I had ordered an iphone 7 plus on june 20, 2017 through flipkart, and the product stopped working within 4 days - the charging point was damaged according to the authorised apple service centre. On my request flipkart replaced the phone on july 5, 2017. Again, after two weeks o[censored]se, the same problem recurred with this phone. I have been following up every authorised apple service centre in delhi for the last week, but apple doesn't claim responsibility for it, it is the seller's. I would request flipkart to contact the seller, and refund the amount i've paid for this phone, i don't want any other replacement from this seller, or even flipkart for that matter.
It has been a very tedious process for me, and flipkart seller's credibility is to be blamed here. Please treat this as an urgent query. I'm really disappoint with this experience, and won't be ordering any other electronics from flipkart again.
Also, if this issue isn't resolved from flipkart's side, i would have to the legal route.

Flipkart Customer Care's response As per the complaint customer damaged the mobile hence the return is was not accepted and also warranty will not be completed.
Flipkart looking into it and giving wrong information here. soon i will file the case in district consumer court.
Its already 90days over i did not got my money yet
