Disagreeable experience from flipkart.

I ordered 3 items from flipkart by 20th and 21st of this month (September) and i received 2 items from your side. The third item is canon eos 1300 d dslr camera with free motorola headset and that is not delivered or even not attempted to do so. You cancelled that order (Od[protected] unfairly from your side. When i called the customer care your representative telling me that that is because of mismatch f pin code which i given in address. The other 2 items delivered to me on same address and pin code. Now i simply doubts that you were offering something that you cannot satisfy at a price on big billion day. I believe that, you were cheating me! Cheating from one of the best companies in retail industry!! Actually what happened is you denied me a chance purchasing the same camera from amazone which was on offer on same days as of big billion day.

    I am from hyderabad.

    I have ordered a red mi note 4 (64gb) mobile on 21-sep-2017 during big billion days sale.

    My order no is od[protected].

    The item was supposed to be delivered on 22-sep-2017, but was delayed.

    Thereafter i am daily calling the customer support and trying to raise this complaint.
    My incident id is

    So far i have been promised the delivery at various dates as listed below (And mails attached for each promised delivery dates).
    None of the promised delivery date was kept by flipkart.

    1. The item was legitimately supposed to be delivered on 22-sep-2017.
    2. Then i get a next promise date at 23-sep-2017 (Mail attached).
    3. Then again i get the next promise date of 24-sep-2017 (Mail attached).
    4. Then i get a new promise date of 25-sep-2017.
    5. Thereafter it was again a new date of 26-sep-2017 and still not delivered (Mail attached).
    6. Latest date promised is now 27-sep-2017 (Mail attached) and i have no hope in it.

    I wonder if they can't keep the promise of the delivery date then why they call it promise date?

    Flipkart have failed miserably on the multiple occasions to delivery the item by the date it committed.

    Is there a single reason to why a customer should not approach the consumer forum after this kind of lackluster approach?

      Dear great flipkart!

      With a heavy heart, i have to admit, you failed in every way to prove that you are the best e-commerce website in india. Yes, your big billion sale was amazing, that attracted me too!

      I ordered two products, redmi note 4 for inr 10, 999/- which was delivered on time, that is amazing! (I know the tricks of delivery status! Give later dates to the customer and deliver early! Happy customer!)

      Second product which i ordered is vu 140cm (55 inches) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv, the model number that you have is ltdn55xt780xwau3d_hdr, amazing this model number is not available anywhere! Not even in vu website, they have ltdn55xt780xwau3d but not the one which is mentioned earlier. What i am curious about is, when this model is ultra hd (Uhd), then why hdr in the model number?!

      I got attracted to your offer for inr 49, 999 and extended warranty for inr 3025, which i have paid upfront through my bajaj finserv card. No, the wrong assumption, of course, i can afford to pay at one go, but why pay when i have zero interest facility.

      It was ordered on 21st september 2017 and your system said it shall be delivered by 24th september 2017 between 0800 to 2000 hrs. I kept on waiting for the whole day as it was sunday and excited as it was a gift to my parents for their marriage anniversary on 25th september. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive. I had a strong belief that flipkart can never deliver late than the said time. This time, you proved me absolutely wrong!

      The product did not arrive on 24th at all, on top of it, your amazing advanced sms technology send an sms on 25th that product should be delivered on 24th! Superb!

      Being pissed off and annoyed, as now i have no idea what to gift my parents at last moment, i stood in a party like an unemployed adult who cannot afford anything on this planet.

      Yes, deliveries can be late, understood. B

      Scene 2:
      September 25th, 2017: called customer care, they have no clue what is going on this planet (Called 4 times in a day to get the latest update)
      September 26th, 2017: called at 2339 hrs, your csr was unable to find any information regarding this order and hung up
      September 27th, 2017: called again at 0018 hrs, put on hold for more than 15 minutes and call disconnected as there is no answer available
      September 27th, 2017: called again, this csr has no idea what is happening on this planet with the product ordered, lied and lied and lied about product details and order placed. After 15 minutes of hold and convincing his 'supervisor' - mr govind mishra, the call was transferred to him. Again he has no clue, just like any typical call centre, the staff has no rights to look into anything! Your security guard has probably more rights and authority than your customer service staff!

      Ultimately, no resolution. I have not asked to give me leverage to make payment, it was upfront. They why such unprofessional behaviour? No matter what you do so far now, you lost finally lost a loyal customer who ordered more than 200 products on flipkart till date. Yes, deliveries can be late, understood. What annoys customer is, no courtesy call to inform the customer that it has been delayed. No follow-up, no customer service at all, forget customer delight.

      I have mentioned everything in detail amazingly so that you can understand, as your pier lever staff failed to do so. Another reason, i am in a mood to bring this as the legal matter and to make it public as well. This can definitely be well documented for future references.

        I have ordered one sen heiser cx 213 wired headphone on 21st september.

        On 21st september. The item had been shipped by ekart logistics tracking id fmpc[protected]. The item was delivered to the hub nearest to me also. They did nt even call me even though i have given two contact numbers and adress with pincode and nearest land mark too.. They returned that item on the same day itself saying that street is missing in your adress. Returned without atleast giving me one day to collect it myself. They got it on 25th and 26th i went there for product.. I really want this one as i ordered it with extreme passion.. Please make some steps to give that item back to me.. Plss

          I ordered redmi note 4 on 22/9/2017 and paid rs 9899/- by debit card. Order no od[protected]. The order was brought in an open sealed condition on 24/9/2017. Hence not taken. Then when contacted customer they promised to give a fresh product by 26th sept, 2017. Now they are giving mail that i should cancel the product. Why should i? When there is no fault of mine. This is cheating and fraud. They are giving multiple answers. They even send message that reattempt will be made but nothing so far, just ridiculous. How can they say that customer satisfaction is top priority. Corrupt company. Why cant u give a freesh product

            I ordered a mobile phone on 21st sept and paid the amount by debit card, and now flipkart has cancelled that order on their own even though i didn't wanted to cancel it. They stated the reason that order is delayed due to delay in delivery but i was ready to wait as many days as they want. People ordered the same redmi note 4 mobile on the last day of the sale (While i ordered it on the first day) are getting their delivery.
            This is very disappointing and frustrating for me.
            Even though they are ready to refund me i don't want any refund, i want my product i ordered.

                1) i have bought jbl flip 3 speaker on 22nd september and successfully placed the order. Flipkart has given me the delivery date as 27th september.

                2) as i have tracked the product today that is on 26th september, the product is been shown that it is not yet shipped.

                3) so i have called the customer care of flipkart and updated the same. They said that my issue will be resolved by 28th september.

                4) on the same day 26th evening i got an email saying
                “as there is no clear date when the seller will have it back in stock, we understand any further delay wouldn’t be ideal. So we’ve gone ahead and cancelled the item”.

                5) after that i went to the flipkart site on the same day 26th evening that is today and saw the same product being on sale with the same seller.

                6) how can it happen? How can flipkart say that the seller is not having the stock and when i see the same product on the flipkart it is showing available with the same seller.

                7) so for to have proof i ordered the same product with cash on delivery today that is 26th september. Flipkart has accepted the order and placed my order successfully, which is absolutely not acceptable as it is the same seller who cancelled my earlier order which i have purchased it with lesser price compared to the present price.

                8) later after doing this i again called the customer care people and explained the same problem and with the proof.

                9) flipkart customer care people got the issue and were not in a position to resolve it as i have perfect proof.

                10) i got all screenshots with time and date.

                Please resolve my issue, if not i am planning to file a case in consumer court.

                  I ordered light blue colour peter england jeans but i recieved used old damaged from bottom lee cooper blue colour jeans with no price tag..
                  I complained in flipkart customer care, they told me that i will get the refund once the product will be picked up. They also requested for pickup but when the pickup man came he told me that he will not be able to pick up the product as his seniors told him not to... I complained again and requested for refund.
                  This has now gone for several time, i. E. I have requested for refumd more than 3 times... But there is no response everytime i request you people always give a new excuse.

                  Its my humble request to please refund this product and get me my rs. 1139 back.

                    I want to cancel my order or prepone it but your customer representative is unable to help me out.
                    I have asked representative the same day on 24th sep for cancelling the same and he confirmed that there is no such timeline even help centre also says that i can cancel order before it's shipped.
                    Again today on i called and 1st representative said i can cancel when i tried doing that i was unable to do so.
                    So again i called some other representative told me i can't cancel my order and sorry for wrong information shared with you.
                    I m still ready to take the product either before 10th oct 2017 or cancel and refund please.

                      I ordered hp monitor from flipkart during big billion days (23rd sep 2017), there was sale so i got the product in 4500.
                      At the same time on some other ecommerce sites offers were going on like amazon, paytm, but i prefer flipkart.
                      But after 3 days (After completion of offer days) message came from flipkart that my order is cancel.
                      When i call their customer care they told me that they cant do anything, order is cancel by seller (Omni retale).
                      They told me that i have to place fresh order, but the price of the same product is 6000 now and as the offer days are gone i cant order the product at low price.
                      So these days this type of fraud is done by ecommerce sites.
                      Now i want to take strong action towads flipkart.
                      Hope you got my point.
                      Looking forward for your action.

                        I have ordered 3 items one trimmer and two trousers (Order id-od[protected], they delivered my trimmer but the trousers were not delivered. One of the trousers were shipped but on 26th sept i received a message that u r product has been cancelled and returned by u but i havent returned the product. After half n hour i received another message of cancelation of the other trouser.                           I ordered power bank intex it-pb11k on 21st september. Its offer price was rs 699. The order had been placed and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as breach of contract!

                            I have payed an amount of Rs 9598 from my SBI account to Flipkart via phonepay on big billion day. The amount was debited from my SBI account and payment was recieved by flipkart(as shown in phone pay trasaction history) but order was not placed and I did not get any transaction ID from Flipkart.

                              Hello,  
                              MY registered mobile number with flipkart is [protected]. 
                              I recently bought Haier 6 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine with order ID OD[protected]. 

                              I received the product on 7:40 Pm on 21 September, now when i opened the box in front of the E-kart wish master it had water droplet all over the top lead and in the drum and various other part of the washing machine. So at 7:45 Pm i placed a replacement request as in my opinion the product was used. 

                              When i checked it closely it didn't had the front stickers and top instruction template as well and apart from that various scratch marks are clearly visible on the product. 

                              So after calling to CUSTOMER CARE, a technician visit which is mandatory for replacement was arranged on or before 25 of September. 

                              23 of September a person from Haier came to see the washing machine and inspected it and told me yes this is a used product and i'll pass my recommendation/approval to flipkart. 

                              Well i contacted CUSTOMER CARE on the same day about the tentative delivery date and to my surprise they told me that tech visit is not yet done and it'll be completed on or before 25 september, then who was the person who came today on 23 of september i asked, to this i got a reply that it was installation and demo. 

                              I mean why on earth i'll install a product for which i requested a replacement!!! 

                              I called the person who came from haier, he told me that it was a tech visit and not installation. 

                              I checked my status today and my replacement request was rejected ...why i don't know. 
                              I called CUSTOMER CARE and asked about it and they told me that they have no update from tech visit and hence they rejected the replacement request. 

                              I mean what kind of service is this!! If tech visit didn't happened then one can plan a new one, how could they directly rejected my replacement request without knowing about the product. 

                              I raised the replacement request again on 25 September and was waiting for tech visit.

                              Today on 26 Sept i got a feed back call from haier regarding the installation demo, I told them that I didn't took the demo and installation as i requested for replacement and enquired about my latest service request for tech visit.

                              Now haier told me that service request which is raised by flipkart is for part repair, so if there is any part damaged or not working we can help if it is used you talk to your seller not us. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW!!

                              First they delivered a used product to me now this ###### service...this is how flipkart treat customers!!! 

                              All above this the Haier people are telling me that they passed there approval to you, and you guys are telling me no update from technician!! 

                              It's been 6 days since i got the product and still i don't see a date of getting the new replaced product all i have is bunch of promises!! 

                              THIS IS MENTAL HARASSMENT WHICH THEY ARE CAUSING ME...I'LL ME MOVING TO CONSUMER COURT IF I DO NOT GET MY PRODUCT!!

                                pick up done but cancelled after the approval for refund

                                I placed a order on 21st sep, i made a payment also my debit card
                                And today evening mens 26th sep i got a message that my order been cancelled, how you people will make a cancel without confirming with customer, on the 26th sep around 5.30pm, i make a call to customer help line number, i confirmed with them that they told that the order not been cancelled it will delivered on 29th sep, again i make a call on the evening 8.45 pm, they told me that order been cancelled, you people only don't have an idea about the product, changing the words, if the product is out of order then y u want deduct the amount from my debit card then why u want to keep offer on online, is you thinking that customers are buffers,

                                    One product from my order number od[protected] has been mistakenly canceled by one of your customer executives. I told him to cancel the only one product of order number od[protected] that is the createin which was on cod and deliver the remaining two products of order no. Od[protected] for which i had already made the payment online. But your executive canceled two products one which i told him to cancel (The on creatine) and another one for which i already made payment online (Muscletech whey protein).
                                    Neither i want the refund nor i want to order it again because i bought it through flipkart sale at discounted price and now it will cost me more money. Deliver me both the product fir which i had paid already at that same price.

                                      But the flip cover received from cover hub, bahadurpura, hyderabad does not have sensitivity and hence the tranparent portion of the cover is useless. Also the cover presses on screen making unwanted calls.
