I have purchased mobile samsung a9 pro on 2016. It was over heating, no physical damage it is purely hardware defect and moile is under warranty period. I have complained to samsung service centre and coustomer care but they told hardware will be replaced with chargable rs.13000 amt. This samsung is purly fraud company. I appeal to everyone pl. Take care during purchasing costly samsung mobile. Do not buy samsung costly moile..

      My flipkart account is deactivated but i want to activate it. My flipkart account is connected with my mobile no it is connected with an email which i dont use anymore, and when i enter the mobile no. And password to reactivate this it shows me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it". What should be done now? Pls resolve

      I ordered for candytech M5U headset and got M3U. Placed the order for replacement. A customer care professional called me took all details. But when the delivery came it was again the M3U of just another colour. This was ₹50 cheaper than which I ordered.
      Why the hell you don't deliver on time, I needed it today but I got the that it will be delivered on 28th august. I will never buy any product from them now. dimag kharab kar ke rakh diya.

        I have booked one of my product at your site @ 362/- and later evening the same item was available with you @ 115/- inclusive of shipping charges. So have booked the same and cancelled my previous order for the same item. But yesterday you have also cancelled my second order also without my consent and to get my product i have lodged my complaint at you and got a call from the cc. During the discussion i have been assured that my order will be delivered to me at their schedule time and a confirmation mail will be sent to me. But my order resumed confirmation is still awaited from you. Hence pls confirm my existing order and arrange the delivery of the same.

        Your immediate confirmation shall be highly solicited.

          Lekin uske bad hi flipkart ne mera account block kar diya or meri complain bhi solve nhi kari.
          Uske bad maine 1000 mail or calls kar diye h lekin flipkart naa to mujhse contact karta h or naa hi solution deta h bus kuch unfair use ki bat karke complain band kar dete h.
          Na hi to satisfy kar rahe h or naa hi unfair use kya h ye bta rahe h.
          Mere number ki calls or mails bhi block kar diye h.

          m chahu to dusre number or dusre mail id se bhi new account bana kar use kar sakta hu,
          lekin m sabit karna chahta hu ki main galat nahi hu.
          jab meri LAST TIME aapke custumer care par baat huyi thi tab we bhi agree kar rahe the ki aap isme galat nahi hai.
          lekin unka kahna tha ki account deactive hone ke bat active hona unke haath me nhi is karan nhi ho payega or complain karne ko bola .
          [protected]@flipkart par kafi mails kare lekin wo apne ready TEMPLATES ko reply me baar bhej dete hai.
          m bhi pareshan ho chuka hu. plz ya to account active kare ya phir jo amount usme hai use refund kare .

            I contacted bank they cleared that money with flipkart.

            I contacted flipkart so many times but they are not responding at all.
            Please suggest what i have to do,?

            Because in this manner cashless payment is a issue, digital india is failure.

            Is there any place where can i complaint regarding e-commerce shopping issues? From where customers can get support.

            Please do needful asap.

            Already 40 days over after payment.

                From the very beginning of e-commerce revolution, me and my all near & dears used to trust flipkart because of its excellent services. But today, flipkart caused a lot of inconvenience to me.

                I waited so long for mi 4a 32gb and today finally there was a sale at 12 noon and i successfully ordered 2 handsets (One rose gold and one black variant) but after some time i realized to cancel one of the order and i called flipkart customer care and asked one the executive that is it possible to cancel my only "one handset"... He said yes sir i can and put me on hold and after a while he shocked me by saying that "sir i have cancelled your both handsets;i'm so sorry".

                Now its like a mental harassment and i want either compensation or my handset delivered withing one week else i'll approach consumer court for justice.

                  Dear sir

                  I bought an lcd table clock from flipkart on 23 august 2017. It was defective as its lcd light was not working. I ordered for the return of the product. But the vendor who came to collect the product was not aware about the product which was to be collected. He kept calling someone or other for confirming about the product. And eventually went back without collecting the product. I called your customer care executives who either hung up on me or kept me on hold for hours. This is customer harassment. I am planning to go to consumer court to seek redress if my is not resolved immediately.

                        Today i watch there is difference between counter phone j7 max and my phone which was taken from you. Its also have battery backup issue. Its drain 40%within 20 min

                          I received morphy richards otg on time from flipkart with good brand impression in my mind. But the product has non working timer, and i requested for replacement which was agreed and scheduled. But it never happened and an endless call exchange started with flipkart. I am very disappointed with their poorly maintained technology infrastructure as their rep kept telling of technical issues most of time. Their backend team placed new replacement everytime but nothing got replaced and no one contacted for pickup or exchange. Their customer care also put call on hold and never come back many times. Finally today i requested refund today and again it has been committed to me with eta of 6 business days after the product gets picked up. I want this escalated to their senior level if someone in the org really concerned about customer. I would love to hear from them.

                              Hi,

                              I ordered the panasonic power bank in the month of april. The power bank has two slots and after 1 month o[censored]sing the product, one of the slots stopped working and only one slot was working and i managed to use only one slot and now the power is not switching on at and i cannot charge the phone its a waste. I was ordering things from amazon for many yesrs and i never faced such problem with any of their items and i am experiencing such cheap product experience with flipkart. I had taken one power bank from a local store for just rupees200 and its been 1 year and i had no problem. And this product from flipkart is cheap quality than that.

                                I have ordered this mobille.. The second day i received this mobile, i had raised the claim that it is not getting charged. Flipkart provides me replacement. But in replacement too, it is not charging.. They are saying that now they cannot help, we will have to go to service center.

                                But why should i go to service center, its a manufacturing defect. I want my money back.. I do not trust flipkart anymore.

                                  I had order on dt 14 aug 2017 n got my order on dt 24 aug but i request for returned my order due to quality issue but from that day i have faced so much problem regarding price tags not available hence order not returned but there is no price tag attached with the dress several times i told this repeatedly but no one is understanding n rejecting my order cancelled i really got fedup from this cheap service so many mails i had send every time msg comes that it will resolve but of no use today also pickup boy came but refused to accept return due to unavailability of price tag but that is not my fault i don't have any price tag 497 is not a big money but the problem is ur bad service u people are making fool to customer really not at all satisfy with ur service kingly resolve my problem as it already too late

I had a good experience with you all except the delivery part, where as per policies i can cancel anything from my doorstep, but your delivery boy seems so rude that for the third time he kind of insulted me for cancelling an certain orders. Thats what i get shopping with you? Its very unsettling to see such policy promises made by such a big company like you and not obeying them. Its been a good time shopping with you, and you lost another loyal buyer.

                                      I just measured it with screen and found it's not covering the screen and the screen coverage ratio is below 80%.

                                      You can't simply close the case.

                                        Today morning,[protected], the courier person has come to deliver the product of lenovo k6 power (Gold, 32 gb) - color: gold, order number is od[protected]. For this all lenovo mobiles exchange offer is there. For this only i ordered this mobile from your website. But the courier person did not receive exchange product from us only bcz of backscreen touch is not working. Can you please let me know why you guys mentioned exchange option for lenovo products. Please confirm if they are ready to exchange lenovo old mobile with this mobile, i am ready to purchase. Otherwise please cancel the product.
