Respected team,

I placed two order on flipkart during their sale offer on 15th may 2017. It was costing 2058+659=2717 and there was a offer on flipkart that i[censored] buy anything above rs 2000 u will get an mmt voucher worth rs 2500. It was clearly mentioned in the t &c that you will get the voucher if you purchase above 2000 in one order or two. Amount should be greater than 2000. I spoke to the flipkart executives 5 times. Everytime they are giving different reasons. Once the said u will get but later, once they said u wont get, once they said wait for some more days. Even they are denying their t&c. This is violations of india acts. T&c cant b changed without prior intimation to others. Earlier also in 2015 i purchased something from flipkart and it was an offer of rs 500 cashback but they didnt gave me that. I spoke to the executives mr rohit on 14th june 2017 & mr amit anand on 15th june 2017. They are rude and treating us like we are the debtor. These sites are making fool of public and this is against the rights. So i request you to look into the matter and take strcit actions so that they can obey the rules. Rules are meant to b follow not to be broken by companies.

i havnt get neither any call nor a single mail and company is saying that they have contacted me.again and again m suffering and if a person dont complaint in consumer court nobody cares .i want an immediate reply

I lodged the complaint against the company on 16/06/17 its been 25 days and no action has been taken from the company side and they havnt even contacted me .is consumer forum is so weak that they cant protect our rights??? If they cant take action against him. Them who will protect our rights and who will protect the illitrate persons
Please take necessary steps so that the company start following norms
Contact details mentioned above and if needed i can give a written proof which company itself gives me and now its denying
Contact me asap now i wamt an immediate action

    They just block all the accounts of my family. First when they block my account they give the reason that to many return request sentence your account is been blocked. I argued but still no response later i observed that they had blocked my father's and mother's account to and give the same reason how is it possible because my parents hadn't shopped any. Just because we are not frequent buyers this doesn't give you the right to block your account and how recently the only account that i had left in my family was blocked you don't know the reason because it could be due to the only replace that i made as the dress was streched out as i received. Not fair.

      I bought the product at the date 12/6/2017
      From flipkart and it was delivered at 15/06/2017 at 3:40 pm
      From the number of delivery man [protected].
      After receiving and unboxing the product i had put it under a two hour charging and noticed it being a bit faulty where it was booting off frequently and ultimately it came to shut down at 9:00 pm after using it a bit. I want a answer to this faultiness of the product bought from this website from my money.

        Not resolved, flipcart executive dont have at least common sense he is talking rude,
        I have asked him about the acknowledgement of tech visit, that was the main proof my issue not resolved still i am asking u show me the acknowledgement of the issue resolved which i have signed...

          Dear sir,
          1. Today it is almost a week that i had placed request for replacement of faulty hard disk (Order no od[protected] that i recieved on 07 jun, but no response has been recieved from your end.

          2. Even i tried filing the complaint and speak to your customer care but they send a message that ' contact cannot be established with you'.

          3. This is highly unprofessional on your company to behave in such a way in this competitive market. If you do not have lack of customer so i donot have scarcity of vendor/sellor. But i can assure you such a behaviour on your part will not only reduce the customer like me but hundred other who are in my contact when i will tell my bad experience faced with your site

            Damaged/defective refrigerator delivered. Damage was pointed out right at the time of delivery to the delivery personnel, and written proof of the same exists on the delivery acknowledgement receipt. Delivery personnel also took pictures. Despite this, flipkart insisted on samsung technician certifying the damage. The same was complied with and the technician certified the damage.

            Despite almost 2 weeks passing, as on date, there has been no action from flipkart, other than empty assurances. This is causing extreme inconvenience as it is a large product with even bigger box and packing and we obviously do not have a warehouse to store all this indefinitely.

            We have been amongst the earliest customers of flipkart, when they were known for customer service and +ve experience. It has obviously degraded greatly, and they are either selling damaged/seconds/defective goods or damaging them in transit and then putting off replacement indefinitely.

            We intend to publicise this fraud everywhere online and offline and progressively escalate this issue and seek legal redressal, until flipkart resolves the issue.

            Think twice before purchasing such items from such e-commerce sites.

              Unhappy with product they are selling & their support.

              They don't have mechanism to test fault. I complaint that phone is heating.
              They repeated tested battery temperature & said no heat.

              1. They don't have mechanism to test entire phone.
              2. They try to postponed all customer queries.

              Not understanding customer query, simply speak policy, like that only.

              Flipkart will soon fall. Worst store flipkart.

              Selling worst products.
              Don't have proper mechanism to test product. If you tell phone heat, they will test only battery temp & simply say no heat detected .

              Worst Flipkart product & Flipkart management
              Friends don't buy in Flipkart.. go for other eCommerce site.

                    I have received a box pack (Sealed) swipe elite plus moblie handset on 3rd week of oct'2016. After one month the battery of mobile was starting malfunction. It had been very hot gradually while it was running. But from the last two month (May' 16) the mobile had shut downed automatically while it was running at the 50% charge of battery. Now the batter of mobile has expand and the mobile is not starting and it is totally off.

                      I ordered a hp laptop order id od[protected] and i received a defective product. I applied for a replacement and they assigned a replacement request. Then nobody came. Then they assigned hp service request. Nothing happened. First they gave a defective laptop and they its been 10 days they just call to check hp is the status of hp service engineer that was assigned. I called hp representative amit dogra. He didnt assign a single person to my home. I dont know whether he is telling the truth or not. And when he did give the number of the mechanic, he gave the wrong number. And when i tried calling him his numbr was switched off. Very unfair and very disappointing. Please take appropriate actions and reply asap immediately. I am very disappointed and angry at your service.

                          I ordered redmi note 4 black 32gb, 3gb by order no od[protected] by using register email address. First my delivery address changed without my information and cancelled by flipkart executive with out priority information on last day of delivery. I was in touch or inform to flipkart executive and register a complaint also regarding this circumstences but without resolve my complaint my order cancelled.

                          I am very hurt and regarder with someone to not get my order i want to deliver my order on my given address.

                            Hi team,

                            I have ordered a phone (Ie moto g plus) from flipkart and it has make my life miserable.

                            I have got a defective piece. It has heating problem and battery issue which i observed first day itself.

                            I have raise a replacement request but i have not got any call from flipkart. I have checked on flipkart, the call back time keep on changing but i have not got any call. After that i have called the flipkart several times for the same. Somehow they approve the replacement request and informed me that there will be a technician visit. I was waiting for the technician but when i opened the flipkart to check the status it shows rejected. I called flipkart helpdesk and the executed replied that the technician visit is done and the issue is fixed whereas there was no one visited my place from flipkart. This thing happen thrice with me.in the last 2 replacement request i told them in advance that i need a call from technician before they arrive. Neither i have got a call nor any technician.

                            I have talked to the supervisor team and they said flipkart will not help me. They do not have any solution and i have to visit service center. Did i ordered the product online so that i need to visit service center? I have escalated the issue within 10 days as per the policy flipkart should provide me the solution. I tried to explain him that there was no tech visit happen but he do not want to understand anything.

                            Flipkart is proving pathetic services. By this way flipkart is harassing there customers. I have lost my mental piece cause of that. Is this the service you have committed to the customers. I have wasted my time and money cause of this product. Now i do not need any solution i just need my money back. I am fed up with all the call.

                              Following mail, i have received from flip kart, i have ordered printer when i am tracking my order they have sent below mail.
                              I have opted for online payment through my hdfc bank credit card, i have taken on 3 emi option, the amount has been deducted from my account still they have not refunded the amount and who will pay interest for the amount.

                                I have requested for replacement as my order product is having below defect.

                                Battery not charging/faulty battery

                                I have requested for replacement everytime it got rejected. It's now near about 10days policy which is basically the replacement period.

                                Now the flipkart executive rejecting all the replacement request intentionally.

                                  I am sorry to say but the services provided by you is the worst in the world.
                                  I promise you i wont recommend to flipkart anymore from now.

                                  10 days back i ordered the volta ac od[protected] and it got delivered on time also but the installation guy came in did not finish the installation completely, every day i use to call them but no response. Everyday i am getting calls from your end too but you people tell me that by eod it will be fixed, i am tired hearing this.
                                  Now i want a written statement that you people cant do the installation so that i can search for some other option.

                                  Please i lost trust in flipkart.

                                  Please don't apologize for this, i tired hearing your apologies.

                                    I ordered two voltas ac from flipkart online. My order number was order id
                                    Od[protected]. I got ac's and installation partners for this was
                                    Jeevas. They came for installation and found that one ac was damaged.
                                    They installed only one ac. For second one they asked to raise an return
                                    Request which i did, but my replacement request was cancelled two times. Now i need to cancel my order. Please support.

                                    Flipkart cheating by sending damaged products and not responding to customer complaints properly. It's almost a month i have been ordered AC's (two AC's) they sent one damaged AC. Still i not get replacement and it supposed to deliver 22 June. Really, looks like this is done by intentionally from Flipkart seller.

                                      I placed an order for a mop at 745 and received a damaged product hence upon complaining i have been offered refund not replacement however the same product from the same seller is available to sale now but now its available at a higher price. Flipkart does not guarantee anything and is not ready to understand infact the customer care people are so offensive and rude to talk to.

                                      The harassment is in the continuous progress, now after 4 days the pickup guys came and denied pickup and flipkart has no knowledge about it and want another 4 days.

                                      refund initiated, product not available with the same seller hence informed to place fresh order, but the price can no the adjusted whatever is mentioned on website customer has to pay the same amount. Closed from our end.

                                        Recently bought an vu led tv delivered on 4th june and the installation was completed on 5th june. The tv had many issues while starting. I raised the issue within one week i. E. On 9th june. They have a policy of replacement within 10 days and the technician has come on 10th june and took photos and videos.

                                        Till date the replacement has not been done. I have to follow up with flipkart to get the updates. Even if i ask for refund they are not doing this. Neither i get the refund nor the tv is getting replaced
