      I ordered an shoe from flipkart order id is od[protected]. I miss understood the color shown in image is grey but it is white so i thought to return the product on the same day i received the product june 20 2017, wish master rejected my to pick up the product by saying price tag is missing. I spoke with flipkart customer care and informed there is no price tag when i received the product they understood and arranged pick up from by themselves by saying pick up wil be done without price tag. Again wishmaster rejected the pick up by saying price tag is missing. Like this 15 times the pick up request has raised and 5 times service request has raised from backend team of flipkart. But my product was not taken from me. There is no communication between flipkart and wish master. Now the 30 days return period is over. They not taking the product

        I ordered healthvit fitness 100% ultra premium whey protien and it got delieverd on delivered on mon, jul 17th '17, after opening the packaging i found the sticker was not correctly sticked to the container as if some one has tampered with it, the barcode on the product was also not valid and the seal on the container of the box was half open, i submitted many request to flipkart using the app but no reponse, then after contacting the flipkart customer care they say as this product is in no return policy they cant do anything... That means if they send me stones worth rs.3000 i have to eat it no question asks... Now i just want my money back as now i dont trust flipkart nor the dealer as this product was already in flipkart assured category... My registered mobile number is "[protected]" & "[protected]".

        Had to use their app and complaint multiple times about the continuous harassment and after almost 15 days they initiated the refund...the mails i got was from "[email protected]"...basically i had to contact them on regular basis for these many days and then they refunded the amount.

            Hi,

            I am the vendor on flipkart from last 3 years and i have never face such issue which is currently going on. One of the flipkart customer had return the product and it have not received to us. Your policy says that the return product will get delivered to you in 60 days from the return date, then why should we have to ask for pod. Secondly for pod your policy says that you can obtain in within 45 days only. But if i have not received the product and the vendor is asking for the pod why cant the flipkart people provide the same.

            This is regards to the below order id which is not been delivered to us till date and as per flipkart record it’s been delivered to me on 19/05/2017. After calling to the seller support team to inquiry about the order status they have refused to provide me the pod and continues saying again and again that as per flipkart policy after 45 days they won’t be able to provide us the pod. If your policy says that you will get your return product after 60 days from the return date, then why should i call up you people for pod. As i had spoken to the floor manager mr vinit tiwari from pune he was very rude and being in professional industry he is teaching me about the customer orientation and about the policies. He doesn’t have any answer to my question and refused to help me out. If the floor manager behaviour very unprofessional then what should i expect from the customer support person. Even on the panel it just says that the product has been return on 19/05/2017, but doesn’t have any updations on the tracking details it just says that no record found. The product is worth rs 38532 and it’s not a small amount as you can see.

            Also please find attached screen shot of the order status, it is showing that the product was return initiated on 19th of May, 2017 and got delivered on 19th of May, 2017 itself only. I don't get it where in the world is a transport service who delivers the package within one day from Delhi to Mumbai.

            Also the tracking number given to us have no tracing record, it is showing "Failed to load Shipping Details"

                  I have purchased a kingston data traveler (16gb) with order id od[protected] amounting to rs.890 (Including rs 40 shipping charge) on july 12, 2017 (Delivery date). But the price given in the pack was only rs.650 including all taxes. Flipkart charged rs.200 extra for the item. And i have send a query regarding this issue.                   They have credited Rs.200 as Flipkart Gift balance. Thus the complaint solved.
                  I purchased a Spnrs Impossible Screen Guard for [Luxury] Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 FHD IPS Touchscreen Laptop 14 inch (Pack of 1) from Flipkart on 19th Nov 2022, and I received the item on 26th Nov 2022. In the description, it is mentioned: "Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5" and 14 inches. But the item is not actually fit (length is more and breadth is far less) for the same laptop (Attached photo for reference). So, I called customer care and asked for a refund. They informed me that it couldn't be refunded but was replaceable. Still, I'll be receiving the same since it is having a diagonal measure of 14 inches but not of proper length and breadth as of a standard Lenovo Ideapad Flex 14 laptop. They are making customers foolish by giving false claims/descriptions. Why should I pay my money for this? I would like to avail of a refund and correction of the description on the site so that other customers can rely on it.

                    Fraud!!! I am a loyal customer of flipkart from many years now but never faced such issue before. I ordered mobile flip cover model no micromax canvas e483 from flipkart on date:14th may 2017, but i received wrong model flip cover (Micromax canvas nitro a311). My order id number is od[protected]. The received model isn't fitting on my phone, i requested return within two days.in replacement i saw the same wrong model (Micromax canvas nitro a311) is in transit so i request to change and send the correct model. They said it is on process and they will solve the problem shortly. Many times i called in customer care number to solve the matter but still it is pending.
                    Currently they answered it is long time crossed and as per their records the matter is solved. They without solve my problem they closed the issue. Kindly solve my issue.

                      My name is jitendra kumar naik. On 13 march 2017 i pay 13499 online for lenovo vib k5 note. When i received order i open it and there is no phone in side. I has a water over flow alarm. I call customer care and they insure me that soon my product will pick up. But no one came to picked it up. I try to call them but soon after few days my account been closed and i was no longer login and call to flipkart. No money return, no phone, no call. I have been doing shopping for 7 years now in this site. I trust this site as best in online shop but now it is just another company who like to rob old customer. I heat you flipkart.

                        I placed an order for vu 50 inches led tv on june 25, promised delivery date is july 2nd. As expected by any e-commerce business flipkart also missed the date and started those usual excuses, daily afternoon i used to get call from customer service and they used to tell it will take some time and sorry for the inconvenience. After 28 days they have cancelled the order.

                          I had purchased two mobile phones during flipkart's big 10 sale, with the offer of gift vouchers worth 2500 of makemytrip for each order of above 2000rs, the gift cards were to be sent to my email id by 30 june 2017.

                          Its 21th july 2017 now, why it has not been sent to me.

                          I have talked many times to the flipkart's customer care executive, everytime they ask me to check my mailbox again and they say the vouchers will be sent to my email id within next 48 hrs,
                          Even they asked me to talk to make my trip's customer care executive, but they said its solely job of flipkart to send me the gift vouchers.

                          Its been 10 days now, and after 4 complaints i still havent received my gift vouchers.

                          Please send me the mmt gift card asap for the following orders

                          First, they always delivered wrong item, there service too much poor, and returning time they doing so much harassment with customer.
                          My order hasn't been delivered in 8-11 days.Than it is saw me out of stock.

                            My husband, mr. Amit sachan received below message from sbi bank on 20-jul-17:

                            "thank you for using state bank internet banking. Your transaction ref no igabrlsgf2? For rs. 6319.0 on 20-jul-17 14:10?

                            He has not placed any such order. I wonder how this much amount has been debited from his sbi account. Also he did not receive otp number on his mobile for initiating this transaction. Without using otp number, how the transaction is possible via internet banking.

                            I kindly request to refund the amount rs 6319 to his bank account as soon as possible.

                            I kindly request to share the name and address of person who has placed this order and used my husband bank account to make payment. I will file police complain and will take further action against him/her.

I discussed costmer relation some days ago he give me a cmplaint no[protected] but we not recd any replyupto date now. This is like cash,, card, not purchase refund,
                                Pleaswe extend the date of this gift card, so, i can purchase some thing from your side.

                                  I bought apple mobile on 10/12/2016, within 6 months its not funtioning and when i approached service station, they say you bought in an online and its having physical damage which i ever not done, so please do replace or allow me to go for consumer court. Choice is yours.

                                    I have purchase 2 led tv on flip-kart site, 1led is intex company and 1 is micro-max company, i received both of on 18/07/2017 after received i opened the box then i saw, micro-max led remote not found and intex led remote is not work, when i confirm all information to flip-kart customer care center.                                       Worst service of flipkart delivery service. I ordered many time dr morepen glucometer... Ekart delivery boy not called me and canceled my order again and again one time i called hi for delivery after conferming my name he said i will not deliver to you he said i go to your office and it was locked i said him that i am in office how it closed he said in roadchhap languege go anywhere and do comlaint against me i said him if you not setisfid your job than kindly leav it and go to home after that he is abused me.
