      I am sagar appasaheb padangale from rahata, tal - rahata, dist - ahmednagar. I ordered for pushkaraj stone on 18 june 2017. The order id was od[protected]. I received an empty packet without stone. I made contact with them they did accept my complaint and agreed for replacement, this happened 3 times they deceived me in replacement issue. They neglected the redelivery, they sent the emails but i have not got the stone yet. I am looking forward for the justice.

I called to syska customer care number where asked me to email my complaint but then no body replying on the email. And when i am trying to call flipkart customer care, i am not getting any support from there too. Please help me to resolve my issue.

          Please help me! Please! They sent me damaged used bended phone! Its totally bended, if i give pressure the screen could come out of body! Plz help me to get the refund!

          This is the copy email that i sent to flipkart this morning -

          Need refund. Arrange the pickup! Stop wasting time and stop fooling customers! And your told free number executives are nothing but #. Non sense.
          Flipkart can cheat i never imagined. Shame on you! Give my money back! Liars!

          1. I got a replacement on 28th july.

          2. After unboxing i got that from box packaging to phone, its used.

          3. After few times i got that the phone is bended, used condition, smudges all over, buttons are non workable, cracking noise are coming from whole body and sides of the pjone as its bended etc..

          4. Anyway, i called flipkart for refund, as i got the replacement like this.

          5. The representative told me where should i take the refund? On wallet or bank account? I said wallet. He started processing. And then he said i will get call regarding return pickup and whole thing will be done by 29th july. Then i reconfirmed that it will be picked up by 29th july or not, he confirmed it will be.
          I got sms and email regarding that and the thing is i have to wait till 2:30pm 29th july for call regarding it.

          6. Waited for 2:30pm yesterday, no pickup arrangement, no call, no sms, no email, no nothing.

          7. I called flipkart again, she told me i have to wait till 6:30pmm! Haha! Then she transferred the call to senior, he said he couldn't do anything! Haha! I have to wait. I asked what if i get no response and pickup again? He said no sir, you will get notified for sure.

          8. Nothing happened after 6:30pm, haha! So i called again, that ma'am requested me to wait till 9:00pm again.. Haha!

          9. Nothing happened after 9:00pm, haha!
          I called atleast 20times till 11pm! Got no result, just requested me to wait and wait.. Haha..

          10. Now few mins ago i was talking to flipkart, he requested me to wait 24hours! Haha! Haha! Then i said if you can't help me, transfer the call to a senior executive, he said they got no permission for that! Haha! What the hell! Then i said i know about the permission, just transfer the call!
          So he said no sir! Haha! Then i talked point to point, then he started to shrink, and said wait am transferring the call to senior, but then after few times, he said it can't be done sir, no seniors are here sir, call after 4 hours! Haha!

          Points to be noted -
          Got the damaged bended used phone. And flipkart treated like -

          I) 29th july pickup/call from flipkart guarantee

          Ii) will get something from flipkart by 2:30pm

          Iii) will get call by 6:30 for sure

          Iv) will get call by 9pm or within 29th july 11:59:59pm

          V) today, i have to wait again for 24hours. Haha!

          Flipkart is cheating on me. I need the refund, pickup the item. Arrange the return pickup, thats it! Stop bluffing! I need the refund! You guys eating my money! "

            Trimmer order is[protected] purchase on 20/7/17.. And delivery on time date but the product was defective one screw opened and trimmer not work properly... I returned request on the same date... And after two day my product exchanged bt second product is another design and also defective piece...
            Two times i got defective product continue... # off
            But the good thing is money refunded in phone pe wallet.. Immediately after confirmation of returned last time product to delivery boy.
            My purchases experience is so bad with flipkart.

              They promised me to give delivery before 25th of july till 7pm.. But they failed to do so... After enquriy they registered my complaint and given promise that they will solve my problem on or before 29th july... But still now they not yet solved the problem... The logistics people fooling me on deliverying the product... So please solve the problem as soon as possible.. U have wasted ma time and energy..                       Hi,

                      I was unable to received the shipment yesterday as did not have the entire cash ready and placed order for 2 phones one for myself & 1 for my friend who was about to transfer the funds today as per ur estimated delivery date. I had received a message indicating that the order is out for delivery. I called the mentioned number and spoke to your executive whi stated that he was coming however i stated i would be paying 12999 by cash & 12999 by card however ur executive refused to accept it indicating either pay entire 25, 998 by either card or cash. Why do u guys ship the 2 phones together in first place and late r not accepting seperate payments for 2 phones ordered. Now when i spoke to ur exective he stated i could come to their mira road hub and collect it and it was approx 4 pm at that time. When i arranged for entire cash and reached there around 8 pm the attendant told me their cash counter is closed and they cant accept any payments. I requested then to hand it over n take d cash as i had to give the phone to my friend as i forced him to get the cash transferred urgently as have to collect the handset. I then lost hope n requested them to atleast have it delivered on priority in d morning however they started giving excuses we dont know who is going to deliver and ww not at all helpul. And when i called ur customer care for this to get the matter escalated the person i spoke to was like a computer just having standard answers ir shipment will be delivered by 2nd aug without even understand ing the reason i called was to ensure the delivery is done on priority in d morning and that really made me lose my temper and be rude and hang up. How can you guys act so unprofessional and thar eally made me irate and lose hope in flipkarts services and would recommend every one never to order from flipkart. Amazon is much better than you guys. If possible have the shipment delivered on priority tomorrow or cancel it.

                        We have interacted with the customer stating that the refund is not completed, when checked the refund is already completed and ARN number is also generated. Informed customer to get in touch with the bank, raising a dispute, customer was not agreeing and stating bank is stating they have not received any amount and contact flipkart. Informed again to contact the bank as we have completed the refund from our side. Hence closing the case.

                          First i had purchased a galaxy j7 back cover but it was not fit for my phone. So i had submitted for replacement. And this time i got another back cover of the same size but of different pattern. But still it's not fit for my phone and this time i requested for refund. The delivery executive came to collect the product but they informed that they have not been given the information of the back cover i had ordered for replacement. On my flipkart account too, only the purchase of the back cover which i have ordered first is shown. The product which came as replacement is not updated on my account and hence tha delivery executive could not collect it and hence my refund is also been delayed. So i would like you to take the necessary actions.

                            I made the payment of rs.999 through phone pe app but flipkart delivery guy told that he has not received the payment so he didn't deliver the order to me. This is not the way you treat customers and if that's the condition you could have confirmed it from phone pe regarding the payment and after that deliver the product to me. I called phone pe customer care and they told me that they have received the payment and still the delivery guy didn't give me the product.

                              I recently purchased moto e4 plus mobile... The very next day i found out that it was defective... The microphone was not working properly... My voice was sometimes not audible at all to the other person... When i made a replacement request they didn't approve it... And ignored all our calls and emails to them... When i receive my order i m totally shock because it is of only 1kg. I thought it is by mistake and i wait for my second bag. Today i received my order by is also of same quantity. I m a regular customer of flipkart.com but now i decided not to purchase anything from flipkart.com. And suggest to other also that they not use this online shopping app.

                                  Fipkar website has an error on the website, at the time of making a payment, it is throwing an error and not proceeding to payment completion.

                                  I tried all the payment gateway but the error still persists and not allowing me to make payment and complete my order.

                                  On speaking to support they mention it's not their issue, i tried with multiple login and different profile but the issue still persists.

                                    I am nirupama raghavan from hyderabad.
                                    I ordered 3 mobile sets of brand moto e 4 plus from flipkart on 19th july for my parents in chennai.
                                    One of the mobile (Order id od[protected] was found to be faulty as it is not showing display after switching on.
                                    Request for return filed on 22nd of july.
                                    Received a message that they will attend the complaint in 72 hours and that they will contact us around monday (24th july) 10am. But nobody contacted.
                                    I sent a mail/ mesage on monday and received a mail saying that technician will come on saturday (Jul 29th) to check the mobile. Till now nobody has come.
                                    Meanwhile i see in my flipkart account that they have mentioned that the technician visit is cancelled.
                                    I am unable to contact them by phone as it keeps saying that there is no order in this registered mobile number.
                                    Please help to get replacement of my mobile.

                                        Its really frustrating after telling the delivery guy on call repeatedly (4times) to please call on different number and to come to different place. But again they did mistake. Again called up why you are doing like this it was a request, he said sorry and he told he will come next day before 9 am. Again that person didnt gave any call till 10. Again when i called back he told he forgot and will deliver in an hour. But again he didnt deliver in that time. I mean what an unprofessional way to deliver.
