But as mentioned in the flipkart add a free extra band with small screw
Driver is absent in the box,
I have ordered as i was getting a extra band with it, but receiving
Nothing free as mentioned in the add, i am hardly dissappointed flipkart.

We have interacted with the customer, customer stated that he found a band is free in the add mentioned, which he did not receive. Later after posting the complaint he visited the website and found that there was no band which was mentioned which will be given free. Apologized for the inconvenience and stated that anything like that which is mentioned in the website will be given for sure. Customer agreed and closing the case.

        I have purchased three suits vide order no OD[protected] dated[protected]. The suits we received is not matching as described on the website.
        So we requested for the Return & Refund from flipkart. But every time they are cancelling the return request from their side. So we call the customer care executive on the toll free no[protected] to resolve the issue. But what the customer care executive has said is really shocking to me. He said that '' vendor can also cancel your return request''. This is really harassment for me. If we are the purchaser and we are not getting the right product as described on the website How the seller can cancel our Return & Refund request?
        So we request the flipkart to resolve the issue as early as possible.

          I received a damaged sansui 80l fridge worth rs7700 on 13th may. Even the flipkart technician who visited, certified that the damage is irreparable n has to be replaced, bt flipkart has failed to arrange for the pick up n r not taking any step to refund the money. They r not even replying to my mails. On phone call every time they ask for 72hr time n in 72 hrs they fail to take any step and again some other executive picks up the call n again asks for 72 hrs time. But nothing is happening. If flipkart can't handle return of bulky products then it should stop selling it. Kindly do take some necessary steps so that i receive my money back.

            Dear Sir/Ma'am,

            I have ordered a Google pixel (quite black) mobile from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 32149/_ on 15th of May 2017. Because o[censored]nsuccessful eexchange of old phone I didn't get the product and cancelled it. On 17th of May 2017, I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account within 26 May 2017.

            I waited till 27 May 2017 but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called Flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your Customer Care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to Axis Bank Customer Care and they said they have not received any refund from Merchant Flipkart.com.
            Again I called to Flipkart.com and asked for the ARN number and they had given me one Reference No and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the Reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

            I again called to Axis Bank Customer Care and told that Reference No. which I got from Flipkart.com but Axis Bank guys were unable to see any details using that number

            I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that Refund has been done from Flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, Kindly contact to your bank.

                I ordered refrigerator through flipkart and i requested return of the product and it has been approved by flipkart. They told that technician will visit to your house then pick up of the product will be processed. The technician did not come till now and when i call to flipkart they are telling that sorry we cant approve return and they want reasons itseems as they mentioned free and easy return on website... This is very poor service by flipkart.

                    I am sandesh shete and in this month i have ordered one led tv and prestige but prestige quality is poor and not as per my requirements hence i have raised​the request for return.

                    Last 4-5 days i am only getting massages and call but no one visited at home to collect the same.

                    Everytime i called flipkart to send the person at home anytime but no one is visited till the time, very useless service getting from flipkart.

                    Also i have to mention that every delivery boy is not ready to deliver the spare at actual location. Everytime ur person is calling me to come at out side of the area and i[censored]r not coming then will come on next day

                          Id:[protected] i bought from flipkart - redmi note 4 phone after reading reviews but facts are very different.

                          Apart from so delicate body issues like mic, heating, battery is something very concerning.

                          I am facing several issues like:

                          1. Mic problem
                          2. Weak build quality
                          2. Heating issue
                          4. Sensors slow response
                          3. Battery draining very quickly (I have not installed apps)

                          & the worst part is claim of tough build, which is not its very delicate, it cannot withstand a mild fall impact also.

                          Very disappointed i think bcoz redmi wanted to compete more from price perspective that's why compromised on quality.

                                    I have ordered 1.2 ton hitachi ac from flip kart and they have mentioned rs 1500 as standard charges. Below are the terms and conditions written on flipkart website:

                                    Installation of air-conditioner is charged extra to customer at the time of installation and needs to be paid directly to the service engineer (Please check the offer details to find out whether free installation offer or any other special offer price is available at the time of purchase or not). After the product is delivered through our delivery partners, we'll facilitate the installation of ac through authorized service engineer at your convenience. Installation tat will be 2 to 5 business days depending on the location. Standard installation rate charged for split ac will be rs. 1499 (Inclusive of taxes). Standard installation of ac covers only a) copper pipe with sleeve - 3mtr b) power cable 3 core - 3mtr c) odu stand bush�s - 4nos (Excluding stand) d) remote - 1nos e) remote batteries and holding cap f) vinyl tape-roll - 50mm 10mtr not covered in installation i. Out door unit stand - rs. 750 ii. Extra copper wire rs 750 per meter without sleeves & power cable iii. Drain pipe extension if any. (Per meter cost) - rs. 125 iv. Wiring extension from meter to site, (Per meter cost) � rs. 86 v. Stabilizer required for the installation if available with the technician will be chargeable extra. Vi. Plumbing and masonry work. Power point/mcb fitting and any other electrical work, carpentry work. Dismantling/shifting of old ac's masonry, core cutting fabrication and electrical.

                                    I have cleared with flip kart executives that if i purchase my copper pipe and give person for installation then whether i have to pay any other charges except 1500. He said no then no need to pay any more
                                    But at the time of installation the service man said me that i have to pay 100 rs/meter if i have purchased my own copper pipe and other material.
                                    And i have to install outdoor unit to my house roof which is around 40-45 mts so they are saying that installation will cost me around 5000 rs.
                                    As i have mentioned all the terms and condition above please look whether it is mentioned anywhere that you have to pay 100rs/mt.
                                    Now i want to return ac but flip kart is denying to take ac back they are saying this is against our policy. Please look into this issue.

                                      Dear all

                                      This is the complaint I m writing against flipkart services and making customers keep on waiting for the product over 2 months

                                      I have purchased bed room set in the month of April after 1 month I have received the product on may 12 since then I m following up with the flipkart customer service but no response or no action taken on my request

                                      Mentioned product 1 part is damaged and I have raised the replacement of the product firstly I have got SMS saying the product will picked up by 25 th May

                                      I have repeatedly calling customer service to prioritise the pick up through mail, calls but they had standard reply I wait till 25 th may the product will picked by then

                                      I waited till today which is 29 th May but no body bothered send courier person to pick up neither I received any calls regarding the failure of pick up,

                                      Day before yesterday I have got SMS saying we have escalated ur matter to the concern team we will resolve before 6 th June

                                      Pathetic service ever received from flipkart

                                      I have made my mind to cancel the product but it's not allowing.

                                      Please help me to get my refund

                                      Nobody can wait for 2 months for the product, even received in the damaged condition

                                      This shows casual behaviour on the customer request or concern which customer was raised

                                      Flipkart is fraud taken my money over 2 months and till now product is not made or replaced

                                      I had bought moto g4 play in August and I can not find any billing details on email. As the mobile has got stolen, I need the bill urgently. Customer care is not getting through. Please contact me on [protected].

                                      Also, I don't have the invoice copy of the mobile phone. Please cooperate...
