I bought a samsung galaxy a5 2016 back cover but i have receive wrong product. So, kindly checked-out and exchange my product or refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i have taken legal action against flipkart.

I ordered tempered glass of in focus M680 on 8th..the delievrry date was 12 June but has been been yet delieverd..I called delivery boy but he is making some excuses..kindly look into the matter

    Hi i bought adidas ryzo 30 m running shoes, od[protected]. After wearing it for couple of hours left toe start paining severely. As product has maufacturing defect it should be returned, but evertime i apply for return they cancel it. What should i do with this product. Its a showpiece for me.

    I called many times to customer support but they fail to answer my query. Please do not buy product from this site.

    I am waiting for my online product to be delivered more than the expected date. delivering date expired before 2 days. but there is no response from flipkart

      I have purchased an newly launched yureka black. After receiving i found that phone clarity is not good and it seems there is an issue with that. Whn i raise an compliant they told that technician visit will occur and decide. Techician visited my house when i am not there n simply he told no issue. Again i raised the issue stating technician need to visit when i am in house so that i can show him and help him with my issue. Flipkart agreed for that and arranged for technician visit. But without visiting me they closed the case. Now they r telling that i have to visit the service center.

        I have received my ordered product carrier 1.5 ton 5 star... With tracking id fmpc[protected] on 15/06/17. The concerned agency had installed it. There is a loud noise in the outer unit and on working the ac on the day of installation it was found that water from the inner unit is falling inside the room which was informed to the said engineer who had installed the ac. He checked the same and told that there is some leakage and he had applied some glue. But now again the same defect is seen. The water from the inner unit is falling in the room.               I have purchased this product on may 3rd, 2017. During installation product was broken by their installation partner jeeves.co.in. I have requested for a replacement on 19th may, 2017. And flipkart has confirmed that product will be picked up by sat, jun 17 07:00 pm. And executive has confirmed if no update by seller about pickup, my refund will be initiated on 17th. Still i can see no refund is initiated and when i called customer care they told refund will not be initiated until product is picked-up.

              So my complain is - what is the deadline of pick-up? In this way you can post-pone pickup indefinitely and keep my money. Flipkart is a cheat.

                  I have brought a phone lava arc blue with order # in[protected]. The phone is bad, low ringing volume and low hearing volume. First time i called for return of goods the customer service executive told me that the phone shall be replaced and if further i am unsatisified then they would either change it with other phone or refund it. The replacement phone is the same problem. Today i called the customer care and executive is saying it cannot be change or refunded, i have to visit the service center. I told him that its ok i dont need refund at least change the phone with differenct model and he is saying that it cant be done. These customer service executives are liars of the first grade. Never buy from flipkart.

                        It has been a contusion harassment from flipkart where they have been not shipping my product and changing the date of my delivery everyday.                               Hi all,
                              I bought a samsung phone from flipkart. The phone was hanging and was getting hot while using. I raised a complaint using the phone app. I have already formatted the phone twice and still the issue is there.

                              They arranged the tech visit. He came to my place and said the there is problem with the phone and he will raise a request and get is replaced. But some days later i saw the request was cancelled and no one called to inform the same.

                              I called the customer care to get the details but the customer care people are robots and the keep on saying the same thing that the tech said everything is find with the phone. But he said something else to me.

                              Because of the pathetic service i cancelled other order that to was pre paid i cancelled my order. Now again i dropped an email to flipkart using the app but the response i got is that u have crossed 10 day. But i raise my complaint prior to that.

                              And why should i be going to the samsung customer care, as you have mentioned the 10 days replacement.

                              Would really appreciate the help to get it resolved.

                                I had order mesha runnnig shoes with above mentioned order id. I received density brand shoes and that too in a torn brand box. I had to throw away the box. When i asked for replacement, again i am receiving the same shoes in torn box. The courier guy also was frustrated to see the box torn. I gave away the previous shoes i received assuming that flipkart must have sent mesha brand shoes this time. But again it was density brand shoes. It was shocked to know this kind of error the people working at flipkart are doing. Since i received the density brand box again, i gave the courier person density shoes that i received before. Later, when i checked the shoes received 2nd time thinking its better to compromise on brand rather than chasing flipkart for refund or replacement because flipkart has worst service. Both the shoes were of right leg, pathetic service. How careless flipkart operate, this was the best example. Now, the issue is that i cant use these shoes neither my shoes are getting picked up since last 10 days as i dont have brand box. I am just getting false assurance on calls that i need not to worry about pick up, it will be done. However, this is not happening as flipkart is not intimating courier company to pick up shoes without box. I have called flipkart many many times to inform that they need to inform ekart courier company also to pick up shoes without box but this is not happening. Its been frustrating experience to deal with flipkart.

                                We have interacted with the customer, he states that he have receive an wrong shops with the damage brand box (later brand box was thrown) later we have taken an exception to provided the new replacement - Again customer cum back stating that shoe in that same pair of right leg, At the time of replacement hand to hand exchange, for replacement box now he do not have the brand box (SUSPECTED FRAUD ). We cannot take any exception in this case. hence closing the case.

                                    Received item on 14 jun 17.
                                    Tabac box had no deal. Bottle had no pilfer proof seal. Bottle cap was loose and contains were leaking when non vertical.

                                    To my horror, i found that the cologne was grossly diluted.

                                    I have been using the very same tabac cologne for over 20 yes and i do know what strength perfume it should be. Someone in packing for appears to have played the mischief.

                                      Please help me i have order a flipkart item at 2-june-2017 and payment mode is debit card after 15 min i am cancel the order and the payment is not recived yet. So i have suffer from this problem. Please help me and get my money back.

                                      My order id is this od[protected]. So please get my back. Flipkart is a fake website and don't buy anything from flipkart.

                                      Customer complained that amount is debited and no order placed and still no refund received. We called the customer and informed that refund completed from our end. For further details requested the customer to contact bank. Hence closing the case from our end.

                                        I bought bangle set but they not fit to me and raised return request but at time of pickup it got cancelled, my order id is od[protected] and also my account is blocked and when i asked to flipkart why my account is blocked they said i returned so may products but that was my first purchase, my request is to flipkart, please pickup the product.. I purchased for the first time from flipkart, but very much frustated on online shopping, its better to shop offline.

                                        This was the first product i had purchased from this account.
                                        I want to know how you came to know that there is high number of return request.

                                        Also if a customer did not like the product that he/she has purchased, is this a way to treat him/her by blocking the account.
                                        Customer should not be forced to purchase. If he/she did not like the product, there is only one option left that is to return.

                                        Please revert on this ASAP.
