This is regarding an order that i had placed on 5th of June 2017 for a housefull shoe stand.

My order was placed and the shoe stand was delivered on 23rd of June 2017(Friday). To my dissapointment, i saw that the item was missing a hinge due to which a door could not be fixed.

The service and installation guy told me to raise a complaint and that the issue would be resolved in 1 week. I tried calling Housefull customer care but nobody answers the call, i sent various mails to them, but got no responses. (Please see attachments )

Finally, i called up customer care of flipkart and asked them to help fix the item or replace the item. Flipkart executive told me that they dont see an option of replacement, but only can request for a return. I agreed to return the item and placed a return request on 26th of June. Please note that my order still says that they accept replacements within 10 days. I got neither replacement nor refund.

Promised pickup date for the item was 16th July. I tried to call flipkart customer care 3-4 days before 16th of July and kept getting false assurances that the item would be definitely picked up by 16th of July.

On the 17th of July, i was surprised to see that the item was marked in flipkart as return cancelled by the seller due to policy terms.

After the promised pickup date, also, i kept calling flipkart daily, and I get nothing but false assurances saying that i will be getting calls within 1 hour, half hour, within 24 hours etc.

I understand that in my case, the seller : Housefull has not been responding. I do not understand why flipkart has to have such a horrible seller in their website. I also do not understand why its taking so much time to resolve a simple refund issue.

I have decided that this is the limit of my patience because, i will be travelling abroad by 24th of this month. I have decided to post this issue on consumer complaints forum, and I have also decided to make this issue of mine public using facebook, and any other social media available to me.

      Recently i purchased xiaomi redmi note 4 from flipkart. Product is having issues and i am not able to use it. But not getting proper response from flipkart and they are cancelling my replacement request without informing me reasons.

              Hi,
              I had ordered asus zenfone 3s max from flipkart on 1st july which was delivered on 4th july. Just after few days of arrival, the phone started restarting unanimously, and i was also facing network issues. The network of the phone come and go anytime. On 10th july (Within 7days of the delivery), i had registered a return request with flipkart. Instead of returning my phone they send a technician to my place to check the phone. The technician visited on 11th july for roughly ten mins, restarted the phone and took the feedback. Despite, the technician visit, the problem was not resolved, and after my 2nd complaint, they send the same technician on 16th july. Again he restarted the phone, sat down for 35 mins and did nothing.

              Today on 19th july, flipkart closed the complaint by stating, the technician will resolve the issue and refused to replace the product. I called the customer care who told me to go to service center since the replacement duration lapsed. This is the most pathetic service flipkart has ever given to anyone.

              I want my refund on my phone.

              I want you to return that phone and stop sending technicians. This is the third time when that technician is visiting my home for checking the phone who never checks anything on the phone. He only restarts the phone and hope for a miracle to happen. Just to save his job, he is giving falsified answers to Flipkart, based on that you are rejecting my return. I have also lodged a complaint in consumer court against Flipkart for the same.

              Return that phone and refund me asap!

                I ordered 3 mobiles frm flipkart for my family but they blocked my account i request them they told it will be solved after 10 days they ar not replying please help i hav some payments in that account so please unblock my account if neither done i will take strict action as this is forgery and theft by flipkart i always shop from flipkart but now i knowed the fact why people ar commenting about flipkart bcoz of their bad service now amazon also give me loyalty reward when i order i still like flipkart for past but its not the way is there anyway written u can do more than one order if that had written remaining order auto canceled as amazon do please initiate help flipkart

                  I ordered redmi note 4 on 14 july. First time it got failed while pay by phonepe with 4 attempts then it again failed with sbi netbanking prepaid order. Money got deducted and yet not refunded after 6 days. I ordered again same day with cod but after 6 days, it got cancelled themselves due to logistic issue. What the game is playing with me. Take strict action against flip folks. Its happening very common to everyone now days.

                    My name is niraj kakoty from guwahati, assam. I have been a regular customer of flipkart for a long time. I have bought all kinds of products ranging from clothes to mobile phones. With this long developed trust, i had recently bought a moto g5 plus from flipkart which was delivered to me on the 6th of july. Since, the phone required nano sim cards, i received the nano cards from my subscriber on the 7th and inserted them into the phone. Everything about the phone was perfect, except when i inserted the sim cards it did not detect any of the cards.
                    Here, i would like to stress upon the fact that, none of the sim slots weren't working from arrival.
                    I requested for an immediate replacement on the 8th of july. A technician had visited me on the 10th and he reported that the sim slots were damaged. Flipkart had cancelled my return request the following evening and i have faced a lot of issues regarding the handset that i didn't even get a chance to use.
                    As i was told, i visited the local service centre here in guwahati. They informed me that the damage is not covered under warranty and that i have to pay any additional 6000 rupees for the full repair. This is really not fair on my part. And i am not prepared to pay such an amount to repair a brand new phone.
                    I have tried contacting senior officials of flipkart, i was assured that my issue would be resolved by the 19th july. I am sorry to say that, nothing has been done till now to help my cause. I would request you to please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

As per our service engineer the sim tray was physically damaged by the customer due to which the return was cancelled. Hence, we will not be able to initiate return. We request you to get in touch with the authorized service center for further assistance.
                    I want the purchase the new mobile from the flipkart. with exchange. but when i write imei number. it shows invalid. and i had called to flipkart customer care. still didnt replied me properly.

                        Never expected such a bad cheating behavior from flipkart. I ordered a moto c + on july 4th. The device to my surprise is not moto., its completely lenovo.
                        Although lenovo has bought moto company, there was no mentioning in flipkart that this is a moto + lenovo device. For 1st five days i couldn't use to new phone because i wanted to use only after i am receive nano sim, backcover, tamper glass and belt pouch all for safety reasons. Once i started
                        The device got highly heated up in my pocket and was as hot as furnace suddenly without any process running in it. This happened the next day also and i placed a refund within 10 days policy. The customer service guy compelled me to for service center or do troubleshooting (Factory reset)., while i was performing the steps what he said, he has cancelled my refund request unethically without my consent. When i immediately called the cust care, they accepted this fraudulent activity by his seniors and apologized and promised escalation and refund. But to my surprise next day i got a message "your refund is cancelled"., i talked for 2 hours from (11 - 12:30 midnight)., losing my sleep and peace the whole night. I was scheduled a service engineer visit, who in turn checked my mobile and said the temperature is 41 degree. I said when the whole phone is fresh and has been formatted without any app or processes running the heating to this extent. He recorded that am not happy with the product also. The service engineer is from jeevs and i added saying i will donate this mobile moto c to jeevs and flipkart. If you still compel me to use this, could you give me a confirmation / responsibility if any incidents (Mobile burst) happens and give it in writing. www.jeevs.co.in who takes care of flipkart customer services said he cannot guarantee and moreover confirmed that the processor is also responsible for overheating. Now that when i checked the flipkart site, the refund history is totally deleted. I was shocked to see this kind of fraudulent behavior from flipkart. I was once a delighted customer who still owns moto e for last 3 years. My question is.
                        1. I applied refund within 10 days of purchase as per the policy. Why flipkart is giving a bad behavior.
                        2. The overheating, volume adjustments are reducing very horribly that you cant hear anything when the volume is 60%. Not happy with the performance as with no major applications in
                        3. No peace of mind using this device. The device is not moto as advertised in flipkart.
                        4. Why the refund / return details are been deleted from my account/ orders?
                        5. I want the refund of money back. I am ready for any other solution from flipkart since no more belief or trust due to continuous fraudulent activity resulting in lose of mind peace. If no response i'll pack the mobile and send to flipkart as donation, moreover, i've already packed it in the same box, not using it anymore.

                        So, what's your take on this?., Well., apart from mobile heating, absurd volume controls, Hard touch screen (bang screen), black out while trying to open any other applications during call (eg: if I need to check contacts while talking on a call to someone). New hassle is 1. Contacts even after saving doesn't show up on search, 2. Saving a contact name cannot be done if the name is more than 10 - 12 characters ?., What am I working on ?., Have you collaborated any other primitive model of phone?

                          I bought a mobile moto e3 power xt1706 black 16gb on last year december. I have a warranty on mobile for complaints. My handset did not turn on since last week. It was done during use. It did not repaired by water. I was claiming warranty in this problem. But my service center did not accept my warranty. They said my mobile damaged by liquid. The proof they showed is the charger port pin in sub board. The charger port pin was little corrode by moisture in the air. Could any metal being always polished?. The answer the told was their company had given this procedure. The main board damaged in my mobile. But the reason to not gave warranty is the metal charger pin colour changed. And they did not give proper information. First they said it costs around 1550rs and they said its around 4000rs and now they said its around 6500rs. I want to know the reason why i can't get my warranty on mobile??. I trusted flipkart services madly. You have to replace or repair my handset to continue to use the flipkart.

                            On this 14th july1017, which is stuck at bhiwandi according to what the status says. I want to ask whether how come it is not being delivered to me at my doorstep, product was at bhiwandi sort center on 16th july 2017 and today is 19th july 2017, does it takes 3 days to travel from bhiwandi to panvel hub (Just 30 kms distance).

                              I recently ordered philips qt4001/15 trimmer on the date 13/72017. Money has been deducted from my account. But in my flipkart account no such order is shown. I haven't received any confirmation for the order. The confirmation i received was a txn id for my order request to my phone number and the confirmation for the money accounted to flipkart on my online banking portal. Still not receiving any confirmation on my email or flipkart account. I am not able to know whether the order is placed. If yes i cant track the order or haven't recieved the product.                                   My flipkart account shows account is inactive contact customer service to reactive it. I didn't do anything in my account but automatically it shows account is inactive so i can't understand how it's occur and the reason now what i should do please give me a solution kindly do this needfull i could not book through flipkart last three days fed up with this same message account inactive so please its urgent.

                                    I have ordered ifb fully front loading automatic washing machine on 20th of june.

                                    Expected delivery date was 29th of june - delivered on 7th july

                                    Expected date for installation & demo was 8th july - technician arrived on 11th july - technician's comment "product is damaged from the back side, suggesting you to replace the product".

                                    Raised replacement request on 11th july itself - no response yet.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am writing this email because i am not getting any solution from flipkart customer care.

                                      I have booked the micromax canvas laptab lt777w which is delivered to me on 06th of july 2017.
                                      I opened the box start using it in find that 1. When i open camera of tha laptab it goes hanged atleast for 5 mnt.
                                      2. Usb port is very loosed automatically pendrive shows removed from system.
                                      3. Keyboard light is not working.

                                      This all issue is there in the same so i requested on call center of flipkart for replacement this is my 1st request after 2 days i got massage that my replacement request closed.
                                      2nd again i given my replacement request
                                      After 2 days i got that again request closed

                                      3rd again i given a return request after 3 days that return request also gone closed.

                                      1st questions for flipkart company that how without talking to customer replacement or return request goes closed.

                                      Till the date i am waiting for solution this is my bad luck i purchased products with flipkart because service is very poor.

                                      Even when i called in customer care while i talking to the executive he is unable to my questions answer so they simply disconnected my call.

                                      This is flipkart service i don't want this faulty product i paid for it 11500 rs this is my money.

                                      I don't purchase any thing with flipkart further.
                                      Kindly resolve my this last issue.
