Hi team,

I bought this product on april 10 for one month the product worked fine after that i started to face issue... So i called customer care and they said that they i'll take the product back and gave me ticket no :- od[protected] still the issue is not fixed... I spoke this many people from flipkart support.., (Mohammed, afridi, navya, siva) but nobody resolved my issue and they r dragging like anything i want...

My hsbc credit card has been debited twice for the order id od[protected]. Following are the two transaction details from my bank,

I need the full refund of 2nd...

Sir i ordered a round neck t shirt but they give me the wrong or oversize t shirt.
So i call to customer care they told me u can exchange or u will get refund so i said i want exchange but the same pattern of t shirt.
So the took my old t shirt but at the time of the time of exchange the are giving me the wrong pattern of the t shirt.
So right now i don't have the faith on flipkart....

I bought a new TV from Flipkart and that is defective piece I asked them to replace. Now they were not responding and that too giving reckless answer. I think Flipkart people will mingle with second grade products for profits and the company of the tv is cloudwalker that cloudwalker people were also not responding and they are telling to ask Flipkart they will replace your tv very recklessly...

Sir my registered mobile no [protected]. I ordered a syska power bank form flipkart. On the time of delivery i am not available but when i receive the courier item from ekart they behave me rudely and when i gave feedback on ekart they said that they will not provide me the further courier. So kindly slove or provide me your service by other courier service.

I ordered 2no of micromax 1.5 ton 3 star ac's one with online payment and one cod these which flikart is unable to deliver on time none of the product got delivered yet... And customer service executives are unfit to the process... Still not received i have called them more 10 times but not getting proper response... Guys, micromax is doing a very good job in getting products of large appliances into economical price for the customers......

One of the worst service i am getting from flipkart being a loyal customer for the last 5 years. I ordered a smartphone (Redmi note 4) from flipkart.com on 3 june 2017, order id is od[protected] which turn to be a faulty product, so i asked for a replacement. But the technical expert from flipkart keeps telling me to update the phone, which i did but there is no solution. Ultimately they said phone will be replaced after engineer visit...

This is regarding my order od[protected].

I have placed this order in may 2017, actual delivery date was delivery expected between sun, may 28th '17 and mon, may 29th '17 but till now i didn't received it.

I have request for delivery so many but till now no proper update everytime they say they are co-ordinating with team and we keep you updated/will call you back....

Very Bad Delivery service. After numerous follow-ups and escalations, they were completely not interested in delivering and missing their own commitments. Very rude and lying staff. not interested in doing their own duties with poor management of their complaints process. I have purchased a lenova vibe K 5 Plus 3GB A VW 48917 on 5.10.2016 with in three months the camera got problem they take one week to replace it again the cable is problem the battery is not charged to my phone 3 to 4 hours charging only 12 % charged it will be completed with in a minute it is very problem my product is with in guarantee period I very much interested to purchase goods through your firm but problems are occur several times...

I would like to bring my concern to you that I purchased LG washing machine over flipkart online on Fri, Oct 28th '16 which costs ₹23, 489. After receiving Item, we found that there was damage and i raised complaint (Id:[protected] to replace the product. But there was no response from the Flipkart team to get replace done.

I keep on contact Flipkart call center number...

I have ordered the micromax mobile, i received yesterday the material worst quality, vibration mode not there, noise is coming in the speaker, i have raised the complaint to flipkart grievance, but they told we will replace the same. (If flipkarts are replacing also same quality another piece will come, not required the same product). I want my money return back.
