Sir, i have ordered a moto e3 power and i have recieved an empty box. For this i have registered a complain to the customer services and i was given the date of 22nd of may for the replacement of the product. But, i have not got my product yet inspite of calling 100 times to their customer services. They always ignore me by saying sorry or apologising for the delay in delivery. My date has been extended regularly. I am very frustrated. So, plz resolve the issue asap.

    Every time i pay you before delivery, you people do not deliver the product at all/ or in time ever.
    And now this is high time, i was supposed to get my product today, but still it show as processing in the status. This is the 5-6 time i am facing the same issue.

      I had order a product of izod skinny jeans with order number:- od[protected]
      Return id:[protected]
      . I made online payments via my debit card due to some reason i cancelled the order and a reference number (Reference no:- hctr[protected])
      Has to provide by flipkart for refund but i dont get any refund yet. Its about 6 months happened to this case. They told me that i will get my refund within 6 days and i also contacted from my bank of india related to this case. I email them about this case they told me to put form on their website. I also done this. But there is no response from them. And i again told my bank of india ' customer care. They told me to contact from from flipkart.
      Please help me i am a student, every single rupees is important for me. Help me to get my refund back into my account.

        I was trying to order an item on flipkart with a prepaid card (Item name:outlast trinity ps4) the first card which i tried had the sufficient funds but it should insufficient funds. So i went out to buy another card with extra money on it. I used the second card nd it showerd insufficient funds again. I lost my interest quickly. Few days later i tried to order something from the card nd i had no balance. So i checked my last 3 transactions which showed flipkart has taken approximately 2000 rupees from the first card nd the second card had lost about the same money as the first card. I lost 4000 rupees just trying to order one item. I want somene to contact me from flipkart. Conatct no [protected].

          Whirlpool refrigerator ordered on 7/5/2017. Delivery not made, however messages sent to phone stating delivery attempted. Was reported to flipkart & escalated on 15/5/2017. They apologized and convinced us it will be delivered soon. Product delivered on 19/5/2017 with just driver who asked me to lift the refrigerator. Again complaint raised with flipkart who promised action against tkil (Which has been closed with unknown reason as per customer care agent on 24/5/2017). We were assured fast installation, however no installation guy sent until 24/5/2017. Opened the package to find damaged fridge. Installation guy left and we called flipkart and registered a complaint. They promised to send a tech with two days (26/5/2017) and replacement will be done by 29/5/2017. Requested for refund as 29/5/2017 is too late, they said we have to wait for tech visit then decide. No tech arrived until 26/5/2017 - another call to flipkart they asked us to wait 24hr or till 29/5/2017. We informed them about their false promise to replace by 29/5/2017 & requested for refund again. They said tech has to confirm. Received message on 29th stating tech will visit on 30th,. And on 30th stating on 31st and 31st stating 1st june. Everyday we call them 2-3 times asking for money back. They keep dodging us promising tech will visit post which refund will be processed. It has been a month now since we spend 23, 000 in flipkart - and we do not have the money back neither a working a refrigerator. This has caused undue stress on my husband and me, we are paying double rent - for the new home which is still waiting for refrigerator for us to move in and the current home where we are still living out of.

            I've ordered an electric kettle of Prestige, which got delivered today (31 May 2017). At first glance the box was damaged but when I opened it the kettle's metal(steel) was also tampered and damaged. I want it to be replaced. But not getting option. Only return is available. But at the time of purchase it was mentioned that it's replaceable within 10 days.

              I order an item from flipkart on 14th may 2017 and the product was supposed to be delivered between 23-24th of may 2017. The product was not delivered. I called around 5-6 time to the flipkart sevice but every time i was being said that, my product will be delivered at the earliest.
              On 26th of may i got an email from flipkart stating that my product will be delivered within 3 business days, but still, it is not being delivered.
              My product is not yet delivered as it is 31st of may today.
              The flipkart executives are also not willing to provide any compensation for my time being wasted in this process.
              The flipkart executives promises are still not fulfilled.

                Ordered on 17th may still shows delayed on app and it has not yet delivered as the last date of delivery was 27th may... However i have received the message from bajaj finance stating that (Dear customer, product for your transaction ref. No. Cs[protected] for rs. 20990.00 has been delivered on 17/05/2017. Available limit on your card is rs. 15920.00. Available emi amount: rs.39121.00)

                May i know how this could be possible if the order is not yet delivered to me?? Its been 15 days now and its too much time which you are taking to deliver where the order is near my city which states dispatched to kalyan hub??

                Do you guys have any answer or resolution for this to get my product delivered???

                  I had order cloudwalker cloud tv (139cm (55) ultra hd (4k) smart led tv) [flipkart-assured product] on 18th may & order id is od[protected] ; after we were waiting for 10 days they had delivered the item. When we open the box we got shocked, there was no tv inside and they kept plywood inside. It was look like somebody could have removed tv from bottom side of the box and kept plywood inside and wrapped with package wrapper. We are following with flipkart from yesterday to resolve the issue and nobody is giving proper response from flipkart; flipkart customer care people are asking more time till 12 june to investigate this issue. My emi has started already. We had spent our hard-earned money to buy the things and this is not a small amount. I bought so many product from flipkart but this is my first and worst experience with flipkart. Not only me even every one in my apartment got disappointed of flipkart support.

                  Looking to resolve this issue as earlier as possible and we can not wait for 12 days to resolve the issue.

                    Sir, i have purchased above said product from flipkart for 23k on 15th may 2017. Product has some more problem which i have placed complaint for replacement and in return flipkart has arranged technician visit. But no one has make up for technician visit by 24th may 2017. Immediately they replace my phone with other same phone but still the problem continues.

                    Now flipkart is not taking replacement request nor he his arranging refund for same within the stipulated period of purchase.

                    They are not even ready to sent me email.

                      I did purchase olay totaleffects touch of foundation cream for rs.700. But she I got product it looks like it is duplicate. I have been using the product for 7 years. So I know what it looks like. I have called the customer care. But they said there is no return for that product. But I can tell that it is not original. I need the refund. It's just cheating the customers.

                      We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, and informed that we have sent multiple mail for this issue to get the bank details, but there was no response from the customers end, remainders also been sent, hence closed the case on 31st. Now call made from consumer complaint side and informed the product is not eligible for return as it has crossed the sellers policy also as there was no mail reply, we closed it. Confirmed the email with the customer, it was a wrong email ID in flipkart account. Informed we will be unable to create return for this due to the out of policy reason. Closing the case.

                          Hi,

                          I purchased Asus Selfie Expert phone from flipkart as it was offering 10 days return guarantee.

                          I ordered Asus Selfie Expert for INR 15, 299/- I received handset on 02nd May 2017. I started using it and found that mobile screen glitches, handset is over heated and baterry draining too fast... Evn if phone is not in use... Still it gets heated up. I lodged my complaint with flipkart on 11th May 2017 and on 13th May 2017, i received call from them saying that my request is under process and as per product policy and procedures, a technician will visit and check my handset but nothing happened and instead when i called back yesterday i was told that complaint is closed and i failed to call them after 72 hours of complaint being closed hence now nothing can be done. Handset packing print shows that phone was manufactured last year in April 2016.

                          This is a clear case of cheating and befooling customer with false assurances that technician will visit to check handset and directly closing complaint.

                          If the matter is not escalated to higher level then i have no choice but to go to consumer court.

                          We're really sorry to hear that your debit/credit card was used to make an unauthorized payment of Rs. 64900/- Since the order has already been delivered, we'll be unable to cancel the order. The other amounts which you have mentioned of Rs 10, 000 and 5, 299 do not pertain to Flipkart. Please contact your bank to block further transactions and file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Police. As per our policy, we do not share order details of customers unless approached through Bank or Cyber crime complaint. Hope this helps.

                            Five product were booked out of which for one product replacement request was made. The replacement product with tracking id fmpp[protected] received black in time.
                            The order to tatkal shopping fun two wheeler cover for hero (Splender pro-silver)
                            My grievance was/is as under:
                            1. Sales package was two wheeler cover with carry bag but no carry bag supplied.
                            2. Ordered for silver but received black.
                            3. It is a used product.
                            Above three grievances were not kept in mind and replaced same item which i returned.

                              Hi all

                              My citibank credit card ([protected]) was used fraudulently to buy items in flipkart on 18-may-2017 for around inr 50, 000/-. I immediately informed flipkart about the matter. However the issue can't be resolved on time and due to that reason most of the items were delivered. By the time they responded only one item was not delivered and that is refunded to my credit card. Rest of the amount around inr 39, 000 still pending with flipkart. Even they are aware that they are fast in delivering the items. They could not able to resolve the issue very fast. This is really bad that they don't have the better system design in place to find out the fraudulent transactions immediately and the result of that my amount can't be refunded. Please do the needful asap.

                                Hi

                                I purchased 6 Saris to gift to my wife at a very high discount during the deals running on Flipkart. Out of these 2 were delivered to me and 3 were returned to seller from Flipkart Logistics and 1 was cancelled by the seller. My concern is that on contacting the Flipkart Customer support, I am getting unsatisfactory answers. Also, the CCE "Priyadarshini Samal" is very rude and arrogant. Due to the error from Flipkart logistics side I suffered a loss of the products at a discounted price and now they are saying me to order on the regular price which is very high then the price at which I purchased. This is directly referring that the Flipkart is making fool of customers as they kept money of various customers for a duration till cancellation and then getting interest over that amount. Customers are the one who faced the loss in this no one else. I want serious action to be taken for this issue.

                                I got my AC installation done by Jeeves the partner of Flipkart. They charged me 1500 rupees for standard installation of AC which is fine but they also charged me extra 250 rupees to just put my Outdoor Unit over a stand which I did not purchase from the technician and provided from my side. When I contacted CC, the CCR firstly mentioned that there would not be any extra charge of this kind and then after few hours they called me and said that the charge of 250 rupees is for the installation of Outdoor unit as it does not come under the standard installation charges. Also, the CSR "Priyadarshini Samal" just simply denied me for the refund of 250 rupees. Flipkart is making fool of customers. I don't have any concern with the AC till now but these extra charging is really disappointing me and I will not accept this.

                                We'd like to let you know that your order was cancelled due to an unexpected courier related issue and the shipment was returned to the seller by E-kart Logistics. We assure you that feedback has been shared with the courier partner and they'll do their best to make sure that you don't experience this again. I regret to inform you that, once the order is cancelled we don't have an option to re-instate the order. If you like, you may place a fresh order for the items and we'll have it delivered to you this time. However, the price, offers and discounts for products vary from time to time and are valid only for a certain period. This largely depends on sellers and we suggest that you place an order immediately to avail any offer you see on an item you like.

                                I don't want this copied and pasted answer as I got the same answer in my email as well. My concern is still not resolved. I expect this forum to help me in my issue as this way Flipkart is fooling customers by cancelling orders without giving proper reason. I want to know why the product was returned from the Logistics department? If there was any issue with the product, then it should have been replaced and delivered to me instead of cancelled. I hope as a consumer this forum will help me in getting my issue resolved.
                                I received a completely broken cream bottle of glass so I threw away and told to Flipkart the response was no refund my money waß just wasted

                                  Please let me know the date and time at when the product is tried to purchase.
                                  As I can see this order is not tried to place by me.
                                  I am bit worried to get the message that is saying one order with transaction id[protected] tried to book.

                                    I would like to state you that i had ordered a pair of shoes from flipkart! My order id no is od[protected]. The shoes were delivered to me when i received the product and opened it, i found wrong and damaged products was delivered to me, as i had ordered salomon shoes and i received reebok shoes and they are also damaged, i am very upset with the service of flipkart as i have completed many times through email and talked to the customer care executive but i found no positive response from your side, i am very much panicked and frustrated about it, my flipkart i'd through which i had ordered the shoes had also been blacked which is even more panicking, i have a regulation customer of flipkart for a long time but this time it was my worst experience.                                       I placed an order with flipkartorder numbered od[protected] on 14 may.
                                      Which i cancelled immediately due to wrong address input. Since then i am awaiting the refunf back in my debitcard. The status is being shown as complete on the site but i havent received the refund. I have been escalating the issue since 23 may, but no response received. I had horrible customer support experience with your customer support team as i am calling them everyday and been told by them every single day that please wait for 24 hrs and the issue will be resolved.
                                      I have received multiple mails from your side stating the issue will be resolved by 12:00 pm 26 th may, then followed by same mails dated 27 th may, 30 th may and 31 may. Its 31 may and way past 12 pm and i havent heard back from any one. I am so annoyed at your support that i want to file a suit against you guys for mentally torturing me. I am receiving mails saying that you are unableto each me on my registered number so kindly provide an alternate number. I did provide that too. But still again the same mail that u r unable toreach me which i a blatant lie!! As i am getting all the calls from all the other numbers except from your end!!! And if i am unable to reach by you guys then how m i able to reach u through the same number!!! And i[censored] r not able to reach me, cant u just mail the resolution u wanted to discuss on phone??

                                      There is a whole long story of rudeness and insults from your end. Not talking tho the customer properly, misguiding me, lying to me, and not taking my concerns upfront.

                                      I seek solution to this problem asap.
                                      I have even tweeted to ur twitter account and even there my tweets were being unresponded. Thats how irresponsible and ignorant u people are!!!

                                      If the seller is claiming to return the money the same day order was cancelled, there must be a proof against that transaction in form of a transaction id or something with which it can be tracd where the moeny went. Because money does not vanish!!! It is either with the seller, or the flipkart, and if you say it has been reverted to the bank then it must be reverted with a number to track the transaction, becuase banks dont work otherwise. I need a proof from your seller or the flipkart that the money has been reverted.

                                        Sir, i added a redmi note 4 during today's flash sale to my cart. But just as i was about to buy the phone, it went out of stock.

                                        Note: i tried since last 3 week to purchased this product but always i am getting out of stock product.

                                        Today, i have login just before sale start at 11.55 and when sale was started i just click button buy, then after few sec i got a message redmi note4 is outof stock within the 10 sec.

                                        Pls resolve this issue.
