I tried to order moto e4 plus using my sbi debit card on 25/9/17. But after providing all my details and atm pin, an error message came saying, "an error has occurred". After that the item was still in my cart and payment success or failure page was not even reached. But my amount got deducted from the sbi account. When i tried to reach out to them they say that there has been no order made from my account. My account used for the same is: v. [protected]@gmail.com. I can be reached out at +91 [protected]. Kindly, resolve this issue or i have to escalate this even further.

    I ordered xiaomi mi a1 during the flash sale at 12 noon on saturday 23rd sept during the big billion day offer on which i got rs.1500 discount (Sbi card offer).
    Transaction number (Sbi txn #[[#]]#sbipg ks[protected]flipkart mumbai). The money has been deducted and my order is not confirmed yet.
    Moreover, money hasn't been refunded and also the sale is over. That means i wont be getting the discount now.

    I have contacted sbi and they told that the transaction number has not been updated in there records and it takes 45 days to check all the details. But i need the mobile now as it has become integral part of our living.

    I cancelled my order of other phone (Mi max 2) to go with mi a1 after getting to know about the sale on saturday.

    Now, both the flipkart and sbi are claiming it is not their issue. And my money got stuck and now i cannot purchase a new mobile. Even in the case i get the refund from sbi after 45 days i won't be getting the discount flipkart has promised and literally i had to keep all my work aside and book the mobile at exactly 12pm.

    Bank has refunded the amount by deducting the transaction charge and you flipkart has not given me the offer that is promised. really unhappy with your services. Bought the mobile from Mi site now.

      I had ordered two refrigerators from your website with order id od[protected] on 20th sept. And od[protected] on 21stsept. Which were scheduled to be delivered on 23rd and 25thof sept. Respectively. On 23rd, when the product was not even processed, i called your customer care to know the progress of the order and i was informed that the order is delayed and they don’t have any information regarding it and have taken my complaint and the progress of which would be updated to me by 25th sept. On 25th, as my other product was to be delivered, i again called your customer care to know its progress, i was again informed the same that the order is delayed at seller’s end and my complaint is taken up and i would be updated about it by 27th sept. Moreover, your representatives informed me firstly that i would receive a call back from your side by 6 p. M. On 25th, which i didn’t received and after communicating again i was told that i would be updated by 9 p. M. On 25thand that too got passed without getting any response from your side. On again calling you for the 4th time in the same day, your representative put my call on hold for more than 9 minutes after which the call was cut abruptly without any information. After again contacting your customer care at 9.25 p. M. I was informed that the order has been processed and still not shipped, which was already known from your website, i was made to wait for almost 72 hours to update me that the order has still not been shipped and informed me that a mail has been sent to me at 9.19 p. M. Stating your team needs to have more time to resolve the issue and i must wait till 9 p. M. On 26thsept and after continuous follow up your customer care representative informed me that i would receive the product by today evening positively, the recording of which i am having on record.

      For the second order, you guys still don’t have any update and on asking i receive the reply that we are working on it with our logistics team and will update you by 27th sept 3 p. M.

      I was told that because of sale my order got delayed. Sir, if you and your team cannot handle the volumes of order during sale then why you guys organize these so called sales.

      Later on getting deeper into the issue, your representative told me that may be the seller might have limited stock and because of huge number of orders at one time the stock would have finished and the product is getting late because of product being out of stock. Sir, i am a technical graduate and do possess a little bit of technical knowledge and do know that the company like flipkart would, for sure, be working on real time basis and the stock sold would be updated as and when orders are made.

      I ordered refrigerators through your company as i needed the product on urgent basis and thinking that it would be delivered by the date promised. One refrigerator was for my grandparents and they are facing so much problem. My grandparents had advised me not to get into the trap of this online thing and i should buy it traditionally from the local market, had i known that your attitude would be so bad towards customer service and you would make their advice true, i would have better purchased the product from the local dealer, as i would have got it by evening on the same date of purchase.

      Really disappointed and frustrated with such a callous attitude and approach towards customer service and satisfaction from flipkart and your customer support. If you guys cannot provide the product on the date it is scheduled, why you even provide the option for getting it scheduled. For your team t. A. T. And time deadline are least important and as i have already paid for the product you can delay it for the time you want to. Your rival company, amazon provides so smooth delivery and support and always keep thing in the defined time frame. I didn’t ordered from there just because being an indian i must possess that loyalty towards an indian company before moving to some company that’s outsider in our country.

      Please provide me the date within which my product would be delivered to me as i am tired of calling you guys every day several times. I really hope you guys would take my feedback positively because if you won’t change the customers would surely move to other alternatives because with the service provided and seeing your attitude i am really sure that i won’t be coming back to your company to again face such a crap and worse service attitude.

        I have ordered two mobiles lenovo k8 plus and samsung galaxy on nxt and the orders no. Are od[protected] & od[protected] and my expected date is 26. Sep.17, when i track my orders, it is in balugaon area from 24. Sep and there is no movement at all, whereas my location is at barbil and it is in opposite direction of balugaon, when i ask my orders to flipkart they said order will be reach on 26. Sep, before that they said you will get your orders on before 26. Sep, but the distance from balugaon to barbil is near about 500km as it is quite difficult to reach my destination.
        The same incident has occurred with my friends that the items placed since long period the canceled automatically without prior information and knowledge.
        If the above matter will happen to me then i will definitely go to consumer court to reslolve the issue as soon as possible.
        Before that i have already purchased several mobiles from flipkart and i got that within 4-5 days in barbil location from same seller but i face the problems in offer time.

          My name is shaminder kumar and i have ordered the above said product on 21 sept 2017 and received confirmation message from flipkart that the product has been packed with order id od[protected] and the product is on the way to you. But today i. E[protected] i checked the status and found the product has been returned then i contacted customer care and they told the order has been cancelled without any confirmation. I am feeling cheated. Kindly make some arrangements to deliver my order to me.

            This was the worst experience that ex employees are also not been getting proper response then how come the normal customer will be treated good by flipkart. Yesterday i got sms about my shipment, person came without pos machine. I requested him to get the machine or please give me the hub address i will go, he flipkart has not given us the pos machine as we are the 3rd party vendor. Now this is the biggest surprise i got when i call customer care, this people are saying its company policy & we will decide whether to provide the pos or not.

            Guys i was the employee for flipkart & had worded for more than 2 years. But trust me, now i am realising that when my delivery boys use to tell me such issue, i use to neglate them, but today flipkart has proved that my boys were correct & flipkart is wrong.

                Flipkart has suplied damaged/used sweden oriflame bronzing pearl radiance.

                I have raised issue with the grievance officer as well as with feedback team but no response. Its a fraudulent act by flipkart and supplier "vinayaka accessories, jaipur" to cheat the consumer.

                Flipkart should not allow such suppliers who are selling damaged products and duping the consumers. Above that, support team is not all bothered to response and resolve the issue.

                    I have family program/function at my home that is the reason i have place an order, the date was showing initialy on website is wednesday 27th september 2017, after placing order successful the order date was thursday 28th september 2017, and now seller has the delivery date on friday 29th september 2017.

                    Since 5 days no status on my order,
                    If this is getting cancelled or delayed, i need my amount with double cash back,
                    Also my other orders are running very slow, yet not getting any updates on those.

                    I got below message,

                    Order placed: your order for haier 190 l direct coo... With order id od[protected] amounting to rs.10799 has been received.                     I have contacted customer support since 5 days, no one helping in this issue.

                    Please help me, if not i can prefer to choose any another amazon and paytm they are providing me one day delivery.

                      Really pathetic service.. I ordered redmi note 4 on the big billion day offer in exchange of my redmi note 3. As per my information the exchange policy clearly states that the display should intact and imei should be verified. Both these processes were successfully done by the ekart boy but he refused delivery only on the basis that the mobile was slightly bent from the outer area. You guys should clearly mention about this in the exchange policy. You are literally making fool of the customers. My order id is od[protected]. Give me an adequate reply for this and i am submitting my complaint to consumer forum. You people are fraud.

                          I had placed an order on flipkart for whirlpool refrigerator. Order no. Od[protected]. It was promised to deliver on 24th september through ekart. It had reached the nearest hub from my home on 24th september but was not delivered. I mailed several mails to flipkart and then their executive called me and said we will deliver before 27th september. They can easily deliver my order but they are not willing to do. They can deliver my order today but they are not delivering. Worst service really. Not happy. I was going through many reviews posted by flipkart customers and i found many reviews in which i came to know that flipkart did not deliver the order and cancelled it for some fake reason. I have clearly informed flipkart customer care executive that such case must not happen in my case.

                          After so many follow up with flipkart customer care my order was delivered on 28th September. Flipkart must share detail of office and contact numbers of Ekart because a customer gets no proper information about the delivery status. Flipkart customer care is also not sure about delivery. I am happy that my order delivered safely but flipkart must improve service to maintain faith by customers.

                          I missed to mention one more thing here. Ekart is a Logistics company held by flipkart. Flipkart never reveals any contact detail of Ekart. Even Ekart web site is so poor. They have not mentioned any contact information of any offices. How a customer can contact? I need and i searched a lot for Ekart office is Surat but could not found. I think now flipkart is playing a game. They have reduced exchange discount amount for last 2 days. So they may not be delivering and may cancel the order of their own without my permission to get higher price against new order from some other customer

                          I had a talk yesterday with Ms. Saloni from customer care of flipkart and she promised me that my order will be delivered by 27th September for sure. Today when I called up again in the noon I was informed by Mr. Sanjay (senior customer care executive) that they are not sure about the delivery and they have escalated the issue to delivery team. I requested him to deliver it today But he was not ready to give any commitment. These people are really playing with customer and they are not ready to support. Just showing fake responses. I got an email from customer care stating that the delivery issue will be solved by 30th September. I tolerated a lot. Now i am going to file a case against flipkart in consumer court.

                                Yesterday am talking with your customer care executive and take assistance
                                Of your technical person fore resolving that divic problem am changed some
                                Settings and deleted some running apps but till know problem not solved
                                After 24houres so i requested to flipkart as per your terms and conditions
                                When i brought that phone your site says any problem occurred from that
                                Divic we will replace or take return that divic either 10 days so am given
                                Return request with 10 days but till now you don't take any decession as
                                Early as possible you will send your representative for collecting that
                                Divic otherwise am go for consumer court previously am brought lot of
                                Products i never face like this type of reply from flipkart know i lose
                                Faith on flipkart from last 3days am talking with your technical team for
                                Resolving that problem but it's not worked finally i given request for
                                Replacement only but you saying in related story

Jb mene purcha tb bola ki kid glti k wake me order cancel his hai. Avi wo log na mike mera order de raha hai na jo offer mila tha wo de raha hai. Me sahta hu ki muje wo order mile. Agr wo log order de mahi sahta tha to order lena hi mahi sahta tha. Tb me sure jega order details. Aisehi kyu mera paisa ek din rakh liya?? Avi mike who is using dam me sahta.

                                    I ordered samsung mobile in flipkart on 21st sept. My product delivery date is on 25th sept. But still that product not dispatched from seller. I connected with customer service they are not responding properly. They are saying your product will deliver after one week because of seller unexpected issue so you should wait. What the hell is this, same day i ordered another product that product not yet delivers but status showing delivered. I send so many mails to customer service center but till now i did'n get any response from they. Really worst experience. I wont order any item in flipkart and i won't suggest any one to buy in flipkart.

                                      I have booked redmi note 4 mobile through flipkart on 21st sep in big billianes days offer (Od[protected], i suppose to get delivery on 23rd sep which is not received yet. On same date i have received call from delivery person (Ekart) and he said he will delivere my phone on same date around 8 pm and i have called that person around 5 pm and he said that my working hours were over so i will arrange another person to delivered your product.

                                      I have called on customer service helpline and communicate with 6 person.

                                      Today i have received the message and email from flipkart stating that "order cancelled due to product was not accepted".

                                      I am unable to understand that if delivery person was not came to my place then how my order was cancelled without my confirmation.

                                      Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue and please arrange my product with the same price amount of rs 10999/-.
