is not matching and he did not delivered my phone. It's not my fault as imei no. Input was done through auto test run on flipkart app.
      This is very disgusting as i formatted my exchange phone for delivery. As per flipkart consumer care they suggested me to cancel the order and place a new order but this is not possible as big billion day is over. I will not get the same offer
      Request you to sort out the issue as big billion day offer is not available now and it's not my fault. Flipkart has no solution to this issue they said to cancel the order.

        I have booked canon 1300d on flipkart order id - od[protected] date 21st aug 2017, transaction successfully completed and amount credited to flipkart as per bank status and same confirmed by flipkart cust care.

        Since my order not yet confirmed since 21st aug and unable to see in orders.

        I am calling to flipkart cust care they are saying your order in created state and back-end team working on this they will contact you within 24hrs. Back-end team haven't contacted me since 4-5 days.

        Kindly confirm the order or refund me the money.

          I have order the tv on 20th sept 2017 it as delivered on 23rd as they said but they gave the date on 25th installation will be done but today 25th sept 2017 /7.30pm no one came to now and no information til now complained on flipkart customer care they told installation will be done by today 7.000pm on 4.30pm now 7.30pm no one came the tv was on one corner i spend 42k for the tv buy it is there without use for 2 days

              Refer consumer forum complaint no - 442521.
              I ordered two samsung galaxy on nxt mobiles on 24 sep 17 during big billion days offer. Order was placed, payment was completed, expected delivery will be on 05 oct. On 25 sep morning, my order was cancelled automatically without prior any information. There was offer in amazon, snapdeal and everywhere. Mrp of the phone was 17, 900/- and i got the booking at 11, 610/- for each phone. How can you cancel the order after successfull payment and after offer period is over. I[censored] didn't have stock, i would have ordered from amazon where it was available in same rate. Now also it's available with you but rate has increased. It shows u don't want to give the offered rate but u have taken the amount which will be refunded after few days, by the time you will gain huge interest from the whole country. I talked to ur customer care executive many times but they told to give a fresh order in new rates, then who will pay my extra amount of rs. 12580 (Rs 6290 for each phone). Now i want the same order in same rate otherwise i will go to consumer court, already i complaint to consumer forum and the complaint no is 442521. I have all the order records and screenshot for reference. Looking forward for a favourable solution from your side.

                On 9th september 2017 ordered moto e4 plus, the order did not get confirmed yet money was deducted from my credit card. Customer executives said the amount will get refunded by 72 hours but it has been 16 days and several phone call to customer care still haven't refunded the money. Do flipkart dupe people like this..?? I am looking for suggestions of what to do the retrieve the money as flipkart people are not picking up call from my number.

                  I had ordered a nikon d5300 dslr camera (Od[protected] on sept21 on flipkart bt recd local chinese speakers. Have written to the customer care team/called them but all i am receiving is a system generated response. They have deducted almost 35k from my account and neither giving me product replacement assurance and neither are they returning the amount. More than 48 hrs now!

                    Last month i oredered asus zenfone selfie through flipkart. It was delivered in 12 days after i callled many times to seller, i even cancelled and reordered the product several times. One day the delivered it. After few hours i started to notice that front camera quality is very poor, the battery backup is very weak and it's screen touch is little bit slow compared to other phones in this price range. Next day i messaged to flipkart to replace or give back my money so i messaged them and they replied to call the next day after 11:00 am. Next day i called but they responded by the same message. I also tried to text them but same reply came from their side again and again or not reachable.

                    I dont know how these # managed to run such a horrible online theft business.
                    Now i just want everyone who is reading this - please never order anything from flipkart and i too never will.

                      I have given order and paid online for sony 40inch les tv but i received 32inch sony led tv. They also took my old tv in exchange. Immediately i called flipkart customer care, executive told me since 40 inch was not available that's why they delivered 32 inch tv. Now they have initiated refund process but i won't be able to get my old tv. This is a nice way to thug customers

                                I had placed this order spacewood optima engineered wood 3 dorr wardorbe (Od[protected] on 8th september 2017 along with mayflower king size bad (Order number od[protected] on 8th sep 2017.. Scheduled the delivery for 16th sep 2017 as i am working and i can accept the delivery only on weekends

                                Do my utter dismay the product was delayed and no update was given by flipkart about the delay. When i followed up with them they assured me that the product will be delivered on 23rd sep

                                Not trusting flipkart i followed up with them once again only to be disappointed again when they were not ready to commit delivery on the promised date of 23rd. So i postponed the delivery for 30th september

                                Today i got a call from someone named yash from flipkart informing me that my order is cancelled and i will have to book it again

                                The problem is that i have taken both the products on emi and have already paid the emi conversion fees.

                                Yash also was very arrogant in his approach and even threathened to disconnect the call when i asked him for a reason for cancellation

                                Funny part is that i was called by thier delivery partners on 23rd sept 2017 informing me that they are out for delivery

                                3 complains are raised without any resolution. They do not transfer to the managers. The excuse is that the manager is busy. Im on hold for more than 1 hours right now while typing this complain

                                Will definately file a case against flip kart and claim damages for the delay and harrasement

                                Yes you guys did revert on 25th with an assurance that the resolution will be provided by 28th

                                Guess what!!! its 28th Sep today unless Flip kart uses some other calender

                                Had to follow up with you guys again today and as usual the same old dialogues "We apologize for the inconvenience", "We are escalating this on your behalf and you will get a resolution within 24 -48 hours"

                                Its Actually funny how you guys are still in business

                                Also, hire a few managers as the managers are always to busy to take a call or to lazy to call back even when a Manager call back is requested

                                I need a confirmation that my shipment will be delivered on 30th Sep or 1st Oct 2017 as promised or else Flip Kart will loose a lot on Money on account of the case i file on you for neglegance, harrasment and money loss to me tommorrow
                                So guys guess what I get a resolution today

                                Got a call from your logistics team informing me that my order is cancelled...Where as when ever I get a call from your support team they say that the order is not cancelled

                                Looks like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing

                                I am pressing charges against you for the harassment, monetary loss which will happen as I have paid for 2 products in that 1 order..So if 1 is cancelled the other one will also be cancelled..Have already converted the entire amount into Emi and have already paid the emi conversion rates
                                I've wasted my time and money calling you guys as you do not follow up

                                Plus this was a gift for my brother

                                Be ready for the legal notice which will sent to you shortly and I'll ensure that all the telephonic discussions, emails and SMS are posted on all social media sites

                                Wonder what Amazon will have to say about this, keeping in mind they are associated with you

                                  I have purchased a redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart at rs.9899/- on 21.09.2017 and it got delivered on 24.09.2017. After receiving the phone, i checked the phone and was not satisfying with the handset as the quality of phone and camera was not good. Same day, i called customer care and requested to return.                                       I have been ordered vu43 inch ultra hd smartled tv from flipkart on 20th sep 2017 big billions day, as they gave availability to my location i ordered the product to my location with an online payment. After 2 days i got a call from flipkart backend customer (Lavanya). She said it was not able to deliver the product to your location. Then i raised my voice y don't u say it before i have been done payment and now ur saying ru playing games or what... I said to her i just want my product to be shipped to my location within 2 days... She said we will try to deliver it sir asap. After 2 days u will get a call about this incident to resolve the problem. From that day onwards i always calls to the customer care and asks about status update they repeated the same dialogue every time when i call customer care (Our team is working on it closely with a highest priority. Our team will contact u within 2 days). Up to then again today means[protected] at 1pm they called me and said we want 24 to 48hrs to get the information update from seller and logistics side. I have said will not tolerate this i will give a consumer complaint also they are covering themsleves. But now iam decided to write this now so consider this situation and get me a favour for this hopefully. Thank you
