I have ordered mattress with reference number od[protected] which was scheduled to deliver on 29th may.

I am tracking with fedex since 24th may after i received the fedex tracking number.
I contact on 25th and asked why there is delay they confirmed there is issue with pincode of which the seller mentioned wrong and it was rectified.
I contacted immediately flip kart and conference with fedex and the pincode is rectified (Which was flipkart job but i have to it for them). I have been constantly contacting the fedex and flipkart about the delivery.
Fedex made promises that it will delivered today since 24th.25th 26th and on 27th and today (27th eve) they confirmed that it will be delivered on monday evening since sunday they don't work and yet i receive a text message stating we tried to deliver but looks like you were not available and we will re attempt. Whats wrong with flipkart they never contacted me from the day i ordered except me contacting them and yet they proudly send fraud messages and lie about the delivery. This is not only poor service but their integrity in market is questioned with their own doing. Flipkart customer service reps are very poor and fraud while committing to a client.

There was an internal follow-up made and product delivery arrangement was made hence customer agreed. But customer was not happy with the service.

I have received a message on 24.05.2017 that delivery scheduled with tracking ID FMPP [protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered on today. You can change your delivery preferences before it is out for delivery and given the address :http://ekrt.in/RfoEo!NNNN. But is item has not yet been delivered on contract through message or phone.       I have made a purchase with flipkart few days ago and as per there promo i should be getting 10% cash back when i purchase a produce with my HDFC bank credit card and before purchasing the produce i called there customer care number and spoken to a lady and she conf that i can avail that offer so i purchased and the produce quality was so worst that i cant even use to clean the garbage. When i called there customer care number and spoken to one of there staff and he info that they can not take the produce return and can not process refund as they are saying that the min purchase value should be 6499/- which was not mentioned at the time of purchase.

      I ask them the same that there was no such info but they are saying that they can see that terms and i ask them to send a screenshot of the terms but they are not ready to do so.

      The call was transferred to one of the supervision but even he was not helpful so he transferred the call to his Manager.

      The Manager was actually not a manager he doesn't understand the basic complaint process and he actually accepting that it is Flipkart error and they have done a mistake but they can not help me and they can not process the refund. How could this is possible when they can accept it is there error and why cant they process my refund.

      The worst part is they are saying that there Manager Ashish will not take calls as he will not come on the phone to help his client.

      What kind of manager is he Mr Ashish, when his agents accept that it is there error he should come on the call to help us.

When i called the customer care they asked me to visit the service center. Why should i visit the ervice center for the brand new product i ordered.         I have ordered iphone7 from flipkart on 18 may. it was delivered to me on 25 may and when i used it it was faulty. the voice was coming very low and i am not able to hear anything. When i asked for he return the customer care gave me an unfeasible solution to go to service center but why should i go to service center for the brand new product. Their managers deepak and ashish denied to return the product and i am no satisfied with their response.

          My friend had ordered for an Anne Klein Watch for me (AKB1869SVST, tracking id FMPP[protected]) worth Rs. 12509 via credit card on 16th of May. However I was shocked to see the product which I received today. The box had a bill of Anne Klein, however product inside was a cheap TIMEX watch worth Rs. 5400/-. This was literally cheating. You charge for something else and deliver something else...Absolutely ridiculous. I want my original order to be delivered to me.

              "Might be the case with my phone only" but so far this has been the worst phone I have ever used as well as the worst shopping experience, and the credit goes to "FLIPKART"

              Issues with phone:
              Significant heating nearly after 1 hour o[censored]sage
              Due to heating screen starts flickering, and it is very difficult to hold / use the phone as well
              If temperature crosses around 47*c phone gets restarted automatically

              Issues with Flipkart:
              Mentioned the above issues to Flipkart and they scheduled a technician visit for me
              Technician agreed with the issues and filled the complete form along with my signature, and submitted it to Flipkart
              Post this Flipkart denied the replacement and asked me to resolve the issue at my end by visiting service centre of this phone's company. I thought of filing a complain, and asked them to share with me a xerox copy of the form filled by technician. Again, Flipkart denied to provide the xerox copy as well.

              Overall to conclude, 5K phone having problem is not the major issue. The issue is with Flipkart. If I had ordered a laptop / any other costly thing and above scenario would have happened, then this would have been the disastrous situation.

              There was technician visit on the customer address 2 times and found no issue in the device hence it was informed customer to visit the brand service for the issue hence case stands closed

                  24th May'17. I was ordering redmi note 4 (4gb/64gb gold) mobile on sale day sponsored by flipkart.
                  I had got the item in my cart and later I processed the payment, after payment done I had got message that item out of stock. But by that time payment was made and debited from credit card.
                  Continuous follow-up with customer care on their toll free number but till 28th May (4 days) not having any status update on my refund.
                  Customer care support keep saying that they have escalated to concern team and please wait for day ... like i am waiting since last 4 days... but no updates if why delay in refund or why not intiating refund...
                  They are keep giving false statement... no email communication regarding this issue.
                  One complaint number I have got when requesting multiple request: IN[protected].
                  Pooja Paswan was one of the sr member whom I got a chance to talk today.. and she is lies like nothing... she had provided email ID... [protected]@flipkart.com and asked me taht you please escalate issue on this email id... which is fake email..I got failure delivery when sent 'test mail'

                      I have bought Philips Blutooth speaker BT64R/94 only four days ago. It does not run more than 1 hour even though charged fully. The loudness and bass is also very low. FM is not working. Please do the needful to solve my grievances. I am totally disappointed with this product. It charges full within half an hour and the charge gets finished within 1hour giving constant beep sound and interrupting the running song.

                        Had purchased samsung galaxy s8 from flipkart and had requested for return on 23.05.17, would like to share the following facts with you:
                        (A) their executive approached us on 23.05.17 for taking return of the product. The product was returned to him as received (Original condition).
                        (B) he began unboxing the product and appeared nervous and confused all the time.
                        (C) the executive appeared untrained and frustrated as in his quest to start the phone he himsel[censored]ttered that it's really tough to figure out how to put together and start the new age phone like the one he's holding.
                        (D) after a while, he intimated that he's unable to put together/start the mobile phone and will return later the same day with his senior and take a return of the product.
                        (E) he threw and left hurriedly.

                        We had raised a complaint regarding this with flipkart and the c. Care executive had assured that the return would be reinitiated and the issue would be resolved by 26th may'17. Nobody has come as yet even on 27th may'17 to collect the mobile. They seem to be using delay tactics to help avoid return of this product.

                        [protected] - spoke with cx and said he is declaring fake because of packaging. He also said his relative owns the mobile shop and said based on the packing he said it is fake product. Request to get the acknowledgement from brand then we will check and provide resolution. Cx was repeatedly asking for return on the basis of just packing. After a long conversation about 30 min cx placed my call on hold without informing. Hence disclaimer given and closing the case from our end.

                          Recently i purchased RedMi Note 4 on Flipkart, on 15th May 2017, Order ID - OD[protected],

                          First time i got defective product, Scratches on Charger surface and Speaker issues. So i contacted customer care and asked for refund they gave me replacement for it. But in repalcement also i got defective product only one speaker is working, camera issues and Brightness Issues, now i am asking them refund they are not giving.

                          If customer do not like product or get defective product then customer can return it and get refund. i am returing withing time period. They are saying we cant take any kind of request now.

                          Instead of giving refund they are asking me to go to service center of MI and get issue solved, why the hell i should go i paid for new product not defective, please help me to get my money back.

                          I want Refund. such a bad experience i got wasted my time and energy. i m regrating i purchased from flipkart. dont want your product. I WANT REFUND.

                          I want one more replacement or refund my total amount, i will not go to service center, i have not paid to do that its your job to sell quality tested products, rather than asking customer to visit service center's, its your responsibility to make sure that if customer buying product first time he/she should get good product no matter you provide replacement earlier or not. If you do not have stock for replacement then arrange it. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FRAUD PEOPLE.

                          Flipkart denying to take return request for RedMI Note 4 Mobile which i purchased recently .

                          Asking to visit service center and get it solved. Shipped me defective mobile in replacement. I contacted them many times since i purchased this mobile they are simply saying we dont have option to take return. How come is that possible ?

                          They are fraud. Nobody is taking any action against it from flipkart. Simply denying it. This mobile has brightness issue also and its pixelating which is not good for eyes. This is major issue how can they ignore it. I want refund.

                          Please help me get my refund as soon as possible.

                                I submitted a order on flipkart for lenovo hw01 smart band. The made the payment via net banking and it was successful. But after the order was placed, it was showing cash on delivery. Called flipkart peeps so many time but unable to get a resolution and now m just tired of calling them again and again. They just say that you ll get a resolution as soon as possible. I dont know when that time will come. Hope someone could help me in this. My product is out for delivery and they will ask me for money however i have already made the payment. It is showing in their system as received i dont know why it is so difficult to solve this problem. They just have to change the payment method. Bad customer service

                                Dear Sir I have Purchase Lenovo Smart Band .My Band Can't Work Properly After Two Months. I have multi time call To Customer Care Number That Have Provide New Number But That Number Cant reach .My Product In Warranty .
                                sir i purchased lenovo HW01 band on[protected] . from last one month it can't be charged . i already made a complaint on given email id. but their is no response. kindly help me.

                                  I have ordered vivo v5 32gb product on 18th May and delivery of the product confirmed for 24th May.When the product was not delivered on 24th May after tracking status was showing it May be delivered on 26th May and customer executive also promise it will be delivered as per commitment. But today after tracking flipkart showing order is being cancelled without any notification. This is real fraud with me reason for cancellation was showing pin code was not identified but during the same period My co-Colleagues receive the same phone on the same pin code. As per status my order still not shipped then why u giving the reason pin code is not identified..Same complain has been forwarded to consumer forum.
                                  Don't give fake commitment to customers
                                  Very very bad experience from flipkart first time.

                                    I ordered a mobile on 15/05/2017 through a prepaid mode.It was received at Jammu hub on 18/05/2017 (just 5km away from my home). On 23/05/2017 finally Ekart Logistics started initiative to deliver the product but it was undelivered without any reason and for the next two days i.e. on 24/05/2017.& 25/05/2017 it again met with the same fate again without any reason.On 26/05/2017 I went to their office and call them which they disconnected....
