    Sir i had successfully ordered a redmi note 4 in flash sale on 24/5/2017 and also received confirmation email from flipkart that your order have been confirmed. But afterwards without any due reason they cancelled the same order.
    After that i had again successfully ordered the same in flash sale on 26/5/2017 and also received order confirmation mail from flipkart. And once again they cancelled my next order without due reason. I had requested them but they hadn't paid any heed.

    The screenshots of that mails is attached here with.

    It is preyed that the flipkart must me forced to complete any of the above said order on due date.

    There was nowhere written on your website that one purchaser can get only one unit of said mobile another order can be cancelled by you.
    I claim compensation of Rs2000.

      Respected sir,
      I bought a skygen analog watch from flipkart on 11-05-17 which cost rs 14295. When i saw the product, i come to know that the item quality was not as i expected the belt of this watch was torn from inside which was not expected for me. So i wanted to return that watch i did the procedure and i got refund option and i choose the same. Return request with od[protected]. I choose an return request on very next day of watch delivery and it was approved by flipkart immediately return id:[protected]. The date given to me for pickup was 17 may 2017 & courier service was ekart. I was waiting till 17 th of may but no pickup took place. Then i asked to your flipkart customer care executive about the failure of pickup and i have also shared my problem that the delivery was done by bluedart and now flipkart gave me another courier sevice i. E ekart which is 130 km away from my location.
      So taking my problem under consideration they gave me date 20 may and told me they will 100% place a pickup service, i was still waiting and the result was same they said sorry we r unable to come to you today we give date 22 may for pickup and finally i was tired calling flipkart this many times and they could not solved my problem. They also told me the policy if we fail to receive your pick up by 22may 2017 we will send you’re your refund amount manually and then you can send us the product by any courier service as per availability. This was 3rd time they failed to receive the pickup and i had talk with your senior cs executive and they fired warning mail and yet my problem is not solved. They gave me 23 rd may 2017 as next pickup date and same scenario was there this was 3rd time they failed to receive the pickup. After this many commitments by flipkart they are not willing to solve my problem. This is a bad kind of harashment with flipkart customer. Your flipkart executive was talking too roughly he said we cannot do anything u will have to wait till 26th may 2017 we gurantee that 100 % pickup will take place on 26. He even said or you can do whatever you want. I don’t think it would be tolerable.
      We keep trust on your service and this is output we are getting we are really unsatisfied with flipkart service. We are common people we cannot buy such costly watches. I request you to find some remedy or you can provide me some alternate courier service in my location as u commited. I request you to please beep into this matter and solve my refund case as early as possible. Thank you

      This is to inform you that I have recently purchased a G-Shock watch worth Rs/- 9000 from flipkart. I recieved damaged packaging plus a first copy duplicate product. I requested for refund as soon as I saw it. The customer support of yours keeps on giving the TAT but never take any action to resolve the issue. Now I have to pay the EMI for the watch which I dont even use it. Why should I pay for the false and defective product . This is going on for too long and yet no action has been taken except giving the TAT. I am not that rich person who can let go this amount of money. Please look into the matter seriously and take action as soon as possible.

      I want my product to be returned and my amount refunded as soon as possible. Please see the attached images of the product I recieved. Here is my order number OD[protected].

        I am not happy with the flipkart services. It seems to be totally fake service provider. I have today purchase redmi 3s prime. It is added in to my cart and when i try to continue for payment it stopped for some second and the product become out of stock. I don't know if there is any product added into your cart how it is out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart. But after adding into the cart. Go for out of stock is totally rubbish. A person need some time to add payment as well as i have not get time to add payment in a few second it is going to be out of stock. I am totally disappointed. Card become out of stock is not good. I waste my full day time with adding this into cart and after a few second it become empty. Now i think never go with flipkart any more.

          I tried changing the pincode to any other area in surat but none of them worked.
          The sale comes only for 4-5 minutes and i can't try every possible pin code in that time.
          I am trying to buy the phone since 3 weeks
          How do i buy it?
          How do i know which area the phone can be delivered in advance?
          Because its not possible to try every possible pincode when the sale comes.

            I bought galaxy on nxt on 18/5/17 and from day 1 itself the network related issue and battery heating issue came. On 21, I placed replacement request and call customer care 10-15 times to solve issues, the technician came to check and he also fail in solving issue, till 26/5/17 no solution is given by flipkart. In 26/5/17, flipkart cancelled all replacement return request today. Want to register complaint against flipkart for same.

              As i have booked samsung galaxy on8 black mobile with no cost emi offer from flipkart website on 15th may 2017, that time cost was 12999 and 10 % discount offer running if we pay by hdfc card,

              After booking this mobile hdfc bank have sent me emi report where hdfc bank added 1.1 % pm interest so i have complained to hdfc with flipkart order id and print screen and the reverted with me that flipkart has added this interest

                    I visited flipkart site on 25/05/2017. I have paid rs 1049 for the product skullcandy s5lhz-j570 anti headphones. After online payment through the sbi, the internet connection was disconnected and it didn't return to flipkart site. Money was debited from my account and the product was not ordered.                       Dear sir,
                      I was bought online one Seagate external drive from flipkart on 21st april through online payment which expected delivery was 2nd may. On 2nd may I was tracking to know the status of item and on 2nd may it displayed item has been delivered but in actual I did not received the product. I thought it will come more one to two days but one month has been passed and till now I did not received my product. In customer care I talked with 5 to 6 times and every one is ensuring your money will be refunded soon but nothing is happening. every time when I am calling he is saying I am raising your complaints. every time same wording is repeating every customer care person.

                      please have a look in the matter and please help me.

                        Sir I have recently bought a nike shoes with order id OD[protected] with my register mobile number [protected] and i got a shoe without any nike tag on that and in used condition and its colour is also differ from image actually it was in image light blue and i got dark blue and just i received a order just i call the customer service team and he say i have escalated you complaint our team reply for that and after this no reply i get and my account is gone bloced when i am login then shows login unsuccessful and when after i call customer service then he said i can't help you regarding that product what i do...??

                          Dear sir,
                          I ordered lenovo PA 10400 power bank of order id E-kart logistics-FMPC[protected] from flipkart on 16th-MAY-2017 after 6 days on march 22 i got a message from flipkart and says that your product is out for delivery, but no one contacted me.so i called the person to get the status of my product, but he said abusive words and posing me to goto his office and collect the product if i needed.
                          Which place is more than 25 kilometer from my home and today ie.25/05/2017 i got message saying that i rejected the product, but no one from that courier service contacted me. I need my product back so please arrange any other alternative courier service.if he is ready to to deliver my product i need both products back becaue yesterday my another product was recieved ther courier office of order number Ekart logistics-FMPC[protected] PHILIPS TRIMMER. So kindly arrange my Alternative delivery

                          Very true my friend, this EKART logistic partner of Fliipkart is really a pain in the ###.. my product is in there warehouse since 18th May 2017 however these ######## did not deliver it to me and i am still waiting (today is 28th May 2017) they never call the customer, if you call they talk nonsense and daily by end of the day they send this message "Undelivered as we could not reach you".. Also Flipkart does not seem concerned.. What a shame..

                            We had recived the mobile phone referance no fmpp[protected] on[protected], make panasonic eluga ray x, from consulting rooms pvt ltd, new delhi, but, the mob hand set wg21161 not having the volume key.& i could not start this., this is total quality inspection failure.                               I had placed an order for clenveil advanced scar formula 2nos.

                              But we received mens underwear 1no (In the outer box the bill says clenveil advanced scar formula 2nos.)

                              I wished to replace the wrong item with the ordered clenveil advanced scar formula 2nos..

                              Now flipkart sent clenveil advanced scar formula 2nos in two separate consignments. (Clenveil advanced scar formula 1no each)

                              Even we had contacted the flipkart support team & conveyed the total story to avail a solution but they asked us to contact them again in presence of courier staff. But the courier staff is not at all ready to wait for minute then how it is possible to do so. Instead we had asked the flipkart support person to send a email to the courier people but he refused & stick on the same resolution.

                              We had already waited for 15 days & we didn't expected this type of improper service from filpkart.

                                  I ordered an eybrow shaver from flipkart on 18th May, 2017. Order Id: OD[protected]. I was waiting for 1 week, but the order status wasn't moving at all from "Order placed". In the process of checking the status, by mistake I placed an duplicate order after 1 week, on 24th May, 2017. Order Id: OD[protected].

                                  Please note: Order Ids are different.

                                  On same day evening, Seller shipped both items. When I got SMS for both orders, I realized that there are 2 orders, so thought to save Flipkart's efforts to ship duplicate item. So I immediately tried to cancel my duplicate order, with order ID: OD[protected].

                                  However, when I canceled the duplicate order, Flipkart canceled my original order as well, with order ID: OD[protected].

                                  I was shocked since I was waiting for this product since so long and I really wanted it. When I called customer care about it, person at other end is blaming me saying I mistakenly cancelled both and nothing can be done.

                                  I demanded to talk to escalation manager. A person named "Deepak Bhalia" came online. He also repeated same. When I proved that I did not cancel both and it is flipkart software issue, he is bluntly saying that nothing can be done now.

                                  I had placed my original order under sale and I got discounted rate and I really wanted the order to reach me early. I demanded that since it is issue at flipkart end, please grant me the order at same rate at which I got earlier. But he bluntly refused saying it doesn't come under flipkart policies. I don't understand, how flipkart doesn't have any policy for the mistake at Flipkart's end.

                                  I demanded to talk to next escalation level. Then he kept my call on hold for really long time and nobody responded to me till end.

                                  Since 6 days from placing the order, the status was showing as "Order placed" and wasn't moving. I was calling flipkart customer care daily about it. They said, there is some technical issue but order will reach on time.

                                  When there is technical issue at flipkart side, and for none of my mistake, my original order gets canceled, is it not flipkart's duty to rectify the mistake rather than bluntly saying nothing can be done?

                                  Flipkart has gone really pathetic with very poor customer service.

                                      The imei number printed in the invoice is different from the imei number appearing on phone. I had asked for replacement of the phone due to battery issue. But the replacement was cancelled citing mismatch of imei number. Why am i left to suffer because of flipkart's mistake? Firstly they send a defective phone. Secondly they don't allow me to replace it by having an invalid imei number at their system.
