Dear sir,
I have ordered apple smart watch on 14th of may 2017 from flipkart. Product was supposed to be deliver on 22nd may 2017 which was not done till date. I have lodged many complaints with flipkart customer care they are only answering our backend team is working on it, pl. Wait for another 24 hours. Neither flipkart giving me exact timeline of product delivery nor y product get deliver.

    Hi,

    I am sandesh shete and in this month i have ordered one led tv and prestige but prestige quality is poor and not as per my requirements hence i have raised​the request for return.

    Last 4-5 days i am only getting massages and call but no one visited at home to collect the same.

    Everytime i called flipkart to send the person at home anytime but no one is visited till the time, very useless service getting from flipkart.

    Also i have to mention that every delivery boy is not ready to deliver the spare at actual location. Everytime ur person is calling me to come at out side of the area and i[censored]r not coming then will come on next day

      Why took order 1st why cancelled with out my knowledge.

      What they doing last 10 days?

      Why my money rotate 10 days?

        I have placed ordered at 18th May 2017, Skechers Shoe and paid 3134 through UPI transaction at [protected]@ybl using PhonePe app wallet, which was debited from my icici bank account but my order was neither successful nor failed, Even I am not able to see anywhere in MY Order List.

        Now I have called the icici bank, and they told that transaction was successful with Reference No :[protected]. Please do needful.

          Id:[protected] i bought from flipkart - redmi note 4 phone after reading reviews but facts are very different.

          Apart from so delicate body issues like mic, heating, battery is something very concerning.

          I am facing several issues like:

          1. Mic problem
          2. Weak build quality
          2. Heating issue
          4. Sensors slow response
          3. Battery draining very quickly (I have not installed apps)

          & the worst part is claim of tough build, which is not its very delicate, it cannot withstand a mild fall impact also.

          Very disappointed i think bcoz redmi wanted to compete more from price perspective that's why compromised on quality.

            Flipkart is providing worst service and their customer executives are very non professional i think they are uneducated what is have asked and what they did
            i have ordered a Asics sports shoe of size uk 5 on 17th may but that company have different size range so whatever ur size is u have to order one larger size than your normal one so i requested to exchange the same and provide one size bigger. the customer executive raised my request and i got my parcel on 29th may for one size smaller. now again m requesting to provide my required size they are refusing. kindly help.

The amount of Rs. 1, 254/- that was debited from your bank account will be credited to your account within 8 business days from the date of the transaction i.e from May 27, 2017. Hope this helps.

                    I have ordered 1.2 ton hitachi ac from flip kart and they have mentioned rs 1500 as standard charges. Below are the terms and conditions written on flipkart website:
                    "
                    Installation of air-conditioner is charged extra to customer at the time of installation and needs to be paid directly to the service engineer (Please check the offer details to find out whether free installation offer or any other special offer price is available at the time of purchase or not). After the product is delivered through our delivery partners, we'll facilitate the installation of ac through authorized service engineer at your convenience. Installation tat will be 2 to 5 business days depending on the location. Standard installation rate charged for split ac will be rs. 1499 (Inclusive of taxes). Standard installation of ac covers only a) copper pipe with sleeve - 3mtr b) power cable 3 core - 3mtr c) odu stand bush�s - 4nos (Excluding stand) d) remote - 1nos e) remote batteries and holding cap f) vinyl tape-roll - 50mm 10mtr not covered in installation i. Out door unit stand - rs. 750 ii. Extra copper wire rs 750 per meter without sleeves & power cable iii. Drain pipe extension if any. (Per meter cost) - rs. 125 iv. Wiring extension from meter to site, (Per meter cost) � rs. 86 v. Stabilizer required for the installation if available with the technician will be chargeable extra. Vi. Plumbing and masonry work.                     I have cleared with flip kart executives that if i purchase my copper pipe and give person for installation then whether i have to pay any other charges except 1500. He said no then no need to pay any more
                    But at the time of installation the service man said me that i have to pay 100 rs/meter if i have purchased my own copper pipe and other material.
                    And i have to install outdoor unit to my house roof which is around 40-45 mts so they are saying that installation will cost me around 5000 rs.
                    As i have mentioned all the terms and condition above please look whether it is mentioned anywhere that you have to pay 100rs/mt.
                    Now i want to return ac but flip kart is denying to take ac back they are saying this is against our policy. Please look into this issue.

                      Dear all

                      This is the complaint I m writing against flipkart services and making customers keep on waiting for the product over 2 months

                      I have purchased bed room set in the month of April after 1 month I have received the product on may 12 since then I m following up with the flipkart customer service but no response or no action taken on my request

                      Mentioned product 1 part is damaged and I have raised the replacement of the product firstly I have got SMS saying the product will picked up by 25 th May

                      I have repeatedly calling customer service to prioritise the pick up through mail, calls but they had standard reply I wait till 25 th may the product will picked by then

                      I waited till today which is 29 th May but no body bothered send courier person to pick up neither I received any calls regarding the failure of pick up,

                      Day before yesterday I have got SMS saying we have escalated ur matter to the concern team we will resolve before 6 th June

                      Pathetic service ever received from flipkart

                      I have made my mind to cancel the product but it's not allowing.

                      Please help me to get my refund

                      Nobody can wait for 2 months for the product, even received in the damaged condition

                      This shows casual behaviour on the customer request or concern which customer was raised

                      Flipkart is fraud taken my money over 2 months and till now product is not made or replaced

                        I bought Nexian NV 45 from Flipkart during launch promo. The Promo was with great fanfare.
                        The battery was low quality and I needed a replacement. I could not see the battery on Flipkart.com nor buy a replacement from elsewhere.
                        When contacted, Flipkart merely sent website link of Spice, Indonesia who offer no solution.

                          Dear concerned,
                          This is in reference to the item gag wear trendy gym bag. I received this bag on 06.05.17 and same day same time i requested for return of product. Confirmation for return was on 8.05.17. As per appointment mr. Anil from ekart came for pickup. My assistant handed over the product to him. He received it and took and didn't provide the receiving slip. Now you guys are making investigation, hence proved that pickup guy took it with him. I am surprised that how your customer care is. This is just a matter of 183 rs. I dont need it any more. But i would say i lost my faith over flipkart and there management. I was long associated with flipkart and purchased worthy products. But not onward
                          Note: i have teleconversational proof of pickup and warehouse people for pickup done.

                              I have order lenovo k6 power from flipkart and i received 2 times faulty product. First time the mic and hanging issue and secong time not responding with 64 gb memory card. I contacted to customer care but they are not responding to this issue asking to go to lenovo service center. I want my money refunded to my account or flipkart wallet so that i can buy another phone from flipkart. I dont want to use this phone anymore.                                   14400/-from flipkart order id[protected] on 15/05/2017 in delhi. I got delivery of my product on 24/05/2017. As i open up the packaging of my product i found rin soap instead of the handset. Handset and other accessories are completely missing. So i raised complaint to return or provide me the product i sent mail to flipkart head with screenshots of the rin soap that i recieve but they refuses and blocked my account of flipkart. I also contact to flipkart customer care to resolve my query but they told me they cannot do anything and advced me to sent a mail to head. Now i cant access my flipkart account and they are not giving the reason for blocking my account. Either they are resolving my query. Now i will file case in consumer court against flipkart.

                                    I have order Sansui AC - 1.5 Ton for rs. 22, 999(Cash on Delivery) and Order number - OD[protected], product was ordered on 15.05.2017 and flipakrt tracking system showing delivered, but product is not delivered on shipping address. Dealer - Omni Tech Retail have intentional have not delivered as product price was high on next day and now product price is rs.25, 999. So, now if i want to order again, i have to pay rs. 3000 more. I have called customer care on date - 28.05.2017 and timing - 12:40 pm(Executive Name - Mohit), but he refused to take compliant as the payment option was Cash-On Delivery. In E-commerce world, dealers can easily do such things if payment option is Cash - On Delivery, they can show delivered but actually product has not reached the customer as price of product has increased. But this breach of law and they are cheating with the customer as product is in demand to earn more money. I request is to get this product from that dealer through flipkart with the price - rs. 22, 999. Flipkart have even generated the invoice for the order which haven't reached the customer.

                                      Flipkart out of delivery area (pincode-address mismatch)

                                      I ordered a xiaomi redmi note 4 on 26 may 2017 through flipkart. When i was tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and adress does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

                                      On 13th of may I got it delivered and I got an empty box and I filed a complaint regarding this to Flipkart and 25th was the date given to me that it will be resolved on or before 25th of may. When I call them on 25th of may they were like 26th of may it will be resolved and when I call on 26th they were like 27th of may and now it's 28th and they never considered to contact me till now and I'm not getting response from them . They don't even care for my money. Such a worst customer service. I need my money back I would never order from Flipkart again
