I placed an iphone (Space grey, 32gb variant) from flipkart on 11 august 2017. I made the payment and as per the schedule, it was supposed to be processed by 13 august 2017. It's 16 august today and still the app shows that the order has not been processed. Its expected delivery date is 18 august. Its next to impossible to get the package delivered by 18th as the order has not been processed till now.

Point is, why did they accept my order if they did not had the phones in stock.

I have been trying to reach the customer care and all they have to say is pls wait till 18 august.

I would have ordered the phone from amazon the very same day at same price. They even have an option to get the pack delivered in 1 day, that too guaranteed.

Pls look into the matter and if flipkart is not able to provide me the phone, they should better cancel the order and refund me the amount.

      I am flipkart customer which means the products i purchase from flipkart ships and delivers my orders within on given date. I ordered a mi max 2 mobile phone vide order no. Od[protected]. I was given a tracking no (Ekart logistics - fmpp[protected]) and was told the delivery will be made today, i. E., 16.08.2017.

      When i checked the status of shipping and deliver on the flipkart site, i was shocked that the shipment has not reached to my location. So, i called the customer care. They asked me to wait till 7pm and when the shipment was not delivered even by 7pm, i called the customer care again, only to reach a sleepy, lazy executive who was in no mood to look in to the status of the order leave alone apologizing. I dont know how companies like xioami, etc agree to sell their flagship products only and only on sites like flipkart where they cannot keep their commitment and when asked for reasons, give lame excuses. Moreoever, they ship the orders with logistics like ekart which has not contact numbers or addresses so that we can directly speak to them like bluedart or dhl instead of holding the phone on the flipkart customer care for 15-20 mins and then meet some sleepy, lazy executive who hardly care to help customers like us. Its high time, flipkart higher authorities take note of this rather than ignore them and mend their ways.

            I have bought l'oreal paris x-tenso straight pro keratin in cell shampoo for 327 rps and this a fake product i know the difference because i have using that product from so long.

            I bought it just to thought authentic and original but i am sure that it is a fake product flip kart nor taking the product back and neither giving my money back.

            As i word with there executive for the solution they has nothing to say accept assured me for the next time but why next time what about this.

              I purchased le2 phone recently and got it delivered today. Following are the issues.

              1. Phone was received damaged and the matter was immediately reported to flipkart wish master who refused to accept the phone back and advised me to raise the issue through flipkart care since the package was opened.

              2. Immediately i ordered return on flipkart app, which was immediately rejected in a minute. However i raised the issue through social media with real time photos which was also rejected.

              3. I doubt the quality of packing as there was no bubble packing was used and if was loosely packed with another parcel.
              Battery of phone was dead on arrival and i charged it to switch on.

              4. The phone is so badly damaged that top right corner of screen is totally crushed in small tiny parts. Though phone is switching on and imei no is also matching with the box.

              5. I called the care around 3 times and tried to escalate the issue but till now no results.
              6. I m sending you the photos of damaged phone, you are hereby requested to resolve the same.

                I am badly overwhelmed by your service seriously. I have experience from lots of online shopping sites that they check the id proof of target person while delivering a product. But in your case could not find a pre-delivery message either and also i didn't get to know about whoever received my product and it is because of your careless attitude towards your customers.

                          I have been purchasing from Flipkart from a long time now and I have had both good and bad experiences. Some products have been delivered to me before the promised delivery time and some experience with different products and their returns and refunds. This time I ordered a product on “Fri, 11th Aug 11:46 pm Payment approved” and the delivery date was actually supposed to be “Delivery expected by Mon, Aug 14th '17” and on 14th August I see there is no update on the website and under track order it still shows only Ordered in Green and the rest (Packaged, Shipped & Delivered) in grey and there is no tracking ID yet, so I called the customer care and after a long hold she promised me the new date of delivery as 16th of August instead of 14th of August when asked for the guarantee she promised that the product will be delivered without fail by 16th and also confirmed me of sending the message and updating the same on the website in few minutes about the new delivery date. “Few Minutes lasted until 11:00 PM next day” i.e 15th August when I called the customer care again since there was no update on the website and neither I had received any message. Now the customer care fellows wants to prove me wrong and instead tell that I was promised the date of 16th for the update/new delivery date and 16th itself is not the delivery date, why are this people even recording calls if they just have to ignore what they say and just play around still there is no use of talking to the customer service my delivery status has no update and flipkart.
                          I am sure the product will not be delivered to me tomorrow aswell. Better to use flipkart for buying products of smaller denominations instead of putting risk in huge investments.

                          As per the complaint there was a followup made and delivery was arranged for 18th Aug hence case stands resolved.
                          This is a classic problem with online shopping. Better go to a nearby store and buy what you want. Many a times these online sellers actually do not have the product in stock. They procure the product upon your order and this process delays the delivery further. I have had this experience from both Snapdeal as well as Flipkart. Since then I resort to online only as a last option if the product is not available in the local stores.

                          Also don't be mislead by the grand sells that occur on this sites. Remember the funda that the cheaper the product older is the stock. I once bough a RAM for just half the price and it was actually manufactured in 2010 and sold in 2017.
                          I am return product but mony not refund my account
                          16th today no one from flipkart either called nor the product is delivered. Same old spoke to the customer service team now another 2 day extension is taken for an update on product i.e 18th August 2017. I see that same seller is selling the product with a next day delivery to my pin code with little higher price is flipkart doing this coz the product was purchased in offer price? that would be a real cheap trick to attract customers instead its gonna cost you more as people like me would not one stop buying ourself but also block site like flipkart in our companies.

                          Will wait for a response from flipkart before taking it further.

                            Hi support

                            I have ordered Moto G5 Plus mobile in Freedom sale on 9th August 2017 and the Order id: OD[protected]. When i opened the outer cover and checked the moto box and found it is made in China. The product have Made in India and China variants. Earlier i have seen the product is manufactured in India which is purchased from Amazon. There is huge quality difference between the product made in INDIA and CHINA. So, i have not opened seal of the box and called to customer support and requested to replace it with made in India product.

                            They are trying to convince me but not able to provide any solution after speaking about 50mins. I spoke with escalation team also but they are saying replacement is not possible. Iam sincerely asking for replacement only not for any refund as it is made in china. I believe indian products are good than chinese products.

                            If the replacement rules only for the defect products then product manufacture details should be shown in the flipkart website. But they did not show those details.

                            So i request to replace the product with Made in India product and deliver it to me.

                            Ultimately, if the customer feels the purchased product does not satisfy then there is no point to use it. The company may loose one customer if it does not take action, but it looses customer faith on the company.

                                I have place a order on flipkart.com dated 03/08/2017 vide order id no. OD[protected] for ASUS ZENFONE 3 LASER MOBILE PHONE and at the time of delivery i have received a damage condition of back camera form flipkart and thereafter i have request to your costumer care executive that i have received mobile phone in damage condition of back camera so replace my order and your costumer care executive replace my order on or before 13 August 2017 but at time of delivery, flipkart courier boy say that sir i can't deliver you order because of proper reason is not mansion that why you have replace this order and they cancel my order. Thereafter i calling your costumer care help line number and asking regarding this but they cannot proper reply to us regard non mansion proper reason for replacement and they asking only one think that We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 13 Aug, 2:30 PM to get back to you but they can't support me and my request is cancel and cancel for the reason technical error .

                                After 13th august I calling cc helpline no and they say that sir after 18August 2017 call us and we giving you proper replay regarding your order is replaced or refunded.

                                Sir I request to you that why should i am suffering for your mismanagement, So please take necessary action on my mail and please arrange to deliver my product with compensation (for money refund).

                                  Sir,
                                  Order id od[protected]...... Item was delivered damaged and i returned on same time same day to the courier which it was delivered and the item has been rto it was placed on 8th july... Till now i dont get replacement and neither refund. I'm continue calling to flipcart customer service centre but they are not resolving this.... So what action i have to take should i go to consumers court???

                                    Hi sir,

                                    I'm purchased a phone using flipkart.com just three days ago and now a black mark appeared apart from the right bottom corner of the device. Now i contacted the team flipkart and they have said that they have no right to replace the product and the seller is not willing to replace it. Flipkart says they are ready to refund my money but sir, i purchased that product on a special offer period and for 16000 rupees, its actual worth is up to 35, 000 indian rupees if they refund my money i'll never gonna get that product for that money again and they have cheated me with a label of flipkart assured.

                                      Product name : moto e4 power mobile

                                      Ordered on : 24 july 2017
                                      Delivered on : 25 july 2017
                                      Product didn't work. Product didn't start for the first time, so requested replacement.
                                      Replaced product delivered on : 29 july 2017.
                                      Now again the replaced product is not working properly. When i reported this issue the customer care response was according to their policy replacement is allowed for only one. I didn't get the chance to use first product, it didn't start and the choice i'm left is to replace and getting same issues with replaced product. Now i'm not at all satisfied with the product and i want to return as it is not even a month over. The company is not providing good product and they are not even responsible for the defects am facing. I want a definite replacement. This company is providing worst service ever and grabbing customers money.
                                      Only solution they can provide to resolve this issue is return of the product and refund for the product

                                        Refund not received my order no is od[protected] when i request for refund then flipkart credit in my flipkart wallet rs 441/- only but my refund is above 49000/ i have alredy sent courier acknowledment and invoice copy so i request please initiate my full refundi I have received a call on 2nd of August that your refund will be nested within 24 hours please send us bank account details I have already send my bank account it is but not get refund till now I have not get any communication from of 2nd August so I request you please communicate me and initiate my refund
