    I ordered one mobile from flipkart. I had made payment through atm card. My order delivery date is 25/09/2017 today, but its status shows that the order is not packed yet. I want to gift it to someone, so it is very imp to me.

    I want it as early as possible, so please make arrangement for it fast.

    I called their customer care executive but they did not answer satisfactorily.

When i initiated to call customer care they informed me that your order has been cancelled and u will get the refund back. I was saving almost 6000 on flipkart on big billion day sale.       I had placed this order spacewood optima engineered wood 3 dorr wardorbe (Od[protected] on 8th september 2017 along with mayflower king size bad (Order number od[protected] on 8th sep 2017.. Scheduled the delivery for 16th sep 2017 as i am working and i can accept the delivery only on weekends

      Do my utter dismay the product was delayed and no update was given by flipkart about the delay. When i followed up with them they assured me that the product will be delivered on 23rd sep

      Not trusting flipkart i followed up with them once again only to be disappointed again when they were not ready to commit delivery on the promised date of 23rd. So i postponed the delivery for 30th september

      Today i got a call from someone named yash from flipkart informing me that my order is cancelled and i will have to book it again

      The problem is that i have taken both the products on emi and have already paid the emi conversion fees.

      Yash also was very arrogant in his approach and even threathened to disconnect the call when i asked him for a reason for cancellation

      Funny part is that i was called by thier delivery partners on 23rd sept 2017 informing me that they are out for delivery

      3 complains are raised without any resolution. They do not transfer to the managers. The excuse is that the manager is busy. Im on hold for more than 1 hours right now while typing this complain

      Will definately file a case against flip kart and claim damages for the delay and harrasement

      Yes you guys did revert on 25th with an assurance that the resolution will be provided by 28th

      Guess what!!! its 28th Sep today unless Flip kart uses some other calender

      Had to follow up with you guys again today and as usual the same old dialogues "We apologize for the inconvenience", "We are escalating this on your behalf and you will get a resolution within 24 -48 hours"

      Its Actually funny how you guys are still in business

      Also, hire a few managers as the managers are always to busy to take a call or to lazy to call back even when a Manager call back is requested

      I need a confirmation that my shipment will be delivered on 30th Sep or 1st Oct 2017 as promised or else Flip Kart will loose a lot on Money on account of the case i file on you for neglegance, harrasment and money loss to me tommorrow
      So guys guess what I get a resolution today

      Got a call from your logistics team informing me that my order is cancelled...Where as when ever I get a call from your support team they say that the order is not cancelled

      Looks like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing

      I am pressing charges against you for the harassment, monetary loss which will happen as I have paid for 2 products in that 1 order..So if 1 is cancelled the other one will also be cancelled..Have already converted the entire amount into Emi and have already paid the emi conversion rates
      I've wasted my time and money calling you guys as you do not follow up

      Plus this was a gift for my brother

      Be ready for the legal notice which will sent to you shortly and I'll ensure that all the telephonic discussions, emails and SMS are posted on all social media sites

      Wonder what Amazon will have to say about this, keeping in mind they are associated with you

        I have purchased a redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart at rs.9899/- on 21.09.2017 and it got delivered on 24.09.2017. After receiving the phone, i checked the phone and was not satisfying with the handset as the quality of phone and camera was not good. Same day, i called customer care and requested to return. That fellow assure me that the product will return and i will get the refund. But now they are taking the phone back, they are agree to replace. But i dont want the same phone again. So, i want my money back.

            I have been ordered vu43 inch ultra hd smartled tv from flipkart on 20th sep 2017 big billions day, as they gave availability to my location i ordered the product to my location with an online payment. After 2 days i got a call from flipkart backend customer (Lavanya). She said it was not able to deliver the product to your location. Then i raised my voice y don't u say it before i have been done payment and now ur saying ru playing games or what... I said to her i just want my product to be shipped to my location within 2 days... She said we will try to deliver it sir asap. After 2 days u will get a call about this incident to resolve the problem. From that day onwards i always calls to the customer care and asks about status update they repeated the same dialogue every time when i call customer care (Our team is working on it closely with a highest priority. Our team will contact u within 2 days). Up to then again today means[protected] at 1pm they called me and said we want 24 to 48hrs to get the information update from seller and logistics side. I have said will not tolerate this i will give a consumer complaint also they are covering themsleves. But now iam decided to write this now so consider this situation and get me a favour for this hopefully. Thank you

              Today the executive came for pick of return requested by me.
              He denied to pick up saying that the product doesn't have mrp tag.
              As yesterday when i unboxed the product it had only the brand tag and the invoice, mrp tag didn't came in both the products.
              I read the conditions that to be able to return the product all the tags and brand package should remain unbroken.
              But what about the mrp tag which didn't even came in package.

              What a way to deny the return,
              First they don't put mrp tag while packaging and and now it's very easy for them to deny for it's absence.

              This is one kind of fraudulent activity flipkart has started so that they can deny to pick up the return.

              Also contacted the customer care but i have been told to wait till 28 sep.
              Why should i suffer for their mistakes?

              Please intervene in this matter else it would lead further escalation

My mobile is in warranty period and i have issue about display (A thin pink line showing on display from 18 september) but flipkart doesn't give service properly.                   I would like place a complaint on flip kart where i have given the delivery details as khammam but the place where the product is out for delivery is showing as suryapet

                  When i called the number which the flipkart updated to me he is telling that product is not with us and more over we are not the persons to deliver it to khammam.

                  Its really very irritating and i need immediate response on this and i also i want to file a complaint on flipkart as it is doing fake promises to the customers.

                    Hello,
                    I am a regular seller and a buyer on flipkart. And i have observed flipkart from both perspective. Here is what i have discovered so far:
                    Flipkart mostly concentrate on big sellers, therefore any issue faced by single customer or seller will not be taken seriously. And they can go against their own policies. For instance, sellers are not allowed to increase prices 30days prior to big billion sale. But their main sellers can increase prices even while the sale is running. Therefore fooling customers by selling the final product for the same price and calling it discounted.
                    A big serious corruption: the field executives/ delivery guys are the major culprits for both sellers and buyers. As a buyer i received some different products instead of what i have ordered, and sometimes missing accessories. And i thought this was sellers fault.
                    But when i become a seller myself on flipkart, i started receiving products as "courier returns" which means, when a customer cancels the order before delivery. And got shocked to see fake items inside the box! The product never reached customer, then who replaced the original product with the fake? The courier guys! Who replaces the products on the way, both for delivery and returns.
                    So, flipkart is not at all a trusted place to shop or sell. Better stay away from doing business or ordering expensive items from there.

                        I purchased iphone 6s in flipkart on 21th sep and they assured to deliver it on 25th sep, however still i have not received the iphone. When ever i call the customer care they give non sense answers and asked me to cancel the order. Till now it is not yet packed nor shipped. Hope this complaints helps me.

                        From past two days i am calling customer care they are giving all non sense answer like server is slow so it is not updated you will receive the product in time.

                          In recent big billion day sale i have ordered a mobile with discounted price on 21st sep 2017. It is suppose to get delivered in a day as mentioned their order history / tracking page but it is not delivered till date. Upon asking the reason for delay in delivery they are suggesting to cancel the product and reorder with normal price without discount. If flipkart is not intended to give products at discounted prices and can't handle the pressure of the discounted sales... Why they have to introduce such offers??? I want my ordered product to be delivered asap.

Now flipkart aks to return the product but i have missed the other product from market with same specification and at same rate, but know i need to pay 15k more to same product which i have missed due to wrong specification mention by flipkart,

                              Ordered and received a damaged iphone (Extreme overheating and scratched back logo) and when asked for replacement flipkart completely denies it. Contacted them several times and they just hang up the phone saying we are sorry. Apple service center also denies replacement as according to them the product is damaged accidentally.

                                I hated it. I got this message for my friends and I got this tracking number [protected]. But I waited for 17 days. So I tracked in an website. It showed the Canada post website related to the tracking id [protected]. When i gave to track the number it told that it is not a part of the Canada post system.

                                Fake contest! Every one is getting the same product track id [protected] for contest winning prize. And VERY IMPORTANT it is also asking for "access into your media, files, gallery, contact, etc." from your mobile phone. There may be possibilities to hack all our personal details from our phone.

                                  I was trying to place an order for samsung galaxy s7 on 24th september (Big billion days offer). The amount of 24, 790 got debited from my account through net banking but the order did not get placed. (No message from flipkart about the order). Also in my orders section, the order didn't get displayed.

                                    I've been stuck with issues with this product (Kobo magnetic gym upright bike) for more than 2 months now. The product is worth 12, 199rs. Seller shipped a defective product, for which i asked for the replacement, seller again shipped a defective product, a month had passed by since then. After which i asked for the refund. Item was picked up on august 21st. It has been more than a month since then. But flipkart didn't give me my refund yet. Reason? Technical issue. Which their engineers are not able to solve since a month now.

                                    I've called flipkart more than 20 times now, and every time they've just been rescheduling the date, because of the "technical issues" with this order. The seller has acknowledged that he has received the product. But flipkart is not giving the refund.

                                      Hello! Dear team
                                      I am really shocked about service and mismanagement of your team. On the day of big billion 21 september i have placed an order with order id - od[protected] on samsung galaxy on max with an exchange of redmi 2 prime. On 22 sep delivery boy came to my home for delivery and without any reason he rejects to accept my handset. I have all original invoice with all genuine accessories, box and good condition of handset. After that i have contact to customer care several times and every time representative told me that your complaint has been escalated and there will be re inspection of re delivery, finally asked me to wait until 28 september and said that we assure you your delivery will be confirm. On 24 september suddenly i got e mail and sms that your order has been cancelled and refund is in process without any confirmation, inspection and prior information.
                                      Is that the way to deal with customer. This has happened when the offers are going to end. Is the offers only for showing, if the customer avails the offer, cancel the order at that time he is not able to avail again.
                                      Request you to kindly look into this matter and give me a resolution.
