I ordered an asus zenfone 3, order no. Od[protected]. I didn't get my delivery and the product hot canceled on its own. I also complained in my previous emails regarding the issue. Placing a new offer would cost me an extra 3000 rupees as i had an offer while i ordered before.

My only concern is to get the phone at the cost which i ordered.

    We received our handset on 25.05.17. Phone was not working properly along with its loudspeaker and charging issue. We lodged the complaint on 25 may itself. We wanted replacement. The engineer mr anmol visited on 27 may but neither me nor my son was at home. Moreover the phone was locked. He counseled my wife that it is routine visit and i have to complete the call right now. On his misguidance my wife signed. Our problems were never addressed. Later we narrated our problem to toll free number on 30 may 6.45 pm mr kanishak he said engineer would come on 1 jun. We called again on 1 jun at 7.42 pm to mr. Kartik and narrated him the problems again. He advised to mail again then we sent return mail we got message that flipcart personnel would contact on 4 jun. As we are not satisfied we contacted again on 3 jun 11.52 to sanya but she cut the call. To summarized we are not satisfied. We want to return the hand set of order no od[protected]. We have requested on the same day of receipt narrating our problem thereafter we have been trying very hard as detailed above. It is really painful experience for us and we are getting very sad and hopelss. Kindly address our problem as we have requested well within prescribed time.

    My oppo A57 handset got delivered to me on 31 June 2017. I had opened the box and start using the phone but thereafter I found phone headset female jack is not working properly. As I wanted to replace the phone so that I have lodge a replacment request to Flipkart against order.
    Next day one guy name sahil Kumar came from Jeeves consumer services Pvt ltd. to check the phone problem and he found the same. He had filled his job sheet and mentioned that phone jack is faulty.
    After 2 hours when I checked my Flipkart account there Flipkart has updated the request is rejected. Immediately I called to customer care and told him about the issue. He told me, that guy has reported to Flipkart that issue has been resolved and customer is happy.
    Then again I have raised replacment request and same thing happened again. Again Flipkart rejected my request by saying that the guy has reported the issue has been resolved. Why Flipkart doing such rubbish things. It has become more difficult to shop from Flipkart.
    Even I have mailed to Flipkart customer support team but still there is no response from them. I have also attached the job shat which had been filled by that guy. It is clearly metioned in job sheet that issue has not been resolved yet but I don't know why Flipkart is so dumb now.
    I need the resolution..otherwise I will lodge a case against Flipkart and their third party company Jeeves.

      A sennheiser CX 180 earphone was ordered on 27 February 2016. The product had two year warranty period. Since I was facing sound issues with the earphones, I sent the product to sennheiser India last week. So, they sent me a SMS with RMA number [protected]. Then I checked the status on sennheiser India link and was shocked to know that I had received a fake product of sennheiser CX 180 earphone.

      I request you to take serious action on this case and refund my money as early as possible. Lost my complete trust with Flipkart and online purchases. Please take necessary actions at the earliest.

        Against order od[protected], & tracking id fmpp [protected] one philips hd 2583 600 wp (Pop up toaster) was delivered to my address; however after opening the item box i noticed that the pop up tray inside the toaster was fitted; as such breads slices are not poping out automatically after heating cycle is complete; it is a serious manufacturing defect & i donot know how the product has passed quality test; please advice how to get the product replaced or returned;

            I ordered a puma backpack and when i got it it was a misfit for me, so i returned it and it's been a month now and nobody came to collect it. I paid 1, 119 rupees and there has been no return and refund. Flipkart never let me know the returning date and refunding status.                   With regard to the purchase that i had done in flip kart order no. Od[protected]. This is to bring to your notice regarding the status of the order
                  1. May 30 - received at vk-ekartl
                  2. May 31 - the delivery call to collect the order - the delivery man refused to collect the old phone however one person told physical damage and he asked us wait till another person come from flipkart but the second person was ok with the physical and the touch however the the screen was shaking so he suggested us to approach customer care.
                  On the same day immediately around 3 after an hour of discussion with delivery boys called the customer care - didn't receive any mail confirmation regarding the complaint
                  June 1 - called back again but realized that the complaint was never raised and clearly explained the concern. Received message on the way to deliver.
                  However received mail that it will be addressed by jun 5, but again received on june 2 that executive will come to deliver and collect the phone. The delivery boy comes again he tells that he has not received any communication from the customer care regarding the request. When called the customer care they ask to wait till june 5 and an arrogant irresponsible reply.
                  Requesting you to kindly provide clarity that as per the terms and condition provided in the website,

                  A. The phone when switched on it should be on for 30 sec without charger - my phone was ok.
                  B. The phone details should match during delivery - it matched.
                  C. The phone with no physical damage and the touch should work - no physical damage which was ok with the delivery boy and the touch was perfect and no scrach on the screen wit no darkness on the screen but the screen was shaking.

                  The question is when the company provides terms and condition why is the delivery boy becoming decision maker then why is the terms and condition provided as phone should be on working condition.
                  When the same was conveyed for the customer care on day one only no complaint raised by the executive.
                  Again call was done for which complaint raised. If the complaint was done then why was it not informed to delivery team to hold until the clarity received. Again why was the person spend the waste of time of the customer to argue with the delivery boys.
                  Who is responsible for this miscommunication within your company. It should be clearly told if the item can be exchanged or no. If the same questioned to customer care not providing clarity so that we can cancel the order. As there are many other such online website for such offers. It is so ignorant and negligent about the customer. After all that the packing department calls to esquire for the reason for not delivering the material. Such irresponsible behavior of not identifying the background.

                  Request you to kindly revert since executives are negligent and irresponsible about the complaint. Please suggest if the exchange can be done or not. As i am not able to install any app with a hope that i will get new phone. But looks like flip kart doesn't want to respond for customer request. This is very upset and patience testing. Mailing you with a hope that the request will be considered.

                      I received a k6 power on 23rd may, 2017 which was 2 days earlier than their suggested delivery date. Bt the product was having manufacturing defect. So i did a return request on 25th may, 2017.
                      But they didnt call or other response from their side,
                      I called them on 27th, one of the customer care executive told me that my mobile will be delivered by 28th may.
                      But it didnt came.. Again on 29th when i called them they told me you will have a technical visit. Then on 1st of june technical visit was done. My product was declared faulty.
                      I was a message from flipkart that you product will be replaced by 3rd of june.. But there is no update in there site till 3rd june. So i called them, they told me your product will be delivered bt 7th june.
                      Now i cant understand why they are delaying in delivery..
                      There commitment was on 3rd june but now they are telling 7th june.. May be on 7th they will say 10th june.. Its too much irritating..

                      Customer complains that that her device is flickering and screen is jumping on it's own and automatically freezes and needs to wait for 15-20 minutes and then customer has to re-start it. Hence replacement processed and closing the case.

                          On may 29... I bought a redmi note 4.in that phone a small line in the display.. Then immediately i applied for a return request... The flipkart customer care said that they will call by evening to verify the problem for the return request.. When they called i have said them in detail about the problem. They said some process like factory reset and system update and rejected the approval. And they said if the problem is still available after those processes then we can again apply for replacement. Then they have approved for my return request. And technician came for checking the mobile.. The flipkart technician took photo of the problem and gone. The technician must update the photo of my phone. But he didnt do it. The bangalore flipkart customer care said that the technician will update in 24 hrs. But he didnt update till now. Its has been 3 days... They are saying the same reason for tilll now. I dont know what to do.. Can someone help me to solve my problem.

                            I had ordered shock proof case for my mobile with order id-od[protected]. I want to return this because wrong product delivered to me.                                 I ordered the Vivo phone through Flip kart on April 29th. However I cancelled the order on May 8th.
                                Then on May 11th, 16th, 19th I got an email that Money has been transferred to my bank account.

                                  On opening the pack, it was found that the watch is not working and the courier delivery boy also checked it and found faulty/defective of the item, so the same was packed again and returned to the courier deliver boy for onward perusal.                                   We have interacted with the customer, Tried to convince him stating we cannot do anything in this regard, checked with customer why was this delay in approaching us, he stated it is your duty. But no pickup details, nothing was shown in the system. Informed we are sorry, cannot process anything in this regard, customer disconnected the call. Hence closing the case.

                                    I ordered lenovo k6 power at 28 may 2017. Instead of mobile phone at 29 may
                                    Delivery boy deliver me a piece of brick in the box. At instant i called delivery so many times but he didn't respond. A return file to the flipkart website but today i got mail that the seller can not fulfil your return request. This is totally humiliating. Totally disgusting. Not tolerable at all.                                     this was a fraud delivery. my complain was registered. the product was not delivered. it is your duty to solve your customer problem. don't cheat them. please don't buy anything from flipkart. they will give you a brick in return of your hard earned 10k rupees.. cheater. shame on you.

                                    Please don't buy anything from Flipkart. That's what I can say. Else do a perfect unboxing video right from the tearing of outer cover, corrugated box, bubble wrap, mobile box so that you can share in social media.
                                    Its totally humiliating they all are cheating with me .i ordered a mobile phone and they give me a brick instead of mobile fon ..please dont shop from flipkart ..#### off flipkart..

                                      I bought tempered glass and flipcover from americhome seller in combo. The quality of flipcover is good but the tempered glass is broken and of another model. Americhome seller cheat me and deliver me a defective product so plzz take action against this seller this is the first time i have got a defective product..
