The seller would like to set this right by initiating a refund for the above mentioned order, as you wish. This will be done as soon as the pick up of the initial product is confirmed by our courier partner and you will receive an e-mail with the refund details.
The pickup will be done by September 23, 2017. Please pack the product with accessories, price tag, labels, if any in the original product box and we would like to let you know that the delivery executive will not be able to complete the pickup in case any of the items are missing.
The refund for your order will be credited to your credit card in 7 business days, after initiation.

When checked with service center they told that they can replace the screen and we have to raise again the concern with flipkart for replacement but flipkart is not behaving professionally.
I am the customer who is suffering for last 2-3 months due to that faulty mobile phone without having any fault.
If you are not considering it then be ready to meet at consumer court this time as i have enough of your excuses.
