Hello sir i bought a moto g5 plus mobile from fipkart i received a defective handset and then i placed return request but they cancelled my return request automatically without any reason they arrange q technician for me and he also face same issue in this handset but flipkart doesn't give me a replacement and they said that we can't give you a replacement of this product you contact service centre and then i contact service centre they said...

when I track my order it shows Item has been delivered.But I didn't get anything. They not even call me or sms me. Flipkart sent me the bill on my email id.

I had ordered a Ambrane Powerbank 13000mah worth Rs.949 from flipkart.com.
when I received the order, I found it was Not of the Brand Ambrane the PowerBank I have received is of the brand Sony.
when I told this to the Flipkart customer care they arranged a pick up after 4-5 days and Picked up the Product.
After that next day the person from EKART who picked up my Product...

Ordered 2 Ram Sticks From Flipkart on 26th March 2017, 2*4GB Corsair 1600mhz ddr3 sticks, opened the packaged which was tightly packed and of length in which i dont think anyone can fit a ram, but the rams were tightly packed and flexed in the packet.

Opened the packet just to find 1*idk what gb, no sticker, ram which was broken(the chip was scratched) and a cheap and fake corsair sticker was placed diagnally, on the backside...

I ordered Power bank INTEX PB2K 2000mAh on March23..and this product delivered to me on March28 on Flipkart at 5pm..Now this product is not at all working..Now plz tell me what I have to do??plz help me..Even the packed product is not having any booklet like user guide manual..its not showing any guarantee or replace of the product when it is having any damage of the product while it is shipping....

@ Rs 7500/-and the same is delivered to me on 08.10.2016.

I have ordered ALOE VEDA CASTOR DISTIL OIL, yesterday and made an online payment. I have placed an order for the HP Pro Book on the 15th of March the 1st promised delivery was on the 19th of March which later got extended to 24th March and now to 29th March and yet there is no sign of it being delivered on the promised date as there is no movement of the shipment on the tracking system. The status since the 15th till dates dhows as "Approved"

On 22nd March I have purchased Lenovo P2 from Flipkart website... Then 23rd March I got this product... After that I have informed Flipkart it's FM and GPS not working... Flipkart told me to update the mobile software and I have done that. Still facing that issue so called Flipkart yesterday regarding replacement or refund... Now I cannot even login to my FlipKart account... And my mobile is restating randomly... Seriously I want my refund...

Flipkart mai 27to 29march ka offer chal raha h. aur usme samsung on8 mobile ki price flipkart ne apne main page pe aur offers mai 13490rs show kar rakhi hai .
but jab maine buy now kiya to uski price badkr 15900rs ho gayi esa maine kahi bar kiya . is se ye sabit hota hai ki flipkart customer ko sirf jansha de rahi apni website par traffic badane ke liye offers par galat price ka use kar rahi hai.
so sir took into this matter...

As I was unable to get the item at my locality, the item was returned. I was notified that the refund will be credited to my card by 21-Mar-2017. But it's 27-Mar-2017 and I didn't get my refund back. In Order Details in My Orders in the flip kart app it shows that the Refund status is completed and it shows a return ID. But i did not get the refund in my bank account....

Product defect (started within two days of purchase)
I purchased moto M two days back which cost 17000 rs and today i started facing lot of issue with phone. Vibrator is giving very bad sound. Even after switching of the vibrator it still vibrates. Pissed off with the service and product. Either this should be sorted out or my money back asap. I have been using flipkart service from 1 year. This has happened earlier as well....

The lodged complaint docket no. IN1702091317091317062234859 was never resolved which was against Invoice No. F03B8MH17-466 dated 21.06.2016...

I had purchased Lenovo vibe k5 note mobile on 3rd February 2017 which is not working propery as its battary is not as good as expected according to its battary power.

Therefore, I want to return it and would like to purchase another mobile through flip cart.
