What the hell... What is company are you running. Are serious about your customers or not? Your delivery boys are fraud to yours customers. They tell wrong amount to customers.

My brother order mangalsutra_tanmaniya by cod. Order id - od[protected]. Price - 353 rs

Curiour boy give it to me and asked for money 553 rs. And by mistaken i give it to him because hi is in harry. When i realied that i give him extra money them i call him but hi continuously cut my call.

Next time i never ever order from your site and also said to others to do not order anything from your ridiculous site.

The customer complaint about extra amount collected. We has interacted with the customer and he said I have received the extra amount and issue is resolved. Hence closing the complaint.
Sir, i brought my phone samsung galaxy on nxt from flipkart on 21 aug and today on 22 sept its screen got broken and i want it to get repair without any cost because in only one month it got broken and i want to ask about my warranty

    I placed a order for MOTO E4 Plus from flipkart.com, the phone is overheating then i immediately place a request for replacement, with out any updates from flipkart, after sending, sending so many mails one fine morning on 26th september, techinician came to home and check the mobile and informed me there is manufacturer defect he oberserved and left the place...

    after next day when i check the status on the flipkart.com, technician visited .. job completed, and rejected the replacement too... WHAT Thing is going on i didn't understand.still now its the same status.

    Please dont sent me the messages a "we will revert back on this" or "we have received your query, we are working on it..." i see this type of messages but no use from the company, they won't respond on emails, or on website... call to customer say whatever they want, don't even understand whether the customer understand or not.

    As per me, right now am outside of India, for me there is no option to call the toll free number, the persons who receiving the phone they are not that much well educated as the persons in flipkart.com to speak in English or hindi. They want to sell and make money from telugu, tamil, kanada, ... etc people. but they want them to talk with these people only with these two languages.

    here one thing i want to complaint against Flipkart.com... they want to sell the goods or products to all over the country to get money, there is nothing wrong in it, its good. it doesn't mean All Indians know english or hindi, In this case i send a gift to my wife, she don't know hindi or english, These (Well educated) flipkart guys called them say something before they understand or respond they disconnected the call(looks like very busy persons than the president of America) and update the status on site whatever they understand... Its a basic common sense, if they are delivering the product to Andhra pradesh, atleast they can talk in telugu or for remote locations like tamilnadu, they can talk with them in tamil .. like that. they wants money from all over, but they wont talk with them in their language. otherwise in their homepage they can put the warning message as only the persons who can speak English or Hindi can only purchase from us...

    I placed an order with order no: od[protected], i received the phone moto e4 plus on 17th september, actually am sending to my wife (Now am not in india). With in one day after opened box and they observed that the phone is overheating... With in less than 30 hours (19th sep) i request for replacement.

    She stops using the phone and they kept the phone on the box back, just waiting for the executive for return.

    Still now there is no update or feedback from the company. Today is 25th september (Already passed 8 days), as per the flipkart.com, they are saying 10 day replacement, it looks they simply want to waste the time up to 10 days and later they will say it wont cover... I dont know this was the strategy they are playing on the customers...

    Atleast give us one contact number we can contact them directly... this toll free we cant reach from outside india, that means from outside india we can't send gifts or buy to our beloved persons????

    This emails are totally useless, we dont know what was going on, when ever we message we are just receiving the message just revert on it... revert on it... and have to wait for week or more...

      Hi. I just came to know that my order was to be delivered yesterday but now it will come day after tomorrow.
      I don't know at all that was has happened to flipkart?
      I ordered a smart watch and now it is showing from 2 days that it has reached your nearest hub in ghaziabad while i want the product delivered in noda.
      I last time ordered a redmi note 4 and it was delayed by 3 days.
      Then i ordered gta v and it was also delayed by 3 or 4 days
      Now this time they are also saying that my product will be delayed so what's the issue with flipkart??
      I mean it was the best site for buying products and i recommended to all for buying products from flipkart
      But now i think i should recommend them not to
      Cause you are giving sale and then writing free delivery and within few days
      And then the order tracking meter goes through shipping and stops before the delivery saying everytime that it has reached till the nearest hub.
      I do not need to read the delayed order message
      I just need my order delivered to me today and today
      Cause it is very important
      I needed it for someone for a special occasion and now i also cant order from another site cause it will not come today only
      I'm very very disappointed with flipkart and have a very bad experience though you're products are in good condition and low price
      But the sale is also finished and there are no hurries to deliver items
      So i want my order
      I still trust upon flipkart
      I just want my order.

        I have ordered a nikon 5300d with 18-140 mm lens on sept 1st.. But i have received 2 lens 18-140 mm and 18-55mm but there is no camera. I talked to flipkart and they are saying they have sent the right product. They said they cant replace or refund my money. It is highly probable they misplaced the product. I have all the bar codes on the products they have sent.

          Hello,

          I had ordered lenovo ideapad laaptop on 21st of september on the big billion day sale. On 25th i had had called customer care seveal times and told to rescheduled to 27th of september but today morning i got a message saying my order got cancelled when i called regarding this issue they say we can't help u with this, you have to place a fresh order.in which the dissount wont apply. They are cheating us by doing so. Very poor customer service to handle of the issue.

              I have booked a laptop on friday 22nd sep 2017, order number is od[protected] expected to delivery on wednesday 27th sep 2017 but seller cancelled my order without intimating me. I have called to flipkart customer executive and he said that item is out of stock that why seller cancelled this order. But this item is currently available on site to purchase.

              I just want that, this item should be delivered to me. Because i have purchase this laptop on discounted price of rs.22990/- and now it is available at a price of rs.28990/-.

                I ordered few products from flipkart and they cancelled my 4 orders with order no od[protected]. Od[protected] levis and lee skinny women jeans and 1 caprese tote bag and 1 peter england university regular fir men's brown trouser without any prior information. Three of my products are different from that i ordered with id od[protected]jackly ratcht screwdriver set and in order od[protected] i ordered 2 levis skinny women jeans which are completely different from the product i have ordered. Customer care executors are not responding for that and cuts the calls in between. I tried several times to ask the solution but they are completely irresponsive.

                  I have ordered for asus zenfone 3s max mobile, but what i have received is micromax canvas 2 mobile. This issue has been brought to the notice of the flipkart. For that a customer executive is asking me to courier the wrongly delivered product and he has mailed me the instruction for packing. It is really funny, the mistake is committed by flipkart bydelivering a wrong product and they are saying that they dont have service for return pickup. Till now they have not arranged for a return pickup which they had promised yesterday. I am yet to receive my ordered product yet

                      Moto e4 plus was delivered to me as per my order on 23rd sep 2017 as i bought it on big billion day.. After just two days o[censored]se the product started having call quality issue and network problem. I requested a replacement of the product on 25th of september 2017 and they provided a technician visit for the phone.. However my issue was not resolved and flipkart rejected the replacement. I did another replacement request on 26th september 2017. They again told me that my issue will be resolved on 27th september and i will be getting a call on that day (6.30 pm). On 27th september 2017, they delayed the promised date of issue resolving and another sms was sent to stating that my issue will be resolved on 30th september 2017 on a call.

                      I called my self on 27th september to notify them for the same and they are saying that i will have to send the product to service center and they will not provide a replacement for now.. I asked them about their 10days replacement policy and there was nothing mentioned that a new phone will have to be sent to service center before any replacement.

                      Now my issue is :"they are delaying my request everyday to cover 10 days so that i cannot get any replacement. They are breaking their policy rules by not replacing my smartphone and asking me to send it to service center. Why should i send the phone to service center when flipkart delivered a product which is having performance issue? Why will i not get a replacement even after it is their policy? When will my issue will be resolved? Why are they cheating me?"

                      On there selling page of the product there is nowhere mentioned that a new phone will have to be sent to service center before replacement. It is also mentioned that they will provide 10 days replace in case of performance issue.

                      Please help me as soon as possible..

                      I want complete refund or replacement with a good product as soon as possible

                        I have ordered a laptop. The order was cancelled automatically.

                        Expected day of delivery: 29th sep 2017

                        I have received a mail saying that you were not able to reach. But its a home address and we are available all the time. Not even a single delivery attempt was made. Yet i receive such a mail. Also, i did not get any notification asking alternate address.

                        I have tried getting help from customer care. The customer care executives are not able to help me with this. Even dropped a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com as suggested by customer care executive. Yet to receive any response.

                        I don't want refund. I want my product.

                          I had ordered for a hp i3 laptop, at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (Rs. 20639) of the same through my credit card on 22nd september, 2016. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my house address of gurgaon in 5-6 business days. However, on 26th september, 2017, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my credit card account. They now claim that the said product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price of around 8900 rs plus.
                          They cancelled my order saying that the product is not available inspite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me.

                          Flipkart is one of the most fraudulent online company in the world, they are yet to resolve my issue. I will recommend all my friends not to go for flipkart as they are useless and cheaters

                            I have purchased hp imprint core i3 6yth gen (4gn/1tb hdd/windows10 home) 15-be014tu laptop on september 1st 2017 with order id - od[protected] and the laptop was delivered on sept 3rd 2017.

                            The laptop was purchased on exchange offer and during the payment there was mentioned "bank offer extra 10% off with debit/credit cards and netbanking. Max discount is 1500/-". I have done the payment through netbanking (Rs. 26, 064/-) and the instant discount was not applied to my payment. I have even called and enquired about the issue and they just mentioned there is no bank offer extra applied for the purchased product. They abruptly disconnected my call and asked me to send an email which [protected]@flipkart.com, which doesnt work.

                                I have communicated with ekart and they have received my order of canon camera 2 days before but i have not received my order yet. I had typo error in my mobile number but address was correct. So there was no issue in delivering my parcel. Kindly do the needful and ask ekart member to deliver my parcel at given address as quickly as possible.

                                  I ordered a samsung tv on september 20th, which was to be delivered to me on september 23rd as per flipkart’s delivery schedule. On 24th i launched a complaint that it had not been delivered yet. They responded that i would receive the shipment by 27th september. On the 27th, i received a call, after calling the flipkart people at least 5 times, saying that they will not be able to deliver the product. The call was attended by ms. Laxmi sahu, who on being asked to transfer the call to her senior manager, refused to transfer the call and was very rude on the phone. She also proceeded to cancel the order without my approval, i had paid the full amount while placing the order itself. We are regular customers on flipkart, this kind of service was not expected and we are heavily disappointed.

                                        We have place an order for pureit water purifier on 23 rd september 2017 through sbi debit card payment (Order id: od[protected]Registered mail: computerpark. [protected]@gmail.com, reg mobile: [protected]) and on 25 th september 2017, without any prior notice, such an order has been cancelled from our flipkart end. Therefore, immediately, when i call to customer care executive of flipkart, she said, "due to unavailability of stock such an order has been cancelled", but we are 100% sure that was flipkart fulfillment inventory product, if such stock not available, that has supposed displayed as "out of stock" in web portal of flipkart and right now also such stock showing as "available" and seller is same at the time of placing order and right now also, namely "omnitechretail".

                                        As per my knowledge in order to avoiding pricing offer (Rs 5399/- when we placing order and now rs 7999/-), our flipkart might be cancelled such an order without any knowledge to the buyer, that seems to be an unethical business policies. Therefore, if you want to standardized goodwill and integrity values of flipkart business, you supposed to process the order otherwise, we would like to proceed towards "legally", you can check attached screen shots at the time of placing order and proof of available stock from same seller.
