I have order Sansui AC - 1.5 Ton for rs. 22, 999(Cash on Delivery) and Order number - OD[protected], product was ordered on 15.05.2017 and flipakrt tracking system showing delivered, but product is not delivered on shipping address. Dealer - Omni Tech Retail have intentional have not delivered as product price was high on next day and now product price is rs.25, 999. So, now if i want to order again, i have to pay rs. 3000 more. I have called customer care on date - 28.05.2017 and timing - 12:40 pm(Executive Name - Mohit), but he refused to take compliant as the payment option was Cash-On Delivery. In E-commerce world, dealers can easily do such things if payment option is Cash - On Delivery, they can show delivered but actually product has not reached the customer as price of product has increased. But this breach of law and they are cheating with the customer as product is in demand to earn more money. I request is to get this product from that dealer through flipkart with the price - rs. 22, 999. Flipkart have even generated the invoice for the order which haven't reached the customer.
