I bought Nexian NV 45 from Flipkart during launch promo. The Promo was with great fanfare.
The battery was low quality and I needed a replacement. I could not see the battery on Flipkart.com nor buy a replacement from elsewhere.
When contacted, Flipkart merely sent website link of Spice, Indonesia who offer no solution.
What is the difference if I buy from a small vendor?

    Dear concerned,
    This is in reference to the item gag wear trendy gym bag. I received this bag on 06.05.17 and same day same time i requested for return of product. Confirmation for return was on 8.05.17. As per appointment mr. Anil from ekart came for pickup. My assistant handed over the product to him. He received it and took and didn't provide the receiving slip. Now you guys are making investigation, hence proved that pickup guy took it with him. I am surprised that how your customer care is. This is just a matter of 183 rs. I dont need it any more. But i would say i lost my faith over flipkart and there management. I was long associated with flipkart and purchased worthy products. But not onward
    Note: i have teleconversational proof of pickup and warehouse people for pickup done.

      I have placed and order which was delivered to me by yesterday and surprisingly i have got nothing except the charger and the best part is the packaging was damaged and i have got an email that my request has been closed. So please help me to get my refund or replacement back or else i will lodge an fir against this cheat so do the need full its my hard earned money. And i will post all this thing to social media as well because i have been cheated.

        Dear sir,
        I have order lenovo k6 power from flipkart and i received 2 times faulty product. First time the mic and hanging issue and secong time not responding with 64 gb memory card. I contacted to customer care but they are not responding to this issue asking to go to lenovo service center. I want my money refunded to my account or flipkart wallet so that i can buy another phone from flipkart. I dont want to use this phone anymore. Please get resolved this issue and take necessary actions.

            Dear sir,
            I want to say that recently i ordered a mobile moto g5 amounting rs-
            14400/-from flipkart order id[protected] on 15/05/2017 in delhi. I got delivery of my product on 24/05/2017. As i open up the packaging of my product i found rin soap instead of the handset. Handset and other accessories are completely missing. So i raised complaint to return or provide me the product i sent mail to flipkart head with screenshots of the rin soap that i recieve but they refuses and blocked my account of flipkart. I also contact to flipkart customer care to resolve my query but they told me they cannot do anything and advced me to sent a mail to head. Now i cant access my flipkart account and they are not giving the reason for blocking my account. Either they are resolving my query. Now i will file case in consumer court against flipkart.

              I have order Sansui AC - 1.5 Ton for rs. 22, 999(Cash on Delivery) and Order number - OD[protected], product was ordered on 15.05.2017 and flipakrt tracking system showing delivered, but product is not delivered on shipping address. Dealer - Omni Tech Retail have intentional have not delivered as product price was high on next day and now product price is rs.25, 999. So, now if i want to order again, i have to pay rs. 3000 more. I have called customer care on date - 28.05.2017 and timing - 12:40 pm(Executive Name - Mohit), but he refused to take compliant as the payment option was Cash-On Delivery. In E-commerce world, dealers can easily do such things if payment option is Cash - On Delivery, they can show delivered but actually product has not reached the customer as price of product has increased. But this breach of law and they are cheating with the customer as product is in demand to earn more money. I request is to get this product from that dealer through flipkart with the price - rs. 22, 999. Flipkart have even generated the invoice for the order which haven't reached the customer.

                Flipkart out of delivery area (pincode-address mismatch)

                I ordered a xiaomi redmi note 4 on 26 may 2017 through flipkart. When i was tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and adress does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

                On 13th of may I got it delivered and I got an empty box and I filed a complaint regarding this to Flipkart and 25th was the date given to me that it will be resolved on or before 25th of may. When I call them on 25th of may they were like 26th of may it will be resolved and when I call on 26th they were like 27th of may and now it's 28th and they never considered to contact me till now and I'm not getting response from them . They don't even care for my money. Such a worst customer service. I need my money back I would never order from Flipkart again

                        I ordered redmi note 4 (Order od[protected] mrp 12999 but when it was delivered i was shocked to see micromax x707 which is mrp 1499. I had already paid 12999, now following up with flipkart (Worst support) to get correct product delivered. For past 4 days i'm getting the standard reply that our team is working. No response from flipkart.
                        I want correct product to be delivered.
                        Flipkart has cheated me and i am making sure i spread this word to all my friends, colleagues and on social media to warn then not to buy from flipkart.

                        Thanks for update on this.

                        The replacement product was shipped withing 2 hours of putting the complaint here as well as on social media. Immediately after putting the matter on social media, i got the call from Flipkart support and product was shipped.

                        I am happy that was resolved but at the same time I am worried about the standard resolution process and escalation mechanism in Flipkart.
                        Before posting my issue in social media i was struggling to any response from Flipkart support and was getting standard response that we are investigating the issue. Dint even got a call from Flipkart in four days after the issue happened. This is questionable support process.
                        First I was cheated and then i have to go through the mental stress as looking at the response from Flipkart support I was not sure I will get the replacement product.
                        In fours day I made three calls to Flipkart support and all response were not fruitful and then i realized that i will not get the solution with standard support. So i decided to post over social media.

                        All this shows that Flipkart is just worried about his reputation and hence they resolved the issue in just 2 hours upon putting the issue on social media. They dont care about customers. Going by standard support channel they have I would have been begging them to resolve the issue.

                        This incident had reflected flipkart support process and broken my trust over flipkart, so i will think 100 times before buying from flipkart. I don't want to post over social medial every time if there is an issue.

                              I have ordered mattress with reference number od[protected] which was scheduled to deliver on 29th may.

                              I am tracking with fedex since 24th may after i received the fedex tracking number.
                              I contact on 25th and asked why there is delay they confirmed there is issue with pincode of which the seller mentioned wrong and it was rectified.
                              I contacted immediately flip kart and conference with fedex and the pincode is rectified (Which was flipkart job but i have to it for them). I have been constantly contacting the fedex and flipkart about the delivery.
                              Fedex made promises that it will delivered today since 24th.25th 26th and on 27th and today (27th eve) they confirmed that it will be delivered on monday evening since sunday they don't work and yet i receive a text message stating we tried to deliver but looks like you were not available and we will re attempt. Whats wrong with flipkart they never contacted me from the day i ordered except me contacting them and yet they proudly send fraud messages and lie about the delivery. This is not only poor service but their integrity in market is questioned with their own doing. Flipkart customer service reps are very poor and fraud while committing to a client.

                                  I have made a purchase with flipkart few days ago and as per there promo i should be getting 10% cash back when i purchase a produce with my HDFC bank credit card and before purchasing the produce i called there customer care number and spoken to a lady and she conf that i can avail that offer so i purchased and the produce quality was so worst that i cant even use to clean the garbage. When i called there customer care number and spoken to one of there staff and he info that they can not take the produce return and can not process refund as they are saying that the min purchase value should be 6499/- which was not mentioned at the time of purchase.

                                  I ask them the same that there was no such info but they are saying that they can see that terms and i ask them to send a screenshot of the terms but they are not ready to do so.

                                  The call was transferred to one of the supervision but even he was not helpful so he transferred the call to his Manager.

                                  The Manager was actually not a manager he doesn't understand the basic complaint process and he actually accepting that it is Flipkart error and they have done a mistake but they can not help me and they can not process the refund. How could this is possible when they can accept it is there error and why cant they process my refund.

                                  The worst part is they are saying that there Manager Ashish will not take calls as he will not come on the phone to help his client.

                                  What kind of manager is he Mr Ashish, when his agents accept that it is there error he should come on the call to help us.

                                    I ordered iphone 7 128gb on 18 may. It was delivered to me on 25 may and i opened it on 27 may but when i made a call i found that the voice was low. When i called the customer care they asked me to visit the service center. Why should i visit the ervice center for the brand new product i ordered. I am highly disappointed and i am not liking the solution they are providing me and i am going to file the complaint for this

                                    I have ordered iphone7 from flipkart on 18 may. it was delivered to me on 25 may and when i used it it was faulty. the voice was coming very low and i am not able to hear anything. When i asked for he return the customer care gave me an unfeasible solution to go to service center but why should i go to service center for the brand new product. Their managers deepak and ashish denied to return the product and i am no satisfied with their response.
