I ordered redmi note 4 32gb order number :od[protected] a few days back and my money was debited from my card. Today when i checked the status of my order it showed out of delivery area (Address pincode mismatch) and it showed it reached a hub which is 40 km from me when i tried to contact customer care they are unavailable. Customer service is very poor and also unable to contact ekart logistics. I am very disappointed and comparing with services provided by amazon, snapdeal etc flipkart is very poor even ebay is better.

    Hello... Flipkart costumer supporting team...

    So many time i complant the same canon 1300d dslr camera missing issue. I attached the recieveing items

    I received this items only daily i follow up the same issue but at still not solve my problem i got one mail from ur side sorry seller don't fulfill ur return request why u fulfill my return request /refund request. How many time i msg ur supporting team i received only in camera bag, 16 gb memory card & data cable only there is no camera body lens & charger in ur flipkart packing... I request to flipkart supporting team to refund my amount or peplacement the another product but i can't get any solution...in ur side please solve my problem soon.21, 999/- thousand not a small amount please refund my amount in my account. Plez consider my resent problem & solve the my issue soon... Thank u..

      In your platform to gift my father a mobile phone on fathers day and you guys intentionally send me the empty parcel to play with my hard earned money. Do you think indian peoples are fool. I want to visit at you local office in delhi and also need personal number of sachin so that i can inform him whats going on in your ecommerce site. After 45 minutes of wait i was being connected to your customer care and they send me the foolish mail,

      Dear customer, we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 28 jun, 8:30 pm.

      Then on very next day after 12 hours they send me this mail

      We’d like to let you know that your request for a replacement of samsung galaxy s8 plus (Midnight black, 128 gb) cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to customer with the product being intact.
      I want to know when they call to the seller/courier partner; do they also admit when they do these types of scam?

        I ordered shoes from flipkart, but received different product. I lodge a request to return it, and it is processed. But about the time of delivery, the return request is always cancelled. It says that it is cancelled on my request, but i did not request to cancel it.

        So, please look into the matter and help me in my problem as soon as possible.

          Sir, i placed two signature blanket order on flipkart site and made payment online 798 rs. And this order was on an offers. Order was successfully placed. After placing this order flipkart cancelled my order without my consent and rise the price value of that item from 399 to 999 inr. And processed my return. Now flipkart is telling that you place a new order with new price.

            Hi team,
            I have ordered one king size bed (Spacewood) on 18th of may 16. This order was successful and delivery date was 21st jun 16 but order has been cancelled on 13th of jun. One day before cancellation i have called to check the status, as per associate he said sir don't worry we will honour delivery date and deliver product to u.

            I have purchased that product at the time of sale and got the good deal.

            But after waiting around a month this has been cancelled and i lost opportunity cost.

            I was purchasing this to give someone as gift and it has not delivered so i felt insulted and my reputation gone down because of flipkart.

            I want that product or market value of the product else will take further action on the same.

              I placed order for spacewood fabric manual recliners (Finish color - brown).

              But i received one local assembled product, with zero comfort.

              I placed order for fabric — i received leatherette
              I placed order for brown — i received black

              After order, i found that seller have very poor feedback & still selling on flipkart, there is me some kind of tie-up with flipkart to fool buyers

              I sent photo to customer care & i asked for refund, flipkart denied said we can do only replacement.

              I asked for hand to hand replacement, because already taken 28 days to deliver, i don't want that same waiting time. Flipart denied hand to hand delivery.

              I asked in how much time you can do replacement after reverse pickup, flipkart said we have no answer it'll take how much time.

              I have already waited for 4 weeks & got wrong product, now not ready to support.

                My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating
                My flipkart account connected with my mobile number & also connected with email... But when i enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it" so then i have called to customer support but they are telling put your old email id & password if then also you can't login then click forgot password for otp that also i have done but when i have given that otp account logged to a another account but not my account...
                Plz solve this problem as soon as possible

                  I am very much pissed off with the kind of services i am getting from flipkart.

                  On 7th june'17 i have place an order for motom - mobile

                  Od[protected]

                  Which got delivered on 9th june'17. I found its charging port is not working properly.

                  Thus on 11th june'17, i requested for return of the product. On 15th june'17, a technician came and checked for a minute. I requested him to watch the mobile for some more time as problem is there and problem with phone is this only - charging off and on.

                  But he said if the problem occurs then i should call him and he will again com and see. He also asked for our signature on which i have completely mentioned that we will confirm by evening about the exact situation of the mobile.

                  But no one is listening.

                  I want to get it replaced or refunded else i will be forced to take a legal step and media help.

                    I brought an voltas a. C. From fliplart on 30th may2017 and they delivered this product by 5th june 2017 and installation mentioned by 13th of june 2017 which never happened i return i followed up these flipkart customer care they said it was delayed and it will be done after couple of days i don't know why flip cart seriously fool customer, i called to them and updated from flipkart no status finally after wasting my money and time towards flipkart customer care finally i got a call from flipkart customer when i asked them to transfer my call to higher authorities she kept my call on hold for 1 hour time!!! Damm wonder systems in flipkart to transfer a call and it will take 1 hr and even after 1 hr no luck they disconnected.

                    This clearly mention why you (Flipkart) are far behind than leading ecommerce (Amazon)

                            Recently bought a car cover which shown in display image as high quality and mostly i was impressed with the blue and red colour shown in their site and so ordered the product for the price 660 rs and waited for 1 week to get that as soon as i received it i opened and saw it was a grey cover that too the cover looks like polythene cover which easily can get tear by pulling it... I totally got disappointed so i made a return request for the product and waited for 1 week later without my knowledge they cancelled my return request and again requested for return and same thing happened again... I even gave 1 star rating for the product no response from flipkart team... One request to flipkart if the product is not up to the quality then don't get it display in your site it's your responsibility to stop cheating the customers from the sellers selling using your site... Really a bad experience and will never buy any of the product from flipkart... Way to go down

                              Last week i have purchased a card holder which came with a size issue, i had registered in flipkart to return the product, but till date i have not received any call from the tram regarding the return pickup, but i got a msg from them stating i requested for re-shedule to pick it up later & then today i got a msg that i cancelled the return pickup and keeping the product to myself, this is to inform you all that there was no call or update from the pickup team nor flipkart, they updated the details by them self and closed the case.

                                    I placed two order on flipkart during their sale offer on 15th may 2017. It was costing 2058+659=2717 and there was a offer on flipkart that i[censored] buy anything above rs 2000 u will get an mmt voucher worth rs 2500. It was clearly mentioned in the t &c that you will get the voucher if you purchase above 2000 in one order or two. Amount should be greater than 2000. I spoke to the flipkart executives 5 times. Everytime they are giving different reasons. Once the said u will get but later, once they said u wont get, once they said wait for some more days. Even they are denying their t&c. This is violations of india acts. T&c cant b changed without prior intimation to others. Earlier also in 2015 i purchased something from flipkart and it was an offer of rs 500 cashback but they didnt gave me that. I spoke to the executives mr rohit on 14th june 2017 & mr amit anand on 15th june 2017. They are rude and treating us like we are the debtor. These sites are making fool of public and this is against the rights. So i request you to look into the matter and take strcit actions so that they can obey the rules. Rules are meant to b follow not to be broken by companies.

                                    i havnt get neither any call nor a single mail and company is saying that they have contacted me.again and again m suffering and if a person dont complaint in consumer court nobody cares .i want an immediate reply

                                    I lodged the complaint against the company on 16/06/17 its been 25 days and no action has been taken from the company side and they havnt even contacted me .is consumer forum is so weak that they cant protect our rights??? If they cant take action against him. Them who will protect our rights and who will protect the illitrate persons
                                    Please take necessary steps so that the company start following norms
                                    Contact details mentioned above and if needed i can give a written proof which company itself gives me and now its denying
                                    Contact me asap now i wamt an immediate action

                                    We ordered a persang karoke by flipkart and of 28600 and did not received it we received papers inside the parcel it was very annoying

                                      They just block all the accounts of my family. First when they block my account they give the reason that to many return request sentence your account is been blocked. I argued but still no response later i observed that they had blocked my father's and mother's account to and give the same reason how is it possible because my parents hadn't shopped any. Just because we are not frequent buyers this doesn't give you the right to block your account and how recently the only account that i had left in my family was blocked you don't know the reason because it could be due to the only replace that i made as the dress was streched out as i received. Not fair.

                                        I bought the product at the date 12/6/2017
                                        From flipkart and it was delivered at 15/06/2017 at 3:40 pm
                                        From the number of delivery man [protected].
                                        After receiving and unboxing the product i had put it under a two hour charging and noticed it being a bit faulty where it was booting off frequently and ultimately it came to shut down at 9:00 pm after using it a bit. I want a answer to this faultiness of the product bought from this website from my money.
