Dear sir mera flipkart ka account blocked kar diya gya hai. Sir mane 2 phone order kiye the vo cncl kr diye sir unhone reason diya aap ka acc. Block isliye kiya hai hme daut hai ap ye phone market me sell karo ge. Sir mai student hu. Bahut muskil se pase collect kar ke phone ke order diya tha. Sir mane redmi note 4 bhi order kiya vo aa gya. Agr inko block he karna tha sir to redmi kyu bheja. Sir vo phone bhi bahut heating kar rha hai. Cemra does not work properly. Return ke liye call kiya flipkart toll free no pe. Sir 4 din se bahut call kar chuka hu. Unhone kha aap ki mail address pe mail aaya hai oska reply karo 24 hrs me problem solve kare ge. Bt sir 7 bar message kar chuka hu par sir koi reply nhi. Jb bhi call karo yahi ans 24 hrs wait karo. Sir bahut muskil se pase collect kar ke order karte hai. Ab asa hoga to mere pase doob gye sir. Bahut heating kar rha hai sir phone. Sir phone aaye hue 2-3 din ho gye sir ab ye daily aage time de rhe hai 10 days return hoti hai oske baad ke start kare ge to sir mere pase to doob gye please sir i request you please help me.     To the manager of flipkart,
    I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident i experienced. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that i received extremely poor service during my past few shopping trip at flipkart.

    In the past few weeks i had ordered two products from flipkart which was very disappointing for me.

    On friday, 26-may-2017 i had ordered addyvero solid women's dark green, maroon hot pants of size 30 (Order no: od[protected] which was on stock when i had ordered but when i received my product i got the dark green color hot pant of size 32 which is totally unfair to the customer. Flipkart should have the courtesy to at-least deliver the right product to the customer. Which when later on turned out to be sold out when i thought of re-ordering the product.
    When the customer has ordered the product while being on stock is that not flipkart's responsibility to deliver the same product? Is this the service which i can expect from flipkart? Very disappointing.

    On monday, 12-june-2017 i did a mistake again ordering on flipkart for yepme women's gathered pink dress of sixe xs (Order no: od[protected] again the same issue, when i had ordered the product it was shown as in stock but when i received the product it did not had an issue with the size but i completely received a different product. Again when i went back to the website to reorder the same product the product was out of stock.

    Is flipkart so dumb to notify customer about the out of stock product before they deliver the product?
    Never expected this from flipkart. Worst service provided by flipkart. I want flipkart to take action against this worst service provided by flipkart.

      Hello,

      I have bought this product of motorola called "pulse 2 wired headset" from flipkart last august. But right now i am facing problem which is one side of the headset is not working i can only hear through the left side of it. I have called motorola twice about this and at the end after 4 days of conversation they told me that we are not selling this product in market its flipkart who buys it from some 3rd parties and selling it and they told me to contact flipkart and fk is telling me that contact brand for this. No one is providing support as they are big brands. They told me that they are not going to provide me support anyway and told me that contact brand service center at your locality.

      We have interacted with the customer, as per the policy the product is not eligible for return as it is out of policy, hence advised to visit the Authorized Service center and provided the contact of ASC. Hence closing the case from our end.
      I purchase moto pulse 2 from Flipkart on 16 dec nd itbis stop working in September I also lodge a complaint to moto but no response till now really disappointed from Flipkart and moto india

        Captioned mobile phone sold by company is not as per specifications and now they are not even ready to refund the money rather are pushing for replacement.

        Product has overheating/hanging problems, this can be further verified from the reviews posted about the product which are quiet a lot.

          I am not satisfied with the solution provided. Flipkart is not behaving professionally and i guess that's the one and only reason people now prefer amazon because their return policy is great. Who is technician to tell me if i can return the product or not. Already its a only 10 days return policy, and further you are delaying the entire process and i am supposed to leave the city but because of you i am stuck now. I have faced the problem with the product and immediately requested for replacement. I have ordered two product and one of which is working just fine and this random so called technician check some apps and confirms that the software and hardware is ok and declares that nothing is wrong with the product? First of all this is my choice, secondly i am asking for replacement not refund, thirdly its a 10 day policy and later seller will want to claim that its past 10 days now. I want replace of the product od[protected] as simple as that and flipkart and seller is playing double game here. Do you guys even believe in the concept of customer relationship? I dont think so. Kindly escalate the issue on utmost priority if you wants to maintain trust within your regular user.

          The call quality is not good. The speakers are not working as expected. Even with headphones on the sound is very low. We arranged technician and visited today only and customer asking for replacement now only so arranged call back from senior

                    I bought i phone 7 on 22 mar, 2017 through flipkart and now found out through one of the i phone authorised service centres (F1 solutions and services) that the mobile charger and earphone is fake. I am not sure about the handset too.

                    I would request the entire product to be replaced with a confirmation that it is a genuine product and flipkart needs to ensure that going forward no such frauds should happen.

                        Sir/ma'am,
                        I placed an online order on flipkart for sneakers on 10-jun-2017, which was delivered on 13-jun-2017.
                        After its use of 3 days only, the midsole & upper part of both of sneakers torn out/ detached/ separated from some places (Snaps attached) due to its very poor quality.
                        I lodged a request for return of sneakers on 18-jun-2017, which was refused by flipkart on 19-jun-2017, objecting that the sneakers were used. Then i contacted the call center, but received same negative response.
                        Please help me to take refund from flipkart against these very poor quality sneakers.

                          1. Ordered and delivered "flip cover for motorola moto e3" from flip kart on 31-may-2017, product is defected, i applied replacement on same day and flip kart confirm for replacement.
                          2. Flip kart done auto cancel the replacement of product, without my permissions on june 1st week.
                          3. Again i complaint to flipkart, again i applied the replacement, they accepted.
                          Again they done auto cancel on "6th june 2017",
                          4. Again i complaint to flip kart, they accepted replacement. Again they done auto cancel the replacement on 16th june 2017.

                          Please help on this.

                                I have ordered lenovo​ k6 power. First i got defective piece (Sim 2 not working) then i requested for replacement and again i got same defective piece. As per flipkart suggestion i consulted lenovo customer care they said there is mother board issue and to replace that i have to pay almost same amount of phone cost. I tried to contact customer care it's saying all are busy (Even at 5.30 am also). If flipkart is unable deliver working product, i need my money back.                                 After I submitted this complaint after 10 mins I got call from +[protected] saying that from Flipkart and he asked my debit card number to refund money. I have given my card number and he asked OTP I couldn't not realize it's fake call so I have given OTP number he deducted Rs 9899 from my account and then I realized it's fake call. Flipkart please take action on him.

                                  I purchased moto g5 plus from flipkart on 24th may within 2-3 days of buying it, it started showing problems. Whenever someone calls or msg me the phone doesn't rings it only vibrates. I informed flipkart about the problem but they didn't take the problem seriously. They send their technician jeeves who was also unable to detect the problem, he saw phone for less then 5 minutes and completed his survey. I even visited the service center they are also unable to detect the error any the problem is still occuring with the phone. Flipkart sold me a defective piece and now acting completely negligent. They are neither replacing it or returning the phone. I have suffered a lot because if flipkart and their technician jeeves. Please take some strict action i am uploading the video of the error.

                                    I bought moto e3 power mobile from flipkart on january.. It was fully fault model.. I gave three times for service in moto service center.. But there is no improvement.. Help me to recover this problem..
                                    Even i have a warranty of one year.. For last three months i can't use this mobile.. You should provide us good product or at least good service.. Don't make the customers feel bad..

                                      I have purchased panasonic eluga raymax from flipkart for rs.11999/- on 16/06/2017. But when i inserted sim and tried to make call i found that the receiver of the call could not hear any think from my call and i tried to contact any service station of panasonic in kochi, kerala, india i could not find any. Then i contacted a subject expert he told me that mike of the phone is not working and adviced me for replacement and i requeted replacement on the next day itself that is on 17/06/2017. An expert from the company called me on 19/06/2017 and he simply rejected my request. Kindly do some think to get the phone replaced or refund my money

                                        I have purchased a hp laptop order number : od[protected].
                                        Its a brand new laptop and working like a 4-5 years old laptop, when i ask them to take it back they straight away denied. And said that our technician will visit or you can take it to hp store.
                                        After that some of their stupid technician called me (And trust me he does not know anything or he thinks users are fool) and he ask me to update the windows os than it will work fine, it has 4gb ram 2.54 ghz processor 1 tb hard disk and its working pathetic, but that technician think just upgrade the windows will make it like a brand new.
                                        I don't understand why they are selling the products like this, but trust me i will never suggest anyone to buy anything from flipkart again.

                                        Recently i have purchased a j5 16 and it heat at large extent and it also hang and frezz some time youtube video is nkt playing smoothley it hangs whenever i olay video on youtube i requsted for my refund and they told me that you should go to service centre why should i go to service centre i want my refund
