I have received one dell dell inspiron 1525/1526/1545 /1546/y823g/ x284g orignal battery 6 cell laptop battery vide order id od[protected]. The battery is not working at all, even it is not being recognised by the laptop. I need to get the same replaced with one of the same model as early as possible and if not to return the same.

      I bought an ambranne power bank 10000mah which appears to be fully faulty. Not working in any way
      Order is: od[protected]

      On reporting to flipkart they not agreeing for a reverse pickup. (In bangalore)
      Neither do they arrange for a replacement/refund.

      Instead i got a shipment address to ship the product. (Which is also in bangalore).
      I tried negotiating with flipkart for arranging a reverse pickup they are adamant that they will not. But whole point is all my other returns (Clothes, belts etc) are taken care of ekart pickup, but when it comes to faulty electronics they cant bear the loss and try to pass on the loss to the common man.
      So at last i took some time from my work and visited india post office they said its not a full proper address and they cant ship it. Called flikart - the guy said blue dart will take it. Ok next to bluedart and to my dismay they are refusing to ship the product and the same with fedex as well.
      I spent half a day after this.

      Again called the cust care of flikart and very annoyingly they are asking me to try with ddtc. I suppose these guys think that we customers are jobless people to hop from 1 office to the other everyday.

      Now i cannot go and find a courier partner who ships to the address. I have my work and other commitments.

      1. Why do you arrange reverse pick up only for apparels and not for electronic goods??
      - for clothes/apparels they are ready for anything. The goods get rolled easily from customer to customer.

      2. Why do you cheat the customers selling faulty products??

      I believe the mistake i did was ordering a product from flipkart which was very well available in local shops.

      Bottom line: flipkart cheated with me with 899rs.

      I decide to boycott flipkart and convince my friends to do the same until they resolve my issue with a replacement/refund by arranging a reverse pickup.

Due to some problem, first i paid 21990 through debit card and than again paid same amount to the delivery man. I called to your customer care and asked for the payment details. They said that payment is made through cash on delivery but my bank account has been deducted by the same amount and 21990 has been transferred to your flipkart account,. So i request...

        I have purchased trimers amount of 1998 rupee by sbi debit card on big billon day. 10% instant discount mentioned in web site, but it is not credited for me, i have payed full amount. So check and do rhe needful. As for your advertisement 10% discount should able to get while transaction. But still now my 10% of 1998 i.e 199 ruppee not credited in my account. Please take necessary step to resolve this issue.

          Hello filpkart customer care, I think u could not focus on my complain, already I have mentioned about that mobile touch pad is not working and it has 1yr. warranty period so my dear friend first of all read properly then reply. Do you know difference b/w 10 days replacement and 1yr. warranty. let it resolve properly then update on this forum. This issue is still going on, not yet closed.

          This flipkart team is worst, they are not giving proper response regarding the problem of mobile. Now I don't have faith on flipkart. It is very clear that "Flipkart" means "Fake". I have tried to call Grievance officer no but didn't ring on his contact num. This is the service of flipkart.

On 4th oct (yesterday), flipkart team called back and told me that team will take one more day to resolve your problem till 1pm today but no one has contacted right now, it's 11.18pm.

            I have paid my money and the time of order it was available thats why i am able to make order and after 3 days you are showing drama.
            This types of cheating will not acceptable by company like flipkart, allready lodge a case against this also want to inform consumer forum to stop this types fraudulence.

              Hi,

              I ordered for a samsung led television worth rs.10, 349 on sep 21, 2017. The order was not shipped for 3 days. So i cancelled the order. The cancellation request is created and it says "your request is being processed. It may take up to 4 hours for your refund (If any) to be initiated."

              But even after 4 hours, the request is still on hold. I called customer care but they don't have option to do cancellation. Please make the refund asap.

                  Hi, myself yogi, and recently i have ordered united colors of benetton men casual belt from flipkart which is worth of 1099, but when i recieved that product i was shocked because it’s too old and belt buckle was rested it is actually not worthy product and its completely a clearance sale which they have delivered to me, and i have canceld the order but i don’t have option to give a feedback on that product, flipkart almost all products are 2nd quality one and not worthy, i insist to suggest to all my friend circle and family members to not to buy in flipkart. Flipkart is not trust worthy or customer service also very poor, we are simply loosing money by buying things in online, better get it from your nearest shoos because if any problem happens u can reach them.

                    I had ordered a pair of schetchers shoes on 20/09/17. For 1539.00rupees. I received a confirmation sms too. However on 23/09/17 i received a sms from flipkart about the delivery of the product but when i clicked on the link i found out the the shoes had now been changed to sandals. I called up flipkart and spoke to rohan who confirmed that they were sending me the shoes and slippers too. He even sent me a sms confirming the same. Today i received the parcel but there were no shoes but only slippers. I called again but was offered a call back. Got a call from supriya who tried to convince me for a refund. I asked for a supervisor and she disconnected the call. I called again and spoke to dhanush fulsunge. Asked him to speak to his supervisor but he said that the supervisor was too busy and could not come on the call. Asked for a complaint but he could not do as he did not have an option.. Hence raised a complaint here. Hoping that i get the original shoes that i had ordered.

                        Heard people comparing flipkart with amazon a few days back and i, not being the sufferer by that time stood by the name flipkart with all my might, trust and amazing service all this time was the reason behind my confidence in brand flipkart.
                        But all that shattered in the last few days after speaking to the stupid, unhelpful, rude, arrogant and pathetc customer care executives/ supervisor.
                        Starting from anand tyagi to bhagwaan : bith were trying to resolve my issue quoting lame and naive execuses. But the extent of stupidity was crissed when their supervisor mr krishna gopal took over from them. A simple question was dreadfully twisted into a dumb fiasco. Mr gopal tried with all his stupid solutions to tackle my queries but ended up giving me reasons to not trust or believe in what he was saying. He lied to me on the record that he has lodged my complaint and transferred to the back end office and that i shall be receiving a mail (That i never received) stating the reference no and a call from back end office (Which never happened)
                        Icing on the cake was when i called up about 30 minutes later to my conversation to this mr krishna, a guy named pranay took my call who asked my problem and put me on a long hold for ages (25mins) untill my patience gave way and i hung up. Wnding up trying a few times later ans wverytime they put me on hold.
                        I wasted about an hour and a half of my night’s sleep.
                        And made a promise to myself to not even buy a single stuff from flipkart again.
                        One customer might seem as a small fish and wont matter much, but at such pace of losing vinatge customers cause of stupidity and rudeness of your “so” called customer care executives, you might end being a small fish against the giant apni dukaan.
                        I hope this message of mine would find someonewho would take some action atleast for the name sake.

                            Booked samsung washing machine by exchange old machine.
                            Opted no cost emi from sbi credit card.
                            There. Is differences in emi amount what they showed during booking and they are charge.
                            Total 1500/- amount they are charging more.

                              Received an email saying they found that i am reselling the products purchased from flipkart and so they have blocked my account!!
                              I have been purchasing from flipkart since 2011 from that account. Had spent lakhs of rupees in flipkart and most of them were prepaid instead of cod. And without even informing or giving a warning, they blocked my account. Now i am not able to login to my account to view my purchase history. I am not able to download the invoice to claim warranty of products purchased from flipkart. If they found that i am reselling the products, they can automatically cancel all my future orders, i am ok with that. But restricting me from logging in to their account is not the right way of dealing. Especially to a loyal customer who own the account for 6-7 years.
                              What i should do? No use in contacting customer care. They are not solving this.

                                I live in bangalore, i was planning to purchase a 32inch tv for my home in bbd. I kept trying from 21 to 24th everyday it was out of stock all the time.
                                Why flipkart is not attending customer for that area. That area touches national highway. What is stopping you guys to deliver products there.

                                  Hello sir/madam, my name is piyali khanra, i made a order from my friends flipkart account on 23/09/2017 about 12.50pm, and the flipkart account linked with a gmail id - [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I order a mi a1 smartphone price rs 14999 during flipkart big billion days sale on 23/09/2017 with my sbi debit card, for using my debit card flipkart give me 10% instant discount and i get 1500 discount, after the discount exact amount[protected]= 13499 is debited from my sbi account but order is not placed. I contact the flipkart coustomer support 4 times, they tell me within 8 hour you will get a refund notification, but till now i did not get any response from flipkart team.

                                  Please help me sir/ madam, please refund my amount as soon as possible, please,

                                    I cancelled the tv with extended warranty on 20 sept, 2017. I got tv (Rs13999) refund with didn't got extended warranty (1313) refund. I called customer care about the same. They raised the issue to backend team. But still doesn't got the refund.

                                      Hello team,

                                      This is regarding my refund, i want to highlight the issue as i received wrong model of hard disk so i returned it & in replacement again flipkart provided me the same product. So i raised request for refund on 6 sep 2017 & returned the product on 8th sep.
                                      As per flipkart policy i should expect my refund by next 3 business working day but story is completely different as i didn't receive yet (24 sep 2017).
                                      I called flipkart customer care many times but every time flipkart executives provided me wrong information & fake promises like you will get your refund by 15th of sep 2017 then on 16th sep i received an email in which they have mentioned please provide us your bank details which is completely irrelevant because i already bought harddisk on credit card. So one of flipkart executive only told me that if you do cod that time only flipkart team asks for bank details. Still i replied to that email with my bank details & game of cheats & fake promises have been started.
                                      Executive provided me another date which is 18th sep 2017 but i didn't received my refund.
                                      Again i called them they provided me resolution date 22nd sep 2017 but issue was not resolved. I received another mail on 22nd sep 2017 in which flipkart team asking for another 24 hrs. They have given me deadline of 23rd sep 2017 by 9:00 pm but issue didn't resolve.
                                      So today i called them again & asked executive whose name amit kumar he told me that your refund is cancelled as you are happy with your product. But as i mentioned earlier only i returned product on 8th sep.
                                      So i am really helpless now please help me to get my money rs. 2499/- back.
