I have cancelled a booked order for mobile handset priced rs36900/-. Flipkart costumer care personnel told that my money was refunded and gave me the transaction code also. On enquiry with my bank they told me my amount not credited by flipping as it was a failed transfer transaction. I have sent an e-mail along with a bank statement and a letter from the bank regarding no such transfer being done to my account. Despite my repeated submissions to flipkart there is no response from them.

    I have ordered a samsung led tv 32 inch on 17 june 2017 and the order was prepaid and i have already paid the full amount of the product but to my surprise today after several calls to flipkart no engg came to install instead i have to make a complaint to samsung wherein samsung has sent their service engg the led to was broken as he opened the box. Now flipkart is not providing me proper reasolution or solution. Even now i want my money back. As flipkart is not interested in giving my money back or product. Please help me as i have spent approx 19000. Rupees for a broken box that is not a tv.

    I have purchased a Samsung LED 32" TV in May, 2017 from Flipkart and the order id was OD[protected]. When I tried to use the USB Port, my pendrive was not working. I called Samsung Engineer who came and told me that the USB panel should be replaced and that he will place the order. Afterwards, I have been receiving only messages from Samsung that the Engineer has been assigned. Today, Mr. Inder of Kaiser Electronics (Samsung Authorised Service Centre) came and told us that the USB port is broken and that it is not covered under warranty and they will not rectify or replace it.

    I tried to contact Flipkart but as usual, all the customer service executives are busy and asked me to contact tomorrow message I received. The engineer told that may be the port would have been broken at the time of transit from their factory and no one would have noticed till I tried to use it. He further told to contact Flipkart.

    Kindly help in getting the problem resolved immediately.

      I buy 3 shoes but i recived i different shoes i buy casul red shoes want i recived blue sport shoes and the other 2 shoes was very poor poorest qulilty the orignal flag was not on shoes and the the al symbols on shoes half i pay cod but when i returnt there was no option of refund my money on cod very shamefull feedback of my on flipkart i[censored] r really a gud service then provide me a cod on those shoes and refund my money back.

        Hi,

        I had purchased panasonic eluga ray on 9th jun. Delivered on 11th jun. I found after receipt over heating while usage about 40 to 43 degrees temp. Its very difficult to hold or keep near ear while speak.
        After i gave complaint 21st of jun one engineer from flipkart came to home on 22nd of jun and kept on about 10 min video mode (First one duration 5 min and second one duration 7 min) by small gap between 2 videos and checked temp found 38 and while charging 40 deg. He took snaps for witness and sent his flipkart office.

        Finally they declared based on report given by engineer device can't replace because below 50 degree temp found. Above 50 deg only they will give replacement and closed matter.

        I tried to speak to senior official in flipkart on 22nd but they did't allow me to speak.

        Regular usage of mobile with 42 deg radiation will damage my health. Please help me to resolve this issue.

          I purchase buckaroo shoes from flipkart on[protected] in 30 days return policy.in that right shoes is looking fake so i raise return request on[protected]. On[protected] i received text that your return pickup is canceled and you want to keep product with you. I can't understand that without any conversation how can they cancel my return request. After that i go for my corporate training and come to[protected]. Once again i raise return request on[protected] and this time pick up person come to my address and told me that i will come to on 4 o'clock. On 4 o'clock i received text from flipkart that my pickup is canceled and there is no any reason. I call to customer care and they said that we pick up it before 7 o'clock and they will not aware of canceled pick up. On[protected] my 30 days return policy expire and i know after that flipkart says as usual "sir we can't help you now".

          I have same company shoes - same model from last 2 years and in that there is no issue. But frist time i purchase from online i received fake product. I think they will take advantage of reputed company's name.

          Informed cx that we had called Wish Master and he gave us confirmation that the product is used and Zipper is spoiled, cx said he has to use it to see the shoe quality, informed we wont be able to pick it up, Hence closing the case.

            I have purchased redme note 4 (4gb 64 gb) from flipkart on 7th june 2017 and delivery scheduled on 17 th june 2017, but on 16 th june 2017 the courier partner (Ekart logistics, aluva) returned the item to flipkart mentioned "unable to deliver the item - address not found" but previously i have purchased 5 nos lenovo phones from flipkart and these items are delivered to me within the right time, with the same address

We request you to kindly place a new order once the product back in stock with the different pincode so the seller can make sure that the item is delivered to you. While we may not be able to provide you a definite time frame for its availability, we would request you to visit our website/app frequently to check our product listings. Also, we want to let you know that the shipping by the sellers are automated and courier selection is based on seller's location and the type of product. Because of which they'll not be able to ship your order through a specific courier partner. Hope you'll understand.

                Sir /madam

                First off all i have choose the flipkart for its best price and it is trusted online seller..

                There was only[protected]rs difference in price of my product when compared to nikon showroom..

                So i have chooses the flipkart for purchase my dream camera..

                Since i am requesting from long back ago to solve the problem that they made me has not yet resolved...

                I am again saying that when i have received the product the sealed tape was improper and even i have asked invoice copy but the courier boy said it will be inside the cover he said..

                And i would like to mention clearly saying that the courier boy has not dispatched to my exact location.. He given the order near to on the way i am traveling...

                Once i reached my place i have opened it.

                It is a 1 big box which contains inside a nikon camera bag attached/ rolled with nikon camera box, that nikon camera box is completely empty it doesn't contain anything inside it... The entire product i have ordered was missing...
                But i dunno no where i have ordered for the bag and there is no any free offer along with my ordered product also.. But they have sent only bag to cheat me i think so..

                Immediately i have contacted the courier boy regarding this he replied that he not the right person to answer..

                Anyhow i requested by calling him many times and took customer care service number and spoke to the executive
                Regarding this..

                They have asked time till 25th june 2017 to resolve this problem...

                But i am regularly contacting the customer service to know the status regarding the problem that they have made to me..

                Since i paid my money. And they making me to beg for my money back...

                This not at all the fair way to greet/treat the customer..

                By trusting flipkart made me to beg for my money /product..

                  I had purchased an hp v-165w-32 gb utility pendrive (Blue coloured) on 18th february, 2017. After using the pen drive for 4 months, i have found that it is not working properly. No files can be copied to the pen drive. Now when i connect the pen drive to any computer, i can not find it in the mass storage option of my computer. So, i called flipkart customer care to get the phone number of hp customer care. From hp customer care i got the details of the authorized hp pen drive service center. I have visited the authorized hp pen drive service center in kolkata (Fortune marketing pvt. Ltd. Address - 19, r. N. Mukherjee road, 2nd floor, kolkata-700001, phonr no. S[protected] &[protected]. But the service center minutely checked the pen drive & told me that the pen drive is fake & duplicate as there is no product serial number engraved on the steel body of the pen drive & the original sticker is not labelled on the backside of the plastic cover of the pen drive.

                  Now i want flipkart to look into the matter as it is extremely urgent for me & i want an original hp pendrive immediately. So, do take necessary steps to replace the duplicate item immediately.

                  I also attach the photos of the original invoice, the duplicate hp pen drive & its plastic cover.

                  As I also purchased HP Pen drive HP V215B 32GB 29.09-2019, and now it is not working, hence I approached to the customer service center but they are saying the same words that this pen drive is fake. In label fortune marketing is mentioned and the seller is Hari Om Inc. Bangalore, I tried to find this seller but didn't find. This is under warranty but Flipkart is also saying that please connect with HP service center. I don't understand that should we stop to buy from online market or not. Please

                    After that i registered a complaint for sim card not detect in sim slot 2
                    Flip cart executive come for check the mobile he sent the detail to flipcart portal for sim cart not detect and as well as different imei product received
                    Finally i received new product but same error will occur different imei
                    In between from[protected] till today i was not received any satisfactory answer from flipcart and they will harassment through pickup ekat executive person will come daily in my office but not able to pick the product due imei mention on his pickup bill is different. He will come daily form last one month to touchier me and also wasting my time
                    Flip cart is totally fraud, please don not buy any product from flipcart

                      I have ordered this phone last month. Phone's lock button not working so raised the return request on 30th of may. Today is 23rd june and till now not received any positive response from flipkart. Phone is lying with me noone came to pickup and deliver replacement phone till date. We have called at customer care no many times. They give us first date on 3rd june then 10th june then 13th june and today is 23rd june even no one is going to deliver the same. I just want my money back from flipkart no replacement of phone required now. This is the worst experience with flipkart. We are never going to buy anything from this site even tell others to use different e - sites for shopping like paytm and amazon to save their time and money both. They care their customer.

                        A redmi note 4 (Black 32gb) was ordered.
                        The mobile which was delievered was defective and was returned back.
                        The new mobile phone was received but unfortunately the new phone had the same problem. The voice does not go to the receiver.
                        The phone is also checked from the service centre.
                        The problem still exist.
                        Kindly refund me the amount and collect your phone back.

                          Dear sir,

                          Flipkart service really pathetic. I had received very poor quality product (Iron box, order#[protected] and immediately places the return request, however it doesn't have option for refund. I wanted the refund or buy different product. Tried to contact flipkart customer care about 30 times and sent two emails via their web site. So far no response.
                          Customers will loose the money due to their poor quality products and pathetic customer care service.

When i raised complaint then i got a call from banglore and the executive told me that your product will be returned by 19 to 20th, june 2017, but nobody, came to pick my product still i`m waiting.

                                  Dear sir, i have purchased the subject product (Nike-sport shoes) from flipkart online shopping site on 21-jun-17 1:59 pm with rs. 1165/- (Offer price with 87%off) color : blglow/black size:7 seller : retailnet. I have got message of order delivering (Will be deliver time by 22-jun-17 time 10:09 am). After this i have received another message of seller have cancelled my order due to price incorrectly.
                                  Before the order i have seen a offer on this product of 87% on mrp 8995/- rs. After ordered i have documented this page with screen shot.

                                  Now i have a concern that why flipkart have playing with customer's emotion. I was very happy to purchased sport shoes in this offer. After 2 days my happiness has shattered, i was arrange the money from my friends. I have inform to all my colleague & my family about this order. My family and me was still waiting to be deliver of order.

                                  So humble requesting to consumer service center plz help me to collect my ordered product...

                                  I have not received any response against my complaints, only they have reverted me on behalf of customer service because i was complaint to their customer service portal before consumer complaints.
                                  i have not paid bill amount of this product due to they was given me option of cash on home delivery.

                                  We have interacted with the customer, there was a pricing issue, due to which we had to cancel the orders. Seller have all rights to cancel the order at any point of time. Asked customer to place a fresh order. Hence closing the case.

                                    Today i have one received my order, but wrong metrial ; last month one konarrk ast2_16 halogen room heater was very damage. To day i have received cloth was very wrong packing. Please refund my cash immediately.

                                      Dear sir, i am ashish trivedi. I purchased 3 redmi 4 phones in last 6 months for my friend and family members because they are not aware much more about sale on flipkart and how placing an order with online merchant. But flipkart blocked my account and capture my money of 1450 which is in flipkart wallet. I sent so many emails to them but they are ignoring me.
                                      They are always saying your money will safe with us. How can is it safe.
                                      If they are unable to unblock account then please transfer my money to my linked email id.
                                      Please sir take action about this.

                                        I was booked one mobile i. E., lenovo vibe k5 32 gb rom mobile in flipcart i booked on 06/06/2017. I got delivery on 09/06/2017. What is the problem is that mobile is working only one week, after that it will switched off and it should not on. I will return that item on 19/06.2017. They are taken the request and proceeded and they said that the item will be picked up in 03.07.2017. But they cancelled the return request they should not respond. No intimation is there to my registered mobile.
