Flipkart cancel my order of lenovo k8 plus.. (Or stock not available). When product is not in stock. How can u take order for that and there no mention or order limit of product... So u canell my orderd... And i paid this product.. I[censored] dont have sufficient stock.. Show, sold out tag... I am going to clam fir (Consumer forum for that.. Cheat). When product not available so why they said big billian sle... Its not sale its cheat.. Fraud... They also take payment for mobile and hold for 4 days..

    I have ordered a headset.. This the whole scenario happened with me

    1) the delivery man told me to come to another landmark which is far from my home. Unlike when i called flipkart.. They just taken my complaint and no action has been taken against my complaint.

    2) unfortunately, i went to another locality. After receiving the product from the delivery person... It is totally damaged

    Kindly forward this complaint to flipkart as they are fooling customers

    I am very much unhappy with the service and their sellers

      I am from kolkata, yesterday my product should be deliver in time but for your delivery boy didn't that instead of that he asking me if you want to get this product then you have to come in my area which is 20 km far from my living place. He message me at 6:30 pm and call me instantly and told me that which i explain above (If you want to get this product then you have to come in my area which is 20 km far from my living place). Which company send message at that time (6:30 pm) and after sending message instant he call me says above. Before 6 or 7 days i order this product but i didn't get yet. His name is rakesh koli as he told me. His personal no is [protected] as he told me. I want to get my product immediately and i want he punished from your company as per his that type of behaviour.         First of all thank you for punctual delivery and product is absolutely in great condition, i have ordered morphy richards oven and i received it on 26th sept 2017 but i did not got any starter kit with oven, it was mentioned that product will come along with starter kit, i called to customer service i spoke with lady called nikita she told me person who will come for demo will give you starter kit, i had call with guy too he already late for demo and he said we wont give any starter kit.

            Hello,

            I had a really bad experience even worst with flipkart. I really want to share my experience this time with all.

            I order a lenovo k8 plus from flipkart on 7th sep'17. I received my product succesfully after some days and what i found that the product is not working properly. So, i filled a complaint about the same and request to change my product or refund it. After some days on 18th sep 2017, i again order the same product from flipkart. But after a week only, what i found again is very disgusting and unacceptable thing. The product is still not working properly. I again filled a compaint for the same. Today, a so-called test-engineer visit my place for inspecting the product and he does not even bother the condition of the product. He just enter and reset the device. That's all what he is capable of doing. He doesnot bother to wait untill the phone start again and left the place within 4 minutes. Now, customer care of flipkart told me that we cannot refund your money back for this and you have to visit the lenovo customer care centre. This is highly rediculous thing from flipkart and lenovo also. I am very disappoiting and highly frustrated about this whole scenario.

            Please help me out of it.

              I have purchased panasonic p55 max mobile on flipkart on 23 sep 17 for rs 6750/-. The product is not at all good, it is assured by flipkart. When i lodged a complaint to refund the money, they are not at all responding to my emails. So please beware of flipkart who does not cares it customer. It would have been better if i had gone to mobile outlets. I blindly purchased from flipkart. Please purchase from outlet stores instead of flipkart.

                My order id is od[protected]... Refund id is 99551045.. I cancelled my fastrack 3089sl05 watch order on 21st september 2017. Your refund last date given was 27th september 2017 but i haven't yet received my refund payment in my bank account. You send mail to me that you refunded on 25th september 2017. I checked my bank account and contacted to bank but they didn't get any such type of refund payment from you. So please kindly see in my problem and refund as soon as possible.

                    I would like to share my concern's regarding my recent order.

                    I have ordered a television from your website against order number od[protected] on 21st september 2017 & got the expected date of delivery 28th september 2017 - 29th september 2017 & found below concerns.

                    1) i have checked the online status of my courier which is showing product is out for delivery.

                    2) i haven't received a call from the courier guy / company regarding my product.

                    3) when i called the concern office in solan - mr. Varun has informed we have the parcel but we can't deliver the same as we don't serve this destination. - he was very rude on the call - as per his words ""hum nahi denge aapko parcel chahiye to le jao varna rhne do". I was really shocked to hear this line as we can't expect the same for the product so called flipkart assurance product.

                    4) below is the courier guy's number.

                    Contact no - [protected] - varun - solan office - gati couriers

                    I would request you to please look into the matter & deliver the product to my home address which i have chosen at the time of payment by tomorrow - 29th september 2017.

                    We can't expect such kind of services / response from a well known brand ' flipkart '

                        I have given order of redimi note 4 mobile at 21/09/2017 at rs 9899. Order accepted, shipped, sent through courier but it is misrouted by courier. Flipkart authority has cancelled the order at 28/09/2017 without my opinion and initiated refund issue. When i called them, they told me that they could not resent product and told me to reorder. But now the price of product has increased to rs 12999. Now i require another extra 3100 rupees. Now i demand either the product or the extra amount rupees 3100 so that i can reorder the product.                         I have contacted flipkart customer care newly(total 3 time) at 2 nd October.They told me to give fresh order.Now the matter is of Rs 3100.When I ordered at 21 september, at that time there was two offer.When they chancelled my order at 28 september there was no offer.Now there is no offer.Courier mirouted the product.So it is completely their fault.Due to their fault, now I have suffer of Rs 3100.Earlier I have received one misrouted product also.I think it is their(flipkart) cheating plan to give offer and canceled the order after the offer period.
                        So sir I want justice.I want my product at offer price(Rs 9899) not in current price (Rs12999).

                            I have placed a order of mac book air laptop in exchange offer. First delivery attempt was done on 26th sept and that time i found in flipkart data base my old laptop serial no is updated for 2 digit where as it should be 10 digit. When i talked with customer care that person had said we will arrange my delivery again. On 28th sept 12.40 pm i received sms as again my product will be delivery to me with out contact details. When i called to customer care about this then i came to know product is cancelled and in return he is saying we can’t do anything as there logistics person has cancelled. Really flipkart is useless they think refund the money matter will be over. Before saying this you should you are giving the product freely.

                            It was mistake from your end . Without informing me you had cancelled my order . For this process I had paid extra Rs 2000 to my bank . Rs 460 for processing EMI + 3% interest for pre closing EMI loan. When you know error was from your end and even u didn’t take action .

                              I hereby want to register a complaint against this product which we ordered on 26 march 2017 with order id: od[protected]. This product is completely against the expectations set at the time of purchase. We had to get the inner filter changed only after 2 months paying rs 400/-. Apart from this first disappointment, there is a bigger one now. We called the sales representative today (Within six months of purchase) and he says that the product is gone. He asks for rs 3500/- to get it repaired.

                              As we have not even completed six months with the product, we want to get it replaced as soon as possible.

                                I had ordered a vu tv from flipkart during the big billion sale and was promised a delivery date of 23rd sep. Come 23rd no delivery was made and i was informed there will be a delay of 1-2 days. I can see that the product has reached my city, i. E. Gandhidham, on 23rd morning but hasn't been delivered as yet. I complained more than a few times on the customer support number but all i receive is them repeating that my product isn't delivered. I was once again promised a date of 28th september but no delivery made till date. Now i receive a call from the back-end office stating that there is no reason for delay/non-delivery and that the order will be cancelled. I understand you're a multi million dollar company and don't care about customers but it is really sad how you treat your customers. Thoroughly disappointed with your services.

                                  I orderd a lenovo k8 plus black 32gb order id (Od[protected] on 21/09/2017 and promise to deliver the product on 26/09/2017.
                                  But i didnt get the product yet. I paid full amount through debit card. And i waited for 9 days. Tottally disappointed with the service of flipkart. I orderd a back cover for this mobile and i already selled my old mobile when i orderd this mobile. This is truely cheating on custmers from well reputed online shoping flipkart.
                                  Breach of contract i will go through leagely. I have all the proofs.

                                    I have ordered a laptop form flipkart my order id is mentioned above.

                                    It was clearly stated that there should be no physical damage on product to be exchanged (My old laptop).

                                    Delivery man, did not accept my laptop saying it has lost color on account o[censored]se.

                                    He was right there when i called flipkart customer care, person on call said that laptop should be accepted as it is just on account of color and no physical damage is present. I informed him that delivery person is refusing to accept my old laptop and please talk to him, at that time customer representative changed his words saying, if delivery person is refusing then cancel order and create a new order, i even asked him to pay difference of amount to flipkart but he declined,

                                    My call was not transferred to senior authority saying no one is available, then i cut the call (I have complete recording). At that time delivery person started saying that if he takes my laptop he will have to pay 12000 to flipkart and if i am willing to pay him that extra 12000 then only he will deliver me my product (I have already paid for the product on flipkart). He then left with my product with a big smile on his face and said order another laptop.

                                    I am taken aback by this behavior of customer care executive as well as delivery person from ekart.

                                    I have registered a complaint against such behavior on national consumer complaint number. My complaint number is 446658.

                                    I want action against such behavior, and need my product at the same price i was promised. This is clear violation of customer rights.

                                      I had cancelled my products in flipkart worth 1157.00 rs, for that flipkart has mentioned they will credit my amount in one business day and it's been two days still i havent receive any intimation from flipkart about my refund and for asking this whe i tried to contact their customer supoort they are not responding at all.
                                      And there is no sign of refund process also.
                                      I wish the concern govt ppl should take immediate action against the flipkart.

                                      The amount consists of 3 products (Provogue chappals, Moto G 5 Tempered glass, Skull Candy Headset) and also in IVR call it is saying that i doesnt have any thing for refund.
                                      Then who else will pay my amount ?

                                      The case is not yet closed, they have to credit my account of 100 RS which could be transferrable to any one instead of that they credited the same to phone pay wallet where I couldn't transfer to any one.

                                        I ordered an lg frost free refrigerator order id[protected] on 20th september and made payment. The estimated delivery date was on 23rd september. On 23rd i got messsage that the item is out for delivery but they did'nt deliver it because of the reason best known to them. They informed me at around 8.30 pm that they rescheduled the delivery to 24th. From 24th onwards the same process is continuing that in the morning they will send a message that the order is out delivery and next day morning they inform me that the delivery is rescheduled. During this period i sought the help of flipkart help and support centre several times but nothing happened. I am totally in dark about whereabouts of my order. During these days my family was availble 24 hours in the address mentioned in the order, so the delivery team cannot blame me for the nondelivery. I contacted flipkart help centre and manager of the courier partner kochi centre, but no solution forthcoming.
