We purchased coloured printer ink epson l220 from your flipkart site dated 3/07/2017 for two set and it was delivered on 13/07/2017. Further we start using the ink after 2 days our printer's head stopped working and its damaged. The engineer of the epson company came and he found that the ink which was used in this was duplicate that's why the printer got hanged i request you to refund my amount and repair our printer's head otherwise i will have to move to consumer court in this case.

Note - the action should be taken in 1 or 2 days from your side.

Customer complained that Ink is duplicate. We apologized and informed that no fake product will be sold and this product comes under no return category so unable to honor the return and customer complained exact after 1 month. However we can't honor return so closing the case from our end.

    Today, from my debit card some transaction occurred twice from online and I get alerted msgs from the bank. So, I go to the bank for an inquiry and also print out my passbook. I checked this and found two transactions are fraud which was not done by me and transaction name was from Flipkart. Also, I have attached one image of passbook transactions.

    Can you please reply me on this and please help me to get back my money because this two transactions amount was big.

        I have purchased one product vu television 32 inches from flipkart with order id
        OD[protected], first product was defective so i asked for replacement, second product was also defective so i asked for return on 3rd august they said they will return on 4th of August, but there was no update, on 4th of august i called them and they said uninstallation will be done and than within 10th of august we will pick the item, when i called them 10th of august they said they can not solve the issue and it will be solve by 15th of August, they are simply wasting time, and no returning my money, other than this i have called around 10 times .

          I just forget my password and when I gave the forget password option it's showing "account is inactive please contact customer care".

                We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed that as the replacement policy of flipkart is already over, customer needs to get in touch with the ASC. Informed that is the domestic warranty for manufacturing defects. customer agreed and closing the case from our end.
                When I brought Panasonic P85 mobile from flipkart .They gave me faulty product .When I complaint about product on first day they rejected my request of replacement .Flipkart's replacement policy is between 10 days and complained on first day so, why they rejected my request?

                Flipkart is now a very bad online shopping site they are cheating customer with a label of Flipkart assured don't trust them the authority should take an immediate action against them. Yesterday they have delivered a damaged product with the label of flipkart assured

                          Hello,

                          I had purchased lenovo fitness band hw01 from flipkart, the quality of band and the app through which the band gets connected was pathetic, so got a doubt that how can a brand like lenovo be so careless and provide such bad quality of product. So, i started researching on net about the product and i came across an article in which the same thing was mentioned. So to clear my doubts i then called flipkart customer care centre. I had a word with their executive, they said please contact lenovo once and then get back to us... I then somehow managed to get lenovo service directors email address, i mailed him regarding the doubt i had and are they selling this product because this product wasn't mentioned on their indian website also. He mailed me back saying the product is not yet launched in india and i was blown way by this email. Then i called flipkart saying about the fraud company selling this from their commerce site and i demanded a refund, i said i wont take any action but please take a deep look into this matter... But they refused to give me refund and they were just telling they are transferring my call to their senior but they just kept me on hold for 20 mins... This happened two times... And yet no call and concern from their end.

                          Please help a helpless consumer as soon as possible... This is a big matter.

                            I brought the uv tv. You guys can see my order on the database... Not even one month it ran... While running itself it got switched off... Raised a complaint two days back, still there is no update from your team... I dono wat the hell is happening... Ru guys trying to cheat here on deliver non valuable products...                                   I regret to inform you that i purchased samsung on5 from flipkart shopping portal due to some serious issue like network connectivity, low volume, and light censer, notification light not available in phone whenever i am going to outside i am not able to use my cell phone due to light censer so i want to return my phone.                                     I have ordered above mentioned item on 31st july 2017, it was shipped as per expected date. But when opened by technician guy. He told that 1 part is missing without that it can't be installed and that part is the most expensive item in this aquaguard. I registered a complaint regarding this. It took around 1 week and as on expected to be delivered and replaced. No updates found on this after that date also. Where does i need to go and do complain.                                       I bought a samsung a5 mobile phone through flipkart. A defective / sub-standard phone was delivered to me, which loses connectivity while being mobile. A mobile phone, which works only when stationary. I tried everything, but problem persisted. After trying for 3 days, i requested a return through flipkart. Since then, talked to a large number of executives. Every executive at flipkart gives different statement, and they even fall to the level of lying, and rejected my refund request.

                                      The flipkart representative technician had clearly mentioned problem not resolved in service report, and flipkart person says, problem is resolved.

                                      Never ever buy anything from these cheats.

                                      We had arranged tech visit, our service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
                                      The ordered item is not received, I ordered for two mobile cases i received only one and the amount was paid for two through online, the one which recieved also not fitting to the mobile.

                                        I had ordered one saree.in app it is showing as delivered but i have not received the product. On july 29th, i have registered a complaint by calling customer care. I called them 50 times untill today and every time i get the answer saying that wait for 24 hrs. Neither i got the product nor the refund. It is really a very bad experience with flipkart. I really hate the flipkart service.
