Product moto g 5+ of cost 16999 rupees, i received on 10 april was defective and for that i complained and after a long struggle i got the replacement on 24 the april which was more than 10 days and after that replacement was also defective and then i complained flipkart again and that time they denied the service to any extent.. They said we can't do anything. Flipkart won't help neither in replacement nor in refund whether it is defective...

I purchased my phone on 16th april 2017. After using the phone within three days, different type of problem s, like hang problem, heating of battery, slowing down of set. I tried to call customer care many times for the replacement. Because, i got 10days replacement policy with the mobile. But the company had not registered my complain and returned my phone, under the replacement polocy....

I baught a product from flipkart and i dontrecieve that in box and i complain and request return and it was rejected dont know why. I dont get money or product please help...

Worst service ever from ekart. I have ordered a shoe and before 2 days of promised delivery date i got a message from ekart saying that "your product is out for delivery and it will be delivered today by an ekart service partner and also the provide a number of delivery agent.when i called on the number it says it switched off. Very bad Flipkart. If this may happen over and over again Flipkart will permanently shutdown. Im damn sure....

I ordered a lenova k6 power mobile from flipkart. I am finding it not working properly. So i requested for return on very next day. And now they won't accept return.
They have made a whole discourse of 'hassle free return' which is just hoax.

But they wont refund or replace as according to them its impossible. All they can do is replace and that too...

I bought the mi 3s prime phone on 18/01/2017 from flipkart. From first day o[censored]sing this phone it was heating a lot, sometime it stop charging, after rebooting it, problem solved at that time. But today it completely stopped charging, i reboot it but it is not charging. The phone is automatically restarting within 1 second interval. So I want replacement of this defect phone....

Very bad experience with flipkart.

I have ordered a product and they are simply closing it as returned when i called customer care they are just to provide information saying it says returned sir that's it and you will get refund sir. Am worried about the product and they are just worried about refund. Not worried about the customers those information are anyways available in the website only, then why it is required to call...

I order a SAMSUNG 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV k4000. When I receive the product so I found that there is no wall mount is available in box and picture quality of tv is not as expected so I want it to get a refund so I can order better picture quality. After that, I call customer care of Flipkart and I tell that I'm want to give this back and as a replacement, I want to get newer version but they said you have to must take same model...

If you are going to buy this AC so I request you to please read my review first. This is totally truth review from my side.

As per my experience, I will give -1 star to the Flipkart and Jeeves( service branch which will come for installation when you purchase AC to the flipkart).

I gave 5 rating due to show my review on top otherwise it will be come at last and peoples can't able...

I've ordered ucb shoes which is not delivered yet and they are not taking my calls and the order is cancelled automatically my order id is OD[protected] worst worst worst I've request to flipkart customer executive to solve my problem and he is saying please palce a new order which is more time consuming and agent didn't call me and he automatically cancelled the order and he is not taking my calls...

When i open the website i face thousands of software issues. At least snap deal and amazon don't have such issues. The website display is not properly programmed. The website is very slow. Flipkart cancelled the above order after two days from placing the order and on contacting customer care, i wasn't given proper justification for the reason of cancellation
It seems flipkart just wants to increase the order turnover and not the actual selling / delivery...
