I have ordered two mobiles, one samsung on next and other moto g5 plus on your freedom sale tenure.
Samsung mobile i received on time and in good condition.
But moto g5 plus phone i received late and the product was opened inside, and totally stained.
I received moto g5 plus on 16th aug, and since 17th aug i am calling regularly your team for replacement.
Till date the issue haven't been resolved.
Everytime your executive saying the product details aren't updated in your site, and similarly i will be contacted in my nmber for resolving the issue.
But no calls i have received on this regard, and getting mails instead that my nmber wasn't reachable.
It's sheer nonsensical stuff what am going through.

I hope the issue will be resolved at the earliest as it's already past a week no initiation from your end.
Else have to post the similar thing in your web page so that other customers get to know what in actual flipkart is serving.

Things got worser now.
Yesterday​ i made a call and after being on line for 1 hour, senior executive told me return request had been granted, and it will be done by 30th aug.
Till now, haven't received any mails or sms regarding the same.
When i called today i was informed there's nothing like this registered yesterday and i have to repeat the similar process again.
Whereas today after being on line for more than 40mins, i was informed due to technical issue it can't happen now, i need to contact again later.
Just clear me one thing, if isn't possible at ur end b clear to d point.
Don't simply fraud customers

    I buyed sanyo nxt 123.2cm (49) full hd led tv from flipkart on 14th august. They provide me the date of delivery on 24th august. But ekart logistics wrong root the address. I provide them the shipping address of amritsar and they rooted it to ludhiana. On the date of 24 august m getting information that order out for delivery in ludhiana. Totally negligence shown by flipkart team.
    I opted emi option for this order. Its already started. Even had words with customer care flipkart. He advised to cancel the order n re-oredr the same. But what about the already started emi which i have already paid. Who gonna revert it back,

While was taking pics there was sudden change in display and later entire display blacked out but i'm getting calls, messages but nothing is visible, only the led is blinking.         *buying from flipkart*... Read my story...

        It was 10th of august when i ordered (Order id: od[protected] my first dslr camera on flipkart, my most trusted online marketplace. Moreover the dslr was flipkart assured so there was no chance of any mistakes and even if there would be anything like that i was very sure that flipkart will help me. I was waiting for 13th august, the promised day of delivery and was very excited, thinking that finally i am going to have my first dslr camera. The day came, and i got the product delivered, thanks to flipkart for on time delivery, as i expected, everything was good. All items were genuine. Dslr which is nikon d3400 came with 16gb class 10 sd card and one beautiful looking lowepro tahoe bp 150np camera bag which is provided by nikon as a part of consumer offer. Everything was well and good but when i checked the invoice there was no serial no. Mentioned, neither of the camera nor of the lenses. I thought this might be a mistake and i called flipkart's customer support. I told them that i am very happy with my product and if they could by any means provide me with a new corrected invoice it will be fine. You might know that, if your invoice is not having serial no. Of item you purchased, you won't get warranty, and i can't risk 2 years warranty for the same. They said that, sir, it's not possible to send another invoice, you will have to replace your item then only we will be able to provide correct invoice next time. They told me to place replacement request so i did. Now, i was waiting for 14th aug as my replacement was coming next day. The delivery guy came, this time package was small so i doubted, how could this big camera bag will get into it. I told the guy that they might have forgot to put the bag inside and even the delivery guy agreed. But he said, sir, i cannot let you open this box before i get the pickup items, so i gave him the pickup item, he checked everything and went. As the box was completely sealed, i trusted the guy. I took my tripod and my mobile phone to record unboxing video as i usually do so that i can have a visual proof. I opened the box, i was shocked to see that this time the seller has removed the sticker which represents nikon's consumer offer and provided me with a very cheap bag. The original bag costs around 5000₹ and it's very classy. And when i checked the invoice, this time they put product id. On the invoice which is of no use. For your information, product id remains same for one camera model and is not unique for a camera i. E. All nikon d3400 will have same product id whereas serial no. Which is written on bodies of camera and lenses are unique, and nobody in this world will have the same serial no. For this model. It's like imei no for a camera. My old issue was not yet resolved and this fake bag is now another. When i called customer care again they told me that they will definitely solve my issue before 17th. On 17th the delivery guy came with another replacement and i was shocked to see that, the package was even smaller than it was last time. The guy checked the pickup items and then called someone who said not to pickup the item and he took back replacement with which he came and told me to keep my item. When i called the guy to know about the issue why he didn't pick up, he said that while picking up the product from customer they have to call consumer support team who assists them while picking up. He also told me that, there was some problem with the replacement so he took it back. Now, when i called customer care on 17th august, they told me that by 21st august they will definitely short out my issue. On 21st again the delivery guy came, this time the package was even smaller, when i opened it, again same problem, they have removed sticker from the top of the box, and no serial number on invoice. Now, when i called customer care, they are telling that on there website nothing is mentioned about bag so they will give me any bag. For your information, the bag is provided by nikon india and not by flipkart and you can clearly see in the picture below or you can check this link (http://www.nikon.co.in/en_IN/about/events_and_promotions/consumer-offer-d3400-d... how flipkart is cheating by removing sticker. If something is free with my order its flipkart's responsibility to provide me with the same and you might know that on all free items, one line is written i. E. Not to a be sold loose, selling it seperately is illegal. So, if i am not getting wrong, nikon is providing that bag for free to flipkart as a part of consumer offer to give it to customers and flipkart is removing the sticker, sending fake bags to the customers and are selling the original bag seperately (Don't forget that by mistake they provided original bag first time). Now i am fed up, it's so frustrating that you keep on promising me the next date again and again, again and again you keep on providing me with same fake item. Now i can't wait for 27th aug, give me my money back... Now i can't trust you guys anymore... Flipkart gave me the biggest nightmare i ever had...

        I request you guys to share this post as much as you can so that your loved ones not be a victim of *flipkart's fraud*

          I am sorrow to say that reverse pickup will be held on 22/08/2017 but employ of
          Courier service does not pick up the product from 21/08/2017 to 24/08/2017
          From these days i am calling customer care but all employees said that your reverse pick up will be held on 23/08/2017 but employ of courier service does not pick up the product from 21/08/2017 to 24/08/2017. Why sir? All employees and senir sir mukarram of the customer care has misbehave to me and theye provided
          The wrong information.
          I am sorrow to say that till now employee of courier comapany will not pickup today. Can i get the money of 1899 rupees. I think i can't get the money of 1899 rupees.
          Also i am sorrow to say that all the employees of the flip don't work properly for my complaint because i sent many complaint to the flipcart but company should not be action against the courier service.

          That's why i want to get the money of 1899 rs.

          I am satisfied that is these flipcart company fraud comapny.

            I am a flipkart user and have 4400+ balance as in gift voucher, but now i am unable to use the amount and showing 0 balance in my account wallet, i have talked 7-8 times to customer care but every time i got same response stating that your issue has been noticed and resolved within 24 hr, but no action has been taken as of now.               I bought a blackberry z30 phone on 29 march 2017 at first i got a phone which was getting charged up to 40% only then i was advised to exchange with new one but the same was with outdated software. I tried a lot to update with the help of technical team but all in vain i request to change my phone or refund my money as i got pathetic response from your seller whose no mentioned on bill.

                  We have interacted with the customer apologized for the issue, as per customer complaint, we checked regarding the issue and found that the refund is been completed from our side and have shared the conformation email to the customer, If at all the amount is not reflecting in customers account he will have to raise a chargeback/dispute in the bank. Hence closing the case.

                    Online purchase of redmi note 4 64 gb black in flipkart through my city union bank net banking on 02/08/2017 with transaction id: tx[protected] failed. Amount was debited from my account but order was not successful. Flipkart has claimed that the order has failed and payment was not received in the seller end. My bank has claimed that the amount has been successfully credited to the seller. Flipkart resolve over this issue with truthfulness. I want my refund. It had already been 20 days since my failed order.

                          Dear flipkart team

                          I have purchased one intex 1.5 ton inverter split ac - white (Ss183tc-cb, copper condenser) on sat, aug 12th '17 8:06 am via order id - od[protected]; which was delivered to me on fri, 18th aug 9:59 pm new delhi delivered to customer.

                          I am eligible for free installation as i see in the portal, see the snapshot bellow but intex installation team is denying for free installation; due to that my ac is not installed to date though the installation date was 21st august.

                            I did purchase a water purifier from flipkart (Kent grand plus tds 8 l ro + uv +uf water purifier (White)
                            No doubt, that the product is best in the market today.

                            But once i did buy the product, and when the kent installation person came to my place i did realize that the product does not fit into my kitchen wall due to its size and the location of the water outlet. This i was not aware
                            Also, in the specification of the mounting, it is not specified that what should be the size of the wall or the location of the water outlet

                            When this product is not fitting in my place, i did ask flipkart for an exchange (For below the counter water purifier) or refund of my order, but they bluntly cancelled my return request

                            My issue is
                            1) flipkart should mention the size of the wall that is required to fit the water purifier, and also must specify how far should the water outlet be, so that we can plan in advance and check if the water purifier fits into the kitchen
                            2) flipkart should be ready to accept the return of the items which are not damaged/seal opened, and the product does not fit into the place where it is intended to be fitted
                            3) flipkart should take back the product and refund my amount

                              I ordered an item from flipkart. [order id: od[protected]] it was supposed to be delivered before 10th august 2017. However, not delivered. But i received message as delivered.

                              I checked the tracking online and shocked that it has been marked as delivered. I called and emailed and complained several times that i have not received and have not acknowledged for it. But flipkart team replied saying as per courier department its delivered and shared acknowelgement screenshot, please note i have not signed and have not acknowledged for it. Incident was reported but proper investigation was not done in[protected]. Tracking id fmpp[protected]. Its 13 days late and i am not sure where is my package.

                              I have lost the hope that this will be resolved. Currently that item is out of stock on the website. I request if its not being resolved, kindly do the refund, so that it will give me confidence about the company to shop in future.

                              This is my first bad experience with flipkart.

                                Flipkart such a bad experience i am having with a product order i placed on flipkart with order number od[protected]. This is a motorola phone. As soon as we received the product, we tried to on it but it was continously going on loop and restarting again and again. Immediately i complained for replacement of the product. One guy came to check the product and recorded the entire issue and then accepted the replacement. After that i got a replacement, but as soon as i received the replacement, it has the same problem and it also re-start. Now when i called again to customer care, he is saying me to go to a service centre to check it or repair it. I have asked for either providing me a new functioning product or cancel my order and take back the product. But he was not ready to listen and accepted that this happens due to manufacturing defect and now i need to go to service centre to repair the phone. Why will i keep this defective product at the first hand when you are providing a defunctive product again and again??? Why should i spend time first to follow up with you and then again visit the service centre for a new product to be repaired??? I have not paid for a defective product and i simply want a functional product or cancellation of my order... This is completely harassing a customer who has paid you for the product...

                                  I ordered moto e4 plus on 18 august it got delivered on 19 aug itself. As i started to use the mobile i could tell that the camera was worst of moto. And at times while charging the touch is not sensible. I contacted the customer care and shocked to hear that there is no return and refund of the product they are only trying to troubleshoot the product but i don't need this product anymore.                                     This is my order no od[protected] when i was ordered they have clearly mentioned that cash back amount of 1100 rps will be refunded on august 10th 2017 but i have not received that amount yet so i raised complaint on aug 14th 2017 with customer executive he told that i will get a call within 24 hrs this is my complaint no in[protected] i have waited more than 2 days again i call them and intimate again their executives ask me to wait for 24 hrs i will get my cash back but i dint received any call from their end again i called repeatedly and they ask me to bank statement for one month i have attached and send it through mail i waited for 2 days but no response from their end and again they ask me to wait for 24 hrs and again they give me new compliant no in[protected] this process is happen for nearly 10 days i have not received any call from them or cash back

                                    These flip kart people are trying to cheat customers in very wrong way i just waited for more than 10 days but there was no response from there end and also they are trying to cheat customers i ask consumer to take severe action against this people and ask them to refund my cash back immediately

                                      Good afternoon sir/maam, sir /maam i recently order coolpad note 5 and in the first week o[censored]sing the phone does not heat but nowadays it heats up very quickly while using it in short period, and if i using phone for long periods without playing any game the temp is too high that no one can touch screen or camera. And after heating up it hanged up and the phone does not perform any process. Sometime it automatically switch off and restart or sometime i have to restart it.

                                        I had put an order for lenovo p2 mobile phone on flipkart with order id od[protected]. The product was already shipped and then it got cancelled automatically.

                                        After arguing with customer support, they sent me an email saying "due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity, the seller had to cancel your order". If this was the case why did the order get approved in the first place.

                                        Flipkart is not honoring customer orders and it is highly unacceptable.

                                        I want the product or i will need to take the matter to the consumet court.

                                        Lol.. seems you ordered it on Aug 21st when they accidentally gave the double 3500/- off offer i.e. 7000/- off.. :p
                                        Thats what happened to me as well. But they did not cancel the orders everyone's order and my friends are about to get it by tomorrow. I am going to approach Consumer Court btw.
