My order no is OD[protected]. its not working from last few days. I went to Samsung care. But they are denying it. There is warranty of 1 yr. I have never expected this from samsung mobiles. Also from flipkaRT. I am so much depressed with t is service. Worst phone i get from flipkart....

As a per rate nd offers of flipkart.. They are providing a rate of iphone 7 at 56000 under proceed by 2 more offers on credit... Whil dat these offers will be valid till 24/3/2017... So want to file complaint against them... They dnt stay on thereb commitments... Such that if no reply is given by them... Then i will file as case at consumer court...

I have sent an application of RTI on 02/02/2017 with applicable fee and also reminder but there is no reply?

Is flipkart is out of the area of RTI prescribed by government in RTI act 2005?
Or it has become a regular procedure for flipkart that let the consumer make the complaint we will do nothing as it is showing a number of complaints more than 9000 and only 43% customer satisfaction....

I have ordered dell inspiron laptop, and deliverd to me on 16th mar 2017, same day while switching on laptop, i have realized that mouse pad of laptop is getting hanged. Same time i processed return request to flipkart, in which they said technician will visit to check this, however there were no technician visit to check laptop and flipkart cancelled the return request. As attached in the images, I made 2 separate orders today to purchase Red MI Note 4 through flipkart. Both my orders got confirmed firstly and then suddenly I received an email from flipkart stating that both the orders have got cancelled.

Flipkart Company should allow at least 2 minute to checkout product after it being getting added successfully to cart....

Sir/Ma'm I purchased the Sennheiser earphone from your website on[protected] which were under the guarantee of 2 years but product started misbehaving within that time limit. So, I sent the product for claiming the guarantee to Sennheiser and they found out that the product is fake. So my request to you is that please replace the fake product and I hope you'll assist me with this problem so I could trust Flipkart in future....
