I purchased a redmi note 4 on 26th july which was delivered on next day. After using the phone one defect immediately noticed that is when i call after half an hour heating issue arises and my voices heared very unnatural like voices low down and other side person cannot able to get my word. I tried to make several call to different person then problem remain same. Due to this problem i request for replacement on 29th july. A technician visited me but he went away without resolving my problem even he did not replace phone. It is almost one week to facing problem in this phone and flipkart and its team doing nothing.

      Its been 70 days i have not received my refund yet.
      Flipkart is giving false information when i check with the hdfc bank they said merchant not done the refund yet.

      Attached Flipkart email and hdfc email.
      And also cancellation of the product also.

      Its around 30000 if money is not with flipkart or hdfc whom should i contact
      When ever i send a mail both bank and flipkart takes 6 to 7 days to replay it

      We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, and informed that the refund is successfully completed on 15th of may, customer needs to get in touch with the bank is at all the refund is still not reflecting. Hence closing the case from our end.

      I got a replay from hdfc saying that waiting for the flipkart to refund the amount and also i shared mail with flipkart on july 31st.

      Flipkart looking into it and giving wrong information here. soon i will file the case in district consumer court.
      Its already 90days over i did not got my money yet

        I had ordered an iphone 7 plus on june 20, 2017 through flipkart, and the product stopped working within 4 days - the charging point was damaged according to the authorised apple service centre. On my request flipkart replaced the phone on july 5, 2017. Again, after two weeks o[censored]se, the same problem recurred with this phone. I have been following up every authorised apple service centre in delhi for the last week, but apple doesn't claim responsibility for it, it is the seller's. I would request flipkart to contact the seller, and refund the amount i've paid for this phone, i don't want any other replacement from this seller, or even flipkart for that matter.

        It has been a very tedious process for me, and flipkart seller's credibility is to be blamed here. Please treat this as an urgent query. I'm really disappoint with this experience, and won't be ordering any other electronics from flipkart again.

        Also, if this issue isn't resolved from flipkart's side, i would have to the legal route.

          This courier was delivered to me on 1st august 2017 at about 2pm. I had ordered a laptop trolley bag. The order was cash on delivery. Your delivery boy returned rs.100 less. On calling him he did not pick up the phone.
          Please look into this matter.

            Product - samsung galaxy on max
            Issue/problem - while calling loudspeaker always remains on
            - shutter sound always remains on
            - front camera which they claim to be 13 mp gives
            Pics even worst than 2 mp while video calls.

            I want it to be return rather than replacing because the prouduct which will come in replacement will be having same issues as it's front camera problem, and if in case we don't get the product right at that moment than, they will direct us to service center rather than replacing/refunding. At that moment their responsibility would be nil.

            Kindly focus on my front camera problem (See what they say in image attached) i would like to get their license to be cancelled under which they have registered their firm, because they sell very low quality, and cheap product.

            I tried to speak with senior manager and other senior guys regarding this same issue they wasted my 2 full nights and 3 days by keeping me only on hold rather than transferring my call to him. Still they are wasting my time in this matter. They only say sorry but don't feel sorry fr the customer. I don't know why i bought their cheap quality product.

            I will give my best to go to any stage against them for this issue.

                  I bought samsung galaxy a9 pro from flipkart.com for rs 26900. The same was sent to me vide invoice dated 22nd june 2017. Frm reliance retail limited nashik highway, bhiwandi dist, mumbai, maharashtra. The phone is giving me trouble and not starting i. E. Booting since monday 31st july 2017. I wrote complaint s to flipkart and tried calling the thm many times. But no response. And they simply wrote against the complaint that it is resolved. I am feeling like cheated. I want replacement of defective mobile. Kindly help.

                          I buying a phone through online portal flipkart moto e4 plus form 28th july 2017, in that phone, i am found some major issues like, phone heating problem over the chagrining, camera also not working properly, touch screen also not working smoothly, and in the flipkart portal have mention 10 days replacement warranty​. But flipkart executive didn't responding properly, they told me that you need to be visit on moto service center for further assistance.

                          Please help me out for the issues.

                            I ordered a mobile phone (Order id od[protected] from www.flipkart.com on 31st july, 2017. The received mobile has multiple issues, such its front camera capturing dark video images and this makes video image captured during video calling beyond recognition. Other sound noises is also coming during video calling. Rear camera video image is also very dark.
                            I want to return this phone and get refunded.
                            Flipkart is not even replacing this faulty item.

                            I feel cheated and helpless.

                              I ordered onida led tv 43fis on friday (28 jul), tv deliver on saturday afternoon!!! (29 july).
                              Installation guy came on monday (31 july), tv didnt turned on. Same day raised a request for replacement (Od[protected] on 31 july.
                              Then flipkart customer service guy mentioned onida technician will visit and check, onida engineer came on 02 august and mentioned defective product and go for replacement from flipkart (1707h[protected].

                              When i called flipkart now they are telling technician visit itself not done and will update asap.

                              Flipkart sent defective product and playing with customers.

                              Onida technician came and told its a defective product . Ticket Number :1707h[protected], Still FlipKart is saying no one came and its cancelled.

                              Replacement status is showing still as orderd. Flipkart & their retailers are fooling customers.

                                  I recently placed an order for mi note 4 32 gb by paying the full amount. Now, i no where see anything regarding my order. The detail are vanished. I've my money deducted from my bank account.
                                  I called the support and found out that they were not find my order in their servers.

                                  Please help me with the following
                                  I need this product to be delivered to me.
                                  The app doesn't show the order placed.
                                  Customer service representative is also not able to have the order located.

                                    I had placed an order for a mobile phone on 24th july, 2017. I made the payment via debit card. The amount was successfully debited (Deducted) from my account, but the order was not placed. Even though the the order was not placed, over a duration of a week they have not refunded my debited amount back. They say that the payment didn't reach flipkart.

                                    The statement from my bank clearly shows that the amount was debited on the name of flipkart (See attached images)

                                      I purchased mobile moto e4 plus of rs : 9999 on 16th july on emi of my credit card till date the amount of rs : 9999 has not converted to emi although i had selected the option emi on flipkart..
                                      The very very worst & pathetic online company i every seen.. If you r providing emi option then it is not done.& i have to pay whole amount rs : 9999 to my credit card.. Because of your fraud services.. I never use flipkart nor my friends.. I also share this on social media to share to friends for this very bad & fraud company i ever seen,,
