On 24th sep 2017 placed an order lenovo k8 plus (Order id-od[protected]. Today 27th sep 2017 at 6.48pm i received the cancellation order for which i have paid rs.8099. Refund is processed but i want that order to be deliver. I had booked that handset to one of my best friend, niw i am totally speechless infront of him. I heard the flipkart service is best service. I am requesting to please deliver that lenovo k8 plus.
Kindly consider the same and do the needul...

    Sir i order my lenevo k8 plus on the occasion of big billion day offers on flipkart but after 3 days of order they cancel it. This type of things is not acceptable at any cost because these type of problem is totally against customers right. Sir this is totally disappointed so please sir i requested you to please file a case against flipkart and please say flipkart to place a new order for me or issue me price difference money as a compensation so i will place a new order please sir

      I had returned a product and it was collected by flipkart. They said that they had refunded the amount and gave me neft utr number as "nft[protected]gn00177xxxxxxx" and reference number "[protected]_206". I had checked my account statements, but amount was not refunded. Then i raised complaint in sbi; got to knoe that the neft utr number provided by flipkart is not in correct format. Flipkart doesn't respond now

        Hi. My order no is od[protected]. I booked lenovo k8 plus in big billion days on 24th september. And i was supposed to receive it on 4th october. But today on 27th i received message that my order has been cancelled. Immediately i called flipkart customer care, they told me that seller cancelled it due to no stock available. But at the time of booking it was available. If i would be knowing, i could buy from any other source. Pls help in this issue. This is a case of fraud by flipkart. Many people like me have faced same issue with flipkart.

          I have ordered a couple of product.in that one order got cancelled becoz of out of stock. And again now they r telling tat one more product muscletech l-carnitine also going to get cancelled bcoz of address mismatch. If other product is getting delivered to mentioned address correctly how tis particular person is giving this faking reason. Will flipkart won't keep the words to deliver the product. I have never seen this much worst, kind of faking the people. Whether can i able to lodge a complaint in consumer court. By wat way i will get justice for this

            I placed the order lenovo k8 plus (Fine gold, 32gb) on 24 sep successfully while flipkart big billion days sale was going on. Now after 03 days on 27 sept, i am getting an email that your order has been cancelled as order is not available with the vendor & my money has been refunded. Is it some kind of joke which is happening? Why was it showing available on the website in first place if vendor could not cater to the number of order received? Why was it not cancelled on the same day when vendor received the request & why after 3 days when the sale over? Why will i order it on the higher price now? I want my order at the same price or else i will escalate it to the higher level.

              On wed, 24th sep 2017 i ordered a mobile lenovo k8 plus (Fine gold, 32 gb). The order had been placed and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But today 27th sep the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as breach of contract! Thanks and regards sanket tatiya

                I have ordered (0d[protected] lenova k8 plus on big billion day (24th sep 2017) and seller has been cancelled the order after 3 days without any intimation to me and they started refund process. Now flipkart executive is asking order newly without big billion day offers. They silently keeping my money for 3 days and they were telling it as big billion day sales... Big billion sale is happening only for name sake and popularity... It clear case of cheating and happened to many friends

                      This is really disgusting and fraud which you had done to me in the name of big billion sale, as i had ordered the below lenovo k8 plus 32gb phone on 24th sept and the order has been successfully placed and the expected delivery i am getting on tracking would be friday 29th sept’17.

                      However today on 27th sept’17 i got a message that my order has been cancelled by the seller, which is really a fraud done by flipkart and their sellers.

                      I am really disappointed about this type of service from flipkart since i am keeping faith on the company and being the strong promoter of flipkart,

                      From today i come to know how you cheated people and keep your business on.

                      Do something if you can else ultimately its customers to take your business up and your doing this to your customers.

                          I m so irritated, i personally call one of the executive of e kart by the name umesh. As he one day came, saying madam mein lana bhool gya, kal launga, what is the this,... Then after next day i called him and he said aaj ho jaunga deliver... Pathetic, m next day i recieved sorry your has been cancelled...
                          So stupidity what is this why arent they deliverinng my footwears... I have to call again again month have been passed..

                              Hi i am joshua from shirpur maharashtra.. I wanted to inform. U about the porr service of the people handling your bliedart services hwre as they have no manners to. Talk to customers. My sister had sent me a bday gift from delhi and i. Think she might hav given the wrong contact no but the given address was right. I get a call in the evening stating that hello im from bluedart pls come and collect your parcel from here. I said y should i its a reason they call it home delivery. The person on the phone in a consending tone says apne galat no. Diya uthana chiye aapko aapko galti he. Like wtf am i owing something to him hes giving ke dat attitude as if he is giving me d gift. I hav been ordering several. Things of flipkart and everytime this has happened dey r jot able to fimd the house which is definitely im shirpur everytime i get a call saying plss come to the office and pick up ur parcel.. I didnt have thia problem before as i was in pune and the team there was brilliant in their service even if i didnt receive the call they came to the address or didnt give me attitude. I would request u to kindly look into the matter as people of these kind tend to downgrade the companys name and fame which takes quites several years to build up

                                What the hell... What is company are you running. Are serious about your customers or not? Your delivery boys are fraud to yours customers. They tell wrong amount to customers.

                                My brother order mangalsutra_tanmaniya by cod. Order id - od[protected]. Price - 353 rs

                                Curiour boy give it to me and asked for money 553 rs. And by mistaken i give it to him because hi is in harry. When i realied that i give him extra money them i call him but hi continuously cut my call.

                                Next time i never ever order from your site and also said to others to do not order anything from your ridiculous site.

                                  I placed a order for MOTO E4 Plus from flipkart.com, the phone is overheating then i immediately place a request for replacement, with out any updates from flipkart, after sending, sending so many mails one fine morning on 26th september, techinician came to home and check the mobile and informed me there is manufacturer defect he oberserved and left the place...

                                  after next day when i check the status on the flipkart.com, technician visited .. job completed, and rejected the replacement too... WHAT Thing is going on i didn't understand.still now its the same status.

                                  Please dont sent me the messages a "we will revert back on this" or "we have received your query, we are working on it..." i see this type of messages but no use from the company, they won't respond on emails, or on website... call to customer say whatever they want, don't even understand whether the customer understand or not.

                                  As per me, right now am outside of India, for me there is no option to call the toll free number, the persons who receiving the phone they are not that much well educated as the persons in flipkart.com to speak in English or hindi. They want to sell and make money from telugu, tamil, kanada, ... etc people. but they want them to talk with these people only with these two languages.

                                  here one thing i want to complaint against Flipkart.com... they want to sell the goods or products to all over the country to get money, there is nothing wrong in it, its good. it doesn't mean All Indians know english or hindi, In this case i send a gift to my wife, she don't know hindi or english, These (Well educated) flipkart guys called them say something before they understand or respond they disconnected the call(looks like very busy persons than the president of America) and update the status on site whatever they understand... Its a basic common sense, if they are delivering the product to Andhra pradesh, atleast they can talk in telugu or for remote locations like tamilnadu, they can talk with them in tamil .. like that. they wants money from all over, but they wont talk with them in their language. otherwise in their homepage they can put the warning message as only the persons who can speak English or Hindi can only purchase from us...

                                  I placed an order with order no: od[protected], i received the phone moto e4 plus on 17th september, actually am sending to my wife (Now am not in india). With in one day after opened box and they observed that the phone is overheating... With in less than 30 hours (19th sep) i request for replacement.

                                  She stops using the phone and they kept the phone on the box back, just waiting for the executive for return.

                                  Still now there is no update or feedback from the company. Today is 25th september (Already passed 8 days), as per the flipkart.com, they are saying 10 day replacement, it looks they simply want to waste the time up to 10 days and later they will say it wont cover... I dont know this was the strategy they are playing on the customers...

                                  Atleast give us one contact number we can contact them directly... this toll free we cant reach from outside india, that means from outside india we can't send gifts or buy to our beloved persons????

                                  This emails are totally useless, we dont know what was going on, when ever we message we are just receiving the message just revert on it... revert on it... and have to wait for week or more...

                                    Hi. I just came to know that my order was to be delivered yesterday but now it will come day after tomorrow.
                                    I don't know at all that was has happened to flipkart?
                                    I ordered a smart watch and now it is showing from 2 days that it has reached your nearest hub in ghaziabad while i want the product delivered in noda.
                                    I last time ordered a redmi note 4 and it was delayed by 3 days.
                                    Then i ordered gta v and it was also delayed by 3 or 4 days
                                    Now this time they are also saying that my product will be delayed so what's the issue with flipkart??
                                    I mean it was the best site for buying products and i recommended to all for buying products from flipkart
                                    But now i think i should recommend them not to
                                    Cause you are giving sale and then writing free delivery and within few days
                                    And then the order tracking meter goes through shipping and stops before the delivery saying everytime that it has reached till the nearest hub.
                                    I do not need to read the delayed order message
                                    I just need my order delivered to me today and today
                                    Cause it is very important
                                    I needed it for someone for a special occasion and now i also cant order from another site cause it will not come today only
                                    I'm very very disappointed with flipkart and have a very bad experience though you're products are in good condition and low price
                                    But the sale is also finished and there are no hurries to deliver items
                                    So i want my order
                                    I still trust upon flipkart
                                    I just want my order.

                                      I have ordered a nikon 5300d with 18-140 mm lens on sept 1st.. But i have received 2 lens 18-140 mm and 18-55mm but there is no camera. I talked to flipkart and they are saying they have sent the right product. They said they cant replace or refund my money. It is highly probable they misplaced the product. I have all the bar codes on the products they have sent.

                                        Hello,

                                        I had ordered lenovo ideapad laaptop on 21st of september on the big billion day sale. On 25th i had had called customer care seveal times and told to rescheduled to 27th of september but today morning i got a message saying my order got cancelled when i called regarding this issue they say we can't help u with this, you have to place a fresh order.in which the dissount wont apply. They are cheating us by doing so. Very poor customer service to handle of the issue.
