I have received samsung headset ehs64 as i ordered. Maximum retail price of this headset is 449 but flipkart has charged 499 as shown before. I already called customer care for a refund but they refused this saying this is
Out of their terms. Why should i care for a price decrease. That is none of
My business. I should only pay for the thing i get. I have got the
Headphone of mrp 449. So why should i pay 499 for this??...

On june 26th i buy a redmi note4 mobile in flipkart. Last 2 month my mobile work good. Last week i update my android version8. After update my phone doesn't work good. If i use whatsapp it will automatically close or it will go camera or any other app in my mobile. My phone display work automattically. So pls consider my compliant and replace a new mobile. I heve 1 yaer warrenty for my mobile. If you doesn't replace you have to send the details...

Yesterday i have received one order through flipkart but i have received damaged product with different color. Then, i have discussed with customer care then he has accepted this return request but pickup boy not accepted this today. When i have again complained regarding this customer care then customer care canceled my return request.

I ordered vip mens vest. The mrp on back of vest is 242 for qty 2 means 484 inclusive of all taxes for 4 pieces but flipkart gave me it for rs. 530. Its against law. On their site also they are misleading people by giving more prices. When i contacted customer care of flipkart they just told me that they will return my money. I told customer service that i don't want to return just sell it for rs 484 but they declined....

I was ordering samsung on 7 mobile on flipkart on 26 aug 2017. I filled out everything. Then i chose to pay using debit card and the bank was state bank of india. The amount rs. 7990 has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called flipkart customer care toll free number six times and the ivr gave an assurance that i will get a call back. Still no response. What should i do? I waited for 10 days, but the amount wasn't...

Hello, i just received a call from delivery guy. His contact info is : [protected]. Since i was not able to pick up the delivery, i asked him politely to come at 6 pm instead. He responded a cold heart "no" and when i asked for any other solution he refused to respond in any way. He threatened me with harsh voice by saying if i refuse to pick up right now, my product will go to industrial area from where i will have to pick up myself. After...

This product we bought had leakage issues i requested for refund. The uninstallation was done its been more then 20 days nobody turned up to pick the product. Twice the replacement was done for this product but still it had water leakage problem so i requested for refund.
Why do you send damage products and and when customer's request for the refund you keep delaying. The worst company i have ever seen. Very much disappointed....

I had ordered for nike sport shoes. But fake nike shoes have been supplied.

I tried to return the shoes through my flipkart account. It asked me how i would like to have refund. Two option pops up :
A) credit to pay wallet account, b) transfer to bank account.

On choosing first option, the site does not send 5 digit otp to complete...

Thereafter i contact the flipkart customer support team they said that your money is credited to your account after 48 hour please you receive your product...

I didn't get the ordered one i ordered morang anarkali but they delivered francy fashion. I didn't get the expected one. And it has less flair, it couldn't wear correctly. Please accept my complaint.
