Flipkart team ne mujhe defective product deliver kiya. Product milne ke bad meine flipkart ko replace ki request di us time unhone mujhe 22 june 2017 ka time diya. 22 june 2017 ko meine flipkart ko call ki ye pta karne ke liye ki product kb tak replace ho jayega. Call karne ke bad mujhe pta chala ki aaj waha pr kuch issue h iski information mujhe call karne ke bad di gyi na ki flipkart ne mujhe phele di. Call pr bhi mujhe ye confirm nhi ho pa rha h ki product kb tak mujhe receive hoga or kb tak nhi. Unhone mujhe ab 24 june 2017 ka time diya ki aapka tab tak solution ho jayega but kis chiz ka solution ho jayega ye nhi pta. Please help me and replace my product. Meine flipkart ko advance payment kr rakhi kya ye meri galti h.

        I had ordered lg tv from flipkart on 11.06.2017 and got it delivered on 12.06.2017. On 14.06.2017 it was installed. During installation i checked that serial no. Mentioned on the invoice sent by flipkart was not matching with the serial no. As mentioned on tv and it's packing.
        This is surely going to impact if i take it for some warranty issue as without proof of proper serial no. No body will provide warranty.

        I contacted flipkart customer care team and they advised to me resent the tv and take the refund. But i asked for replacement as i have to suffer from mental trauma during the whole process of sending tv back, getting a refund, placing new order and it's installation.
        Why should i go through this mental ordeal with no of my mistake?
        Due to seller issue i have to suffer a lot and go through all these things.
        Flipkart is saying they can't provide any other solution.

            I have make order of coolpad a8 on 03 june 17 but i have received empty box on 06 june 17, i immediately lodge a complain with your executive and he has assured me that the problem has been resolved before 19 june, i repeteadly call your executive for early action on it as i have pay the payment in advance, the assure about the early action but no action has been taken on or before 19 june. Then i have received a massage on 19 june that we will resolve your problem on 20th june, then again i have make call to your exicutive on 20 th june and he assure that today itself we will resolve your problem and refund your payment. But till today no action has been taken.

                Purchased lenovo k6 power from flipkart and requested for replacement on the first day i received it as mic is defective. The listener complains that voice is too low, voice breaks and vanishes. This happens sometimes but not all the time. After technician visit from flipkart the technician made a report saying he has resolved the mic issue which is not true because i am still facing the same issue and it is not resolved. The listeners are still complaining about the low voice and sometimes no one could listen properly what i say.

                Now flipkart is saying they will not replace the phone and for any further assistance visit lenovo service center. Very much disappointed with flipkart services as without asking the customer their issue is resolved or not how can they close the complaint.

                I want escalade against flipkart. Want to register a strong complaint against them and want this phone to be replaced asap.

                          Dear all,

                          I had ordered panasonic eluga raymax (64gb) phone on 8th may 2017 from flipkart. Order id : od[protected].

                          The phone delivered was faulty, the speakers were not working, which the company verified and confirmed they will replace the product. The replacement was delivered after 20 days of continuous follow up on 20th june 2017. The replacement received is again a faulty product. None of the sim slots were working and i called the flipkart customer care the very hour after the product was delivered. Flipkart confirmed they have a policy of only one replacement and that they cannot deliver another replacement. They have asked me to contact the panasonic service centre and get the replacement. On visiting the service centre today 21th june 2017, the service centre confirmed the product is faulty but they cannot replace it. They said they can only give a letter saying the product is faulty and the product will be replaced by the supplier only.

                          Please help me arrange the product money or the right product.

                                Sir after a long time why today 21/06/2017 the return request are cancelled.

                                Sir this is a final email to know why the return not approved by flipcart, wheres several time i was tried to convince flipcart executive through overphone. Now it should escalate to the forum which need.

                                I want to know the return and refund process why still not accepted. The product overheated and so much noisy.

                                    I had ordered a colorbar lipstick in a one shade and they delivered the wrong shade. I had called their customer care to inform about the same, and had clearly told the cs executive that i had already opened the package/product and then realized the shade was wrong. And, so i had asked her about what to do about that. She told me that since it is a cosmetic they do not take returns and stuff, and so i do not have to worry about it. And, the right product would be delivered shortly.

                                    I wasn't told anything about this wrong product being returned or picked up. So, i didn't bother to keep it safe for return. When the second product arrived, they refused to deliver it saying they needed the wrong product back, which i hadn't with me anymore. On contacting cs and telling them about the whole story, i was told they can't help and they need the wrong product back as per the policies, which wasn't told to me when i had called them and asked as well. I, fortunately, was able to retrieve the wrong product and got it replaced. But, unfortunately, even the second time they failed to deliver the right product!

                                    So, please note these dear flipkart:

                                    1. Your cs sucks - big time! They fail to provide help and are hellbent on their own damn point which is not of any concern to the customer.

                                    2. Transparency: when i told them about what i was informed over the call, they clear-cut denied and stuck with what the exec had written in the record. (How can a customer know what your exec writes or notes down)

                                    3. Lacking dedication and attention to detail

                                    Please, for heaven's sake, take the effort to check what the customer has ordered. Don't just randomly dump what you have in stock or whatever. You have delivered the wrong procut - twice!!! That too after wasting almost an entire day of mine. I had to wait for over 2 week to get that product - which was still wrong! You couldn't get that right even the second time.

                                    4. Robotic customer support executives!!!
                                    Do these guys even hear what we say, at all??? They only repeat what their own set of provided instructions. That's no support in anyway!!!

                                    5. Bad quality check!
                                    To top it off, i got another defective item that i had purchased in the same order. Total wastage of time!!!

                                    I had ordered a colorbar lipstick in a particular shade and they delivered the wrong one. I had immediately called their customer care to inform about the same, and had clearly told the CS executive that I had already opened the package/product and then realized the shade was wrong. And, so I had asked her about what to do with that. She told me that since it is a cosmetic they do not take returns and stuff, and so I do not have to worry about it. And, the right product would be delivered shortly.

                                    I wasn't told anything about this wrong product being returned or picked up. So, I didn't bother to keep it safe for return. When the second product arrived, they refused to deliver it saying they needed the wrong product back, which I hadn't with me anymore. On contacting CS and telling them about the whole story, I was told they can't help and they NEED the wrong product back as per the policies, which wasn't told to me when I had called them and asked as well. Fortunately, I was somehow able to retrieve the wrong product and got it replaced. But, unfortunately, even the second time they failed to deliver the right product!

                                    So, please note these dear FLIPKART:

                                    1. Your CS sucks - big time! They fail to provide help and are hellbent on their own damn point which is not of any concern to the customer.

                                    2. Transparency:
                                    When I told them about what I was informed over the call, they clear-cut denied and stuck with what the exec had written in the record. (how can a customer know what your exec writes or notes down)

                                    3. Lacking dedication and attention to detail:
                                    Please, for heaven's sake, take the effort to check what the customer has ordered. Don't just randomly dump what you have in stock or whatever. You have delivered the wrong procut - TWICE!!! That too after wasting almost an entire day of mine. I had to wait for over 2 week to get that product - which was still wrong! You couldn't get that right even the second time.

                                    4. Robotic customer support executives!!!
                                    Do these guys even hear what we say, AT ALL??? They only repeat what's in their own set of provided instructions. That's no support in anyway!!!

                                    5. Bad quality check!
                                    To top it off, I got another defective item that I had purchased in the same order. However, I got a full refund for this. But, still a total wastage of time!!!

                                        Flipkart is refusing the return although it promises for free and easy return on the product page.
                                        I am not satisfied with the product but the customer care refuses to refund my money stating its under replacement policy only.

                                        I feel like conned. And forced to take the issue to consumer court for justice.
