I had order a pair shoes, but still it was not delivered. I have been ordered the item about 10 days ago but still not delivered. This type of problem faced me last time also. I don't know why it's delaying?

Sir i have ordered a medicine from flipkart on 22 jun 17 (Aimilbgr34) as blood glucose metaboliser but due to worng shipment i received another medicine, so i call to flipkart service to inform that you people send me worng product then he was say that sorry i will replace your product ann finally 2jul 17 we received a replacement by flipkart ones again same product shipped by flipkart. Than i was send a message to flipkart please refund my money please return your product. But still flipkart not refund my money after taking bank ac details please do needful and refund my money

I have purchased Moto c plus mobile which was delivered on 30th June but it did not support 4g VOLTE. Service engineer had come on 9th July but issue was not resolved. Flipkart has now cancelled my return request. This is not justified. The phone must be returned on exchange for another unit which supports 4g VOLTE. Also, the qualification of the service engineer was doubtful as he does not know about VOLTE.

Very poor response from flipkart. I purchased a moto c plus vide order id - od[protected]. Right from day one, the display was hazy with straight lines. I lodged a request on 5th july through online chat under 10 days return policy. They all try to give all lip service - one after another some 5 people communicated with me trying to resolve the issue. Finally, the issue was not resolved. Then they said they would send a service engineer. I am still awaiting for the service engineer to visit me.
I gave a review on the product complaining about the poor service by flipkart. They refused to put it in their website, telling that it does not fulfill their guidelines.

My question is the 10day return policy is just fake. I would never buy from flipkart.

Did a purchase of linovo k6 power mobile under a scheme and as part of the offer was suppose to get 2500 rupee makemytrip voucher. The phone came defective so was replaced with another piece however the makemytrip voucher was cancelled saying I canceled the order. After registering complain flipkart routed me to makemytrip to give voucher and make my trip team confirmed that it should be distributed by flipkart.
This is pure fraud flipkart is doing to deny committed voucher. I paid around 10000 to buy the mobile as was committed for a voucher for 2500. Please suggest where to complain so that these frauds not done to consumers

I had ordered a moto c plus mobile and received it on 29th June 2017 having Order ID:OD[protected]. Further I would like to say that I had raised a request on 3rd july 2017 for return of the same product because its jack is not working and battery also not working properly.Still my return request is in process and we are not getting a valuable response from their side. I am trying to call customer care also but still we haven't received a single call back from your side.Such kind of service was least expected from such a branded company.Kindly do the needful by looking into this matter.

With reference to the above order ID, I had placed this order on 28th July with promised delivery date of 5th July. I haven't yet received my order.

Furthermore, i got a message from ekart logistics that my order is out for delivery but it didn't come. No one picks up the courier number (for 3 days) that is on the app (Contact delivery person at: [protected]). Finally someone picks up this number and tells me he was never suppose to deliver my product.
I have called up the customer care number atleast 10 times in last 3-4 days. I have got no specific answer and no help at all. They keep telling me that the product is at the 'bhawanipur hub' which I can already see on the App.

This is highly unprofession and unethical on behalf of Flipkart. I have escalated this issue across Social Media as well but still haven't got any ETA by when I would receive my product. Infact one time, your customer executive picked up and put me on hold for 12 mins and then disconnected.

I would urge everyone not to buy anything from flipkart. Finally I am not really sure when I would receive my product.

I ve ordered a timex analogue watch from flipkart sold by goonline24 but to my surprise i received a fake ladies watch and when i searched i found this listed seller has more negatives reported and flipkart still it's eyes closed to this cheat. Is nt it flipkart duty to let down these fake sellers to prevent fraud? Please help

I ordered two difference product from Flipkart. when i order these product that time no issue about my pin code and delivery address.

After long time waiting today we call customer care and they are asking, we are unable to deliver these product in your location $##@#$#$

I have ordered Sony MDR EX150 headphones in June . I have paid online.. status showing item was delivered on 1st July .. and when I called toll-free number they told on or before 5july they will solve issue and I called many times there after .. no response till now .. everytime I call they ask for 24hrs time .. no solution till now .. amount paid .. item not received .. pity on poor services .. if they unable to solve let them tell me they are not capable to service .. pls solve my problem ..

Don't buy anything from flipkart.
All bluff.
You cant return the non performing product.
Don't believe flipkart's free 10 days replacement promise.
The flipkart fraud never take back any non performing, defective mobile or any other costly item like ac, washing machine, tv, etc.
Don't buy anything from flipkart. If buy, never expect return or installation service as promised.
For installation ac, you have to wait for several weeks. Make several calls. ETC...
... SNAPDEAL IS MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND its service is good.

I know from the past experiences that nothing fruitful result wil happen to me.
Earlier also I wrote when I purchased an ac and installation took three week time tbat caused heavy financial loss to me due to waiting on leave on loss of pay and traveling frequently several times from my workplace to my native spending heavily for traveling 700km.
But flipkart never understands customer difficulties but focusing only on dumbing garbage like products. That's all.
I have written this time also. The product purchased is Samsung z2. It has 10 days replacement policy if it's performance is not satisfactory to the customer.
The product doesn't support most of the Apps i uses from downloading from Google play Store.
I asked for replacement only against the purchase of another 4g Android mobile that will suit my needs.
As usual, as already dictated in training classes, all persons spoke over phone is only interested in non replacement and did waste talk with lies put in the comments in the web site remarks.
I have decided to buy nothing from fraudulent flipkart.

I ordered a signature matress @ time of offer special price @299 but after shipment they cancelled my order saying that the price was mistake and when i complained about that they told me that they can't do anything it was mistake price after that i posted this on social media e.g facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Messenger so after the concern team looked into it and contact me so i told them the same and asked for send the product i don't know what was wrong but i paid for what i saw so they told me the same it's not possible to resend as it was cancelled and for compensation he gives me only 50rs. extra...so now i want to take ligeal action against them

Clipart has deactivated my account [protected]@gmail.com since more than 6 months.Reson cited"you cancel and returnorders placed frequently"if goods are not as per my liking I may return or cancel orders.it is right given by constitution of the republic of of INDIA.It is not clear for how long they will keep my account deactivated.The act of flipkart is like a judge saying not before me.Fk is public platform denying a customer his fundamental rights to purchase if you are sitting for sale on public platform

Hatsoff to the delivery, it was delivered 2 days before than promised date. (product shipped from Bhopal to bangalore), i dont understand we have major IT peripherals retailer in Bangalore, Now I understand why this product was sold from Bhopal to Bangalore, which was offered on a cheaper rate, After receiving the product the customer would also think, if he/she returns/replaces the product, it would again take their own sweet time to get back... This issue should be reached to Flipkart & also know to the consumer court. To stop this service.

I received my product on 7th july 2017 and requested for refund within 3 hours of delivery as the product is not compatible to my laptop. I received a message that i will get call from flipkart executive for refund approval by 8th july 2.30pm. Then on 8th july i didn't get any call but received a message say i will get a call on 9th july as previous call expired. I want the process to be carried as soon as possible as i am travelling of the city soon. This also i have mentioned to flipkart customer care but their answer was we can't help you in this case. If they can't help it's not customer "CARE". So i request flipkart to look into the complaint and process it.

I have booked a Reach cogent mobile on 28/07/2017 and the order id is OD[protected]. It was physically damaged, so I made a request for replacement. I have received a new mobile on 04/07/2017 and it was not working properly. So I made a cancellation request through your toll free number and somebody called me up from the number [protected] and the response was very poor. She is not giving me a solution. She is saying, you can't cancel and refund the amount. I even told her that at least you give me an alternate, I will pay more money also. But she was saying the same thing for about 10mins. You are not giving me a proper service then why are you using the website in the market? You are cheating the customer. Everyone using your website but you are stealing the money from customer. I want to cancel my product and money to be refund or give me any other product, I will ready to pay extra money. This has to be resolved immediately otherwise I will file the case on your company name and we have to meet in the court.

My return has been complete but i have not recived my refund i contect to flipkart many times but every time i got a time line but my refund not initiate, i request you please initiate my refund without any other delay if you face any problem to initiate refund. It is this problem from flipkart i think this is very sadness for me i hope my refund is insane very soon and i just again shopping with flipkart if my refund is not initiate i think i never shopping with flipkart and never to suggest my friend and family to shop with flipkart

I got the delivery of the product and my product ID is OD[protected] and 2times canceled the same product after two days . Delivery boy called and not yet receive the product .U people have receive the cancelation and u people have not yet collected the product . This is what u r testing the customer .
