I recently placed an order for mi note 4 32 gb by paying the full amount. Now, i no where see anything regarding my order. The detail are vanished. I've my money deducted from my bank account.
I called the support and found out that they were not find my order in their servers.

Please help me with the following
I need this product to be delivered to me.
The app doesn't show the order placed.
Customer service representative is also not able to have the order located.

    I had placed an order for a mobile phone on 24th july, 2017. I made the payment via debit card. The amount was successfully debited (Deducted) from my account, but the order was not placed. Even though the the order was not placed, over a duration of a week they have not refunded my debited amount back. They say that the payment didn't reach flipkart.

    The statement from my bank clearly shows that the amount was debited on the name of flipkart (See attached images)

      I purchased mobile moto e4 plus of rs : 9999 on 16th july on emi of my credit card till date the amount of rs : 9999 has not converted to emi although i had selected the option emi on flipkart..
      The very very worst & pathetic online company i every seen.. If you r providing emi option then it is not done.& i have to pay whole amount rs : 9999 to my credit card.. Because of your fraud services.. I never use flipkart nor my friends.. I also share this on social media to share to friends for this very bad & fraud company i ever seen,,

What i see that, there is only one t-shirt inside the package which i received. This is the huge mistake from your end and for this mistake i can go for consumer court if you will not take any action immediately. Details of the complain:

            Recently i purchased a blackbery phone with order id: od[protected].
            It has some serious issues /complaints

            1. I ordered white colour, but i received black

            2. The phone seems refurbished or duplicate phone, because inside the phone. I can see someone wrote something with sketch/marker pen.
            In the flipkart site not mentioned it is refurbished or used that is
            Why i purchased simply and assumed it is new.

            3. They did not mention mrp in the phone packet

            I have contacted flipkart customer care 20+times, they are sending me an irrelevant reply which is not related to my complaint and they automatically closing my complaint. They are talking about something cancelled ordered and giving details on that. But my concern is about delivered/ purchased product

            Due to this serious reason, i can say that flipkart cheated me. Hence my
            Demand is to refund full amount and i will return the product anytime

            We have interacted with the customer, informed that the recent request has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in customers purchase history that suggests that the items customer purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order cx attempt to place will also get cancelled.

            This complaint is about the delivered order Order ID:OD[protected].
            The above order ID is delivered and the purchased item is entirely different from ordered
            Your email/ replay is saying me about cancelled product

            Im suffering with delivered order, no witht the cancelled

            Flupkart account is connected to my mobile number and i am unable activate the account. When i enter my mobile number it says contact customer care. When i try to contact customercare, it redirects me to flipkart app and again i end up seeing 'to activate account, contact Customer care'. Its going in circles, please help

            For this above tx I'd amount Rs.1608 has been debited from city union bank but i received neither product nor money back.kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thank you.

              Received defective mobile phone moto e4 plus on july 19, 2017. Within a couple of days, i faced hanging, touch screen issues and the microphone was not working. When i raised the replacement request (As per the company policy only replacement was possible - no return), a technician arrived after 4 days. He saw the problem and identified the same as a software issue. To solve the issue, he had the phone - factory reset-ed without even informing me, which resulted in deletion of a few very important data of mine. And then he updated the false status in their website as 'no issue found'. There is a difference between 'no issue found' and 'finding and fixing an issue'. A phone which was just 7 days old had to be factory reset-ed twice in order to make it function. The replacement policy of the company doesn't mention that the phone will be reset-ed if any issue is found.
              Still then the issue persisted and when contacted the website, they said that their replacement period was over and i would have to go to a service center.
              Now, software issues in a mobile handset very much comes under their replacement policy. Fixing the software issue cannot be an alternative to replacement. A brand new phone should function correctly and should not require a forceful factory reset/repair.

              Flipkart has delivered a defective phone and on top of that they are harassing me with the return.

              1.NO TRANSPARENCY in Flipkart. My feedback was not posted for the product - since it didn't mention good things about the product. Negative reviews are not posted and because of this the customer doesn't get the true feedback regarding a low quality product.
              2. The replaced product was scheduled to be delivered by aug 4, but still now it has not been delivered. A reputed brand like Flipkart is harassing people like this..
              Moreover, an executive named V Prakash behaved rudely and arrogantly when spoken to about this issue.
              Please revert at the earliest.

              Sir i return the sweater shirt black and pink colour and money refunded to my walleate but after that 500rs amount cut from my walleate reason unknow i talk many time to customer care but not fruit full solution sir pls send some refrence or solution then i go to consumer court for solution sir
              I bought a Mobile micromax joy but the sound was not clear and vibrate mode is not available. I have already put the return request on flipkart but they have not any responses.
              Sir please my flipkart account reactivate..
              Still no response from flipkart. Phone has acute hanging issues. Not able to use it at all. Cheating on people's hard earned money. Want refund for this phone.
              This Moto E4 plus has major issues. I want a return since even if a replacement is done, the new phone might have the same issues, considering the huge number of complaints Moto E4 plus already has. And then Flipkart will not own any responsibility for replacing the phone.
              Replaced item was to be shipped on aug 4 but still not received. Flipkart is really cheating on the hard earned money of the people.

It had warranty of 6 months but it has just been 1 month and the headphones have stopped charging. I don't understand where to claim for warranty. Please help me if possible some how.                         I bought redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart in which microphone was not working properly so i went for replacement. Replaced mobile was even more pathetic than previous one. Its microphone was not working and was getting too much heated during charging. After complaining flipkart first refused to return than they send sms 2 times telling that mobile will be picked up no one came. Suddenly on my orders section it started showing return completed. Now they are not ready to return the mobile

                        Flipkart replied stating, the SMS screenshots shared by you are related to the previous return which was created. They are trying to fool me. Actually SMS were received after getting replacement because I had requested for return of replaced mobile. It was also not working fine. Kindly help me out. I replied them giving all proofs. And in their orders section they had updated return completed for replaced mobile but now they are replying that it is for mobile which was replaced which is total lie.

                          . I have recently ordered a timex watch but was disappointed when it was dilevered as the dial size was smaller than expected so i issued a refund and flipkart executive came the next morning but he refused to take the watch due to mrp error in there system so he told me to contact flipkart customer service. I contacted the customer service they told me that they the issue will be resolved within 2 days, after 2 days i again issued the refund there executive again refused to collect the product due to error in there system. At last i called there customer service again they told me that the item is not returnable but replaceable but i want my money back. What should i do plz assist

                            I purchased one Moto g5 through filpkart, my mobile number is [protected].

                            In that notification sensor is not available but for me it's very important to do my business based on led notification I will got up night time and I will do my business it much help ful for me. But in feature mentioned that sensors are available but here is not available so am very surprising and disappointing...so I want to return this my mobile I can buy any other brands through Flipkart ..

                            I strongly agreed that you have policy for return will not taken, whatever the feature you were mentioned it's available and if am returning means I agreed with your concern . But what ever mentioned as feature but it's not available but your people are saying not will take return .

                            It's looks like you are blaming the customer it seems .

                            Anyone want to buy any mobile they must be going through features only those not available how can I accept this ...please suggest me...

                            I never would expect that this kind of blaming from filpkart very very disappointed...

                            I hope you will give the best suggestions for this ..

                            Now they are saying simply not available this name you have use this one phone only .

                              I have ordered motog 5 plus from flipkart on 28th july and got the product on the next day. But while inserted the sim, i found there is no network for bot the sim. Then i tried with different sim cards but same problem. I requested for the replacement in the same day when i received the product. Then filpkart mentioned the date as 2nd aug when i supposed to get the new replacement product.

                              But still i haven't receive any response from them and now they rejected my replacement request. They mentioned 10 days replacement guarantee but with in 5 days from the date of purchase the replacement request has been rejected. I don't know what i supposed to do. I paid full amount and received one functional product.

                              I was calling flipkart customer care but now it says agent will call you in specific time but no one call back and i haven't got any option to speak with the customer care guys. This is very frustrating.

                                I m buy yu yunique 2 mobile from flipkart. But mobile is chinese product. I request to flipkart please refund my money because mobile is totally fake. Mobile heating. Charging very slow network issue and many more. But does not refund my money. I m very dispointed from flipkart. Flipkart is totally fake services and product. After that file a complain in consumer court.

                                  I ordered a professionnel shampoo of l'oreal from flipkart on 5th july, which was dlivered to me on 13th of july. The order number is - 0d[protected] at a price of rs461/-. The product that was delivered to me was a duplicate product. I never imagined that i can get a forged piece of shampoo from so called reliable online shopping site flipkart. I am hugely disappointed with this incident. I want an immediate replacement of the product or refund of money. The reason of my delay in complaint is because i stacked this product beforehand, and cheked it yesterday.

                                  We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer stated that she has been using the loreal product for years and she know whether it is original or not, informed the product is non returnable, also customer came on aug 2nd. product delivered on 12th july. Informed feedback taken and denied the request. Closing the case from our end.

                                    I purchased redmi note 4 (Gold, 64... With order id od[protected]
                                    Which was delivered on 31st july 13.30 hrs. Opening the box i got the
                                    Mobile with damaged display. Immediately at 13.37 hrs i informed the
                                    Delivery boy and he advised me to put a replacement request for the
                                    Product. I followed and request was confirmed by seller. After a while
                                    Cancellation massage came to me at 17.49 hrs. Again i registered another
                                    Request and the same process was repeated. I informed the delivery boy and
                                    He advised me to wait for next day, as i complained, any executive may come
                                    To me to check the product. No such body came to me. Again i tried to file
                                    A complain, but surprisingly this time i found my order for this product
                                    Has been removed from the order list.in fact all my orders of current year
                                    Been removed from order list. Now what am i supposed to do?

                                      Well, i buy a wrangler jeans from your online shopping site on 18th july.
                                      After wearing one time i found out that the fabric of jeans is not good, and i fell like i got thugged by flipkart because i m not satisfied with the quality of jeans. And now i can't even replace or get refund just because i don't have m. R. P tag on that jeans. I[censored] can't get me refund then please exchange the jeans with good quality of wrangler jeans. Please fix this asap. I m very disapointed.

                                        I had placed an order for purchase of onida 109cm (43) full hd smart led tv. The order id is : od[protected], dated 15.07.2017.

                                        The order was against exchange. However, the delivery boy had refused to take the old tv and hence, i had cancelled the order and raised request for refund.
                                        Though various mails and calls on the toll free number were done, till date even after two weeks, no refund is given. They are just sending msg and emails, stating there was some technical issue and the refund would take place in couple of days. However, nothing is progressive.
