Hi team,

I have ordered an iphone 7 from flipkart on 21st sept 2017 and the time communicated for delivery was 23rd sept 2017. But i haven't received that order yet.in the tracking log it shows from last 2 days the product is travelling between pune sort facility and various hubs. Pune sort facility dispatched the order to pimpri hub, they sent it back to sort center and the status because misrouted within same city. Again yesterday pune sort center sent the order to thergaon hub, today in morning they again sent it back to pune sort facility and again the status becomes misrouted within the same city.

The response that i am getting from customer care executives is really useless and they don't know wht's going on. One of the senior executive said, its with flipkart's shipping vendor and now its not their responsibility.

I had a word with a team handling logistics on 25th sept and given them detailed address and they said that the order will be delivered on priority, but today again the order was sent back by the hub to pune sort center. I think flipkart is making fool of its customer and the discounts given on big billion day was good for nothing. Attaching snapshot with this request which will give clarity around their pathetic logistic management.

    I ordered a mobile on exchange during recent offers, i enetered the imei of my old mobile no and processed and paid the amount online, today the delivery guy came to deliver the product ordered and saying there are two imei nos and one is matching and the other is not mentioned and left with out delivering the product. I called to customer care and asked to send back the delivery guy stating my order is to checked again and they refused stating there is no such way to send back him to my address and asked me to cancel the order. Halfheartedly, painfully and unwillingly i cancelled the order. That was a gift for my wife on the eve of dussera and diwali and i spent almost 15k on it. I wish flipkart should deliver the product immediately by taking back their cancellation as the product is still in delivery hub.

      During sell in september flipkart sell very bad product.

      At the time of delivery i open the box and found it is used and open condition. Then i ask to delivery boy to return it but he told me there is a return policy for the same. When i went to the flikart.com there is no any option for return or replacement.
      Please help me for the issue i am in big trouble..

      Due to effect of my complaint to consumer form, Flipkart customer support person had called me for the replacement of my product on 1st of October and assured to replace product on 6th of october.
      same i received on 6th of October.

      I am very disappointed second time for wrong product received. As i ordered for the Armaf deodorant after replacement i got Armaf perfume (which i did't order).

      THIS WAS VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY FLIPKART EVERY TIME(SECOND TIME).

      Please make some provision to online (flipkart.com) to stop such foolish and rubbish thing do with the customer.

      Please do something to receive my money back from such foolish online shopping.

        I have ordered a laptop in big billion days. I have already paid for order on 21 september. Now on 26 sep. Flipkart automatically canclled my order. My flipkart order id is od[protected]. Please help me regarding this. Initially flipkart told that your item will be delivered by 28 sep then they told that it will be delivered on or before 4 october and now they canclled my order without any reason.

        When I called in flipkart customer service they are telling me that we are giving you 100 rupees giftcard for this inconvenience so go and buy new laptop. Now new laptop is for price 1 lakh and 10 thousand. When I ordered this product this product was in stock and now after 5 days they are telling that this is out of stock. They are playing with customers and using their money. I don't want refund i want this laptop to be delivered.

                    We ordered a refrigerator from flipkart. The order included an exchange of old fridge. The charges includes delivery of new fridge, pick up charges of the old equipment.

                    The delivery guy came alone and said that he cannot transport the fridge to our home which was located in the first floor. He threatened us that if we don't provide additional help he would leave the fridge in the ground floor and leave. Further, the delivery guy demand rs500 for lifting it even after providing additonal help thus making us pay both the person rs500 each additional to get the fridge delivered in our home

                    On calling customer care, we were said that they will not be able to help us on this since our address does not mention first floor.

                    How could flipkart be so careless and the fact that they send off with one person to deliver a huge fridge does not make rational sense.

                          The delivery boy just came to my place. He checked my laptop with serial number, charger, but my laptop is not in working. So he declined the replacement old laptop with new hp laptop as per order# od[protected].

                          At the time placing the order online, in exchange offer there was only asked about serial number, model number & version of laptop. There were nothing like laptop is working or non working like other website. If it is like that please share that data/screenshot with me. When i try to explain him that this was not mentioned while ordering new laptop, but he declined as it is technical issue? Is it customer's fault? Then why should i suffer? I want my laptop with this offer, as i already paid, and facing too much issues.

                          Kindly reply on the same trail email and also share your email id, so that the chain email will be in same page.

                              I placed order on big billion sale start 21st sep 2017 12am
                              Now today dt 25th sep 2017 i got call from flipkart stated ur order is cancelled due to order untraceable, we cancel this order and gives refund, now sale is over and product is out of stock
                              Why my order is cancelled? Why return
                              This is huge loss
                              1) now sale is over so no 10% cashback
                              2) product is out of stock
                              3) flipkart earphone price also increased from 350 to 700
                              All these happened without my fault
                              It's flipkart responsibility when seller is cheater or courier untraceable
                              Don't make ur customer permanantly bye bye from flipkart and go with amazon
                              Find out some solution on this issue which created by you no customer fault
                              Think about it and save ur customer to shop in future from flipkart.
                              Sir please think once again and tell me in all matter what is my mistake

                              Both Flipkart and eKart are probably involved in scam. They cancelled my order too giving me an excuse that my package has got untraceable. Those scammers made me lose that nice opportunity to purchase a mobile phone at a very discounted price. Such scammers should be taken to consumer court.

                                I purchased mi a1 set worth of rs 13499 from flipkart on 21st sept but got stone inside box. Within 5 minutes i called back to flipkart and told about incident so they assured me to investigate the matter and get back to me.

                                      My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating
                                      My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when i enters the mobile no. And password they show me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
                                      Pl solve this problem at the earliest, so that i can reuse it.

                                        I have bought a micromax 32 inches led tv from flipcart company, delivery of tv was on 5th jun 17 in which there was 10%cash back, but still i am waiting and now neither customer care is replying nor any confirmation message have been given from company... Such poor customer services has totally harassed me. If it is possible kindly do something for me for my cashback return from flipcart. My contract number is [protected]/[protected]... Pankaj
