I purchased the Maxima watch from flipkart ..but the watch which I received is the fake one..how I recognize it by its logo which is missing on the front side and the back side of the watch as well as the box of the watch is different.. it was basically in cylinder but the original box is square or rectangular .

          Got cheated by flipkart. I purchased a washing machine yesterday and for some reason i had to cancel and rebook. I paid from net banking and you created a wallet account of mine and reverse it there. Flipkart call centre had different version... Technical glitch, sellers option of reversing and then it's your reversing policy... U don't believe me??? [protected]... Get the record pulled out and you'll come to know.

              people are just making fun of me since 9th of sep.
              some say that i have to wait till 23 of sep
              yesterday i received a call from you and i was told that i have to whatsup
              the identity proof which i did at the same time and i called him back and
              after that he didnt answer.
              today in the evening i got a message that seller is unable to fill return
              req for more details check mail.
              After that i called your c care and some one told me that take the invoice
              and go to the police station and file a police complaint. then i called
              again and i was told to wait till 23rd .
              today i missed a call from [protected] n i guess it was flipkart but my
              cellphone was on charge so couldnt pick that up.
              please tell me what to do now as its big amount for me .
              it might not be big for u but for me its huge.
              i am totally confused now .
              plz help me out if i have to file a poloce complaint and have to mail that
              to u plz let me know how to do it as i have to loose more money for bribing
              police as they too wont take the complaint unless i fill their pockets.
              u have given me a great headache .
              please solve my issue or tell me how to do it.

              recently i received another call and told him about the whole matter for 1 hour and i missed my friday prayer too thought he might do anything.
              in the end he says just reply to the email amd whenever i reply that email i get the same response

              i will tell you about the whole senario
              first i ordered redmi note 4 gold .
              As i was waiting for my product i got a message that your product has been deliverd as i had not paid for that i called fk and i thought it not problem as i have not paid for it i will buy another one.

              now second time i ordered redmi note 4 lake blue edition and again i was waiting for my product i was called by delivery boy and i gave him 13000 for that.
              now on my way back i opened the package.
              As i opened the inner mobile box there was a pile of rectangular cardboard pieces wrapped with bubble wrap.
              As the inner seal of the mobile box looked like it had been fixed back as of first i didnt look it it that much but after that i found it had been glued back
              After that i called flipkart at the same time and reported the same .
              i was told that i have to wait till 23rd of sept. As the concerned authorities will contact me for this . then i got a call from one of you and he told me to whatsup him the id proof and i sent aadhar card on his number. and after that he didnt pick my call. again i called and i was told to wait till 25th now and again i received the call and was told to revert on the mail which i did several times .
              i complainted the same on consumer complaints too and i got response that we will revert on it.
              then on 25th i called fk again and i was told to wait till 27 th of sept now .
              and today i called and i was told that i have to reply back to the mail sent.
              now i am feeling helpless as u have just
              taken a huge amount of 13000 from me for nothing.
              please do sething and give me my cellphone. as i have paid for it .
              do whatever it takes just track it down please

                Whom so ever it may concern

                This is really disgusting under such a good brand name you peple are frauding innocent people as i have order iphone 6 32 gb gold on 21.09.2017 from registered mobile no. [protected] and after paying by my debit card order was placed and approved and on 21.09.2017 evening i received message of shipment of my order screenshot attached and as today i. E. 22.09.2017 my order has been cancelled and refund was stated to be credited in my account within 6 days but as now i am checking my order it is saying that order has been cancelled by me screenshot attached. This is really a fraud that you people are looting innocent people under these big billion days offer. For this i will complaints under fraud section in consumer court if my i didnt receive my order.

                    Order i'd - 0d[protected], i booked iphone 6s on big billion day and they showing delivery date for my pincode is 22nd sep but when i called 22nd evening they are saying still product not yet dispatched from seller.                       I do not know how flipkart is successful and running an online business in this age or time. I wanted to purchase a macbook air 13 inch so i checked on flipkart and amazon both were giving me the same price & same deal. The only advantage that you guys had was a rs 1500 additional discount on sbi cards. Amazon was giving me a guaranteed delivery on the same day by charging rs 150. Price point is the criteria i choose flipkart.

                      My order date was 21st september 2017 & i did not receive any update until 22nd 1:30 pm. I took the initiative to call the customer care and enquire. Once i did that i can see the order had been placed then. As usual, if the person does not pay attention the company does not care. I get updates like.
                      My account is on hold
                      There is an issue with the payment process etc.in my app recent issue section, i can see text like fds alert possible fraud detected. If there is an issue please communicate, tell me there is a problem it could have been communicated on 21st itself. Why was it not done?

                      Evening today when i called the call center they told me my order has been processed and we are trying for delivery on 23rd by 7:00 pm or the delivery will happen by 25th. Now the issue here is that the app has no update at all.

                          I ordered an apple ipad on 21.09.2017. Payment was successful and the message "your order is confirmed" displayed on the page after redirecting from payment page.

                          However, there was no mail or sms confirmation on my order and my order was not displayed in "my orders list" in my account. My payment transaction reference is "[protected]".
                          When i tried contacting the toll free number, there was a constant reply that the executives are busy for the past one day.
                          I lodged a compliant in the flipkart website on the same, there was no response.

                            This is very depressing to know from one of your executive mr. Vijay, that if a customer is unhappy with the product because of the size and the charging option, the only option you have is to replace the item, and cannot refund or provide a coupon. I[censored] replace me the product, i will get the same product which i dont want, because i am not satisfied with the product.
                            The watch is very big for my wrist and the charging option is also dangerous as it may damage the product physically. I had asked the executive that i[censored] cannot give me the refund, provide me with the coupon since i am a regular customer of flipkart. And now, actually it gives a very bad impression that you people cannot help me with the refund.

                              I had added a vu 114cm (45 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (45cu119) to my cart but when i went to the page to make the payment, it showed 'out of stock'. Am very diasppointed. Once an item has been added to the cart, i should be able to buy it. Else the option should not be there. This is particularly in the case of flash sales. You should have only given the buy now button. It is not fair at all.

                                  As further i called flipkart coustumer care and they told me that order has been displce please order a new one
                                  Since i have ordered it in sale so its price is rs 19999 which is no longer avilable.
                                  If i reorder it will cost me 30000.
                                  Amazon is offering same price at that time but i prefer flipkart was that my mistake?
                                  I was very disappointed by this kind of false play.

                                    I would like to lodge a complaint about (Furst 2a, fast charger with cable (1mtr) for samsung galaxy on 7 pro (2016) mobile charger white |stn21904| 10 days replacement gurantee) which i have ordered on dated 16/8/2017. The order no is od[protected].
                                    I have paid for the product in advance and received the defected product sent by you. When i talked to customer care on the same day of delivery, they assured me to replace the defective product shortly. But till date no one came to change /replace the same.
                                    I usually do online shopping through your website. But this is very bad experience for me due to defective material sent by you and no one is there to change the product.

                                    Kindly change my product.

                                      Flipkart is a fraud online company... I have been ur customer for past 4 years... I ordered samsung j7 max 32gb on september 2nd.. I have received empty box without mobile... The sellers and flipkart people are cheaters i will never ever buy anything from flipkart.. Please trace the lost mobile using imei number...

                                        I have cancelled a product (Sony tv 24 inch) by calling the flipkart cc, before the product is being delivered to me. I confirmed with the cc executive that the refund would happen to my bank account within 6 working days.
                                        On 7th working day when i called the cc, i was told like they dont have any update as the back-end team has not updated any comments regarding the return accept from the delivery vendor.

                                        Why such big companies are fooling customers and living with their money!!!

                                        Later I was called up from a different team within flipkart and I was told that my refund was stuck and it would take again 6 working days for the credit to happen into my bank account.
