I bought Dell Vostro Laptop in Flipkart 10 or 11 months ago, Later on I had some issues with the Laptop and went on to claim warranty from Dell, but later I received a Call from Dell stating that " the part which was damaged in the laptop was not the same when manufactured. So, they informed me that I was not entitled to claim Warranty." As per their information, the device i received from Flipkart was not original but ASSEMBLED.

I had mailed the same to Flipkart customer support, but I did not receive any updates or Response.

    We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, requested customer to get in touch with the ASC, for the issue with the phone. Customer agreed and wanted the sc details, when checked with the pincode could not find. But found several SC in Delhi, informed customer we will send it in mail the details. Customer agreed and attached in mail and sent the details. Hence closing the case.

        Hi,

        I had booked an LG 255 L Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator from Flipkat which was delivered on 04-Jul-17. At the time of delivery we realized that there are couple of tray inside is missing & also partition was different than what we were looking. Over & above refrigerator was shacking as the below bush was not properly fitted.

        Immediately we informed the delivery person about the same & also we informed the Flipkart team. We told them that we dont want this model as this is not what we wanted & also there was no photos about how the inside portion of Refrigerator look like. Kindly give us the different model or return us the money back. For which Flipkart team is telling they will return only the same model. Which we are not in favor of. Please help us by getting the different model or money

            Actually i bought a product from flipkart and it was my first experience with them and they sent an empty box so i called them to solve my query and they said you had to wait till 16th july and i already paid the amount while placing order.
            After that i received an email and they said I'm a fraud and i usually do so with them so they will not refund the amount so i asked them to show me the proof that I'm fraud so they didn't reply me properly and as I'm a worker in mnc company so they don't allow me to keep my phone while working so i can not waste my because of them.

              I am seller on Flipkart Assured and they are harassing me big time . i have number of cases . one is as below:-

              and after that refund generated by Flipkart to the customer and they issue me Rs.0 refund as per their zero settlement policy. I recall the product with recall id -SP_138984 as it is in unsellable condition (reason mention in recall by FC investigation reason-SEAL., OTHER_PRODUCT_ISSUE.IMAGE_MISSINGMISMATCH.

              Now My Point Is If Customer Has Raised A Complaint That Damaged Product Received (Kindly Do Packing Properly) Then

              How Come Image Mismatch With The Product In Return When It Delivers To The FA Warehouse, Simple Either Flipkart Is Doing Fraud Or The Customer.

              Now Today I Received This Product At My Warehouse I Capture A Video Before Opening In Front Of A Flipkart Executive Here Is The Link Below Of Video:-

              I received a Yonex Gr201 model racquet worth Rs.400 obviously its picture doesn't match with the product I have sent to FA and FA has sent to the customer. please now let me know who will reimburse me the amount? who is liable for the loss. i dont under stand if FA team does not do proper quality checks at time of delivery or receiving of product .
              if no solution is given from your side I have to strictly take some legal action . this is now the regular practice of Flipkart. please let me know if you have any solution as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir/ Mam,
                I hereby state that I'm sending you some pictures of my order with order ID [protected]. You've to face as from the day I've got the product I'm facing many issues with it's return or exchange being claimed that there is no label or tag with the product, which I didn't get at the time of delivery. I've also recorded all the calls I made to look into this issue. Still there are no actions. Moreover, I've been said that I'll be connected to the manager over the call and even after waiting for 10 mins, the call was disconnected. Kindly refund my money otherwise I'm gonna take this against you in Consumer Court.

                    I placed an order of a redmi 3s prime silver 32 gb on[protected] and paid Rs.8999.
                    it worked fine for about 6 months and suddenly its display seems to be black day by day.so, i decided to go mi service center in kalkaji they told that display has been already changed.
                    I feel cheated by flipkart.
                    I have contacted the customer care executive but received no help from that end.I was assured to get a call in 24 hours but there had not been any call.
                    I want and expect the action to be taken as soon as possible.

                      I ordered {[OD[protected]]} and received 2 shirts of being human brand. The size ordered was {L}
                      I received the same.
                      But i found the size is Smaller and hence very tight although i wear size {L} OF OTHER BRANDS LIKE PUMA, FILA. ADIDIDAS

                      I pointed this matter to flipkart IN[protected]} and also wrote to them. Initially they said as the product was in not returnable/ REFUNDABLE offer they are unable to do any thing but would refund the amount or talk to being human company and get me and exchange . they sent me and email too that they would resolve the issue by 4th July which they subsequently extended to 5th July and then there was no reply

                      When i rang them again.THEY REFUSED THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO .
                      hence i am left with small sized t shirts and the flipkart people are not co-operative

                        I have ordered a Panasonic TV vide order number OD[protected] to be delivered to my parents who are based out of Palakkad . After accepting the order and taking the payments, they have scheduled multiple delivery dates to delivery the TV.. After waiting for 12 days, they have cancelled the order with reason unable to service in that area.. What the hell is this.. I will surely take this matter to the best higher-ups possible for the loss i have incurred by losing other offers from the competitors. Also who will be bear the credit card interest I have served to the card company.

                            Extremely bad service from flipkart and RetailNet. I have placed one order on 25th June 2017 for LEVI’s Jeans and still not delivered as on 06th July 2017 and I am getting the status as Shipping. I hope it’s not coming from CHINA.I have called customer care and send mails to them but no positive response so far. Their customer care executives are like auto answering machine. It was supposed to be an gift for someone but due to pathetic service of flipkart all the plan gone wasted. Many days are already wasted and i am not sure whether i will receive it or not. I prefer to boycott flipkart as they have already lost their repute in online shopping market by adding so many unethical trader and vendors? I have purchased 100s of products from flipkart so far but this pathetic service by them totally ruins my loyalty towards them. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy from flipkart and planning to boycott them for any future deal. They don't have any sense of responsibility towards their customer.

                              would like to speak about the last order for helmet (studds moto shifter
                              motorcycle helmet)
                              price of the product :2180
                              received on 30/6/17 by my sister in vellore (becoz i'm out of town)
                              got photos of product (usually if i order a product online, once received, , ,
                              she used send photos of it)
                              THEN
                              After saw that image recongised product is in different variety of
                              helmet(types available in helmet are open face, closed, flipup)like that
                              so today early morning (1.30am)called flipkart customer care)
                              informed about it, , , they said we are going to raise this complaint to our
                              team.
                              they informed on or before 9pm of 1/7/17.u will get resolution for this
                              issue
                              but just saw ur reply to complaint...

                              (u mentioned i had created high number of returns but for ur
                              kind information
                              started account one week back only, , , placed two orders only )
                              BUT u r saying i placed multiple number of orders (its not true at all)
                              if we receive different variety of product from online shopping sites
                              y i should expect the different item (instead of my actual product)
                              I NEED replacement of the product i have bike trip soon..
                              do the needful..
                              on july 4 flipkart it is not possible to unlock ur account so it would be possible to create replacement...

                                I purchased a laptop from flipkart, it was damaged, now I asked to exchange it..from last three days they are saying that technician will come but not coming. They given delivery date as 5th July. and technician visit date is 9 Jul. first of all, they should update properly. How could have they deliver before technician visit. and secondly, I can't carry their defected piece daily to office, waiting for the technician to come. Third, who will be responsible for any other damage during daily transporting to office. These people are not providing any solution. I asked them to at least arrange for pickup of defected item.

                                  on june 21 ordered Puma Men Puma Black-Barbados Cherry Sports Sandals (order id OD109460675530840000) But received puma brand flipflops(different variety of men's footwear) so called and informed flipkart customer care regarding this problem... so they have created a complaint (Incident.no:- IN1706211900017282383)(june 21st 6.30pm) In that email they gave a timeline to resolve this problem on or before (22 june 7.00pm) But on june 22 morning 11.30 received mail from flipkart stating that your return request is cancelled becoz of high number of returns in your account. As well as they blocked my account (unable to login to my flipkart account). freezed my account with my wallet balance of 1875 called flipkart customer care more than 150 times within 2 week time but they are saying u will not received that money because its not possible to unfreezed ur account. i lost sandals price - 1379+1875(wallet balance) Total amount ==3254 i lost my money this much please help me..

                                    Well it had been worst experience with Flipkart from past 10 days . First of they have provided incorrect voice which I came to know when I went to lenova service centre and when I called to flip last they said they will take the device and refund the money and today it has been 11 days and still they are saying to wait and they will update and I am really feeling like they are taking me...
                                    I need a justice and money sooner.

                                      I got the product on JULY 2nd with the usual flipkart packaging and inside it there was a WD HARD DISK BOX WITHOUT the hard disk just filled with papers.It was kinda heavy so i thought the product was in there but when i oppened it there was just many papers folded inside the WD HARD DISK BOX.When i contact the customer care they just say give us 24 hours and i tried this for the last 4 days.Every time after 4 hours i get an email from them saying RETURN REJECTED and this is the only mail i get from them, they do not even reply to my mails other than this message.My order ID is OD[protected].
