      I ordered a vu 32 inch hd ready led tv on flipkart.com and it was scheduled to be delivered on 23 rd september. It was not delivered on 23rd sep.i called customer care and they responded like it will be delivered by 26th, suddenly on 25 th evening i received a mail and sms that order has been cancelled and refund processed. I called customer care and got no positive response. Now the product is available in there site but it cost more .

When i complained about this to customer care of flipkart they provide me some contact details of hyundai customer care. However, it is very unfortunate the number sent by your team does not repair hyundai power bank. My problem is yet not solved.

        It is very unfortunate that the contact number sent to me never deals with any kind of Power bank. Calling to that number is simply wastage of time. This is very disgusting that you don't have the proper knowledge of service centre. Simply you are cheating common people.

          Flipkart service assured me to deliver my laptop order to specific address after change change of address before a deadline. They cancelled my laptop order without my permission. Reason is seller is unable to deliver to my location. They did this one day after big billion sale. I unable to buy same laptop at same price. I have had contacted customer every day insuring delivery of product to my address.

            I placed an order (Od[protected] for moto z2 mobile phone on 22nd september. This was during the highly advertised big billion sale. At the time of order, i was assured of delivery the next day (23/9/2017). As of today (25/9/2017), the delivery is still pending and i am being asked to cancel the order due to address/pincode mismatch by multiple customer care executives. Multiple orders have been delivered to me and my flatmates on the same address. Your customer care is useless is providing any sort of solution that could be of any help.

            Today, i got another order delivered at the same address, there is no reason to why this order could have a special delivery issues.

            I have paid for the order. I want the item to be delivered as soon as possible.

            Please address this immediately.

              I ordered a mobile redimi note 4 of rs.9899 but due to some reasons i cancelled it later on. As flipkart promised me to refund my amount last by 25/09/2017.
              But they were not paying it back as they extended the date till 29/09/2017.
              And instead of giving me the exact reason they putting all blame to bank. Their executive told me that the payment is completed from their side it is the bank who is holding the money.

                I haven't ordered anything on 22 september. But there's an order confirmation in my account. Is this because someone else is using my account? The order confirmation is on my sms which i saw today (25th september) there's no email confirmation. How should i proceed?

                    I booked my phone moto c+ on[protected] on big billion day offer with exchange offer. Exchange price as well as all the necessary input was done by auto test run on flipkart app. Today on[protected] while receiving my order the delivery boy (Wish master) said that imei no. Is not matching and he did not delivered my phone. It's not my fault as imei no. Input was done through auto test run on flipkart app.
                    This is very disgusting as i formatted my exchange phone for delivery. As per flipkart consumer care they suggested me to cancel the order and place a new order but this is not possible as big billion day is over. I will not get the same offer
                    Request you to sort out the issue as big billion day offer is not available now and it's not my fault. Flipkart has no solution to this issue they said to cancel the order.

                            I ordered two samsung galaxy on nxt mobiles on 24 sep 17 during big billion days offer. Order was placed, payment was completed, expected delivery will be on 05 oct. On 25 sep morning, my order was cancelled automatically without prior any information. There was offer in amazon, snapdeal and everywhere. Mrp of the phone was 17, 900/- and i got the booking at 11, 610/- for each phone. How can you cancel the order after successfull payment and after offer period is over. I[censored] didn't have stock, i would have ordered from amazon where it was available in same rate. Now also it's available with you but rate has increased. It shows u don't want to give the offered rate but u have taken the amount which will be refunded after few days, by the time you will gain huge interest from the whole country. I talked to ur customer care executive many times but they told to give a fresh order in new rates, then who will pay my extra amount of rs. 12580 (Rs 6290 for each phone). Now i want the same order in same rate otherwise i will go to consumer court, already i complaint to consumer forum and the complaint no is 442521. I have all the order records and screenshot for reference. Looking forward for a favourable solution from your side.

                              On 9th september 2017 ordered moto e4 plus, the order did not get confirmed yet money was deducted from my credit card. Customer executives said the amount will get refunded by 72 hours but it has been 16 days and several phone call to customer care still haven't refunded the money. Do flipkart dupe people like this..?? I am looking for suggestions of what to do the retrieve the money as flipkart people are not picking up call from my number.

Have written to the customer care team/called them but all i am receiving is a system generated response.                                   Last month i oredered asus zenfone selfie through flipkart. It was delivered in 12 days after i callled many times to seller, i even cancelled and reordered the product several times. One day the delivered it. After few hours i started to notice that front camera quality is very poor, the battery backup is very weak and it's screen touch is little bit slow compared to other phones in this price range. Next day i messaged to flipkart to replace or give back my money so i messaged them and they replied to call the next day after 11:00 am. Next day i called but they responded by the same message. I also tried to text them but same reply came from their side again and again or not reachable.

                                  I dont know how these # managed to run such a horrible online theft business.
                                  Now i just want everyone who is reading this - please never order anything from flipkart and i too never will.

                                    I have given order and paid online for sony 40inch les tv but i received 32inch sony led tv. They also took my old tv in exchange. Immediately i called flipkart customer care, executive told me since 40 inch was not available that's why they delivered 32 inch tv. Now they have initiated refund process but i won't be able to get my old tv. This is a nice way to thug customers

                                        Hello sir,
                                        I am requesting that can you retrieve my order that i have canceled by mistake on 25/09/2017. Order was placed on 23/09/2017.
                                        I got a great deal and a great discount in this order but while tracking the order mistakenly it was cancled so please can i get it back in that deal and in that discount.
