Thank you team for processing replacement request.
As each scheduled time (Technical Visit/Product Uninstall/Product exchange Delivery) i informed my family members not to somewhere as might be someone can visit for Product(TV) but each time i feel embarrassed as No one from Flipkart or Micromax visit our home, so hoping 13th May (Saturday) will be the last date when i will get my Micromax 40 Inch TV (40A6300FHD) exchanged with non defective piece.Also request you to make replacement smooth and on time as i have weekend plan to go with my family and will be available at home till 3:00 PM on 13th.
As previously promised by Flipkart in the below mentioned mail that i will get product exchanged on 10th May (Wednesday) but still product was not replaced.

Updated by at2011 Its really very disappointment that now its going to be 1 month yet replacement issue not resolved.

Hi Team,
Today along with my office wok time to time i follow up with my family members about delivery of replaced product but again as usual 22nd May was also not last & final date provided by Flipkart. Now i have no idea what to do as now its going to 1 month over.
It seems that my last option is to retain that defective product and delete Flipkart account of myself and convince all other family members to do the same to delete account.

No idea why you guys are doing this to me, it make me feel that it was my biggest mistake to purchase higher price range electronic item from Flipkart, as each scheduled time (Technical Visit/Product Uninstall/Product exchange Delivery) i informed my family members not to somewhere as might be someone can visit for Product(TV) but each time i feel embarrassed as No one from Flipkart or Micromax visit our home.
Its my humble request that kindly make the return process smooth. Mark 13th May (Saturday) final date & try to deliver product before 2:00 PM as i have weekend plan to go with my family, on 13th May will be waiting for product delivery till 3:00 PM.

I did ordered it when i did buy now it just said out of stock not letting us to buy the mobile we waited 2 hours before sale and resulted in dissapointment
