I had ordered a lenovo yoga 510 on the big billion day sale with an exchange offer.

The delivery boy arrived with the laptop and checked my old laptop, which he confirmed was in working condition and delivered the new laptop. After half an hour he returned and said the laptop was damaged.

This is really absurd. If you have a exchange offer, do you really expect a new laptop in return?

And your service team, all they said was sorry. Wow flipkart! Thank you for the service. I will never order anything from you ever again. And stop having offers, which you cannot live up to.

    I want to imformation you about a product sell by retailnet. Before big billion sale the price a acer predator helios 300 was 99k and 109k respectively for i5 and i7. According to offer the price should be 49k and 59k respectively for i5 and i7. But the price is not this the price for i5 is 64k and 74k. This this how flipkart fool us... If flipkart don't want to sell in this price so why they advertise it.. Please help me.. As in photos follow ed-before big billion sale. And then according to offer price should. And now it's price.. And when i contact the seller. Please help me...

      We bought 4 led tvs from flipkart on last week and one of the bills doesnot contain gst number and also the gst number mentioned in other bills are not in a speceified coloumn. It just written with address. So we need the gst number in the seperate coloumn for all the bills. I attached you our existing bills. Kindly send me the new bills,

          My flipkart account is associated with my phone number. Whenever I try to login it shows my account is inactive. I have tried to send emails to Flipkart but it all goes into vain. I also have made an order few days ago. Due to this problem I'm not able to get any information about my order status. It's really frustrating. Please solve this problem asap.

                I placed an order for a phone worth inr 9499 on flipkart on 20/09/2017.
                The payment method was through netbanking.
                My bank account was debited but the order placement failed.
                Contacted flipkart customer service multiple time providing the bank transaction code but all that they said is the vendor has not received payment.
                I would request flipkart to either provide me a refund or deliver the product.

                        I purchased a moto c plus which keeps restarting. Flipkart has refused to replace the item because one technician spends two mins with the phone and sees that it does not restart ignoring the fact that this phone has restarted repeatedly the rest of the day. How can flipkart refuse to replace or refund my money when the request is made within the replacement time. This is cheating customers of their money and forcing them to stay use a defective product. Your customer care people have only kept me on hold for 20 mins 3 times and done nothing. I want my product replaced asap.

At that time itself, the battery if it is in 50% the mobile is automatic switch offing, i were in outer city, so i didn't have any mobile service centre near by my home, now only we gave the mobile to mobile service center, but they told that battery is not good, weak and duplicate.                               I have ordered apple macbook air from flipkart choosing debit card emi option but to my surprise whole amount was deducted from my account. Now when i called customer service representative and told the same, they were denying the fact that there is no such service of debit card emi available on their app. When i said that i have screenshots of this showing apple macbook air product on flipkart app with debit card emi option. They blamed me of not choosing correct option while paying. That's totally incorrect. While i only wanting to pay through debit card emi, i was extra cautious making payment.

                                    I ordered a ifb microwave from flipkart and i wasn`t available at my home address where delivery was supposed to take place. I called customer care and requested them for rescheduling the delivery after 2nd oct as i had to travel without prior notice. My request was lodged and assured that they will reschedule the delivery. Now, i have got a message update that my order has been cancelled. I called customer care again and they have a different version this time that they can`t reschedule delivery. This is highly unethical as order was cancelled after first attempt itself. I want my order to be delivered at my address at my desired time. This incident happened on 21st sep and order was placed on 18th-19th sep 2017.

                                      Flipkart cheated it's customers by advertising that huawei p9 will be on flash sale for rs:14, 999/

                                      Yesterday[protected] night flipkart send me a notification through their app advertising that huawei p9 will be on flash sale for rs:14, 999 from 22nd midnight 12am onwards. After seeing this promo on app, i checked their website and found the same ad there as well. But at that time the product was not available and it was showing "coming soon" on the product page. I decided to wait till 12 am to buy that phone. But even after 12 am, it was still showing "coming soon". I waited till 2.30 am refreshing the page in every few seconds hoping that the phone will eventually appear on sale. But it never happened. Went to sleep at 2.30 am and woke up around 6.30 am and the first thing i did was to check the same product page and it was still showing "coming soon". I checked again few times before leaving for an important meeting and all the time it was showing the same status. I even checked it in between my meeting and the status was the same. And now the status is "sold out".

                                      Flipkart cheated their customers like me who were waiting for hours to by huawei p9 on discounted rate. They put a lot of advertisement regarding the flash sale of this phone on all the main news sites. It is pure cheating from flipkart. Just now i called their customer support and the lady who i talked with doesn't even care. I wasted almost 6 hours in the late night and was very sleepy in the morning even when i was driving. And i couldn't finish the meeting well coz i was too sleepy. I will file a consumer complaint if i don't get a satisfying reply from flipkart.

                                      I already talked with your customer service twice. First time the lady didn't had a clue. And second time when i insisted on talking to the senior department, the executive agreed and asked me to wait till the call connected to the senior level. I waited for almost 15 minutes and all i heard was the music and i had to disconnect the call.

                                      However, i can try one more time. But what should i tell them? Do you have any case number or something like that? I am afraid that your executives will be clueless again.

                                        I am attempting to purchase iphone 6 from flipkart on your big billion sale. The value which is appearing at the site is 20999 however when i open the connection to purchase the item the cost consequently changes to 26899. What is this. The organization is playing with the feelings of the client. Require dire answer for this issue and need the item at the cost of 20999. One of my dear companion has bought a similar portable from flipkart today morning at 20999 yet when i began requesting the versatile the cost consequently raised with no earlier notice. Is this where your organization stands. By swindling the clients, by controlling the costs you make a kind of extortion with us. Require earnest answer for this
