Product d jindal shoulder bad order number od[protected] ordered on 4 july 2017 and delivered on 11 july was ordered by [protected] and email [protected]@yahoo.com
After placing the order for cod i got a message to do the payment before delivery by online banking.
I did the same. But the delivered product had cod written on it so i was asked by the delivery boy to pay the amount again.
Thus i paid 144 rs twice. By talking with flipkart customer care again and again. I got no positive response after duration of 2 month also.
I need the refund of the amount paid twice.

    Please give my refund back soon as possible and pick up the current product which you deliver to home adress urgently. I need refund of both products early as possible. Such a pathetic product i got. Both of the product are not good.. The earlier product of shri jagdama jewels round earing studs, i return the product but doesn't get back my refund still. And now moreover the product from vaishnavi is not eve good quality.. Please pick up it early from my home and initiate refund of it..

      I purchase a product on 22nd july 2017 eros wood engineering tv entertainment unit form flipkart, it was delivered after 10day and was installed on 28th of august 2017 as soon as it was been install, i found lots of scratch, pet stain, back side board was broken and handle missing the person who installed also saw and took picture of all the complaint i have raised immediately the costumer support officer said they i'll arrange for uninstallation and pickup, after that the refund process i'll be done, the uninstallation and packing has been done successfully still the pickup has not been done, if i call to costumer care it says all the costumer care officer are busy at the moment please try after sometime, i don't are trying to do, i want them to arrange for the pickup the product and the earliest refund my money back,

        I have purchased this product from flipkart on 16th of october and i received this product on 17th october and i am facing several problems with this product. I have purchased redmi note 4. I have talked with the flipkart company's executive miss madhu and i am not satisfied with the service she provided to me she said the only way to my problem is that i need to go to the service centre of redmi but if iam needed to the service centre then why would i purchased this product from your site.
        I could have simply purchase it from any mi store rather than flipkart.

          I had ordered a vu 65 inch tv on 29/10/2016 and delivered the goods in few days and their service people very successfully installed it and is running softly. Recently, i visited my coleague's house and after watching his 65 inch tv, i checked my tv. Then i came to know the cheating/wrongly delivered goods. It is 55 inch tv.             Very poor service. Received a vu tv and haier washing machine on 11th september but no installation and demo even after 2weeks. It is just unboxed but not installed and i have no idea about its operation. I m not able to use it. I m really disheartened by this. I will ask my friends to boycott flipkart. Not expecting this from e-commerce giant. I will return both the products should there be any further delay.

              Recently i have bought so many products from flipkart. But did not know they treat their customers in such a bad way. Not only bad it's pathetic. Worst customer service rather i say. I booked a phone cover with wrong colour basically i didn't understand when i saw it on website. So after got the product i placed a replacement request to get an another one with right colour. Not only that i called customer care & spoke to an executive to confirm it and he confirmed the same to me after putting me in hold for a long time. Whatever i was quiet satisfied. Than the original picture came. I got notifications about my replacement product delivery and i found that the same colour is coming to me again. So again i contacted customer care and now the executive talked to me was too much unprofessional. First of all i got to know the previous executive has given me a wrong commitment or miss commitment, which is not possible as per the policy. Than naturally i got bit angry and demanding my problem to be resolved. During that time this executive suddenly started speaking in english with foreign accent without my concern however he had started this call with hindi. It was like let's try some english and customer will disconnect the call by feeling uncomfortable or having less knowledge of english. Whatever, i was not satisfied in anyway by this executive due to his unprofessional behaviour so i told him to transfer the call to senior. Now the one more unprofessional guy came into picture. He tried to teach me all policies and all but was not able to give the answer, why i was miss committed by a previous executive and not even tried to solve or understand my issue at least for once. Just repeating the same word sorry again and again. I think company should be sorry for those executives. Flipkart is committing so many things here and there, announcing big billion day and all but not able to solve a very simple problem of customer. Every executive of flipkart is rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to speak with customer, how to respect their emotions. If this is the way to provide service than i must say i did a big mistake to deal with flipkart and i will never try to buy anything from flipkart ever. My account id is bose85.                   This is to inform that i placed 2order for redmi gold 32gb on 14sept. But one order was cancelled on same date of ending order i'd with 70000. I was expecting for the delivery of 2nd order. Meanwhile on 16th i seen for the cancellation of the 2nd order, which was not done from my side. For that i did not receive any sms.
                  Please see this matter and find that who made this order cancelled. I had been a regular customer of yours. This kind of act has made me highly disappointed.

When i contacted on customer care he told that this cancellation has done from me. But this was not true. I think some people from your company are not delivering but selling them directly in the market. As it is available in the market at higher cost. I request you to please see this.

                    I booked a woodness steel book shelf by paying Rs.14000 on 31 aug '17. The product was scheduled for shipping on 7th september and delivery on 14th september. But it was not even shipped by 14 september. Wen i called customer care, i was told that the item has been shipped and the tracking system was dysfunctional coz of which it was not showing shipping date. On 15th the tracking system showed that the item was shipped on 15th at 2 pm. I monitored the tracking and found that the item did not move from the chennai hub by the 8 pm of 16th september. I again called on 16 and I was told that their back end of will call by 21 sept to inform me when the item will be delivered. Apparently the delivery cannot be expected even 7 days after the original delivery date. Since flipkary was non committal towards the delivery, i asked to cancel the order. I was told order cannot be cancelled since the item has been shipped. It seems that flipkart in collusion with the seller showed shipping of the order wen i complaines so that I could not cancel the order. However, if the item been actually shipped, it the tracking system would have showed the moment of the item and the deliver date. Please get the item delivered and installed by 5 days from today or get my rs.14500 refunded.

                      Sunject: mislead, wrong order and rude customer service

                      I am rajeev kumar. I ordered koloredge mobile battery from you guys and today when i recieved the order it was a tempered glass, which was sent to me by you (flipcart) guys. I am so dissapointed and when i called to report to this to custmer service first they are very rude and not forwarding my complaint and they told me my product is out of stock. I mean how the hell did i get my order confirmed and when its confirmed how it can be out of stock. Does this kind of reputation flipcart have or want to make to the customers. A total lie no trust on service and product. And secondly They are offering me money back but i dont need money back all i need is the product i ordered . I am enclosing a screen shot of my order along with order no. And hope you guys can help me this cause this is very dissappointment from a reputated company and i have also made a complaint at consumer court for you ref i am providing you with ref no.4304512.

                          I had ordered Ks chairs Leatherette Office Arm Chair - OD[protected] on 26th August, 2017 on Flipkart and it was delivered to me on 28th August. However a third party Jeeves was tasked with its Installation. The company executive from Jeeves informed us that the product was defective due to hardware and thus we immediately requested Flipkart for its replacement on the very same day, i.e 28th August 2017.

                          However our request was repeatedly ignored by Flipkart and Jeeves Company forcing me to file another complain only after which the technician visit required for its replacement took place on 9th September 2017.

                          On 12th September I received a new replaced chair. However when the Installation executive this time from another company, Timesaverz came on 16th September; he too informed that the chair, was defective, once again due to the same hardware issue.

                          This service by Flipkart is pathetic. Not only have we already paid the money for the chair(Rs. 6, 949) and still not received our services, we received a defective piece, twice. Our calls and complaints are ignored. As a student I require this chair urgently and this pathetic service is disheartening and demoralising me. My valuable time is wasted.

                          I do not wish to enter into this mess of replacement again. Instead I demand a complete refund of my money and an apology letter from Flipkart. I hope appropriate action is taken for this harassment that I have suffered.

                            I ordered Samsung on max mobile from flipkart application. Received it on 28th august and found that charger is defective and not working. After making so many complaints in last 15 days. No response by company. On making first complaint, i was told that charger will be replaced immediately. But till date no positive action by company. My order id is OD[protected]. I have registered complaint in National Consumer Forum. If problem is not resolved. I will have to take legal actions.

                            Till date issue not solved by company. What a foolish answer by flipkart. It is offering me rs. 400 as refund of defective charger for samsung on max mobile. While it is selling same charger on its website for rs. 1299. Its better to prefer always amazon. Companies like flipkart creating negative image of our country. Better to prefer international companies like amazon. I will have to take legal actions against flipkart.

                            This is too much. Complaint is till date not resolved by flipkart. And company closing it saying it is resolved. Flipkart is worst ever online shopping site. Nobody should prefer. I was told that Mobile will be picked up and money will be refund. But till date it is not picked up by company and money is not refunded. I am going to file case in National Consumer Forum.

                                Sir,

                                My humble apologies to anyone who might consider me a whistle-blower and those who's interests, both business or otherwise, may be hampered due to my statements.

                                I would like to begin by questioning the law governing online sites where they are free to sell products, both legal and illegal, and why is no their absence of any kind of Governance over these sites ?

                                The case in point is Flipkart.com which is openly selling Air Guns and Air Pistols under the category of Toys, Tablet Cases and Covers.

                                I must point out that as per Arms Rule 2016, issued by Ministry Of Home Affairs, this product clearly falls under the category of Air Weapons and requires an Arms Licence.

                                It must be noted here that under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960, in Section 11, indicts someone as a criminal who causes any person from causing pain, cruelty or suffering to animals. But invariably these airguns and air-pistols are used on helpless small animals, in particular birds and monkeys.

                                The sellers often quote the Rule G.S.R.991, Schedule -II(3) under Arms Act, 1959, under which specific categories of Airguns and Air-pistols are exempt from licencing requirements.
                                However, in 2002, the Hon'ble Delhi High Court has quashed the exemption notification G.S.R.991 of the Arms Act, 1959. The order came on a Public Interest Litigation(PIL) case filed by the NGO People for Animals, headed by Ms.Menaka Gandhi.
                                Also, the relief application filed by the Air Gun Manufacturers Association, seeking stay on the High Court order, was duly rejected by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court in May, 2011.

                                The facts mentioned above clearly indicate the product in question, i.e. Airguns and Air-pistols are illegal to be sold in the present manner, and both Flipkart.com and the sellers are clearly engaging in a misdemeanor and violation of law, and must be booked under provisions of the Arms Act.

                                As per the Arms Rule 2016, certain norms have been mentioned under which sale of such products is possible and actual dealers and manufacturers are clearly following these norms as laid down by the MHA, Government of India. However, it seems that these online sites and their sellers are beyond any legal control.

                                I may not require to give similar details about hunting knives and swords being sold openly on these sites. Needless to say, these are clearly banned products and sites like Flipkart.com seem to be catering to the mischief-mongers, criminals and miscreants of our society, by openly selling and promoting these products.

                                I'm appalled at the fact that banned and illegal products are available so easily to people and I'm forced to question the mentality of both the buyer and the seller. Also, the role of Legal Governance over such matters is questionable.

                                A gun can only be used to shoot someone or something and I don't see any other utility of this product. Similarly, I wouldn't require a hunting knife or sword to cut vegetables in my kitchen, especially when hunting is illegal in our country. Yet, these products are bought and sold on a regular basis and socially responsible enterprises are providing a legal platform for these activities to flourish.

                                I hope this message assists in putting an end to such illegal and irresponsible activities, and provides a safer environment for our families and kids to shop online.

                                  I have ordered the product birdy Micro Fiber Collapsible Wardrobe (Finish Color - Blue) from flipkart under order ID OD[protected]. The product, what I have received is seems an used product, delivered in a devastated package. Once I have opened the product I saw, some of the rods of the wardrobe is damaged. I have asked a return request through the customer care on the same day. The representative has assured me a technician will come and visit my place on sept 8. But, there was no show.On sept 10, again I have called the customer care for the status. This time I got the time till 15th and as usual there was no show, not a repose, not even a call from the customer care.I called on 16th to the customer care and got a reassurance that the technician will come and visit within 24 Hrs. I have waited till the time and again the same. There was no show, not even a call. On 16th, again I have called to the customer care and again I have got a resolution like within 48 hours some person will come. I am repeatedly asking the customer care that no need of the product, take away, but still there is no response from their side.
                                  Dear Flipkart, don't test your customer's patience.
                                  Now, I want a full refund on this purchase and need help on this.

                                    I ordered a suitcase from flipkart at a discounted price. The very next day i get updates for my product is shipped, and after few hours the order gets cancelled. Now the customer care says order it again at the current price, this is a trick used by flipkart, it does not give any product at discounted rate they just place order, then cancel it, then ask you to order again, this time at regular prices(without discount). Worst window shopping experience ever.

                                      I had placed an order of Redmi Note 4 on 16th August 2017.However the order was not successful and the money for the order had been deducted from my account instantly. So I mailed them the scenario and they replied me assuring that my money would me refunded within 8 business days. However until today the money has not been refunded and on contacting several times they told me to enquire in my bank. On enquiry the bank proves me that the money has been deducted from my account to flipkart. And even after all this the customer service of flipkart tells me that they have not received the amount earlier...

                                        I created a order (OD[protected]on 21st of Aug 2017 for dell inspiron laptop and other items. I returned two times dell laptop because they had given wrong configuration laptop with fake Microsoft operating system.after that they said they will refund the 47100 rupee to original payment method and therfore i am requesting them to refund the money but they are giving me only dates.First they said 7th sept, then 11th sept and 14 sept and last dates is 16 sept.

                                        they are mentally harassing me and other family member .we are middle class people.i am begging them to return the money.

                                        For Proof i am attaching the CC Statement from where they deducted the money.
