    Received a defect laptop (Power button not working), asked for return of date: 13 sep 2017 23:56. No one visit for checking the but in 17th i called to flipkart but executive telling its cancelled. Again flipkart asking me for wait for 24 hour, you will get call for resolution & wait for 23rd sept. I paid full money but still i am not getting what i have purchased.

    Need help.

      I purchased the leeco tv order date 06.10.16 from flipkart.

      Product: LEECO 138.8CM (55) ULTRA HD (4K) SMART LED TV
      Display is defective 25% of screen area blacked out since last 4 days. Not able to contact Leeco.All service centers in my area closed. Website and tollfree no of leeco not working. Flipkart response is lethargic to say the least. I only purchased this brand leeco because it was sold by flipkart.The product is under warranty but not able to get the required replacement of the faulty product.The product was covered under warranty for 2 years and was flipkart assured.I called up your tollfree no.[protected],[protected],[protected] several times and finally i got a responce from them but of no use.Nobody called up for visit as promised by customer support.Also i have mailed you several times on your email address [protected]@flipkart.com but of no use status of my complaint is the same.This is really not acceptable from flipkart you sell something and then you dont provide the support for the product under warranty .Please find attached copy of invoice and arrange for replacement of this product asap.

            I have bought moto e4 plus from flipkart after use found out touch is defective and i have placed a return request

            First time they rejected and said to reboot the phone

            I did reboot, factory reset still touch not working properly when i touch a part bottom screen is getting clicked which i didn't touch

            Second return request they didn't responded on the same day and called day after when i couldn't pick the call and no response after that

            Please get me a replacement or refund as i cannot use the mobile properly couldn't type a message and use the mobile

            I didn't expect such a customer service from flipkart

                  On june 30th, i made a purchase of a toy train and made the payment through internet banking. After 15 days, i came to know that my bank account was debited twice, that is two payments of rs. 1149
                  After following the issue first with flipkart, who denied the double debit, i took up the matter with my bank, who took more than a month to resolve it.
                  On september 6th, i got a call from a flipkart executive saying that the matter was resolved and that the amount would be credited to my original payment method within 5 working days. He asked for my bank account details, which i gave after much hesitation.
                  I received an email with the details and the promise that the refund was initiated manually. I subsequently got a call from my bank saying
                  It is now 11 days since i received the mail and there is no sign of the refund.
                  If i call customer service, the set of dumb people sitting there give stereo type responses.
                  Please work on my refund. It is a small amount for you, but a big amount for me.
                  I am a long standing customer of flipkart and the little credibility i have in the company is fading away day by day.

                  I have added the picture of the double debit on June 30th 2017, and the letter from Customer service on September 6th 2017, saying that they would refund the amount. Unfortunately, I cancelled the successful transaction too on 30th July itself, because I had selected the wrong address. An amount of Rs. 1149 was refunded to my Phone pe wallet. Whenever I call Flipkart CS, they say the amount has been debited. One amount of Rs. 1149 has been debited. What about the second amount?

                    This is to inform that i placed order for redmi note 4 on 30 th august and got my delivery packet on 31st august 2017 at 10.35 am from ekart delivery courier. I unboxed the packet and the mobile phone was missing, charger and usb cable was there only, so immediately i called the flipkart and raised a complain over there and they assured me that this was our mistake and i will get my product before 12 september, so i waited for 10 days and called again to know about my status, when i called them on 9 september they were saying that our team will contact me before 12 sep, so i asked them i want to know about my status so they transferred my call to his supervisor mr. Md mohsin, he told me that my request had been cancelled, so i asked him how they can cancel without informing me and then he told me that on my behalf he will raise another complain and will escalate my issue, on 11 sep i had mailed to no of peoples including sachin bansal [protected]@flipkart.com, escalations [protected]@flipkart.com
                    [protected]@flipkart.com, and grievance. [protected]@flipkart.com, so i got a cal from there side and mr bipin told me that he is from escalations team and will process the call and will give me resolution so i waited for 24 hours as they had asked me to. And then again i got mail to wait for another 2 hour but then got no response from there side and then got mail that they have cancelled my request again after confirming from delivery partner and seller, so i mailed them again but they were not replying to my mails and then i called them, so they told me delivery was intact and again disconnected my cal and then again i raised the issue they told me to wait for 12 days as they will revert me back before 24 september,

                    One thing i would like to add about the delivery status of my phone, i got my delivery at 10.35 am on 31st aug and rasied a complain around 11 am and when i looked the status of my delivery its showing that i got my delivery around 5.14 pm 31st august 2017 so i called them again to know about the status then they told me i got my delivery around 5.14 pm only so then i asked them how it is possible, if i had my delivery at 5.14 pm so how would i, be able to raise a complain before my delivery time. Then they rechecked the status and then told me time i actually got my delivery i. E 10.35am 31 aug 2017. Then i asked them to recheck the complete process and let me know but on sending no of mails they were not even reverting on my mails and yet know i did not got any information about the delivery partner and the boy who delivered my parcel. I think flipkart is not even checking my status and just cancelling my complain again and again. I lost 13000 and no one from flipkart is taking my issue seriously, i did not expect such kind of thing from a big & renowned company. Recently i have bought so many products from flipkart. But did not know they treat their customers in such a bad way. Not only bad it's pathetic. Worst customer service rather i say.

                      Hello flipkart, i ordered a watch from you on 1oth of sep, they texted me that i ll get my product on 18th of sep. But the wkart guys called me on 15th told me that he would come and give me the product on that day but didn't come, same happened on 16th n so on 17, tofay i called them, after telling them all the situation they topd me"thik hai" then disconnected, i thought that flipkart ia punctual n easy to deliver n order but.. It seems as they are creating more havoc. I plzz request you to take action, and just deliver my product, no other problem with that. Please do so.:)

                        Dear sir i had ordered adidas women and men ankle socks the details are given below

                        So my concern against this order numbers or that the product i have received is 2 years old and the quality of the product is also very low.
                        I had opened only one packet and washed one of the socks you will be shocked on washing the socks the woolen particles begin to come out.

                        On calling customer care they simply denied that your product cannot be replaced or refunded because it came under no return policy. I totally agreed with this but you yourself think that is ilit written under the no return policy that the customer will get 2 years old product and defective product. The consumer have no right to information right to get good product from flipkart. You had given me mental pressure and also played with customer sentiment and you simply denied to help the customer and also violated consumer rules because i have received a very old product and and defective also.
                        I know that flipkart will never solve my problem because i had also comlained flipkart before posting in this forum.
                        They simply closed the issue saying that the product is under no return policy. So my request to all of you is please buy products from flipkart after thinking thousand of times.
                        The customer rights are emptied into trash because they favour seller not the customer.

                              Due to your current change in policy. I am facing lot of issues with supplied products. This is second time i m facing issue. I was having issue with mobile phone which i have brought. And second time i bought car cover which is not meeting specification shown during online shopping. And most important it is not suitable for the car which i bought. Even on replacement of this same product i m going to get then what is the use.. Kindly change your policies before loosing father in online shopping...

                              By this seller is selling any products. They know any how because of policy we have to accept it.. Once u get the replacement after that u don't have options.

                              The customer complaint about car cover is not meeting the specification wants the refund for the same. We had interacted with the customer and offered the replacement and same will get delivered on or before 23/Sep/2017. Hence closing the complaint.

                                  Details of complaint –

                                  I have purchased lenovo k6 power from flipkart on 29th august 2017 and the product was delivered on 31st august 2017.

                                  I was given the phone gift to my mother who took 10 days to start the phone and later she found that the phone is not getting singles. I written an email to flipkart to report the issue on 12th september 2017 and got response from them that they cannot replace my phone because i am 2 days late as per the return policy. They asked me to visit lenovo customer service center to get the issue fixed.

                                  I visited the lenovo service center and they found that the motherboard of the phone need to replace to fix the issue. Which is a manufacturing defect.

                                  I am not sure why flipkart or the sailor cannot provide me replacement of the faulty product.

                                  I want the handset should be replaced by flipkart because the phone had a manufacturing defect.

Since the product was delivered to you on 31st August, it has crossed the seller's 10 day replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement request.                                   This is a follow complaint of my previous complaint. As per the flipkart suggestion I have given my phone to service center and got my phone's motherboard replaced. Yesterday I got my phone from service station and today the phone automatically shutdown and not even restarting. I am fed up with this junk and need proper solution for my money. Please suggest me how to sue Flipkart to consumer forum If no body can help me to get my money back.

                                      I bought lenovo vibe k5 note (Gold, 64 gb) mobile from flipkart, order id: od[protected], order date:[protected], invoice date:[protected].
                                      For more than a month now, the mobile is giving many problems.
                                      1. It does not switch on to wlan. So i can not use wifi.
                                      2. It hangs a lot.

                                        ​i ordered a mobile phone moto e4 plus from flipkart on 16/08/2017. The product is not supporting volte feature and there is a problem relating to sensors. I called flipkart and they replaced the product and it was delivered on 30/08/2017. But the product is giving the same problem again i. E volte and sensor problem. I contacted flipkart and they asked me to visit the service centre and get the reference code and assured that if the problem is not solved at centre they will grant me refund. I went to the centre and the problem was not solved by them and they provided me the reference code. They assured me that if the service centre will give the code we will grant you the refund but now they are not granting me refund even they are not responding. They are saying that backend team will contact me but no phone call from their side. More than 15 days have been spent but they are giving me excuses that today at this time or tomorrow at this tome we will solve your query. No solution has been provided to mee yet. Kindly help me out and help me in getting my money back

                                        Appropriate action has been taken with respect to customer issue. customer say he received product Moto E4 Plus (Iron Gray, 32 GB) (3 GB RAM) but he is a damage product so he want to replacement his product and he get replacement product but now he face the same issue regarding this product so he want to again replacement so i inform to customer that pleas go to service center if your issue is not resolved then we are give your replacement or refund and customer agree.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                        Sir i went to service centre. They said that the issue can't be resolved so they provided me the reference number. Please grant me refund. The problem is not getting solved and i m facing many problems with the phone. Kindly grant me the refund. I ll be thankful to u. Flipkart executives are not even contacting me. They are giving excuses.

                                        Yesterday they called me but without providing any solution they disconnected the call. I was asking for the solution and they disconnected the call. N after that no call came n no solution has been provided to me. Almost 18-20 days have been passed facing this problem. Plz help me out

                                        As discussed the matter earlier with you my order if is od[protected].. Flipkart is not providing the solution for refund of the product. As per your conversation with flipkart they contacted me but without providing the solution they disconnected the call when i contacted back that was not reachable.. Infact one time they were talking with each other but didn't talked to me and disconnected the call. Sir its a humble request to u to take strict action against flipkart. They are just giving me excuses and taking a long time. It has been 20 days gone that i have been suffering from the problem.. Please provide me the solution and help me to get my money back. I m in very much trouble as my money has also gone n the phone is also not working. Please ask flipkart to grant me refund at earliest. Reference code is also attached with the complaint. Infact this reference code is also sent to flipkart but they are not granting me the refund. Please help me out.
