The delivery boy just came to my place. He checked my laptop with serial number, charger, but my laptop is not in working. So he declined the replacement old laptop with new hp laptop as per order# od[protected].
At the time placing the order online, in exchange offer there was only asked about serial number, model number & version of laptop. There were nothing like laptop is working or non working like other website. If it is like that please share that data/screenshot with me. When i try to explain him that this was not mentioned while ordering new laptop, but he declined as it is technical issue? Is it customer's fault? Then why should i suffer? I want my laptop with this offer, as i already paid, and facing too much issues.
Kindly reply on the same trail email and also share your email id, so that the chain email will be in same page.
Looking for the best solution.
