I'm waiting for your response and replacement. See, I'm expecting replacement, I've asked replacement during the 2nd attempt itself, but the customer care executive doesn't refund. See the order is been made before the implementation of GST, but now after waiting for all these 15 days you were trying to refund after the implementation of GST. Resolve the issue by providing replacement. And please communicate in a better way with your eKart team.

Sub: IMEI differs with the eKart courier while during replacement of a device.

Two phones been delivered in a single package. One phone was damaged. Replacement is been initiated through android app. The eKart courier guy came with a replacement product but refused to replace and said that the IMEI no differs or mismatch. While initiating replacement through app there is no specification of any IMEI. I called the customer care executive and told the issue. The customer care executive told that he will change things and told me to wait for 5 more days. Second time eKart guy arrived and again he said that the IMEI mismatch. Now I called the customer care executive and told the issue. Now I told the customer care executive to note down the IMEI specifically and initiate the replacement properly again because there could be a possibility of misunderstanding of that another undamaged phone. Now also for the 2nd time, customer care executive wanted me to wait for another 5 days. Oh, this is your issue, why I have to wait for another five days, the eKart guy is having the replacement product in his hands, you could have given him instructions to deliver it. Ok. I waited for another 5 days. Third time eKart guy came on[protected] and now also he said that the IMEI differs. Oh. I talked to the customer care again. Now he escalated the issue to another team. They called me and told that the issue will get resolved within 4.30 pm. But not been resolved. Today[protected] the eKart guy doesn't arrive, he just called from his place and asked the IMEI no, now also he told that the IMEI differs. Now, what is the problem with you guys?, where is the problem?, whether there is problem with the eKart contract? Whether there is problem with your app? Where is my money gone? What is the rectification? it's been 15 days... I'm tired of meeting the irresponsive eKart guy and very tired of telling these stories to customer care executives, my time is been wasted, I have to work with pressure while at my work place because of this issue, but you guys seems to be very relaxed enjoying with my credit, is it? I'm very annoyed to hear 'sorry' and 'pls wait' from your side. This is how you respond? Check my order profile, see how many orders has been done.
After all these hurting incidents I raised a complaint in consumer affairs. My Issue Booking Id with the Consumer Affairs is 335319 dated[protected].
I don't want refund after waiting all these days. I want the replacement product.
