Hi sir,

i bought a camera from flipkart and they got me deliverd on 29/08/2017. when i opened it i found that the stone in it and got his bag. then i called the customer care on flipkart on raised the compalint. they give me time on september 10.i have called him 30 to 35 times so far and now he tells me that we have given you a product and we can not do anything.i am very troubled by him, you help me. flipkart not return the money not gave me the procuct

It has been more than 21 days since I placed the order. I haven't received my product. Despite calling customer care multiple times, one noble Flipkart customer care representative suggested me to cancel the original order and re-order it higher price. This is how they do business? Whenever I call customer care they give deadlines which they can't keep and everytime come up with the same excuses. I really doubt whether they can resolve any customer issues at all..I should have bought the same product from Amazon. I did a mistake buying it from Flipkart. My order "OD[protected]"

    I orderd the following item approx one month back but got the defected piece. I gave the replacement request but after some days i received a mail that we are unable to deliver your product so we are cancelling the request. Again a gave a fresh request for replacement but its been more than a month and i have not received any mail, message or phone from flipcart regarding my replacement. Should i write on social media or file a case in consumer forum??? Please tell me flipkart??? Pathetic service experienced from flipcart. I want my replacement or full refund.

      I had purchased whirlpool 7kg full automatic washing machine on 23 rd august 2017 (Order id od[protected] which was delivered on 13th september 2017. The product was found to be completely damaged. I had filed a return request on 13th september and the technician visited on 13th itself and reported about the damage and also informed us that the same will be picked up by the courier partner. But now flipkart is denying the refund and giving all nonsense excuse that the same will not be returned. But on discussing the matter with customer care executive, we were informed that our product will be picked up for sure on or before 22nd september and the refund will be initiated thereafter. I have the call recording of the conversation with the executive. But now flipkart's back end officers are refusing to take return and are telling us that their executive gave us the wrong information and that they were sorry and couldn't do anything. They are denying their own customer care executive's words. I have also the invoice copy of product where it is clearly written about the return policy and not the replacement policy.
      Now flipkart is emphasising to take replacement of the product which they will decide whether or not will be done.
      They are fooling people and doing fraud.

      I want full refund of the product and not replacement or else i will approach consumer forum

        Flipkart is a fraud company!

        I my name is ashish sharma, i have ordered hp i3 6gen be012tu laptop on 21 september in exchange offer.
        I exchanged my compaq 620 with hp of rs 10, 000 offer price and also[protected] sbi card offer. At the time of placing exchange i put my old laptop serial no which is accepted by flipkart for exchange and order placed successfully but today at the time of delivery wishmaster (Courier boy) refused to accept my laptop saying that serial no did not match so i called fliokart customer care and asked them the reason and problem they said serial no provided by you at the time of placing order is exact can you crosscheck so we crosscheck that which is correct but not accepting in whishmaster's machine.

        Now flipkart customer care is not providing any solution and they said you that after cancelling your order you have to reorder again which is not possible because now offer is expired also i missed the same offer was available on amazon.

        This shows flipkart service and support is too bad, plz help me

                  Even after mentioning the correct delivery address i am not sure why the address changed. So i want the product to be delivered to a different address instead of the one mentioned in the order.

                        I bought lava z25 mobile but it had defective mic and speaker (During the call other side is not audible rather there is an interruption of a noise), complained to customer care for replacement. They sent an technician who actually couldn't open the handset and told us to flash mobile which will cost 400 to 500 depending upon device. I called customer service and told them why should i pay for the defective piece because i have paid for a new piece and not for a defective piece. They told me that the technician had told the matter is resolved and mobile does not have any problem so it can neither be replaced nor returned. During this conversation the escalated call representative behaved very badly & rudely. I kept telling her that the technician couldn't open the mobile, didn't make any call didn't hear the sound produced during calls, didn't check anything but she disconnected the call. My last date for replacement /returning is 28th september 2017. They didn't even confirm with the customer about the work done by the technician.

                          Hi, i ordered asus zenfone selfie in flipkart using sbi debit card and then i choose to cancel the order and i got the status saying i will get a refund in 6 working days fair enough.

                          Then i was ordering lenovo k8 plus phone in flipkart. I filled everything, my money got deducted but the order didn't get placed it's rs.8399.

                          I choose to pay by debit card sbi debit card.

                          I am not at all happy with flipkart service this is one of the worst services i ever had.

                          Please don't ask for order details coz order didn't get placed and money got deducted.

                          I got the call from Flipkart, The lady who spoke to me she said I will get a notification and then the refund will be processed for my Lenovo phone, It been 5 hours I didn't get any notification yet. Flipkart seriously sucks.

                          I don't understand what to do when the famous online shopping site like Flipkart cheats with their customers who do I trust then?

                          Its a big question mark on Flipkart not being transparent.

                          All I want now is my money back to me Rs. 8099 of Asus zenfone selfie and Rs.8399 of Lenovo K8 plus in total Rs.16498/- Immediately.

                          I didn't get any notification at all yet when i called flipkart toll free no i almost tried 10 times IVR said i will get a call back. Finally i got a call but the person on the other side cant even understand my problem n he said he will raise a request n some team will get it touch with me within 25th sep.
                          I don't understand why i didn't get the notification yet and flipkart has a very very bad customer service.
                          They cant even understand english how they will help on top of that they try to fake there accent.
                          I think if don't get any proper response from flipkart team tomorrow then i will officailly file a case again them in consumer court.

                            I ordered samsung s7 on 21september 2017 thursday. Before placing order i checked probable delivery date with my pincode, it showed me 23september 2017 saturday.
                            But after payment & submitting order it showed me 25th september 2017. I immediately contacted on of the flipkart executives.
                            But didn't get satisfied with her response as she said that showing delivery date is tentative and continued with some other reasons.
                            I didn't understand what is that tentative delivery date?? I checked with my pincode & it showed me 2 days for delivery.
                            Now i will not available on the current delivery date (25th september 2017) as iam going on holiday for 7 days.
                            Initially it showed me the delivery will be before saturday and that is the reason i booked the handset. Now they are saying it will be on monday

                              I am lodging this complaint due to i am very disappointed by the treatment of flipkart support team in the matter of missing mobile in box (Redmi note 4 - order id: od[protected] date : 26.07.2017). After more than 50 days of lodging the complaint (From 28.07.2017) no proper response / findings is given to me. Flipkart support team is completely failed to provide me what is their actual finding from investigation during last 50 days in this case. They give me childish reason that "your request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history" which are not even concerned in this particular mobile missing case. They are not interested in catch the actual culprit. I have provided my flipkart / customer id to flipkart support team to show me single transaction in last 1 year which i had returned from my flipkart id but now they are not responded. My flipkart id is "sandeep. [protected]@rediffmail.com". Now they have blocked my above flipkart id. I want justice and refund my money. I am submitting herewith invoice copy and last email for your ready reference and necessary action.

                              Again childish reason, without proper investigation, which are not even concern for this online fraud. Reason not accepted for this particular mobile missing case. it means you all are involved in this fraud. Please give me my returned item list as you mentioned high number return from my side. My Flipkart ID is "sandeep.[protected]@rediffmail.com". I think Flipkart is not interested in deep investigation and catch culprit.
                              Complaint is still open from my side. I requested Consumer complaint officer to take action serious action on flipkart so that they will never cheat any customer in future. My complaint not close.

                                I already raised one complaint but still mu issue is not been solved, flipkart is directly telling that refund is been done succesfully from us and i havent recive any refund in my account, give me some proof in writting or email me the reciept that money is been transfered to my account,

                                  I had ordered for 2 numbers of the item Beadworks Showpiece - 7.2 cm. But I received only one piece. The package itself was small enough to hold only one piece. The courier boy just gave the package to me and rushed off without waiting for me to check if the required quantities are available.

                                    With order id od[protected], i did a purchase which was later assured to be picked up. Flipkart told me that they have refunded the amount to phonepe and phonepe automatically refunded the amount to the citi bank credit card belonging to my brother i used for the purchase. The irony is that it's more than 1 month and i have not received the amount back into the account. I asked the phonepe, they provided me some arn no with which my brother contacted the bank and the bank denied any such transaction. I am writing to flipkart and phonepe again and again but the reply is the same. They seem really very less interested in resolving this issue.

                                    Hearing the same thing from you guys again and again. But the question is... Where is the money? You are saying not with you and the bank is saying not with them... They have denied the existence of any such transaction even after telling you guys the same thing you are asking me to contact the bank... Really a great way to run away...

                                    No help from bank side. They again turned down the claim. And when I asked about the dispute form they told me that it will take more than 90 days and on finding it to be a valid transaction a processing charge of ₹100 would be levied. But as they have not been able to trace down any such transaction as of now, they warned me of t&c and said that there is maximum probability of your claim to be invalid. If it's not found to be valid I will have to pay a penalty of same amount and in addition I will need to face legal actions too.
                                    Now you must tell me... Why I should face all these things because of your mistakes?
                                    I am asking for just one thing... Please refund me the money in my Phonepe wallet and let me use it as per my will... I have already run after you for last 3 months for the same refund... I don't have that much time to run for next 3 months for the same amount after the bank... So please, refund the amount to the Phonepe wallet.

                                        Regarding the order id: od[protected] you cannot ignore the responsibilities and liabilities on the customer like this way, you are trying to divert the main issue consistently by your illegal work.
                                        Your work is violating the indian consumer protection act., which is above all. You had violated your own policies and after that you are trying to use your policies as a shield (Cant/fraudulence) after trapping, misguiding me by your scam process. As i already told you everything before and submitted my refund request to you via mail which was officially declared by you to me on 1st september, 26th august, 02nd september and many times before that day i had mentioned my previous mail. Also, why you misguided me about the terms when i asked you before buying this product?

                                        Please take your defective product and refund me asap you said to me.

                                        What you will revert on it? Your business is genuine scam process of genuine spammers. You generally diverting the issue and violating the Consumer Act. So wait and stay over there you will get a proper reply from me. Just wait and watch for the proper time. You may have seen many customers but you have not seen me.
