    I am seriously not satisfied by this product.
    As i am an old and loyal customer.
    The phone has a great problem.
    And my area too won't have a service care.
    So i wasted my 1k for repair even on a warrantied phone.
    The phone was having a heating problem.
    Which the local repairer solved.
    Yet, you must stop selling such defective products.
    Though most even important,
    You must be loyal to your loyal customers.

    We interacted with the customer Anand, and informed about the complaint, customer stating he himself is an advocate and he have not logged any complaint. Customer also stating there are no service centers at Ahemad Nagar, put the call on hold for 2 minutes and collected the service center details and informed the customer, Also mail sent with details. Customer agreed and closing the case.
    Flipcart sent mail ... some product discounted but our official website no display discount and offer ...

        I have requested for replacement as my order product is having below defect.
        1. Speaker is not good the sound quality is bad and somebody of call me then i am unable to listen.
        2. Mic issue
        3. Heating issue while making calls the phone heat very instantly.

        I have requested for replacement more than 3 times and everytime it got rejected. It's now near about 10days policy which is basically the replacement period.

        Now the flipkart executive rejecting all the replacement request intentionally.

        I am really facing worst services from flipkart.

        Requesting you to please take this issue as priority basic and replace my old phone as a new one. Or else please refund black my money.

        I was only getting date from the flipkart executive nothing else. And still my issue is not resolve.

          My order number is od[protected] ([protected]@yahoo.com). I have bought many products from flipkart in the past. However this time, i erroneously ordered an apple cover for iphone 7 plus. I actually wanted a back cover for iphone 7 and not iphone 7 plus. As the money involved is rs 3500, i would like to request you to either send me the correct cover (Apple back cover for iphone 7) or refund my money. I would like request you to consider my request failing which i will discontinue to buy anything from flipkart. Your customer return/refund policies need a drastic change and should be customer friendly and not against the customer.

            Am order vivo v5 (Crown gold, 32 gb) on 15 may but still the product is not delivered to me, is the way how flipkart is doing the services to the customers. Couple of time i have already called to flipkar executive but am not getting any update on this. I have already done the payment but still am not received my product.               This is the second day of my request to return my product which was handover to me on 6th evening the phone moto g5+ lunar grey 32 gb. Phone is hitting on the very next day when i put it in charge and it was hanging i tried to reboot it on 8th but still the issue is not resolved so i have requested for return of my product. There is no call from customer care and no one has approached till now i don't know how this is working

                Sir, i have ordered a hp laptop on 17 may 2017 model 15-ab032tx but i received wrong modal ab029tx and more frustration came from dealer not responding to hp request to correct my warrenty date. I am using expired warrenty laptop. I lost my money. When i contact flipkart they said my replacement date is over. I have ask them why they send me wrong product. They again said replacement date is over.

                  I had placed an order for the captioned product on 30 th april 2017. Order no, was od[protected]. The product was delivered much after the scheduled date. But the worst was yet to come!. When we opened the parcel the content was in shambles - the glass of the clock was shattered, its frame broken in parts and hands missing and so on. Moreover the colour of the clock was not the one i had ordered for. I placed a replacement order (Return order no.[protected] which was scheduled to take place on 1 st june 2017. Although i got sms for pick up of the product twice, yet till date no one has come to take the product back. And now i have been advised that my product return has been cancelled. Kindly look into the matter - either replace the product or refund my money. Such careless and customer unfriendly behaviour does not suit a reputed company like flipkart.

                    I have placed an order for a playstaion 4 and received delivery from a seller called micromini. After opening the box i have observed that the package had no seal on it and was used, not only this but the playstation itself was not even from india, it was a piece from dubai so the warranty which was being provided would be of no use.. I have paid rs 40, 000 by credit card to receive such service... I have requested a return and refund from flipkart, they have promised me that the item would be picked up on the 12th of june, 2 days have passed and yet it has not been picked up yet. Horrible service on the part of flipkart, u can not treat your customers like this. I am never ordering from flipkart again after experiencing this.

                      Hi all,

                      I purchased a carrier air conditioner and it got delivered to me on 31st march and their authorized engineer from jevees installed the same on 1st april. Now almost after 40 days i found that ac is not working so i contacted jevees for the same their engineer visit and said that flipkart has delivered the defective product to me due to that the gas got leaked they will ask flipkart to replace so no service done. Jeeves has raised a ticket with flipkart also.

                      Now when i did not got any call from flipkart, i called them today to get the status update their customer associate satyendra and gunjan said that they cant help me because they have the 10 days replacement policy.

                      Now my query that how come i will know that the product they delivered is a faulty because i am not an ac engineer. And if this is the faulty why their engineer didnot said the same on day 1 during installation.

                      I need your assistance on the same so that they should stop cheating the customer.

                      Dear Flipkart Team,

                      Can you tell me the reason why your authorized engineer from jevees not said that the product delivered by flipkar is a defective product of the day 1 of installation and why he said the same after 40 days.

                      Also let me know that you you want me to learn the engineering of any of the product which i am going to buy from you. So that i can verify immediately and return the same after purchasing it if it is defective.

                      If that is the scenario then i will request everyone dont buy a single product from flipkart.

                      Now the latest update that even carrier customer care has denied providing the service because this was not installed by them. Jeeves is the authorize agent of flipkart so they did some mistake so they cannot provide the service now.

                      Now i am really in the situation where i am just open to go the consumer court and file the case against, Flipkart, Jeeves and Carrier.

                      They put me in such condition where consumer court is the only option remaining for me.

                            Received substandard product on 2nd june which i had bought as a gift.
                            Shirt got torn from the shoulder just after the first use within 2 hours and not worth of wearing now.
                            Spoke with call centre manager and the response was scripted even social media team just ignored the issue.
                            Very disappointed that no one is looking to resolve the genuine issue.
                            If i had taken this shirt from any local stote they would have replaced.

                              I have ordered a redmi mobile from flipkart order id : od[protected] on wed, jun 7th 2017 and it has been delivered on jun 13th 2017. Online shopping services are supposed to deliver the product in the ordered address. Here the delivery boy is telling me to come and collect the item from 4km away from the address which i specified at the time of ordering the product. On june 12th he did the same thing and i couldn't reach him back on phone after sometime. Later in the evening he called me back and told me he will deliver it tomorrow morning and he had given me some other number to contact him personally. The next day morning i called him and asked about the delivery. His response was quite disappointing that he will not deliver the product to my address and if i need the product i have to go and collect it from some other place or else he will return the product as not delivered by the customer.

                              We are giving the delivery address by verifying whether the product can be delivered in that address or not. Then how can he tell that he will not deliver in that address and how can he say that he will return the product as not delivered?

                                    I ordered a gray nicolls kaboom smash kashmir willow cricket bat (Short handle, 700-1200 g) from flipkart.

                                    Date of order may 21st 2017
                                    Delivered on may 27th 2017
                                    Mrp inr 2049
                                    Purchase price inr 1194

                                    When we ordered this bat for my 14 year old son, he was so excited that he will be getting a kaboom smash kashmir willow bat. After we got the delivery, we took the bat to get the bottom edge from a local cricket store on june 08th 2017. That’s when we got to know from the store guy that the bat is not original and flipkart has supplied a fake product. I called flipkart on june 08th and was told that someone will call me back by june 12th. Since i did not get a call back from flipkart, i called them today to check on the status. The representative that i spoke to was shyam who was extremely rude in his response. He just went on & on saying that they have to adhere to 10 days return policy and nothing can be done. But the case here is that we have been cheated with a fake product.

                                    Please help us get a refund for the same.

                                      Really dis-point with flipkart service first they delivered the product 1 day late... Then when i received the product unable to start the same.. It is only showing msg on display that the anriod yu yuricon and it is continuously blink.. I request return that is only from 3 days it is not done at all.. I request all do not buy any electronic product from flipkart.. As per their policy they will not return your money even though how faulty product they delivered,, they will take seven days to replace the product... They also send engineer to your place which they take a week

I search this back cover lots of timr but i didn't get this back cover on flipkart... But it is available in amazon... And its price is high... So i want that this back cover also available in flipkart and with the low price... How you accpet my suggestion... And start to working on this pfocess2... As soon as... I see this progress in flipkart and buy this cover from flipkart... Thankew...
