I baught moto z play phone from flipkart, when i used it i got to know that the camera was not working properly then i asked for return a technician visited from flipkart and approved my return request. I got a new phone after a couple of days and now the new phone gets overheated when using once it got so hot that it burnt my hand. And now they are saying they will not give me refund, i don't want to use this product at all. It's not even 10 days i bought it. I am very disappointed with the service i want my money back i can't risk my life using this phone that gets as hot as it is about to blast. My order number is od[protected]

    I recently (50 days back) ordered a puma sandal from flipkart (https://www.flipkart.com/puma-men-black-high-risk-red-sports-sandals/p/itmekrdj... but the hook got broke. When i pay rs.1500, i expect it to last atleast 6 months. This was very bad quality product from puma and flipkart.
    Flipkart had only return policy of 10 - 30 days. What will the customer do post that.

          This mail is regarding complaint of material received against my order id od[protected]. I have ordered two mufflers from your site. But i am very disappointed with the product received from your side against my order.

          In spite of your good & fast service, sorry to say this time your product quality is very poor. I liked the muffler seen in pictures but product i received is totally different & seems like a local market & poor quality product. If i have to purchase that stuff i can buy that from local market also why i ordered from your site. I have totally wasted my money & time. Also it seems like products in display on your site are not original & you guys are making fool others by showing dummy product. Which is not a healthy feedback for your site.

          I am raising return request for the same. Hope you guys will take necessary actions to stop all these kind of fraud.
          Also i have attached the display pics & the pics of product which i ordered and received in original.

            Sir, i am ex serviceman retired from indian navy and settle in jamnagar gujrat.
            I placed order for 6.5 kg ifb top load washing machine on 23/7/2017 under order id od[protected] and on 24/7/2017 return request raised and place a fresh order for 6 kg ifb front load washing machine.

            On 02/8/2017, the both item were delivered to me. After my repeated request, courier personnel, deliver the both item stating they have not been directed to take back one item and without, direction they can not take back the item. On, 05/8/17 again i approached flipkart, but they could given me satisfactory reply and just say sorry.
            As per your return policy i can raise the return request within 10 days and i have raised the return request on 24/7/2017, just 01 day after request and before delivery.
            This is my humble request to you that kindly help me and arrange the return pack for 6.5 kg top load ifb washing machine and refund the amount as earliest possible as i am facing financial hardship.
            I am very old customer of flipkart and have not faced such problem and this time i am suffering hardship also. As i have purchased ifb 6 kg front load washing machine from flipkart, hence there is no use of another washing machine.
            Kindly look into the matter and help me with arranging for return pick up and refund as well.

            We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer cancelled the order the nest day of the ordered date. Still it was not cancelled and the product got delivered on 2nd Aug. Hence return approved. Uninstallation was overrided and approved the return. Customer stated that the product is untouched. Informed the TAT for return and refund. closing the case.

                I have puchase two mobile by flipkart on no cost emi offer. That time i check online emi was less but now on my credit card is shown extra cost of emi. And one mobile was deliverd on wrong address after that flipkart return my money but mobile emi is continue with extra interest on my credit card. But i have purchased item on no cost emi offer time.                 1. OD[protected] : customer have not opted for no cost emi, reg emi have been opted, hence mail sent regarding the same stating bank will charge as interest and requested to contact the card issuing bank.
                2. OD[protected] refund already completed (complete amount), back to source, interest charges if any have been charged, customer need to get in touch with the bank. Refund confirmation sent with ARN number, and closing the case.
                On 30 th july devilery man has come and it dont has a swipe machine with it and i call for enquiry in customercare no they has said me that the devilery man has swipe machine

                  Flipkart cheated me on a product i purchased from them. The product is tamper glass mobile screen protector. I purchased a samsung mobile j3 pro along with screen guard. But when i went to the mobile shop to fix the screen guard on my mobile i got to know about the cheating. I called up several times to complain about the same to flipkart but didn't got a solution for the same. They were like supporting the cheater vendor not their customers.

                        I ordered asus zenphone 5 gold 16gb and got delivered on 12th july 2017. From the day1 original charger is not working. I raised request for replacement of the same. Technician came and told us that flipkart have given you a second hand phone. He told to go to some near by store to get a new charger. When they denied, he informed us to goto nearest service center. Which is 300 km from my home. The ticket raised within 5 days of delivery the phone. After that i raised another replacement request and that also denied as the the phone was dead when the delivery guy came. If the charger is defected, how the phone will be in on condition.. After a lot of complaints, on aug 6 i got a call from flipkart, she put my request for refund. Now the so called technician will come to pick the phone and check the phone.. Seriously i am feeling fooled and cheated by flipkart.

                        I ordered a asus zenphone 5. Gold, 16gb.
                        Product delivered on 12july. The phones charger is defective. After raised replacement request, technician came, told that flipkart provided u a old charger. Goto nearby some stores to get a new charger. When these stores denied to provide a charger, he tell us to go to near by service center which is 300 km away.
                        I raised this issue within 5 days of recieving the product. The request was cancelled after technician visit. Without resolving the issue, replacement request cancelled. Again i raised a replacement request through customer care executive, that is also cancelled as ekart guys told the the device should be in on condition for pick up. After merely 10 complaints, on 6th august i recieved from flipkart, they offered refund of 499 for charger. I demanded full refund of my product. She accepted the request for full refund. Again the so called technician will visit, if he will be able to sort the issue by repairing the phone, he can otherwise he will take the old product with him. If he again will tell my mom to go to asus customer care, i will rather tell him to just take your product with you, we dont want any refund or any replacement from you. Just take this old repaired product with you..

                        I am feeling fooled and cheated by flipkart.
                        This will be my last shopping from flipkart.

                              I purchased a set of lenovo k6 power from your site near about in february and firstly it was working well then suddenly the 2nd sim slot started showing problem, there was sudden disconnection of the sim in 2nd slot frequently.
                              Then i took my cellphone to the service center there the opened it to check if there is any problem and it was found that 2 screws were missing even though my cellphone was opened for the first time...

                                I ordered the book ias (Pre) 16 years's solved papers worth rs 370. But i got another product by arihant publishers, map the snap.
                                It is very depressing...
                                If you dont have the right product in stock, you should not send the wrong product.. You should not disappoint your customer by these type of activities.
                                I am not going to order any product from the next time through flipkart..

                                  I ordered moto g5 plus (Lunar grey) on 4th august, 2017, friday. My order id is od[protected]. I made a payment through net banking but my order is not showing in 'my orders' because of which i am unable to track its shipment and payment.
                                  I am not able to talk to any customer service executive as all are busy

                                    I recently bought moto e4 plus model (15th july) to gift someone. I had high expectations from this model with the kind of configuration it supported as compared to other phones in the market. But phone had started malfunctioning within 20 days. Its touch is not working properly, sim card tray is not detecting the sim, its overheating while charging so much. So in the nutshell phone is total crap and complete wastage of money. I didnt expected this from motorola brand at all.. Though i have using moto g previously. Please replace the defective piece. As nothing is working in this phone.
                                    When i went to serive center with the same they asked me for th invoice.. But flipkart didnt sent me the invoice even. Upon calling flipkart customer care there is no option to talk to some executive directly. Instead they will call u back.
                                    Due to above missing invoice am not able get this phone checked at service center either.
                                    Somehow i got call from flipkart they are saying that they dont have option of sending the invoice either.. What kind of customer support is this from flipkart... Totally disappointed

                                      I had ordered moto e4 (Order id od[protected] and received the product on 15 july in jaipur.

                                      I ordered this product for my mother and send the product to my hometown.

                                      After that my mother used it for few days and complained me regarding some voice and network issues. When i reached my hometown then i myself verified the problems in the handset and researched on motorola's website and found out that voice and issues related to the network are a common problem with moto e4 plus and many other users are facing same problems.

                                      However during all these events the return period for item was lapsed.

                                      Then i requested flipkart's customer care center to register my complaint to initiate a complete refund request for the handset along with rs 350 extra which i spended on cover and screen gaurd, as it was a totally defected product.
                                      To which they refused bluntly.

                                      Therefore i want to complain against flipkart for such an irresponsible and unacceptable behavior.

                                      customer complained that product is defective. Apologized and informed that 10 days of replacement policy is over and no return can be processed. Asked to contact brand. customer denied and dropped the call. Hence closing the case.
